Sir,
I was register my complaint in sbi rewardz for the invoice of my merchant iteam. I was register my complaint on 31/07/2020 but no satisfy update provided by the provider. My complaint nö. Is [protected]. Please help as much as possible. I urgently need the invoce.

I am ashis kumar haldar and i ordered a product of rs 849 (Havells dry iron) in amazon on 26/08/20 and i cancelled this order on same day due to personal reason. And on 31/08/20 amazon initiated the amount to my account but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number #igajgmuiw9 and told me to fill charge dispute form. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My bank's branch is diamond harbour (00070). Purchased product order no - #[protected]

Date of incident is 06-SEPT-2020

I am trying to make the payment for BPSC-2020(Lecturer Humanity English Examination), the government website (http://onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in/) provides your link for online payment (https://www.onlinesbi.com/prelogin/icollecthome.htm?corpID=756305) but every time i try to enter the details like Payment Category and Registration Number and press Submit. It gives me error "Please verify the data entered and try again."

I verified from my end and all the information is correct.
Please repair your site. There will be many candidates trying to fill the details now so it's a huge problem.

Too many times i call SBI's customer care executive for my problem but no one there for receiving my call any time, how can I slove my problem if they not help or support, call continues ringing ivr says your call is important to us etc, I want solution.

Dear sir/ma'am,
This is to bring into your notice that the amount of rupees 703.19 was debited from my account : [protected] for purpose of railway ticket booking by mode of payment : debit card on date 03/09/2020
After failed ticket booking, refund has initiated by irctc. The details provided by irctc is transaction id - [protected] refund amount - inr 703.19 refund status - failed. The refund amount is not credited in my account.
Kindly look into this matter

This is my seventh request to acknowledge you about the issue, i krishan chand an account holder at sbi naraingarh, ambala.
Amount deducted of an unsuccessful transaction dated 21 feb 2020.
I made one transaction but amount is deducted twice.
Its my request to refund this amount 6077.88/.

I billed the sbi credit card from hdfc bank account on 12 may 2020 but but on 13th may 2020, the credit card bill was again illegally deducted from sbi account.

I had taken personal loan in sbi uppal gandhi statue branch 10 lakhs [protected]@12.45% for 5 years, the should be ₹22473, but the bank was deducting ₹23243 i had spoke to bank and given a complaint in letter but the issue was not solved. And i paid every month without fail still am getting call from headoffice that there is a pending but in bank they are saying no balance is there. So please look into the issue.

Created a application in paarivaahan (Tamilnadu-solinganallur) website to transfer ownership of a vehicle. Payment gateway from sbi and used my card to debit rupees 412 rupees. And got debited from my account not the application number got generated. The message i got inb reference number (Cpaagshfy7). Not able to find their link or contact to inform bank on this issue. Please put in paari vahan account to create the application else return back to my account.

I recorded a pos decline message and decline charges was deducted from account even though i didn’t use my card. Attaching message details with this complaint.
“dear customer, your transaction at pos 99999999 has been declined due to insufficient fund in your account.”

From last few days i am receiving phone calls from sbi credit card name Niti +[protected]

Regarding sbi bank credit card payment which is due from last two three month for covid issue.
I already applied for meratorium(mar-aug). As per my bill generation date is every 04th of month as per bill date my due date is 24th.
Recovery agent using bad language and abusing during talk with me and my relatives include with lady too.
Reason of due is bank recovery agent and bank are ignoring under moratorium section.
Now but bank is using agent whom harassing me and my family.
As per RBI guidelines we are not liable for payment if customer is already applied for moratorium in time period.

Requesting you to provide"no due certificate" against my credit card. All payments has been done long before, but not received no due certificate.

I have applied for the top up loan of rs 10 lakhs over my home loan acct. The top up loan application was submitted on 17th august 2020 and since then my top up loan is not yet approved till date. The sbi employees sitting at racpc lb nagar are extremely careless and irresponsible. The lawyer assigned for legal opinion (Ramakrishna reddy), has not even looked into the file until sep 1st and tells that one of the proceedings file is not present and have to check the original loan documents. When i conveyed that the previous panel lawyer for home loan account has already verified and i can share that copy too, there was no response. The racpc person (Shiva kumar), doesn't even responds to my calls.

Kindly look into the issue asap. I have some other commitments linked to this loan and even after explaining the situation they have acted very lazy.

I am Tanushri Adhya chowdhury from Berhampore Murshidabad West Bengal.I am a lecturer in Engineering college and have deep knowledge regarding online transactions.Today around 7 o'clock I got a suspicious message from SBI that 1150 rs has been deducted from my savings account .I have not received any kind of OTP(one time password) against this transaction which is mandatory .I am giving my Account no.[protected].But as it is subject to privacy I am not willing to give my card no, CVV no, IFsc code.I need my money back .Need permanent solution.
