I ordered a product from amazon and i returned that product to amazon and the refund is initiated by amazon of amount 1331 and amazon has sent me refund reference number it is generated by bank. But refund is not reflecting in my bank account. I have complaint to the bank customer care by call, bank is not listening the problem and saying reference number is not generated by bank.
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I format my desktop.bt nict softeare is not reinstall yet..

Account balance is 4000 in semi urban sbi bank still deduction of 147.5 is dedicated. And the message comes 5 times. One time at yesterday evening and 4 time today's morning.

    dom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd

    A sum of rs 11.80 is deducted as dom surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd from my account what is the plus point of going cashless when bank can deduct some amount after the transaction is done. No where is mention that a certain amount will be deducted from account if you pay using card so that consumer can prevent from doing so its like cheating consumer to pay for using card and then later on deduct some amount from there account without giving...

    I have done payment through phonepay to flipkart and due to some reason flipkart have referred my money and i have received utr no but payment not received.
    Even i have visited sbi bank mahadevpura branch bangalore but denied to help and asked me to visit branch office.
    I stay in bangalore and branch office is mumbai.

    Please help as i don't have single rupee in my packet.

    Dear SBI Team,

    Kindly resolve the issue as Phonepay is not ready to healp and i felt Phonepay is fraud company and don't have any system for customer.

    I hoping help from SBI bank as I have already shared my UTR number.

    I am attaching Phonepay customer support team they asked me to contact Bank.

      I saw my statement of account, sbi has debited amount of 295 for the five times unnecessarily, and just because of that emi got bounced and levied a penalty of inr 450 from bajaj. And this is the zero balance account for which they levied a charge for the five timed irrespective of having a balance in the account. I want that all money to be refunded in my account as soon as possible and along with a penalty charges of 295. When i talked to an agent of sbi they said it is levied by bajaj. But bajaj levies a penalty charge of 450 directly not from an auto debit mode.

      I have used Sbi BHIM UPI App for funds transfer on15/03/20 my account debited for that transactions on next day (16/03/20) but I got error message as Remitter CBS offline. I raised dispute for that transactions yesterday (16/03/20 ) but Till now I didn't get any refund, almost 48hours completed.

        My name is (Nand kishor rathore) and i had ordered (Metal 12volt dc led light) of rs.168 (Metal 12volt dc led light) in amazon on (2mar 2020) and after (9mar 2020) i returned this order due to personal reason. And on (17mar 2020) amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.               I have taken the balance transfer for 60 days for 30k and got the next statement including 30k, so i called customer care, as per them whatever we used apart from Balance transfer that amount has to be paid. Same I did, now in my fresh statement, they are charging finance charges whatever i used even i am having 60 days period. Now they are saying once we take BT, if we use the card for that transaction they will charge 3.35 interest, surprisingly. if that is the case they should inform us at the time of BT.
              Really worst rules and if anyone is using SBI Credit card please close the card. So many hidden charges, even customer care people also misguiding us.

                  Payment stucked in gateway and i still not get my refund yet branch says we havent recieved the money. I raised a complaint on c. M. S. Sbi ticket number [protected] and they replied that they have not found any detail with the refrence number from flipkart

                    I was there to assist one of my knowns who were uneducated and wanted to open a salary account in sbi bank haripura, amritsar. First of all the officer named vivek bhalla was busy on his phonr got 15min. When he got free i asked him to assist us my wife was along with me ans the uneducated fellows too. He asked me to go somewhere else and open my account there. When i asked him the reason he rose up aggressively and used cheap words with me and my wife. He was almost about to hit me. He tore off the form and asked me to get out and humiliated me in front of 40-50 people.

                      Amazon has initiated the refund but that is not credited to my account.
                      Refund for amount 240.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] but till now it is not credited. I tried to contact my home branch and bank customer care but did not get any respond. Amazon has confirmed that they have already sent the refund amount. But 7 days already passed and i did nt get my refund.

                        On 02/03/2020 i booked a railway ticket on irctc and pay through amazon pay upi. But transaction was failed and amazon issued my refund of 263.18 rupees on that same day whose reference id[protected]. But amount did not credited in my account till now. Thereafter amazon advise me to contact sbi care but sbi told me that they cannot any help as i payment through third party application amazon. Now i want the refund amount in my account as soon as possible.

                            I facing issue with fast tag recharge. When I am trying to recharge then it's showing " Recharge is blocked due to Limited KYC. Please upgrade your Wallet as KYC Customer for the further transaction. "

                            Till now I recharged my tag 500rs approx. so I not cross 10, 000 monthly limit.
                            I submit issue at 28th Feb 2020 and till it's not solve.

                            Many times I email sent to following accounts but nobody reply.

                              Hi My name is arwa takiwala i am from vadodara gujarat India Having Acc in SBI Mandvi Main Branch Vadodara on 3rd/12/[protected] from my account was clonned through Atm in Mumbai and this has happen with total 16People in vadodara As per RBI gideliunes this kind of cloning that is without sharing PIN or OTP Respected bank shoul be refund within 90days but as careless SBI didnt Support Physically and not taking any kind of authority for the same .infact other bank has already Refunded the cloning but being goverment sector SBI is being Careless and not taking any authority for the same and since its more then 90days i have to knock doors over here..

                                  I was at sbi atm to withdraw money, but atm went offline and transaction timeout, but my money debited from account, and no money received.

                                  My amount is 8000.

                                  I have also given a complaint about it at my home branch and online also.

                                  Its been 7 days, but no money received in my account.

                                  Look into this and give my money back.
                                  I will be complaining to rbi, if i didn't receive money in 2-3 days.

                                    A refund of 1000 rupees(Rs.500 and Rs.500) was successfully processed on 12 March 2020 to my account by paytm. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account ([protected]) by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                    I have confirmed with paytm and they have successfully processed the refund and they provide a reference number 75503720073038811566685

                                    Kindly accept my request and refund my money.

                                      A refund of 515rupees was successfully processed on 07 march, 2020 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.
