Sir, I am from Himachal and working in Delhi but due to COVID-19 i am at my home since March 2019. I appeared for the prelims examination which was held on Feb and I cleared the prelims exam. Now, today SBI released mains admit card and my mains exam centre is at Delhi.
Sir, due to COVID-19 there is no bus service to Delhi from Himanchal also, I am unemployed so, I cannot afford taxi to Delhi from Himanchal.
So, this a request to you to change my exam centre from Delhi to Himanchal.
I shall be thankful to you.

    I have cancelled a product which I ordered with SBI Debit card prepaid from flipkart. But i didn't get the refund related to that order. Flipkart customer care said that they had completed their refund procedure and this issue is about the bank. Moreover they gave me a bank reference no. Regarding that order and said talk to bank customer care. I talked to the bank customer care many times but i didn't get any result. Please help me out regarding this issue as soon as possible. It's already been 5 days. I am attaching here the reference no. Which flipkart has been provided to me.

      Sir,
      I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card (card number -[protected]) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for NOC and update the CIBIL report. And they donot gave me any reference number. When I called SBI customer care for issue NOC, every time they are saying that, NOC will be reached to my mailing address in 1month.
      As of now I did not receive such letter or communication from their END. It became very difficult thing for me.
      When I had paid complete outstanding on that credit card on feb 2019….. Why they are not able to provide NOC to me.
      Please do the needful..

          I have a saving account in SBI and is inoperative for Net banking, Mobile Banking, ATM, Mobile Banking, UPI or any other kind of payment transactions(debit) for more than 10 months.
          But on 14/10/2020 night to 15/10/2020 early morning there was 24 SBI INB Txn (internet banking transaction) took place from my account to multiple online shopping websites and i lost my INR 10, 8, 525/- in this online fraud.

          It is very clear case of fraud and crime as first the OTP was disabled for the payments below INR 10, 000/-.and at the peak time in the night the crime is executed. But there was a security breach from SBI bank. How come the change in the any kind of setting is first not asked for 2-step verification. How the OTP was disabled just by a single click ? why there was no confirmation communication done prior the changes.
          there is a big scam going on because of this negligence of bank .
          kindly take this mater very seriously.

            Today I have received a call from SBI agency to pay back the amount but due to covid 19 I have lost my job so at present I can't pay the amount back I need some days to clear that amount and he had informed me that we have got a sbj head office they will be visiting to your house if you did not make the payment so kindly look into it

              State Bank Of India [SBI] flipkart refund not credited to my account

              I have purchased a Apple watch series 3 GPS 42mm in flipkart for Rs. 16650/- on 15.10.2020 with by SBI debit card ending with 5899 and cancelled the order on the same day.
              Flipkart initiated the refund on 15th October 2020 and told me that they have processed the amount and it should be credited in my account by 16th October EOD.

                  To whomsoever it may concern,
                  My name is Soniya Suvarna and I recently opened a savings regular account on September 29, 2020, at Kalwa branch situated at address: Shop No. 4 And 5, Milestone Corporate Park, Duttawadi, Old, Mumbai - Pune Rd, Kalwa, Thane, Maharashtra 400605

                  I have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that I am unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.

                  I have been visiting the bank almost everyday, and everyday they come up with something new innovative, creative excuses. Sometimes the staff isn't abailable, and sometimes they say we've put a mail to the higher authorities.
                  It have been almost 20 days since I've been visiting and no response is showed.

                    Using YONO SBI mobile app I have requested Rs. 8000/- by YONO cash to withdraw from SBI ATM.
                    Then at TISCO works SBI ATM counter I have tried to take the cash which was nearest to me at that point of time.
                    But “Unable to Process Cash could not be dispensed”, ”Transaction failed” message appeared on the screen ( TXN no 2151 ) Response code 072 And cash did not came out of machine.
                    On checking the Balance after sometime I found that Rs. 8000/- debited from my account.
                    I immediately called SBI customer care & logged a complaint to get back the debited amount
                    dated : 18/10/2020 at 12.48 am night
                    Request you to please do the needful.

                      I, TARAKESWAR BERA would like to inform you that, on 13.10.2020 ( Tuesday) I have paid my electricity bill to CESC through SBI INTERNET BANKING using BILLDESK payment gateway. The billed amount ( total Rs. 2160/=) has been debited from my bank account but the status of payment is showing "PENDING" in the Transaction Summary [Payment ID-SSBI[protected]] .
                      Now neither the debited amount has not yet been refunded to my bank account nor it has been paid to CESC .
                      Please take the necessary steps either to adjust the debited amount to my electricity bill or to refund the debited amount to my bank account immediately.

                          I have not received my refund from amazon last date was 6 October.
                          Amazon provided my refund reference number 326529. Sbi told me tk wait for 7-10 days still no refund has been credited.

                                "Recharge is blocked due to Limited KYC. Please upgrade your Wallet as KYC Customer for the further transaction."

                                I had purchased SBI Fastag along with my Car and I have been using this Fastag for many years. All of a sudden, I was not able to recharge my fastag and it is blocked without any prior notice or communication about KYC. When I appoached SBI Villupuram, the bank staff told me to visit a agent who in turn asked my Rs. 250 for activating and completing KYC for my FASTAG. I had written many mails regarding this to SBI Fastag Helpesk, Nodal officers and even Vigilance department too but no one wants to take any action against this issue. Rs. 150 is not a big issue for me, I can purchase a new fastag and throw out SBI fastag but I cant bear the corruption carried out by SBI Staffs in this simple KYC procedure. Kindly take necessary action against the concerned branch and help me complete my KYC in SBI Fastag if possible.

                                I am getting issue since last month but no response from SBI bank.

                                Recharge is blocked due to Limited KYC. Please upgrade your Wallet as KYC Customer for the further transaction.
                                Our politicians are also of FAT Skin. If you escalate to them, they will also not bother to help you. Effectively why should such crap bank be allowed to provide service which they are not capable of providing. It is always top down. Sarkari bank is max as good as our SARKAR.

                                  I had been charged an amount of INR 4740.09/- as first EMI on account of a purchase of an insurance policy from Policy Bazaar of amount INR 52792.52/- on 17th August and it reflected as a debit in the September statement. The Policy had been cancelled and the amount had been credited back to SBI card on 25th August. I had called the Customer care notifying that i have been overcharged.The team logged a tkt that the EMI plan would be cancelled and the amount would be credit back to card statement of October.But to my surprise i see that in the October statment it has not been credited. Please find both the statement for your ready reference. And arrange to credit it back immediately with Interest on EMI and GST amount

                                  Another biggest surprise is that In october statement the entire amount of INR 52792.52 has been again charged. How is the quality check done of reports by SBI? . SOnam chauhan and his Manager Mr Ravi from customers easily say this that it would be adjusted in next months statement. Who will pay the amount ? The complain number is [protected]. PLease change all and issue a fresh statement. It is cheating

                                  Hi Team!

                                  I was told based on the customer care complaint number[protected] that i would be called bu SBI in two hrs post complaint submission. There had been no call till date .

                                  Is this is your customer support??

                                  I am extremely worried and it is shooting up my blood pressure and blood sugar level due to huge and wrong charges to my card. I am under a fear that i have to pay this amount if it is not settled within due date but i dont have the amount and the interest on top of it will add to me owe.. I am n hypertension patient and it is affecting my health badly.

                                    I paid my electricity bill through net banking of SBI. The money got deducted from my account but the transaction was aborted and I had to pay bill again. The amount deducted earlier is not refunded yet it's been more than 48 hours. Please resolve
