    I have three gold loan a/c & emi should get deducted in specific date every month but not done not only that higher amount of deduction than emi fixed & they are doing lien a/c.
    This is one type of harassment to sbi a/c holder since long back customer & every month i have to same type of grievances work and bank will simply closed the matter as temporary solution. Such type is not at all acceptable from nationalized bank.

      Dear sir

      I have applied for credit card for sbi
      I already have central bank of india credit card and i was contacted by the bank and was informed about the merger of central bank and state bank for credit card so i applied for sbi credit card from the branch
      I have got all the verification calls and was answered accordingly and verification department was also convienced by the answers
      My credit score is also above 750
      But still i came to know the card was rejected i dont know for what reason it was declined as i already have a central bank of india credit card and sbi central bank of india card got rejected pls give a detail explanation

        I returned a item of rupeees 12990 which i bought from using amazon.
        Order id:[protected]
        Payment method : internet banking

        After 4 days of refund issued my money hasent reached my account.
        Amazon has sent an email that they had refunded and gave me refund reference # igajgzcpw3.

        I kindly request to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

            My name is prerna sharma and i had ordered redme earbuds of 1799 rs. Amount (Redme earbuds) in amazon on[protected] and after[protected] i returned this order due to personal reason. And on[protected]
            Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected]
            And told me to fill charge dispute form but sbi bank doesn't have such policy. So
            Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                Employees talk so badly. A lady employee ignored us and went to have lunch by saying 2 min rukiye abhi nai karnge kuch kam. And came after 1 hour. Felt so bad. This was my last visit to this bank. I won't go to such poor service bank again.

                    My name is Rubric Kundu and I had ordered mountain colour printed men's three fourth shorts of Rs.Amount 740 in Amazon on 6/8/2020 and after I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 13/8/2020
                    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

                      This is adarsh siddharth. My sbi savings account no. Is [protected]. I tried to deposit rs.1500 into my account through card using cdm facility of sbi, ism branch, dhanbad (Branch code - 01641) on 30.08.2020 at 06:22:03. The cdm id no. Is s5nl[protected]. No money is credited into my account and also no money is dispensed back by the cdm. I have received a slip from the cdm that my money is retracted and retracted info as denomination 500*3=1500. Kindly help me to get my money back as soon as possible.

                          I had returned a product from amazon (The refund was initiated at 8/20/20 and money had to be refunded in 4-5 business days) according to amazon they have refunded the money but the amount is not showing in my account as of today 8/29/20. I called amazon regarding the issue so they sent me the mail which has the reference number and stated that they have already refunded and the issue is at the banks end. But the bank is denying any amount returned.
                          I will attach the official mail sent by the amazon stating the reference number and the refund details.

                            Dear sir / madam,
                            Sub : unjustified charges levied in credit card billing statements.

                            Myself shishir. M. Thakkar have been using sbi credit card. No. [protected]
                            Since the past 8 years and have been reqularly paying the full amount due as per my credit card bill by cheque 4 days before the due date in the sbi drop box. Since july-august 2019, i started to notice that sbi cards has started levying the following charges every month which are not to be levied as i have never used a single rupee credit beyond the billing due date.
                            1) cheque payment charges
                            2) late paymment charges
                            3) penalty charges
                            4) interest charges.
                            The above charges are not justified at all. Sbi cards have blocked the card in the month of may 2020. Despite of blocking the card i have been paying the amount which is actually spent by me and converted into emi. I don't want to keep a single rupee of theirs which i have spent with me as it will be unethical on my part. I am their loyal and regural customer since past 8 years. But it seems they are more interested in fleecing and looting their regular and full payment making cutomer. So i strongly urge you to look into this matter at the earliest so that it is resolved asap.
                            Sbi cards customer care is calling up atleast 10 times a day for this unjustified payment and harrasing me.

                              I've done a transaction of rs.455 for purchasing a course on 23rd july on www.udemy.com
                              Due to some reason, i applied for the refund of the course on the same day and udemy support told me that they have sent the amount back to my account.
                              But it's more than one month and the amount is still not credited to my account.
                              They have provided me with the
                              Arn (Acquirer reference number) ixgatojfp4
                              I've tried contacting customer support sbi many times but never got any satisfactory response.
                              Kindly credit is asap.

                                I availed a mudra loan from SBI bank and I am paying this loan on time before lockdown. During lockdown bank offered me for deferment so i have availed the offer.
                                Before lockdown and after lockdown a Bank personal named Mr. Prabhjot singh often called me and try to threaten me to pay all my loan amount on the spot in cash. He always use very abusive language. Though I had a word with some of his senior regarding my dues but Mr. Prabhjot singh is still calling me and threatening me.
                                I am a senior citizen and a heart patient also . I have never refused to pay but Mr. Prabhjot singh is continuously bothering me. Please do needful.

                                    I had posted an ad on olx for Mobile phone sale. This person called me on August 28, 2020 and identified himself as an army personnel. We settled for rs 2000 as payment. He called me after couple of hours and told me that he wants to get it picked from someone else but would like to make a payment in advance over google pay. I told him that i don't use google pay but can take on phonepe. He sent me a request of rs 2000 on phonepe through upi. I told him that it is asking me to pay rather than him paying the amount. He told me that it will first debit my account and then add double of that amount. I did not agree to it and told him that this is not possible. He said this is how it works and requested me to try it with rs 5 transaction and i agreed to it. Rs 5 got debited from i account and rs 10 got credited. Believing him, i accepted rs 2000 transaction. My account got debited of rs 2000 but rs 4000 didn't get credit. Upon this he said that there is some error in swipe machine from which we are doing. He said he is sorry. So asked me to do again with rs 2000 as code for receiving 2000 so i can get my money back but again same thing happened and i got duped of approx. Rs 2000. For which he said that you have to click pay and recieve option code for two times. Then this person told me that he will refund my full money in my debit card though swipe machine and asked told him to transfer the money in my account which he didnt do. This went on for couple of hours.

                                    I told this person to send my money in my bank account which he said he cannot do. He keep insisting that its an army camp and only method he can transfer money is through swipe machine into phonepe / paytm etc.

                                    Please help me get my rs 2000. The id of army person praveen sharmais attached. Plz back my money .
