Please help me to provide the provisional certificate at the earliest.
I have completed my edu loan repayment from 2017 year and i need provisional certificate from the bank of the education loan

    Whenever i do a cashless transaction or use debut card for payment an amount deducts after few days stating surcharge/tips/ratediff by sbi which is not explained by any of the home branch or customer care. What is the use of going digital and cashless if we have to pay for every cashless transaction. My sbi home branch ifsc is sbin0007171.

    Please help.

      I have a savings account in state bank of India, Kullu branch, Himachal. On 31th July 2020, 2 transactions happened through debit card to my account and debited around rs. 230/- and 16900/- without providing any OTP or PIN number. I have not received any otp (One time password) also to authenticate the transaction.
      one of the transaction message i got was like this and after that i got message from sbi that your card has been blocked due to suspicious activities.

      message was like this.

      SBIDrCard XXXX used for Rs 16900.00 at99999999 txn#[protected]. If not done fwd this sms to [protected]/call 18000111

      Since i was not able to raise the complaint on the portal since i was getting error in sbi portal "we regret the inconvenience caused to you unable to lodge your complaint and through IVR unable to lodge due to COVID pandemic call wait time "

      i have not even shared my debit card details like (Card number, name on the card, expiry date, cvv) etc details to any body. Even the card is with me while these suspicious transaction had happened.
      So, i request sbi bank to refund the same amount and credit back to my savings account.

          My name is Aditya Yadav and I had ordered Netgear R6350 AC1750 Smart WiFi Router of Rs.4899 INR in Amazon on 6 July 2020 and after I returned this order due to personal reason On 7 July 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money.             I am Luit Raj Choudhury. I purchased a Renewed Sony WI-XB400 priced 2442/-(two thousand four hundred forty two rupees) from Amazon on 17 July by SBI Debit card. I cancelled the order on 25 July due to personal problem. Although Amazon had issued the refund on 26July, it is not reflected in my bank account. Amazon sent this Transaction No.[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form. Please respond to this complaint as it's very important. Thanks.

                I purchased a product from amazon and returned as i received wrong product. Amazon sent refund amount to my bank account, but i didn't received my refund amount, i called to amazon for my refund amound they sent me reflect details, den i called to my bank to ask them about my refund amount due bank manager is saying they can't help me in getting my refund it's fault from amazon but not from bank side said manager, i said him that i have reference no of my refund but he declined saying them can't refund amount n cnt help me get my refund,

                This is to confirm that refund for amount 455.60 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now.

                          I am not getting an OTP from the Payment gateway. Initially I thought the problem was with my card so I got another one and I still had the issue, I visited my home branch told them the problem and they said the problem is with my phone and when I tried to explain it to them they were not just interested. So lodged a complaint about my issue with SBI and they called me back asked a few questions and said the issue will be resolved after 10 working days. 2 months later I still have the issue and when I called the SBIs customer service the representative requested the complaint and account number which I happily provided and after putting me on hold for a minute she thanked me, wished me a good day and declined the call without giving me a second to reply back.

                              Dear Sir,

                              This is to inform you that I had taken SBI Credit Card more than a year ago and I have been using this card regularly and make payment on time every month. I lost my credit card in May'20 and immediately informed SBI Card team for which they assured that they will issue new card. I also mentioned in email that I am unable to make payment for the same as I dont have card details and also requested specifically that there should not be any late payment charges and it was assured to me by SBI Card Customer Care representative. But to my surprise, additional finance charges with late payment fee was added in next month bill.

                              Since then I have been following up with SBI Card team for the resolution and raised multiple tickets which are mentioned below. I have also escalated it Nodal Office but have not received any response.

                              Moreover, SBI Card team is harassing me with calls for payment though I have explained to them about the issue . I have also told them I want to cancel this card and share the details of legitimate outstanding payment
                              which I have not received yet.

                              Request you to please look into this as they are harassing customer like this without even taking cognizance of the issue raised.

                              Sir, I have not received any update yet from SBI Credit Card team yet !! They have been harrassing me for payment and dont take respond to email and call. Request you to please intervene otherwise I will have to take legal action against SBI now.Please help !!

                                Dear sir

                                A refund of 695 rupees was successfully processed on 08 July, 2020 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number "dUk9mSYCcAxU3ei8FtQd" but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund. Id- dUk9mSYCcAxU3ei8FtQd

                                  I bought a bike in loan with Indusind Bank. I've to pay monthly Rs. 3285.
                                  This month it's turned due to insufficient balance during the lockdown.
                                  Indusind bank told their fine is Rs. 472.
                                  And in my bank account for the second time, sbi taken the return charges of Rs. 882.91, which is much than I thought. For 3285 rupees, I've to pay around 4600 rupees.

                                    I have received an SMS from sbiinb stating that" you have made two invalid attempts for my username on 29/07/2020 19.16pm IST. login access will be locked for day after 1 more attempt" . But I haven't tried logging in and I have never stored my username on mobile or pc.. then how come someone know my username, is it possible for them to find my password too?? Ans immediately after seeing this msg I have changed my password and What else should I do now???

                                      I am trying to complete online payment for bpsc exam with due date for fee payment being next day (30 jul). However on sbi bank collect website, i keep getting the error "please verify the data entered and try again". I have tried different browsers.in the name of data, only registration no. Is required which is also correct. Sbi should promptly do something about it. I have also informed bihar public service commision about this error.
