CIF was not scrutinized by LCPC, when reached for assistance on phone/email there was no response. Customer care kept asking us to work with bank for resolution. But the bank was not responding on phone/email, was expecting us to walk to the branch.

    Dear sir/madam
    Myself biplob ray from west bengal. Loan and lic mouney is deducted from my bank account every month. Lf there is not enough money in some months, charges are taken from me but why charge me for having enough money this month. This month 295 rupees has been deducted 3 times. If the money was deducted for the bank's mistake, so please return the money....

    Dear sir/madam,

    I have been using my credit card (Ending xxxx xxxx xxxx 8169) for past 6/7 years and have been always making all my payment on time. During 2018 my financial position started to worsen and i started to take more loans to pay my emi. During the same period my brother also got very ill and he expired in june 2019. I am having a job (But have been demoted as my boss has changed his line of business) also its not a secured one and at this age i may not be able to find any another job. For the past one year i am not able to pay my dues as i am in a very deep financial problem. And now for past four month i am not able to get to work (Lockdown). I would like the bank to settle my credit card dues at the very minimum amount, which i can pay and close my account.

        My card no. [protected] and i had paid all the dues about 1 & half year ago, but i didn't get NOC.
        When I requested for the same on 22 July 2020 but from customer care side always same reply you will get NOC in 7 -10 working days.

            Greeting for the Day,

            I have applied for moratorium facility in such pandemic situation for my car loan i have received confirmation msg from sbi bank that next EMI will schedule in month of sep.
            But still smount has been debited from my account for the month of june and august and ecs amoutn debited in month of july.
            While i connect with my local branch they said amount which is debited will not refunded and did not get any solution from that.

            Please look into this and do the needfull.

              Unwanted deductions from credit card

              Hi, this is Meera from Vellore. I have used my credit card and it stated the remaining balance is 137. So, I transferred some amount into my amount within tat time period they deduct around 1000 from my credit card. There is no history about the transaction. Can I get my money back? My credit card ends with 1682. I have been using this card for years but this payment deduction is not acceptable for me....

              I am using SBI credit card for years. Yesterday(15-08) the amount around 1000 was deducted from my credit card. There is no details about it in transactions. Please return the amount ASAP.

                    Amount has been deducted from my account for sbi credit card, however the billdesk status is showing as failed.

                      Hi... I have booked goair ticket on 10-april-2020 for 19-april-2020 by makemytrip and payment was made by paypal due to lockdown in india the flight was cancelled and i talked to goair customer service they told me that company is giving 1 year reschedule time instead of refund but on 23-june-2020 flight ticket got cancelled and refund was processed to my source of payment from where the amount was paid. The source of payment was sbi debit card, but still i haven't received my refund amount which is 8779.70 in my bank account. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                          cheque book sent to old address

                          Address: Corporate salary branch, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

                          As i applied for address change of same area but different house and also chequebook on same day at sbi...
                          I was tracking consignment... But didn't got delivery on date... After fighting with speed postman of our area for not delivering...
                          Then i came to know that so called sbi intelligents have not used the common sense o[censored]pdating address... Before dispatch of chequebook...
                          So please suggest me that how can i collect...

                          My name is khalid hussain khan and i had ordered dr. Morpen steam inhaler of rs.527 in amazon on 28th july and canceled this order on 31st july due to personal reason. And on 2nd august

                                  My name is md mizanur rahman mollah and i recently opened a saving account on 07th august 2020, at sbi intouch hatsingimari, assam his ifsc code is. Sbin0008267, account no. [protected], cif no. [protected]

                                  I have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “ cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.

                                  I have visited the branch many times but didn’t any solutions all kyc documents already submitted on 07th august 2020. Kindly look in to this matter on urgent basis.
