Dear sir / madam,
Sub : unjustified charges levied in credit card billing statements.
Myself shishir. M. Thakkar have been using sbi credit card. No. [protected]
Since the past 8 years and have been reqularly paying the full amount due as per my credit card bill by cheque 4 days before the due date in the sbi drop box. Since july-august 2019, i started to notice that sbi cards has started levying the following charges every month which are not to be levied as i have never used a single rupee credit beyond the billing due date.
1) cheque payment charges
2) late paymment charges
3) penalty charges
4) interest charges.
The above charges are not justified at all. Sbi cards have blocked the card in the month of may 2020. Despite of blocking the card i have been paying the amount which is actually spent by me and converted into emi. I don't want to keep a single rupee of theirs which i have spent with me as it will be unethical on my part. I am their loyal and regural customer since past 8 years. But it seems they are more interested in fleecing and looting their regular and full payment making cutomer. So i strongly urge you to look into this matter at the earliest so that it is resolved asap.
Sbi cards customer care is calling up atleast 10 times a day for this unjustified payment and harrasing me.
