I was pay 100rs to shop via phone pe and then in phone pe transaction successful and also debited from my sbi bank account but not showing to receiver in bharatpe and his bank account as kotak mahindra bank. I was also contacted both means sbi and phonepe. But sbi called for discuss with phonepe and phonpe called discuss with sbi. And sbi also called we have no information about upi transaction,... Why because upi is a part of banking transaction so why sbi called upi is not releted to bank. So i was complaint to sbi official site but in response is called same as customer care. And not notifying me about complaint and closed my complaint.

My sbi account was debited by 600 and 150 twice and I did not know about this because I did not receive any massage and the transaction name was SBIPG AMAZON MUMBAI
this a fraud transaction I just want to get back my money

    Since december, 2018 i am not using sbi debit card because, sbi itself was blocked to issue the chip enabled card. After december 2018 i did not use sbi card. Twice i had been to sbi branch hennur cross, bangalore, to get chip based card. But could not get it. The reason was change of address. Every year sbi hennur cross branch is deducting rs.147.50. Saying that dear customer, your a/c has been debited for inr 147.50 on 28-02-20 towards annual maintenance charges for year sbi debit card ending with — the same thing was happened in the year of december 2019..

      I have faced power cut during withdraw transaction in sbi atm. This atm is located in bagodar - hazaribagh rd, ompuri, hazaribagh, jharkhand 825303. I was trying to withdraw rs 15000 on 1 march 2020 at 12:00 but at the time of counting inside atm the power goes off and by the time my money was deductated with transaction id #7210. Still i haven’t got my refund. I was using my sbi debit card for transaction.

      My account has been debitted with Rs.147.50 last week and again today they debited with RS. 147.50 from State Bank of India bank .
      please help me to

        My name is Ajay, I have settled my credit card and paid entire amount as well, but after 3 months of settlement now m getting calls and msg for pay again outstanding amt. I have settlement later and I have paid my outstanding by (PDC) cheque, now the bank harassing me. Even they r not giving me the NOC.

          Hi sbi credit card team,

          I have applied for new credit card last month and was promissed for the card having the 700 rs joining fee. However the card which got delivered is wronge and joining fee 3538.42 rs has been deducted from my account. Even the card which i received has not been activated as well. Just bcz of sbi credit card team mistake, customer should not be charged. I have called multiple times from tomorrow to sbi credit card team but no solution was provided. They just kept call on hold and disconnected from their end.

          Do we have escalate herarcy in sbi? Is customer time not valuable at all?

          I have called multiple times fr yesterday on the issue but no solution provided yet. Event customer care executive are hanging phone post asking to wait for sinier.

            I had delayed on my credit card payment to the bank and i started getting calls for recovery. I had promised to clear payments on 29th feb, however, since 29th feb is a bank holiday cash payments cannot be done. While asking the agent for sometime, they have threatened by wife with consequences if the payment is not done on the said date. When i told her to ignore the agents, the agents started call my friends and colleagues about this concern. On call they mentioned they will harass my wife and keep calling my family. When i requested them to stop they said if the payment is not done in 10 mins they will teach me a lesson. I have screenshots documenting the same and can be shared, the agents name is gautam and his mobile number is [protected]. The agent refuses to disclose further details of his employer when i told him that i will escalate the case

              I took 3, 50000 personal loan from sbi in 2016, i hv paid all emi time to time but sbi charged me fine arr adjustment and cuttedfine every month unauthorisly. I tried to contact branch manager and i called him through sbi samadhan app but the number given by samadhan app is not the branch manager which i actually need when i talk to them and ask for the correct branch manager no they deny and refused to give. I really disappointed 😔 for this behavior. When we paid all the interest and charges they at least need to focus us but they don't. If they are not reply me then i filed a petition on sbi.

              One things I want to add that is when RBI decrease rate of interest percentage of all loans bank did not auto update that which they should be but they cutted an authorized fine from my salary account. It's my appeal that at first refund my all money which you cutted with the tag level of fine and decrease my loan interest rate and adjust my money and refund all as soon as possible before I take this matter in front of media.

              RBI set 10.55 rate of interest for personal loan from 01 Jan 2020 but my current percentage is 11.15 decrease my rate of interest as the new rate update from RBI. Please follow the rules and decorum of Indian constitution 🙏

                I have issued cheque for the payment to mutual fund dealer first amount got deducted from account, and later after some time amount reverted to the account with message "cas corr pr chq reversal" with charges cuting. Its a very embarrassing situation, why it had happened even though having sufficient balance in bank. Even after calling to customer care they don't have any information. Asked us to visit branch. Now i have to take one day leave to visit branch to resolve this issue otherwise sbi please try to understand this situation before rejecting such payment. At least call your customer and discuss if you see any issue.

                And its been 2 weeks i have opened account but still not getting my passbook as whenever i go to branch they say me to visit branch after two days.

                            I want to complaint regarding State bank of india credit card.

                            This is what below I wrote to state bank of india but no response yet.

                            I took a loan encashment on this card for Rs.1, 22, 000/- on 01/08/2020 and I wanted to close the loan in January 2020, so I made a payment on

                            So i contacted State bank of India credit cards customer service and said for the foreclosure of loan and i was informed to make Rs.2, 000/- more to close the loan which i did on

                            when statement was generated in January the information was like this below:

                            I called customer services on 24/02/2020 one lady informed me that I didn't make a payment in full and said I paid less of Rs.1, 000/-, I said if i am able to make a payment of Rs.1, 17, 000 then why there will be an issue for me to make a payment of Rs1, 18, 000.I told them that whatever the amount was asked me to pay in January I paid if the loan account is not closed then how can that be my problem and If I raised a request of foreclosure and if you didnt receive payment in full then atleast you guys could have called me, i could have made that payment.

                            I told her that you people should tell me the exact amount or the approximate amount, I could have made an excess payment but you guys should not blame and penalize for the mistake that you guys did. Now my loan account is not closed and I was charged EMI for January and February. I already raised a compalint regarding this foreclosure issue but no supervisor called me as promised and closed my complaint saying declined. they should take my concern first.

                            I am calling so many times to speak to supervisor and I am not getting thru at all. everyone is placing my call on hold and it was taking like more than 20 minutes and the call is getting disconnected. The other day I was on call for 3 hrs continuously calling but again the calls are getting got disconnected or either the supervisor is busy all the time.

                            I am really pissed off with the service you guys gave me. Now I want to close my account once everything is solved

                            I will not make a payment if the complaint is not solved.

                            No they didn't resolve my query. Everytime one executive was contacting me I was explaining everything again they are giving me same resolution. No one was checking my complaint thoroughly at all. Everytime they are reading the first part and was asking me again and again.. I really got fed up with up with the customer services of SBI card. No one was atleast had an intention of solving problem. Everyone was postponing the issue.

                            Atlast I really lost my patience and made full payment because it is affecting my credit rating. I stopped using my card now. And I recommend not to use SBI card coz if there is any issue no one will definitely not understand your issue

                                      I have raised a complaint against premium deduction amount rs 2000 from my sbi home loan account by racpc Iyyapanthangal branch.

                                      This amount was deducted without my knowledge or confirmation from my side.

                                      I had also given a call to cancel the insurance immediately after i received sms on Insurance for annual premium of 2000 from SBI

                                      Even after requesting not to opt me for the home content insurance of 5 lakhs, SBI has deducted 2000 rupees from my home loan account.

                                        Hello, sir, i padmavathi rangaraju holding loan account no as hl/od-mortgage account no [protected] is requesting you to kindly ask the related bank people to provide me back the property papers we mortgaged though it been past one year we cleared loan as on[protected]. Sir for the same my husband has visited many times and the last time he visited was on july 13, 2019, as he fell sick expired later in august. Again in december my brother who stays in ireland visited the office and requested miss neelam a responsible person from the office she did give phone no for further inquiry but sir only for couple of times she responded next not lifting calls. Sir this property belongs to my parents and now are too aged father 81 mothers 71 years they cannot come to bank nor can do calls many times and myself being working in a private organization cannot take many leaves as at the end salary matters for cutting. So this is reason why iam logging complaint hoping i shall be justified through this option or had to take another option in search your staff are rude in talking too but that fellow is retired now. Try to understand the sensitive situation and do necessary help
