I had made a loan repayment of Rs 4000 through SBI collect with reference number DUD3610522. Even though the SBI collect Transaction status shows failed, the amount was debited from my account on 17th August 2020.
Kindly return the amount either to the merchant or to the debited account

My failed UPI payment was reversed through normal procedure. Did not do anything special. Since the payment was done from a Payments bank account through SBI collect to pay another PSU bank, I thought there would be complications. Hence I had raised the complaint. But it was resolved without any external help. All it took was time, 4 days actually.

    I had tried to withdraw Rs. 1000 from my saraswat bank savings A/C on 13th of July, 2020. Due to some issue with the machine, I didn't receive any cash, but the amount was deducted from my account. I immediately registered a complaint with my branch, who upon raising the issue to SBI said that they weren't accepting the complaint. Kindly resolve at your earliest.

      Hi there, I have a home loan with SBI NR Colony Branch, Bangalore. Account no: [protected]. While I have paid all the processing fee during Loan disbursement, within 6 months I have been debited with SLOP charges of 1500. I believe this is not correct and the amount should be credited back as there is no legal/logical reason to go for SLOP within such a short period of loan disbursement.

        The Txn Ref no given by SBI is Ref.no.[protected]IK0AQLMLK7 its also in Attach file detail. But today while I am going to complaint about this through Complaint Form of SBI, it said the Ref no is wrong & it starts with II, I think this was the reason the amount not credited in cash Ledger of the party in GST portal Party : R.R.Enterprises Gstin 33AAGFR1635L1Z6
        So please go through it & make refund of Rs.4078 in my Account so as to enable me to make GST payment in a fresh Challan I have received a Greivance Reply from GST as under

        The on demand verification with the Bank failed due to following reason:

            Hello,

            I have applied SBI card and submitted all the documents and it has approved as per my Credit score. Later they rejected saying the "OFFICE ADDRESS MISMATCH" without making the verification call. Without making call they simply updating this as like "I didn't verified my office address". How ridicules is this.

              I am Harishanker Sharma, i declared that unwanted transaction is carried out in my bank account .I had received SMS through SBI that the amount is deducted at Rs.295 for DEBIT Mandate fail Chrg txn dt.[protected]Bajaj Finance.

                Madam/Sir,
                I visited SBI Janakpuri Branch, Opposite civil hospital, Saharanpur as on 10.08.2020 mmto open Sukanya Smaradhi Scheme Account for my newborn girl child and I am also having bank account in the same branch since 2012 but the staff is very lazy and not having general etiquette they did not entertain my queries properly and the branch manager his name is Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sinha said that why are you interested in sukanya scheme it is a very bad scheme and he is not in the mood of working I requested him to open the account within 2 or 3 days because I have to go back to join my service as I am working in Power Sector PSU and present posted at remote area of the UT of J&K and it is not possible to me to come frequently at your branch, usually I comes to my hometown after 3 or 4 months.
                I filled the form for sukanya scheme account and fulfilled all the formalities related to that and I continuously visited the branch for 2 days and spend many hours there in this regards but every time the staff said that our server is not working, please wait we will do when we get the time, presently we are too much busy, please come after 5 days I requested them so many times that I will have to go back to join my duty as I am working outside the saharanpur and frequently not visit your branch but they did't entertain me and I took my form back and come back with lot of disappointment.
                The SBI staff is very irresponsible, the same work I have done in Bank of Baroda and the do the same within 2 hours.
                Please the necessary action against BSI Janakpuri Branch so that the same things will not happned in future.

                  Before covid lockdown, i've ordered a package from flipkart worth rs. 1332 and made a payment through sbi yono app (Android). Money got deducted from my sbi account but order wasn't placed. I've tried to contact their customer support but they haven't paid attention and asked to contact flipkart. Flipkart in-turn are saying that they haven't received any payment yet. None of them actually cares about it.

                  I'm firing a complaint for both of them (Seperate for flipkart).

                      I am getting a lot of Calls from SBI recovery agents for my credit card.
                      I have told them number of times to not call me as i will make the payment after 2-3 months as due to the current situation, i am not getting Paid, I have told them they can send me a notice or work as per their guidelines or process however they continue to harass me.
                      This guy is threatening me and blackmailing me saying he will call my office and will Spoil my reputation.
                      Above mentioned is completely not legal way of bank recovery.

                        I have been continuously harassed by SBI Credit over some dues; which i have some how been paying minimum amount due, today i got very badly harassed from women recovery agent from Delhi by the name Kushi Bade. She abused me with very bad Hindi words which is so indecent that i cannot put it here...

                        She has also called many of my colleagues at my workplace and threatened them to throw me out of my employment.

                          I have used SBI REWARDz to recharge my phone, but during the process, my sbi rewardz point got deducted and even my money got deducted and then the transaction failed and I didn't receive my money back which is 468 rupees .so please look into this problem,...

                            Myself biplob ray from west bengal. Loan and lic mouney is deducted from my bank account every month. Lf there is not enough money in some months, charges are taken from me but why charge me for having enough money this month. This month 295 rupees has been deducted 3 times. If the money was deducted for the bank's mistake, so please return the money....

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            I have been using my credit card (Ending xxxx xxxx xxxx 8169) for past 6/7 years and have been always making all my payment on time. During 2018 my financial position started to worsen and i started to take more loans to pay my emi. During the same period my brother also got very ill and he expired in june 2019. I am having a job (But have been demoted as my boss has changed his line of business) also its not a secured one and at this age i may not be able to find any another job. For the past one year i am not able to pay my dues as i am in a very deep financial problem. And now for past four month i am not able to get to work (Lockdown). I would like the bank to settle my credit card dues at the very minimum amount, which i can pay and close my account.

                                When I requested for the same on 22 July 2020 but from customer care side always same reply you will get NOC in 7 -10 working days.

                                    Greeting for the Day,

                                    I have applied for moratorium facility in such pandemic situation for my car loan i have received confirmation msg from sbi bank that next EMI will schedule in month of sep.
                                    But still smount has been debited from my account for the month of june and august and ecs amoutn debited in month of july.
                                    While i connect with my local branch they said amount which is debited will not refunded and did not get any solution from that.

                                    Please look into this and do the needfull.
