I ordered oneplus nord 8gb 128gb storage phone on amazon around (6-8) of this august. I cancelled the order because i wanted a higher version of the phone which was 12 gb 256gb storage. So i cancelled the order on 15-08-20. As amazon said i was supposed to receive the refund on 17-08-20, but i haven't received any amount or response from the bank.
I called the amazon customer care they gave me the id (815050) and sales me to call the sbi customer care service but they are not helping me out of this problem. So please help me to get rid of this problem.

I ordered oneplus nord in Amazon on 7 -08-20 I cancelled it on 15-08-20. As they informed I was supposed to receive the refund from Amazon on 17 -08-20 to my SBI AC, but I haven't seen any amount reflecting in my ac. I called Amazon customer service and they informed me to check in SBI customer care service but they didn't help me out.So please help me get rid of this problem.

    Chequebook not received

    Hi Sir/Madam
    I'm an account holder in SBI koramangala 3rd block bangalore branch. My account number is [protected]. I have applied for cheque book through SBI net banking on 18/08/2020 and till now cheque book dispatched yet and i'm unable track also. I got starting and ending number of cheque book(check attached image), I kindly request to resolve the problem as soon as possible. I need cheque book very urgently.

    I krishan chand an account holder at SBI Naraingarh, Ambala .
    Amount deducted of an unsuccessful transaction dated 21 Feb 2020.
    I made one transaction but amount is deducted TWICE .
    Its my request to refund this amount 6077.88/.

          My name is uddhav singh and i had ordered prestige delight plus mixer grinder of rs.4338 in amazon on[protected] and after this order is returned by amazon person because package is damaged in transit. And on[protected] amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 693367 and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india (Sbi) doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.             debit mandate fail charge

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I am Manisha Ghosh, I declared that unwanted transaction is carried out in my bank account. I had received SMS through SBI that the amount is deducted at Rs.295 for DEBIT Mandate fail Chrg txn dt.[protected]Bajaj Finance. I have no active EMI with Bajaj.
            So, verify the fact and please refund my deducted amount as earliest.

              I lost 40, 000 in atm fraud before almost 1 year and i have complained it to branch manager, lho and general manager but no response from both lho and general manager.
              I have sent more than 50 emails in last 1 year but still no resolution.
              I get response only from branch manager saying that it is pending with atm sop department. I was told to submit affidavit twice stating i was at home when transaction occured and few other details. I had submitted all the documents requested but still no resolution

                My name is kolli samyuktha and i had ordered csat book which is 723rs paid through my debit card and then i have cancelled my order.refund is done by amazon but i still didn't get my money.Amazon sent this refund reference number(319200) and said to contact the customer care .so kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                      Please note that I paid Rs 1799 to Amazon on July 8, 2020, whose refund was due on July 9, 2020, but so far SBI has not transferred that amount to my account, so I took a call at SBI's Customer Service Center Had done, for which I could not get proper amendment, please help me.

                        With lots of reluctance and a heavy heart, I am writing this letter to you as a final resort. I am an account holder in your bank and my A/c No. is [protected]. 8-9 months ago, I had applied for account transfer application in SBI-Baghpat (Branch Code-740) with application along with the required documents, but the concern person told to me to transfer my account a day later. I have made four rounds of the bank on various days but was always told to–‘THEEK HAI….. HO JAYEGA’. It is an unprecedented lack of service and I have found the behaviour of the bank official very un-co-operative.

                        Not only me, are many other people also unsatisfied due to same reason. They are always busy in their personal gossips and they do not provide us right guidance whenever we need it from their end. I can understand that due to the workload, sometimes it becomes very difficult for bank officials to manage things, but still you should remember that customers are your main priority. Poor service of the bank may create several problems for the customers. Therefore, it is prime responsibility of the bank to provide all the services to its customer on the time. Poor service will affect their reputation and people will lose interest in opening the accounts in their bank.

                        I had mentioned on SBI-CMS but a lame excuse has been given – (SB account could not be trasferred due to unavoidable reasons. Please contact branch). I am a Sr. Citizen Lady aged about73yrs, live in Roorkee. It is also very tedious for me go to your SBI-Baghpat again & again. It is really very disappointing that SBI is taking so much time for transferring my account. I would like to request you to look into the matter at the earliest and take an appropriate action to solve problem.

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          I have applied for a new SBI BPCL card for new limit and utilization as my old card limit is 105000 which is already a small limit for my regular purchases, instead of issuing new card they have reduced my old card limit from 105000 to 75000 and issued new BPCL card with a limit of 30000 which is not approved by me.
                          Here the problem is I've called them several times to cancel the card but call is not even connecting hence saying mail to us, so I've given mail immediately no response from them after several reminders,
                          one day I've received a call from SBI about new card usage instructions since i am waiting from long time about this i've conveyed my problem to the nodal officer and they promised to cancel the card.
                          But practically they did not cancelled the card and sent a Bill of 590rs as card yearly charges since i did not activated the card till now.
                          if i pay the bill no one will there to cancel my card, if i didn't pay the bill my cibil will affect.
                          because of SBI services i am suffering mentally now i want to close both the cards as i am not trusting any one from SBI, since from the request also no one is answering for the calls and mails.
                          Please help me in this issue which i am facing since last month.

                          Still I didn't get any update from SBI and received a mail about bill payment and interest will be charged for not paying.. and cibil also will get effect like that. No one is calling and not connecting to customer care.

                          Mean while based on this complaint online frauds are calling me and asking for card details and asking me to install some apps from playstore to steal the money.

                              I don't have any account like this.

                              Sms after some days

                              Your request for aadhar seeding to account xxxx353813 has been received at branch

                              Either m getting fake sms or my mobile is linked to some one else account.

                              In both cases its question on security.

                              Kindly take action.

                                I have cancelled a order of 385 from amazon on 10/08/20 n it was initiated from their side as well..
