I withdrew 500 rupees because of a hospital emergency and the fact that i had only this card with me at the time and the hospital wouldn't accept card payments (Card machine wasn't working). I put the money back in the card as soon as i withdrew it. SBI needs to take my special circumstances into consideration. They all are just copy pasting the same thing. You are the worst when it comes to customer service. Learn something from AmEx.

    Payment failure through sbi collect

    I have paid my examination fees to vtu using sbi collect by Google pay, the amount have been deducted from my account but the payment status in sbi collect is showing failed. Kindly solve this issue .My sbi collect references no:DUD7225768...

    My name is Uday Kumar Singh and i had ordered samsung a50s with 1 year complete mobile protection and Bajaj Allianz digital suraksha of rs 13719/- in flipkart on 16 October 2020 and after an hour i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 16 oct 2020
    Flipkart initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Flipkart sent this reference number #74332740291029086274067
    And told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
    Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

        I have done online payment to Visvesvaraya Technological University(VTU) through SBI Collect online using UPI as the payment method.
        The amount of Rs. 400 was debited from my Karnataka bank account through Google Pay and transaction was successful but in SBI Collect the transaction is showing failed.
        The amount debited can clearly be seen in my bank account.
        Payment reference number: DUD7217354.

        Please resolve my query.

            My name is Rahul Mapari and I had ordered mobile: realme 7 of RS.13999/- in flipkart on 16.10.2020 and on the same day I had cancelled by order due to personal reason. And on 16.10.2020 the flipkart(the seller) initiated the amount to my debit card but I still didn't get the money. Flipkart sent this reference number: "75503720291042949568890"

              My Name is Harsh Kapoor. I have recently opened a saving account in SBI, Millerganj Branch. There is a problem in my account that I have deposited 10, 000 in my account, but I have want transfer the funds or withdraw cash, I am unable to do so. When I transfer funds through net banking, a message appears that payment failure. As I go to ATM for cash withdrawal, There i Can't get money, an error message shows. Then i go to my bank branch for cash withdrawal There i can't get money because when cashier check a message shows that CIF not scrutinized by LCPC. you are requested to please resolve this matter as I am in need of money.

                I had ordered a phone on 15th October and cancelled the same on 16th october on flipkart (Attaching the screen shot for your reference)

                As per flipkart the refund was initiated on 16th october whcih is expected to be credited maximum by 19th Oct in my debit card however the credit hasnt received yet.

                    When i placed a witdrawal request of 2700 in the ATM, the amount didn't come out, but the account got debited.

                    When i checked the transactions online, i can see the above transactions, where Rs 2700 got debited, then automatically reversed and again got debited...

                      I filled online application and visited bank to open savings account. The bank denied opening savings account until november without any reason. The bank behaves with partiality among hindu and muslims. Muslims are treated very cheaply.

                        I placed an order through Zomato food delivery app on 11th October 2020 but as the item was not available at the restaurant they cancelled the order and refunded the amount then itself and said that the amount will be reflected in my account in 5-7 working days
                        but till now(21st October 2020) amount has not been reflected in my account while zomato claims that they have refunded amount from their end on 11th Oct 2020 at 9:23PM with giving Refund Reference Number : [protected]

                            On 21st. Oct 2020 at 14:08 - 14:10 pm. I got a call from your company . Tele no. [protected], regarding enquiry for a credit card. I told your tele operator that in fact I have cancelled my card and that I am not interested in getting another card. I requested her to delete my name from the list, as I have been disturbed by your company representatives in the past . Every time I have asked them delete my name and please do not disturb. She just banged the phone and disconnected .
                            I called up the number and asked for her name, which she refused to give.
                            This was very insulting and is not what a customer expects from a company sales person. I am sure you can trace this lady representative and teach her the manners of treating a customer.

                                Hi,

                                We are residing outside Bangalore, as Home loan interest rates were decreased by SBI, we submitted the switch over form by mail over 2 months ago, still they have not taken any action on this. We called our home branch HSR layout, they are helpless as the action should come from Koramangala branch. We called several times, no response, we sent several reminders, no response. They are simply charging with the same old interest rate. Frustrated of their service. We request the concerned branch manager to look into this immediately and change the interest rate as applicable immediately.
