I purchased a realme c3 phone by paying through my debit card a sum of total 7999 rupees and then cancelled it for some reason. It's been more than 11 days and i haven't got my refund.

Flipkart says they already have initiated the refund and told me to contact the bank's customer care. I contacted to the customer care but they told me to contact flipkart again and both are saying the same thing again and again.

The field officer of SBI Branch Suriya (SBIN003011) Giridih Jharkhand is not accepting the form. The manager was approached by me however he denied of any help. The application form duly filled and alongwith supporting documents for KCC was not accepted by the Staff with reason to come after march. Amount of rs 1000 was deducted by sbi gen pai. I dnt know what changed suddenly and i never selected for personal accidental insurance but they still deducted my money. I need my money back and dnt want any pai. Toll free number and branch is not doing anything.
