I have made a payment of 55000 to my college the money got deducted from my bank account but status showed pending initially but turned as a failure. The payment is done through sbi collect through educational institution Andhra Pradesh to pbrvits college fee.

      Rs. 10000 deducted from sbi account and message showing in statement as "fi txn @ csp outlet". As i don't why this is deducted therefore i raised the complaint. Even i didn't get any message regarding this deduction on my mobile phone.
      Please revert my amount because i need money this time. Hopefully i will get my money as soon as possible.
      and sorry i don't have small account. also i am using credit card of sbi

          My name is Sagnik Saha and I had ordered a casio watch of RS.5995 in Amazon.in, I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 6th oct, 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
          (Reference number # 75503720281042724576029) and told me to fill charge dispute form but SBI Bank doesn't have such policy. So
          please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

              I paid the amount of 599 to amazon through one of my bhim upi id [protected] on 6th september 2020.
              Due to some problem, I returned the product and I requested amazon for a refund and they issued the refund on 15st sep, 2020. They have also provided me with the rrn[protected]
              Normally it takes only 3-5 days for the refunded amount to be reflected my account but today is 13 october 2020. Still, i've not received the refunded amount yet.
              I contacted the sbi customer service via the toll-free number, provided them the refund reference number and requested them to file a dispute as refund not processed but they told me to visit my home branch and told me they cannot resolve my issue. Today i visited my home branch, they also told me they cannot help me in this issue and another irritation statement from them was they can neither accept any transaction dispute complaint nor can find any pending refund. They told me there is no provision for checking the refund status. When i met the higher authority of my branch and narrated my issue, they repeated the same thing and tell me to contact the customer service via toll-free number again. Now the customer service representative is repeating the old words. They cannot help me in this issue.
              Therefore please investigate in this matter and find the pending refund and process it as soon as possible.

                I made a payment for Rs.250 (SBI Ref no. DUD6656810) by UPI (Transaction ID:[protected]. The amount has been debited from my account but SBI Collect website shows transaction failed. Kindly issue a payment receipt for the amount or refund the amount.

                  Sir, I bought an electronics thing from Amazon and applied for a refund by returning it for a reason. Amazon picked it up on 12th September and returned the money(Rs.399) to the bank on 13th September. But till today my money has not been credited to the state bank of India. Later when they contacted the bank with the reference number from amazon, they refused to help. That is why I am appealing to you. Amazon says they have nothing else to do. Please help me to credit my money to my bank account.

                    I have done a payment of 1600 Rs through sbi collect on 8/10/20 by using upi payment methode, the app i used is google pay and the account is icici, the payment was failure and its status shows refunded.but the amount is not credited to icici account yet.

                              Hi,

                              I'm Dinesh S, I'm having a joint loan with my father Venkata Appa Rao S with loan account numbers xxxxxx1408 and top up loan xxxxxxx6628.
                              Top up loan for AC xxxxxxx6628 EMI was initially deducted from my Savings account with as 9000rs per month
                              Later in June my father had changed deducting account to his own SBI account also with EMI changed to 6300rs .
                              Since then top up loan EMI is being deducted from my father account. But later in September month 9000rs was attempted to deduct from my account and was returned/failed due to Insufficient balance and return charges have been deducted where already 6300rs EMI has been deducted for September month from my father's account.
                              Now again for this month 9000rs was deducted from my account and also 6300rs was deducted from my father's account.
                              I don't know why the EMI is being deducted seperatly and don't know where problem is. Is it with NACH or another. I want my deducted money back

                                Sir,

                                I have done an online transaction through Amazon for purchasing a mobile for Rs.13, 999.00 on dated 08.06.2020, my account has been debited for Rs 13, 999.00, but the transaction from Amazon has not been done due to some reason. The customer care of Amazon said, the payment has been declined from your bank and the order id is[protected]Message of Amazon customer care attached), so complaint to your bank. My Credit Card No. is -[protected].
                                I am not able to visit the branch because I am working out of the city, therefore I request you that please look into the matter and refund my debited Rs 13, 999.00 as early as possible.

                                Please resolve the issue as soon as possible because bank has given 120 days time and now 120 days time is over and amount has not been credited..

                                  I have honour to inform you that in our place one SBI Branch is doing so many illegal activities by the support of branch manager.This branch is charging money in the creation of Jan dhan yojana account .we have saw in news that a customer who want to create a bank account under jan dhan yojana is need not pay any rupees.then why our state bank of india branch is charging Rs- 500 in the creation of Jan dhan account?This branch is situated in -Town-sarthebari, Dist-Barpeta, State-Assam, pin-781307 and it's IFSC code is-SBIN0011611.please take necessary action against this branch.And also the behaviour of this office staff is so rude.The CSP centre under this bank are also doing this illegal activities.They also charging money in the creation of Jan dhan account.

                                        I have done a payment to vishveshvaraya technological university(vtu) through sbi collect online using upi as the payment method.
                                        The amount of rs.5000 was debited from my kotak mahindra bank account through google pay and transaction was succesful but in sbi collect the transaction is showing failed.
                                        This is my college fees amount and i donot know whether it has gone to the beneficiary which is a big matter of concern.

                                        i have received a message from SBI today morning thta my refund of Rs. 5000 from VISVESVARAYA TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY WITH TRANSACTION ID - DUD6515640 HAS BEEN CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT. but still the money has not been reflected into my account.
                                        I used SB Collect to pay my examination fees to VTU on 22/09/2021 through PhonePe and the money was debited from my account but in the sbi collect payment history it’s showing Status-failure. Kindly look into this matter and refund my amount.
