My name is Soniya Suvarna and I recently opened a savings regular account on September 29, 2020, at Kalwa branch situated at address: Shop No. 4 And 5, Milestone Corporate Park, Duttawadi, Old, Mumbai - Pune Rd, Kalwa, Thane, Maharashtra 400605
I have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that I am unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.
I have been visiting the bank almost everyday, and everyday they come up with something new innovative, creative excuses. Sometimes the staff isn't abailable, and sometimes they say we've put a mail to the higher authorities.
It have been almost 20 days since I've been visiting and no response is showed.

I am getting issue since last month but no response from SBI bank.
