I have been charged rs. 129 for no reason through my ATM. When i haven't paid for anything. Look into this topic. Free cutting of money without any transaction will go for bankruptcy if it goes on.

      Amount of rs 500 was deducted by sbi gen pai. I dnt know what changed suddenly and I never selected for personal accidental insurance but they still deducted my money without any cocern also I did not received any message regarding this deduction of money. I checked the balance and it showed 500rs less and got to know about this from account statement.In this COVID-19 pandemic 500rs matters a lot of a middle class man like me.Ineed my money back and dnt want any pai.

              On 16/09/2020 I was depositing ₹10000 through ATM . While completing the transaction it got failed and the money was not credited in our account . We immediately informed the bank about this but after 3 days they rejected our claim. After requesting them to look into this matter once more they said that they will look into it once more, but they did nothing significant in order to solve our problem . We met the branch manager also after few days but he also didn't gave us any assurance that we will be getting our money back . Please help us in solving our problem

                      My mother obtained education loan for my sister (Of amount 2, 90, 000 inr (Two lakhs, ninety thousands only) from State Bank of Hyderabad (merged in SBI in 2016), KG Marg Branch, New Delhi -1 in November. 2004. My mother was co applicant. I was guarantor because i had a salaried job then. From 2011 july, repayment process started as EMI of 6300. 00 INR (Actual amount 6280.00inr) per month. After several months we were told EMI increased to 8280 INR though we were not informed by the bank. We had only 2 EMIs with some added charges remaining as outstanding balance we also got know the bank branch was merged to another SBI branch. The address, branch code, phone number, everything changed. During the same time unfortunately we had to move from Delhi for some urgent reasons. As we were away we couldn't visit to the concerned branch or have access to correct information, address and other details of the bank. This is also a reason we couldn't contact the bank and pay our remaining 2 EMI and perhaps also some added charges. Though my email address submitted to them in very beginning, but bank never contacted me through email neither i received any phone call from the bank's landline number or through any sms. I want to mention here that before merging of SBI KG Marg Branch to any other branch, the bank employees were very particular in handling our loan matter and they used to give important reminders of payment of EMIs before the due date. Now we don't receive any information. So we are too worried about this matter. My mother (Co applicant) died in 2012. I don't know about current status of my matter. I don't know how to contact the bank to know my current situation as I don't have postal address, phone number of that SBI branch in Delhi, where our education loan account is maintained. I do not have any other mode to contact the bank. Please help me to resolve the issue.

                      I have not received any response from SBI since a week has passed . I am submitting few more important details of my matter.

                                        Sir, i invested in sbi life policy on[protected] through sbi suri branch office under cif of swagata das and paid premium of rs.[protected] but on receipt of the policy bearing no 1r[protected] on[protected] the terms and conditions are not commensurate with the assurance given by the cif swagata das posted at sbi suri branch and i returned the policy on the same day through mr. Swagata das for refund of the premium. On[protected] an amount of rs.[protected] refunded to me by crediting to my savings bank account and there was a short fall of rs.3119-01 in refund amount. On enquiry it is revealed that the amount was deducted on account of medical examination fees, but i never appeared before any medical officer nor i underwent any pathological test in this regard. Therefore it is illegal to deduct medical examination fees from my refund amount when no medical examination had been carried out neither by the bank nor by the insurance company. I wrote a letter to the chief manager sbi detailing all the facts with a request to refund me back the amount of rs.3119-01 which was wrongly deducted from my refund amount. I, therefore, request your kind honour to look into the matter and refund me the amount with appropriate interest as per guidelines of irda.
