I had ordered a product from Amazon on 20th May 2020which cost Rs 1099/- and I had pay through debit card but cancelled it. Amazon refunded vide ref. above. But till date amt has not been credited to my SB account. No. Of request sent to AGM but they did not bothered. Nor the Branch Officer and Accountant of Mayur Vihar branch did not bothered about this issue. They are lingering the matter. I request you to please solve my problem. All the mail addressed to ‘[protected]@sbi.co.in’ can be reviewed. from: Shrimali. [protected]

    I had ordered a product from amazon on 19 December which cost rs 3519 and i had pay through my debit card but then i cancelled it and they send me the refund and aslo the refund reference number but it doesn't reflect in my account till now and when i call customer care of state bank they simply refuse that we doesn't check refund request by refund reference number

      I have ordered boult audio in earphones on 22nd December 2020 and cancelled the order. Flipkart initiated the refund on 22nd Dec 2020 and refund money has to be credited by 23rd Dec 2020.But the sbi has still not credited money into my account.
      Flipkart gave me reference id: VSM[protected] and auth code:838684.
      Refund amount is:1299/-
      Sir this is urgent.

        My name is Nikhil and I had ordered a Gadget wagon tv wall mount of RS. 1143 Amount in Amazon on 31/10/2020
        and after 12/11/2020 I returned this order due to personal reasons. And on 17/11/2020
        Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money, as of my account is closed on 4/11/2020 and my account number is [protected]. Amazon sent this reference number
        #501263 and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank Of India doesn't have such a policy. So
        please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected] is the card in which I paid my payment on 31/10/2020 and is not working because it is closed so I request you to send my money to my another account and I am sharing its card number here [protected], and the account number is [protected]

          आज मैं patna gaya Line road bharat peteol pump k najdeek sbi atm mein balance check karne gaya balance check karne k liye. Atm mein paisa nhin tha balance to check kiya jaa shakta hai. Guard k dwara atm mein ghuste k saath atm ka shutter gira diya gaya aur misbehave kiya gaya. Ab ish tarah se bank k dwara karya kiya jayega. So same main Bihar govt mein karyarat huein. Ab ishki shikayat kahan aur kishse ki jaaye.

            My name is Shivani Soubhari and I had ordered Product of RS 2670 (Diamond BPMR120 Deluxe conventional mercurial Type BP instrument) in Amazon on 8 December 2020 and on 13 December returned this order due to personal reason And on 13 december Amazon initiated the amount in my bank but I still didn't get the money Amaron sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but SBI branch didn't helped me with it as the customer care told that they don't know anything about this.               Dear sir,
              I have swiped my ATM card on Thursday 24 Dec 2020. First 900/- and it got failed transaction due to time out, second 2000/- attempt also failed due to time out but amount reversed message shown in my statement and on the third attempt i was not able to get the money 2000/-, but now my statement showing the withdrawal of total 2900/- which were failed transactions.
              ATM swiped at Alappuzha, vazhicherry, kerala
              Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
              As it is hard earn money so i can not bear this loss of amount.

                      The State Bank of India 17183 Pongumoodu Branch, Trivandrum Kerala Pin 695011.
                      An SMS message was sent from SBI, on 4th November 2020, confirming that the Form G was being uploaded as per my written request to the Branch.However notice on 16.12.2020, was received from SBI stating that TDS has been deducted from the same FD and same SB despite the Form G being uploaded in November 2020.
                      I have requested that this be corrected. Till date this has not happened.

                      There has been intimation received on my phone that Form H has been deleted by SBI on 24.12.2020 from the Income tax web site with my PAN Number.
                      My complaint herein is that despite Form G being uploaded, TDS was wrongfully deducted. I hope this deletion of Form H or G? is not destruction of evidence.
                      Secondly, I had complained in September 2020 regarding false dates being loaded onto the Income Tax Web Site by SBI and Form H being uploaded, instead of Form G, since I am not a senior citizen.
                      SBI HAS DONE NOTHING TILL DATE AND THE DELETION OF FORM H ON 24.12.2020 COULD BE A RESULT OF THIS DISCOVERY THAT THEIR STAFF HAS UPLOADED FALSE INFORMATION. PLEASE FIND ATTACHED EVIDENCE.

                      REPETITION OF WRONGFUL TDS DEDUCTION BY STATE BANK OF INDIA
                      On 30th December 2020 I received this message from SBI regarding closure of the complaint filed. IT ALSO STATED THAT THE TDS WRONGLY DEBITED WAS CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT
                      HOWEVER, ON FEBRUARY 3RD 2021, ANOTHER MESSAGE HAS COME WHICH SAYS THE EXACT OPPOSITE. THE BANK HAS AGAIN DEBITED TDS FROM MY INTEREST. THE BANK HAS CONFIRMED THAT THEY HAVE THE FORM 15G, YET THEY HAVE DEBITED TDS. WHEN THE BRANCH MANAGER WAS ASKED HER REPLY WAS “WHAT TO DO? THE SYSTEM IS AUTOMATED, WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING. WHEN INFORMED OF THE LEGAL BACKGROUND, SHE PROMISED TO LOOK INTO IT. THIS IS THE PONGUMOODU BRANCH TRIVANDRUM. KINDLY REVERSE THE ENTRY AND PLEASE MAKE CORRECTIONS IN YOUR SYSTEMS SO THAT THIS ERROR IS NOT REPEATED AND RESULTS IN REPTETITIVE COMPLAINTS.VINOD NATESAN

                      The complaint remains unresolved. On5th February 2021 I received an SMS stating that the FORM 15G was uploaded. HOWEVER, THERE IS NO INTIMATION OF THE TDS DEDUCTION WHICH IS CLEARLY UNLAWFUL, GIVEN THE 15G UPLOADING, BEING REVERSED. THE AMOUNT IS RS 590/-
                      IT HAS BEEN NEARLY 20 DAYS SINCE THIS COMPLAINT WAS UPLOADED AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE

                      AN INTERESTING COUNTER POINT. THE FEDERAL BANK ALSO UPLOADED THE FORM 15G I GAVE THEM. THEY NEVER DEDUCTED TDS FROM THE INTEREST. INSTEAD THEY SENT ME THE FORM 16 A INDICATING NIL TDS DEDUCTED AND UPLOADED IT ON THE PAN ACCOUNT.
                      I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND WHY THE SBI SYSTEMS ARE NOT SIMILARLY PROGRAMMED?

                            My name is Bhavya Khetrapal and I recently opened a savings regular account on 19 September 2020 at rama park branch situated at address: mohan garden, dwarka mor, uttam nagar, 110059, ifsc code: sbin0051204

                            I have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that i am unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.

                            I have raised multiple online complaints and all of them were closed without resolving the problem. I have contacted the branch manager & sent several emails to branch manager & nodal officer but the issue has not been resolved.

                              I made an unsuccessful recharge of 399 rupees on 28th September 2020, After a great deal of phone calls with both service provider airtel and SBI, I have not recieved my money back. SBI registered my formal complaint and says that it has been closed after resolution. I would like to know how SBI complaint no. 35427709 got handled and what was the resolution. I would also like to know when or how else can I get my money back.

                                An amount of Rs 114036.00 was deducted in the Financial year 2019-20 from my pension as TDS which is not being reflected in 26 AS and therefore I am not able to file ITR for AY 2020-21, last date of which is 31 Dec, 2020. The matter was known to me as my CA was requested to file ITR and then he informed about that lapse from SBI. Immediately after that the SBI, Lal Bunglaw, Kanpur (Branch Code-16582) was informed vide my letter dated 10.11.2020. The manager was contacted immediately for immediate action who has even did not behave reasonably. After that SBI Customer care was contacted vide complaints no. 32991200 dt 16.11.20 and FD[protected] dt 25.11.20. Customer care also closed both the complaints without resoving the issue. Even complaint was registered under Banking Ombudsman and Govt pensioner's portal who referred the matter to Chief General Manager, SBI, LHO, Lucknow who even closed the complaint without resolving the issue. As the TDS deductor is wholly responsible for sending entire amount to Income Tax department with PAN no. of deductee and in this case, SBI is responsible to take appropriate action so as to link TDS with 26 AS immediately as required by Govt. law. Here, it was deliberately delayed and ignored by various SBI officers including Chief General Manager, SBI, LHO, Lucknow and therefore as a customer and also a senior citizen, I am being continuously harassed both mentally and physically especially under this pandemic situation, it was required for me to visit the branch several times with the huge risk of COVID 19 contamination. It is therefore requested to study the matter and ask State Bank of India for immediately resolving the issue and also compensate me as a Senior Citizen customer by minimum of Rs 20 Lac towards my mental and physical harassment.

Even, AGM and GM, customer care were also contacted through e.mail on the advice of Customer Care but none of these officers were responding to any of my e.mail requests. Under the circumstances, what is the next step ?
