My name is om gore and i had ordered mi smart band 4 of rs.2299 mi band in amazon on 18 december 2019 and after 30 december 2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 1 january 2020
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number # 962494 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So

I have applied for new credit card last month and was promissed for the card having the 700 rs joining fee. However the card which got delivered is wronge and joining fee 3538.42 rs has been deducted from my account. Even the card which i received has not been activated as well. I had delayed on my credit card payment to the bank and i started getting calls for recovery. I had promised to clear payments on 29th feb, however, since 29th feb is a bank holiday cash payments cannot be done. While asking the agent for sometime, they have threatened by wife with consequences if the payment is not done on the said date. I have issued cheque for the payment to mutual fund dealer first amount got deducted from account, and later after some time amount reverted to the account with message "cas corr pr chq reversal" with charges cuting. Its a very embarrassing situation, why it had happened even though having sufficient balance in bank. Even after calling to customer care they don't have any information. Asked us to visit branch. Now i have to take one day leave...

I had ordered products from amazon on 20th feb but due to late delivery time, i had to cancel that order on 22nd feb. But till now the amount not credited on my bank account. I have already talked to amazon customer service executive many times and they are saying the respective amount already credited on my bank account and they provide me this refund reference # 241862

Just now in my account 147.5 rs is debited with the name called silver global. I haven't ordered anything from net neither k haven't used my card. I donno why it is being debited.! I want u people to take strict action towards this stupid sbi people.! I dont know always in my account only why it is being debited.! Sum of Rs 12.98 is Deducted as DOM surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd from my account what is the Plus Point of Going CashLess when Bank can deduct some amount after the transaction is done without my knowledge, so Its like cheating consumer to pay for using card and then later on deduct some amount from there account without giving then any notice or Proper Information why a certain amount is Deducted....
