I had ordered groceries in Amazon in which the order was cancelled by the seller Amazon have initiated the refund but the amount is not reflecting in my account Amazon have initiated the refund on 23rd September 2020 but still I haven't received it the bank is not helping me out to get the refund

      Unusual deduction of Rs 1000 from my account

      Dear Sir,

      I am Anirban Dasgupta, SBI customer, I have am savings account in SBI Steel Township, Durgapur, West Bengal ( IFSC SBIN0006151) . My account number is [protected], I have faced a fraud transaction of INR 1000 on 17th October 2020 i.e. today.

      "Recharge is blocked due to Limited KYC. Please upgrade your Wallet as KYC Customer for the further transaction."

      I had purchased SBI Fastag along with my Car and I have been using this Fastag for many years. All of a sudden, I was not able to recharge my fastag and it is blocked without any prior notice or communication about KYC. When I appoached SBI Villupuram, the bank staff told me to visit a agent who in turn asked my Rs. 250 for activating and completing KYC for my FASTAG. I had written many mails regarding this to SBI Fastag Helpesk, Nodal officers and even Vigilance department too but no one wants to take any action against this issue. Rs. 150 is not a big issue for me, I can purchase a new fastag and throw out SBI fastag but I cant bear the corruption carried out by SBI Staffs in this simple KYC procedure. Kindly take necessary action against the concerned branch and help me complete my KYC in SBI Fastag if possible.

      For Fastag dont go with SBI bank as there is not service .please go any other private bank,

      I am getting issue since last month but no response from SBI bank.

      Recharge is blocked due to Limited KYC. Please upgrade your Wallet as KYC Customer for the further transaction.
      Our politicians are also of FAT Skin. If you escalate to them, they will also not bother to help you. Effectively why should such crap bank be allowed to provide service which they are not capable of providing. It is always top down. Sarkari bank is max as good as our SARKAR.

        I had been charged an amount of INR 4740.09/- as first EMI on account of a purchase of an insurance policy from Policy Bazaar of amount INR 52792.52/- on 17th August and it reflected as a debit in the September statement. The Policy had been cancelled and the amount had been credited back to SBI card on 25th August. I had called the Customer care notifying that i have been overcharged.The team logged a tkt that the EMI plan would be cancelled and the amount would be credit back to card statement of October.But to my surprise i see that in the October statment it has not been credited. Please find both the statement for your ready reference. And arrange to credit it back immediately with Interest on EMI and GST amount

        Another biggest surprise is that In october statement the entire amount of INR 52792.52 has been again charged. How is the quality check done of reports by SBI? . SOnam chauhan and his Manager Mr Ravi from customers easily say this that it would be adjusted in next months statement. Who will pay the amount ? The complain number is [protected]. PLease change all and issue a fresh statement. It is cheating

        Hi Team!

        I was told based on the customer care complaint number[protected] that i would be called bu SBI in two hrs post complaint submission. There had been no call till date .

        Is this is your customer support??

        I am extremely worried and it is shooting up my blood pressure and blood sugar level due to huge and wrong charges to my card. I am under a fear that i have to pay this amount if it is not settled within due date but i dont have the amount and the interest on top of it will add to me owe.. I am n hypertension patient and it is affecting my health badly.

          I paid my electricity bill through net banking of SBI. The money got deducted from my account but the transaction was aborted and I had to pay bill again. The amount deducted earlier is not refunded yet it's been more than 48 hours. Please resolve

                Dear sir/madam
                My mother, Riti Chattopadhyay registered mobile no: [protected] holding ac in SBI (branch code: 1450) garfa branch kolkata, went for liquidating her FD to her savings ac and then the credit card executive as well as the manager told her unless she issue two new cards, (Irctc credit card and prime card) she will be unable to liquidate her Fd to her savings account. On issuing both the cards finally bank has liquidate and transfered the funds to her savings account. What kind of service is this! It is how they are misguiding a senior citizen women for just achieving their sales targets by mis-selling and mis guiding a senior citizen. The credit card executive has taken every details of my mother from her mobile accessed to her email through her phone. Even the branch manager is allowing this to happen in his branch that too under his unethical permissions. Pls take necessary action against this. Please send executive from the branch to our residence, to immediately cancel the credit card and provide a NOC letter from Bank against those credit cards, because at this age she is in no need of this any credit card.

                  I used SB Collect to pay my college fees of 22805 to Bhaskaracharya college of applied sciences (DU) on 15/10/2020 through google pay upi at Google pay it shows successful payment and amount was also deducted from my account but the sbi collect payment history is showing Please Kindly look into this matter as I need my fee refund by 17/10/2020.

                    I have done online payment to Visvesvaraya Technological University(VTU) through SBI Collect online using UPI as the payment method.
                    The amount of Rs. 2000 was debited from my HDFC bank account through Google Pay and transaction was successful but in SBI Collect the transaction is showing failed.
                    The amount debited can clearly be seen in my HDFC bank account.

                      My bank account in state bank of india, there are done with npci mapping. But when i checked on uidai portal, it is shown that "my aadhar is not link with bank account." for this reason, scolarship is not deposited in my bank account.

                      Kindly request you to update npci mapping on uidai portal as soon as possible.

                      Note- my old SBI account was also link with aadhar number.but this account has automatically closed after one year.then i reopened new account in SBI .but aadhar number not D-link from this account.please aadhar number D-link from my old closed bank account and aadhar link in my new bank account.

                        I have done payment of fees 35000 on SBI COLLECT through amazon pay UPI at Amazon pay it show successful payment and amount is deducted but at the sbi collect it's show failure I call both of customer service but they both said we are not responsible for that and blaming each other I m frustrated to it . I make payment at 15/10/2020 in few day if it not successfully submitted then my admission will be cancelled please take it in concern that they complete this transaction otherwise refund me at 16/10/2020 . So I resubmitted the fees.

                                  I paid my college fees 8777 through SBI Collect portal completed transaction procedure and used UPI for fee payment I did transaction it money got deducted from my account then also it shows pending status after and wait for hour l. After hour again I checked for thr status this time it shows transaction failure.

                                    Yesterday I have checked my account through phone banking app and there are 3 unauthorized transaction showing mentioned CSP outlet and there are 3 unauthorized transaction done on 7, 8 and 12/10/2020 Which is not done by me.. they deducted my money and when i call customer care they asked me to visit home branch and there i don't get any resolution
