        Subject: Third party fund transfer failed.

        Amount debited from our account but not credited to beneficiary account. When we contacted SBI customer support (Complaint Number: [protected]), they said the amount has been processed from SBI end and we (customer) has to check with beneficiary bank ourselves if the amount is credited to beneficiary account. As we are SBI customer, we expect SBI to enquire beneficiary bank and make sure the fund transfer is completed.
        Just imagine is the beneficiary bank is in far away city. Does it sound practical for customers to check with beneficiary bank themselves? I request this process needs to be changed in SBI. SBI has to make sure the fund transfers which are initiated by it go through smooth till they reach beneficiary account. It is their responsibility and they should not get away with it.

        I checked with beneficiary account bank, the amount seems to be credited to the beneficiary account on 14th march 2020. Thanks to Karnataka Bank for providing the information and confirmation. It seems the beneficiary gave us false information and misguided us that the amount is not credited to his account, whereas it was actually credited on the same day of fund transfer.

          I have already activated my ATM card but everytime I try to withdraw money from the ATM I am unable to use my ATM card as it keeps on saying inoperative account. The last time I checked, i.e, the same month I applied for my ATM card, the bank employee said that it was working, just after a month I activated my ATM card and now I am facing this problem. It is hard for me because I went out of my State and could not contact my Branch.

            Hi, i have taken a home loan from sbi koramangala branch, bengaluru which got disbursed in dec 19 where i have paid the legal fees already initially. However, they have just deducted slop charges again of 1000/- within just 3 months in this month. I believe it has to be either after 3 or 5 years. Kindly, request you to look into this and do the needful. Thank you, john

              Shadow of the tomb raider (Ps4) of rs. Amount (1358) in amazon on[protected] and after[protected] i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on[protected]
              Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
              (965765) and told me to fill charge dispute form but sbi bank doesn't have such policy. So
              Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                  I have taken education loan for my daughter's mba degree course from nmims and have applied for admission cancellation (Been 3 months now). But the nmims college is not moving forward with cancellation process and is forcing me to pay the emis though i have already the required amount which 20% of the admission fee. And this is cheating & harassment from college's side.
                  Yesterday i went to the sbi branch where my account is to know what my bank can do for me? About after 30 minutes got call from [protected] saying that she is from bank. I am an a grade government officer and was considered a valuable customer of my bank. I tried to explain my problem to her but she didn't listen and threatened me that she'll block my account and keep it on hold. Please look into the matter.

                    Dear sir, i have a savings account in sbi [protected], guidvada main branch (Code -00841), i am working at ex-station, without proper information sbi stops my money withdraw transaction but sbi accepts all types of deposit transaction, during this time i lost my goodwill at my office staff and friends, too much suffer to my family members because of i deposited money in my account for my family in that time bank accepted but when i was withdraw or transfer or payments bank was restricted my transactions, due to this system i lost my goodwill and suffering lot of problems. There was a medical emergency suddenly sbi stuck the transaction. If any personal loss was occurred who is the responsible.
                    On[protected] i was back to home from ex-station (On leave) meet my branch for kyc updating successfully bank staff said to me please wait 24 hours then continues your transactions. I was left my city on job but on[protected] onwards i am facing same problem again. I deposited money in my account for my family in that time bank accepted but when i was withdraw or transfer or payments bank was restricted my transactions, there was a medical emergency and with your irresponsibility i lost my family (Relative was died) member during this main reason. Who is responsible for this situation. I am going to fighting against this reason for compensation of 50, 00, 000/ - or job in sbi to my family.

                        On dated 19 february 2020 i was going cdma machine at timber market branch, kolhapur for deposit the cash for installment rs. 14000/- but machine blocked my money.
                        I am lot of time goes to branch manager but he said that the money will be deposit soon but yet money not add to my account.

                              I had ordered a product (Ant esports mk 1000) rs= 2049 from amazon.
                              And later i had canceled the product. As per the sbi rule i should have got my refund within 4-5 business days, but it's the 13th day, yet i haven't got my refund.
                              As per amazon they have forwarded the refund to sbi, but its not showing on my account. Sbi should please check the issue and i should soon get my refund back soon and solve my problem

                                Respected sir-i fillup a online form for bhu set 2020 on date-19/03/2020for a candidate and make apayment by sbi bank through net banking. But on payment time servor error&pament is not suessfull&amount is deducted.. And again payment on date-20/03/2020 but same problem create again.

                                  Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                                  Dear sir

                                  A refund of 900rupees was successfully processed on 10th march 2020 to my account. Refund reference #[protected]. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                  I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                  I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                  Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                      My name is sparsh saraogi and i had ordered mi 10000 mah li-polymer power bank 2i (Blue) with 18w fast charging of rs.899 in amazon on 12.03.2020 and after 13.03.2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 13.03.2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 620418 and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
