My mother obtained education loan for my sister (Of amount 2, 90, 000 inr (Two lakhs, ninety thousands only) from State Bank of Hyderabad (merged in SBI in 2016), KG Marg Branch, New Delhi -1 in November. 2004. My mother was co applicant. I was guarantor because i had a salaried job then. From 2011 july, repayment process started as EMI of 6300. 00 INR (Actual amount 6280.00inr) per month. After several months we were told EMI increased to 8280 INR though we were not informed by the bank. We had only 2 EMIs with some added charges remaining as outstanding balance we also got know the bank branch was merged to another SBI branch. The address, branch code, phone number, everything changed. During the same time unfortunately we had to move from Delhi for some urgent reasons. As we were away we couldn't visit to the concerned branch or have access to correct information, address and other details of the bank. This is also a reason we couldn't contact the bank and pay our remaining 2 EMI and perhaps also some added charges. Though my email address submitted to them in very beginning, but bank never contacted me through email neither i received any phone call from the bank's landline number or through any sms. I want to mention here that before merging of SBI KG Marg Branch to any other branch, the bank employees were very particular in handling our loan matter and they used to give important reminders of payment of EMIs before the due date. Now we don't receive any information. So we are too worried about this matter. My mother (Co applicant) died in 2012. I don't know about current status of my matter. I don't know how to contact the bank to know my current situation as I don't have postal address, phone number of that SBI branch in Delhi, where our education loan account is maintained. I do not have any other mode to contact the bank. Please help me to resolve the issue.
I have not received any response from SBI since a week has passed . I am submitting few more important details of my matter.

Updated by JAYA VERMA Bank has not responded even after on1and half months.what has prevented them from giving any response. Why is the State Bank of India dumb and deaf and also blind?
