As i and the marchant refunded back all the amount spent in the previous cycle before the due date (06.01.2020) so there
Was no question arisen to credit further amount from my end into this a/c.

    Sir tomorrow i pay fee for college during tarsaction that was stopped no msg is send to me tu cut my money during any issue the process is not complete but my miney was debited from my account. During tarnsction the process not completed yet but the moneyy is debited from my account. It was gtu regular exam form fees and i heartfully requested to help me to give my refund. Thank you

      I had a savings bank account with state bank of india, thirumangalam branch, chennai.in the year 2016, i shifted my residence to varadharajapuram, near mudichur. Since there was no branch of sbi near my residence, i continued operating from thirumangalam branch, which was 35 km away. Fifteen days back, a new branch of sbi was opened in mudichur.
      I decided to transfer my account from thirumangalam branch to mudichur branch. I approached the branch manager of mudichur branch and enquired about it. She told me that it is possible to get the transfer as per my request. She advised me that i should go and give a request letter to thirumangalam branch. I told her that my account was transferred from bangalore to chennai in the year 2012 and there was no requirement for such a request. Thirumangalam branch completed all the formalities on my oral request. She told me that the rules have changed now. I just asked her how come all the rules in sbi are changing only against the interest of the customers and not a single rule changes in favor of customers. There was a rude reply ‘yes’. I didn’t expect anything better! She told me that if i go and give my request letter, they will transfer the account immediately and while returning from there i can even confirm that the account is transferred. I thanked her and went to the thirumangalam branch.
      When i went to thirumangalam branch and submitted a letter, they asked me to produce an identity proof. I told the accountant, who attended my request that i have got the passbook, which has got my photograph, address etc., and on checking the passbook she can confirm my identity. She didn’t agree. I told her that i submitted my photo, aadhar card copy, passport copy etc., for their kyc requirements just 15 days earlier. She told me that she did not keep any such details and everything was sent to the concerned department. Is it so difficult for them that they can’t even keep a scanned copy of our details for such emergency requirements? If in case a fraudster comes to the bank how can they verify the details? He would be more prepared to answer them than they are! Basically, what is the purpose of collecting the kyc details? To send it to some other department for filing? I told her that i am 70 years old and she can’t expect me to go get my id proof again. I requested her in a raised voice to check my passbook and do the needful. She advised me to meet the bank manager.
      I met the branch manager and explained everything. After seeing my passbook and checking my account the branch manager told me that change of branch can be done using my mobile! She also helped me to log in to my account in my mobile and completed the business. Unfortunately, thanks to the ‘sbi systems’, i didn’t get my otp for completing the business. After trying twice, she told me that since i didn’t get my otp, she is instructing the accountant to do it using her computer.
      The accountant tried to do it. But her computer couldn’t recognize the mudichur branch. Two more persons also tried but they also couldn’t get the mudichur branch in their computers. Finally, they told me to contact the mudichur branch and explain the difficulty. I tried to get the mudichur branch manager and there was no access to any telephone. Since i didn’t expect this problem, i also did not get the phone number of the branch. It was partly because the attitude of the branch manager was very rude.
      I came back to mudichur branch and explained the problem. They immediately called the thirumangalam branch accountant and explained the procedure on how it should be done. Such is the awareness and skill of the accountant level people working in a busy sbi branch! Mudichur branch people told me to wait for 10 minutes so that they can let me know whether the job is over. Since i had my taxi waiting and since it was already waiting for more than 20 minutes and i was not sure whether i will be able to get the result in 10 minutes, i told them that i will call them after half an hour. They agreed.
      I just went to the branch manager to inform her about the progress. She told me to call her the next day afternoon at 3.45 pm. The same lady had told me in the morning that i can get the confirmation while coming back from the thirumangalam branch. When i asked her she started giving me a lecture! Since i knew that the job was a less than 5-minute job as explained by the thirumangalam branch manager, i just tolerated her and listened. When i called her the next day at 3.45 pm, she said the account has been transferred.
      Today i checked my account on my computer. The account is transferred alright. But i had a shock when i saw that the thirumangalam branch people had credited my account with an interest of rs.112/- and then debited the same amount before transferring the account.
      Effectively, they have saved sbi by stealing that amount from me. Will it go to set right vijay mallya or yes bank accounts or the 76, 000 crores they wrote off last year, god knows.
      I am now wondering whether these people should be called # or crooks. For less than 5 minutes job which could have been done using my mobile, my loss was around rs.2, 000/-!

        Amazon initiated my refund on 05 Mar 20 but till I not get any money in my account
        I tell refund reference no to sbi customer care
        But sbi decline to update my account summary and help me
        Even sbi customer services decline the call
        and they talk in very rude behaviour
        I already file a complaint against Amazon
        I had try several times to contact amazon customer service but they ask me to contact sbi customer service and sbi ask me to contact amazon
        Amazon and SBI both are wasting my time

          I presented a cheque of 1611 rupees from punjab national bank, high value branch, bareilly sbi, model town branch, bareilly. They returned my cheque with the reason "84 other reasons-connectivity failure". They also deducted 177 rupees from my account. They don't have any answer for the same. It's not my fault if there connectivity is not successful.

          I need credit money back. Also, sbi should provide clear reasons if they are dishonoring cheque

            Sir i had placed an order on 3rd march 2020 and payed the amount rs 1482 by amazon pay upi in advance but then after cancelling the order a refund has been initiated by amazon on 10 march 2020 with refund reference #[protected] according to them the refund is successfull but the money is not reflected in my account i had already visited the branch sbi sector 32c but they are saying there is no pending transaction. Neither amazon nor sbi is solving the problem please help. I am attaching all the necessary documents. Please solve the above mentioned issue. Thank you

              Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

              Dear sir,

              A refund of rs. 193.75 was successfully processed on 12 march 2020 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund. They have given me a reference number which is as follows-

              Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible please.

                I dont know what is 3-4 days business days meant to amazon staffs but i waited for more than one week to get a confirmation regarding my refund being processed. This compelled me to called up customer care service serveral times and chat with service many times.
                Only after one week they asked me to confirm with my bank in which bank is clueless when i contated. This keep me waiting for another few days as the amazon customer service will only say that refund is processing. I began to lose my faith in amazon slowly as everyone knows it takes only few minutes to buy through UPI but it takes days amd weeks to get refunded.

                Lastlt, an amount of 89 rupees was refunded from Amazon on 8th March 2020 but did not credited to my account. I've contacted SBI customer care service again on 18th March but they could not help me out with my refund and further asked me if i could visit a bank. My reference number is [protected].
                I would therefore once again like to request the team to kindly look into the matter because today is the 18th day I'm still waiting for my refund.

                  I went to the sbi branch of barnala which is located on college road. Here is the ifsc of this branch sbin0006341. I went to take the passbook of the account but she started shouting on me without reason and even told to the security guard to throughout from the branch in front of every staff and other customers. She also said so many other things in very very rude behavior. I have my self-respect in my city and after this incident, i feel ashamed. I am a very old customer of this bank and also the branch too. Before this, i never treated the way today i faced. I want an apology from her in front of the whole staff and including the branch manager.

                      I ordered a product from amazon and i returned that product to amazon and the refund is initiated by amazon of amount 1331 and amazon has sent me refund reference number it is generated by bank.                         dom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd

                        A sum of rs 11.80 is deducted as dom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd from my account what is the plus point of going cashless when bank can deduct some amount after the transaction is done. No where is mention that a certain amount will be deducted from account if you pay using card so that consumer can prevent from doing so its like cheating consumer to pay for using card and then later on deduct some amount from there account without giving...

                        I hoping help from SBI bank as I have already shared my UTR number.

                          I saw my statement of account, sbi has debited amount of 295 for the five times unnecessarily, and just because of that emi got bounced and levied a penalty of inr 450 from bajaj. And this is the zero balance account for which they levied a charge for the five timed irrespective of having a balance in the account. I want that all money to be refunded in my account as soon as possible and along with a penalty charges of 295. When i talked to an agent of sbi they said it is levied by bajaj. But bajaj levies a penalty charge of 450 directly not from an auto debit mode.

                          I have used Sbi BHIM UPI App for funds transfer on15/03/20 my account debited for that transactions on next day (16/03/20) but I got error message as Remitter CBS offline.                                   I have taken the balance transfer for 60 days for 30k and got the next statement including 30k, so i called customer care, as per them whatever we used apart from Balance transfer that amount has to be paid. Same I did, now in my fresh statement, they are charging finance charges whatever i used even i am having 60 days period. Now they are saying once we take BT, if we use the card for that transaction they will charge 3.35 interest, surprisingly. if that is the case they should inform us at the time of BT.
                                  Really worst rules and if anyone is using SBI Credit card please close the card. So many hidden charges, even customer care people also misguiding us.

                                    I haven't got my refund of rupees 1455 I tried contacting the bank and Amazon customer service but none of them seems to respond so I finally came to know about this website and came here to complain I tried every thing I can but non of it seems to work I checked this online it's not just me who is suffering but also many people contact me so I can provide u the details

                                      I ordered an item from flipkart and i returned it and they initiated the refund. Gave a refrence number in[protected].
                                      Payment stucked in gateway and i still not get my refund yet branch says we havent recieved the money. I raised a complaint on c. M. S. Sbi ticket number [protected] and they replied that they have not found any detail with the refrence number from flipkart
