Hi, i was buy a product on amazon but for some issue i return it under the return policy. But, i did not get my money back i call them for refund but they said that 'money will debited from us please contact your bank 'and give a reference number. Then i call my bank customer care they also said 'please call to amazon they will help you i, can't help you in this matter'. This same process repeat many time. Please help me. Thankyou.

    My name is rajesh gupta and i had ordered cbse all in one physics, chemistry and biology books of 1128rs in amazon on 4 september and after i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 17septemper
    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number [protected], [protected],[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank india doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

      Dear Team,
      My name is Bahadur Kumar Mandal, and have an account in SBI with Account No [protected] and IFSC SBIN0000081. I have made multiple complaints to the customer executives and bank workers of SBI about the multiple unnecessary deductions from my account. I am sure mistake can be done once or twice. It has been deducted 9 times. There's no valid reason to deduct. Please look into the issue and refund it as soon as possible.

        I was using sbi collect to pay amount to my university. During payment, redirection got failed from my bank to sbi and showed error. Money got deducted and i have not received any receipt. I thought money will get revert back after somedays.
        So did another transaction this time every thing for success and received payment receipt.

        Next day, i got payment confirmation message that transfer amount to my university from sbi collect for the first transaction.
        And there is no receipt this time also.

        How to get refund this amount?

          Rs.6 to 7 are deducted with every atm card transection of sbi as dom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd from my account.
          Why we should go cashless when bank can deduct some amount after the transaction is done. No where is mentioned that a certain amount will be deducted from account if you pay using card so that consumer can prevent from doing so its like cheating consumer to pay for using card and then later on deduct some amount from there account without giving then any notice or proper information why a certain amount is deducted

            This is to inform you that I have SBI saving account no. [protected], IFCE : SBIN0004448, that I have closed the house loan as per required by bank, during this process, the bank put an lien on my saving account on 09/09/2020, so please remove the lien on saving account.

                I made an order amazon online shopping order through *sbi yono* app with 5% unlimited cashback on order number[protected] on 17.06.2020.. But i have not received the rewards till today... When asked on amazon they said we have not received a response from the bank..
                The terms and conditions state that the rewards will be credited within 90 days. But the rewards are still not credited for 90 days. I request you to make way for rewards to be available

                    I have recharged my sbi fast tag for rs.680
                    On 5th september 2020 and the money has been deducted from my bank account but it is not yet credited to my fast tag account. The transaction status is "confirmation awaited" till date.

                      I was recently issued with a credit card from sbi but the name printed on the card is nor correct, my name is “prashanth kumar gaddam” and the printed name is “gaddam p” which is not correct atleast “prashanth g” is correct, kindly provide some solution.

                        I have recieved 2 messages today from cbssbi. One for linking mobile number with sbi cif account which i have not opened.
                        2nd that my kyc has been updated on some account. I have not opened any account in sbi

                          I have received several calls from yesterday regarding payment of sbi card. Due to this pandemic situation, i lost my job and i could not make payments for my card. I told these agents named (Rajeev & rachna) from the no. (+[protected] that i just joined somewhere else and would start making payments as soon as i receive the salary next month.

                          Here i am intended to pay the amount gradually and try to resolve the issue,...

                              Recently my account has been debited by 295 rs unnecessary charges saying they are bajaj finance debit mandate charges. Previously I have never been charged with such kind of stuff and also i have never maintained balances for bajaj finance.. please resolve the issue as soon as possible

                                  Sir,
                                  I have two account one in central bank of india and another in sbi.
                                  I withdraw 12000/- from sbi atm with the central bank of india"s debit card as on 07/09/[protected] at 8:15 and 4000 8:16) and deposit that 12000/- + 1700/- = 13700/- in my state bank of india a/c with cdm (Cash deposit machine) than one receipt come from cdm that 1 note (Of 2000) retained for verification and rest amount (11700/-) deposited in the cdm at the same date and time (08:19)
                                  After that i am giving application to the branch manager about above detail and they told me that 2000/- will be deposit in your account within 4/5 day but not credit to my account till 14/09/2020 then i visit the sbi branch the told me that the 2000 rs note is duplicate and it will be deposit in the bank.
                                  Now how can i claim my 2000 rs.
                                  No one is taking responsibility.

                                    Sbi collect reference number : dud2175726 & dud3747327.

                                    I made a online transaction on 23.07.2020 and 19.08.2020 to the merchant through sbi collect. Transaction history shows as failure but the amount got deducted not yet reversed. Kindly do the needful. Herewith attached the transaction screenshot for reference.

                                      Hi sir,
                                      Every year on may-21 / may-22 the amound of 117/- was deducting from my state bank account without any consent, any permission and my approval.
                                      A message from my bank was received on my registered mobile as your account debited inr 117/- transferred to investment intermedi.

                                      I don't have any pending emi or any loans related to bajaj, but the amount is deducting and if there is no fund 295 will charged as mandate fail charge.

                                      I don't expect any refunds but may i know why is issue is existed to many customers in sbi.

                                      My friends also raised this kind of issue related to sbi&bajaj finance

                                      It would be a serious problem to sbi
                                      Please take necessary action on this fraud transaction
