I had submitted an application and documents for account opening on Dec 23rd. My account number was generated on 2nd Jan. Subsequently submitted an internet banking application on 4th Jan 2021.
Till date I have been continuously following up with branch (SBI Alephata, Pune) and customer care number for online user generation. I could eventually get the username on 18th Jan. However, I am not able to transfer any money from my account as LCPC (?) scrutiny has been pending for my account.
I have business commitments and I could not make payment to our suppliers due to inertness of your customer services.
I would want to urgently let me know the status of my account (i.e. by which date it will be activated).
Also, suggest, how can we raise the compensation for the business loss we have suffered due to inefficiency of your services. I was informed that account opening takes 7 working days and it has been 24 days now.
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
