My mother, Riti Chattopadhyay registered mobile no: [protected] holding ac in SBI (branch code: 1450) garfa branch kolkata, went for liquidating her FD to her savings ac and then the credit card executive as well as the manager told her unless she issue two new cards, (Irctc credit card and prime card) she will be unable to liquidate her Fd to her savings account. On issuing both the cards finally bank has liquidate and transfered the funds to her savings account. What kind of service is this! It is how they are misguiding a senior citizen women for just achieving their sales targets by mis-selling and mis guiding a senior citizen. The credit card executive has taken every details of my mother from her mobile accessed to her email through her phone. Even the branch manager is allowing this to happen in his branch that too under his unethical permissions. Pls take necessary action against this. Please send executive from the branch to our residence, to immediately cancel the credit card and provide a NOC letter from Bank against those credit cards, because at this age she is in no need of this any credit card.

State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The amount of rs.400 was debited from my Sbi account through google pay and transaction was succesful but in sbi collect the transaction is showing failed.
