I want to complaint regarding State bank of india credit card.
This is what below I wrote to state bank of india but no response yet.
I took a loan encashment on this card for Rs.1, 22, 000/- on 01/08/2020 and I wanted to close the loan in January 2020, so I made a payment on
05/01/2020

So i contacted State bank of India credit cards customer service and said for the foreclosure of loan and i was informed to make Rs.2, 000/- more to close the loan which i did on

when statement was generated in January the information was like this below:

I was in credit balance. But when I received February statement 2020 i can see that there is a balance outstanding. So when I checked the statement I can see that the loan account is not closed.

I called customer services on 24/02/2020 one lady informed me that I didn't make a payment in full and said I paid less of Rs.1, 000/-, I said if i am able to make a payment of Rs.1, 17, 000 then why there will be an issue for me to make a payment of Rs1, 18, 000.I told them that whatever the amount was asked me to pay in January I paid if the loan account is not closed then how can that be my problem and If I raised a request of foreclosure and if you didnt receive payment in full then atleast you guys could have called me, i could have made that payment.
I told her that you people should tell me the exact amount or the approximate amount, I could have made an excess payment but you guys should not blame and penalize for the mistake that you guys did. Now my loan account is not closed and I was charged EMI for January and February. I already raised a compalint regarding this foreclosure issue but no supervisor called me as promised and closed my complaint saying declined. they should take my concern first.
I am calling so many times to speak to supervisor and I am not getting thru at all. everyone is placing my call on hold and it was taking like more than 20 minutes and the call is getting disconnected. The other day I was on call for 3 hrs continuously calling but again the calls are getting got disconnected or either the supervisor is busy all the time.
I am really pissed off with the service you guys gave me. Now I want to close my account once everything is solved
I will not make a payment if the complaint is not solved.
