From sep 2018, there are fraud transaction as as example below, and till now more than one lakh rupees has been debited from my account. How sbi can help me to recover my amount. Banayan tree, i don't know, and never i have given any standing instruction or mandate. Even the mandate failed txn charges are debited from my account. Request sbi to resolve,

State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I never invested to " investment intermedi ".. but why its was deducting 295rs every time.. i really feeling very bad because of it i cant even maintaine my balance.. it was deducting many tyms in a month.. i just wanna refund my money back to my account...please resolve this problem as soon as problm

    1. I am wing commander gurminder singh saini son of mr. Mohinder singh saini, working at room no 216, air head quarters (Vayu bhawan), new delhi, have a defence package salary account number is - [protected] with sbi, nirman bhawan.

    2. I would like to intimate you that there had been five unauthorised transactions (Withdrawal) from my account on 6 feb 2020 at appx 06: 52 pm wherein unauthorized rs 45, 000/- (Four withdrawal of rs 10000/- each and one withdrawal of rs 5000/-) was carried out fraudulently without my knowledge.

    3. The bank statement for the fraudulently withdrawals at an atm 00371 (Un169401) in bardez, mapusa, goa is hereby attached. A point here to note is that i am in new delhi and was at new delhi at the time o[censored]nauthorised withdrawal of rs 45, 000/- from my account in goa on 06 feb 2020 at 06 : 52 pm. The debit card used for fraudulent withdrawal was at my possession and is still with me till today. The statement of the account attached depicts the card used by me at delhi for payments by me on same date, that is 06 feb 2020. And i had never ever shared any details of my debit cards or of the online banking with anyone.

    3. The sms received at my registered mobile ([protected]) of the unauthorised withdrawal are as mentioned below:-

I spoke with the sbi atm customer care ([protected]) on 06 feb 20 at around 9 pm (Within two hours of the fraud / unauthorised withdrawal) and was informed by the customer care that my atm card ending with 6828 was compromised and used at an atm in goa for unauthorised withdrawal of rs 45, 000/- through five transactions as mentioned above. I registered a complaint against the unauthorised withdrawals.


    6. The complains were booked and its details are as follows:-

    (A) for blocking the card ending with last four digit 6828: your sbi debit card ending with 6828 has been blocked on 06-02-20 at 22:20 hrs at your request.[protected]. Download [protected]@ www.yonosbi.com

    (B) for complaint o[censored]nauthorised withdrawal of money five times amounting to rs 45, 000/- from my account :-

    A. Your complaint has been registered for txn no.[protected]/18494200/000, ticket no-[protected]. Pls quote the same for future enquiries.- team sbi (Cms)

    B. Your complaint has been registered for txn no.[protected]/18514900/000, ticket no-[protected]. Pls quote the same for future enquiries.- team sbi (Cms)

    C. Your complaint has been registered for txn no.[protected]/18490000/000, ticket no-[protected]. Pls quote the same for future enquiries.- team sbi (Cms)

    D. Your complaint has been registered for txn no.[protected]/18510700/000, ticket no-[protected]. Pls quote the same for future enquiries.- team sbi (Cms)

    E. Your complaint has been registered for txn no.[protected]/18502500/000, ticket no-[protected]. Pls quote the same for future enquiries.- team sbi (Cms)


    7. Further, i have lodged a request for fir in south avenue police station which has been accepted vide daily diary number - dd no-41 b datd 07 feb 2020.

    9. I request you, as i am a salaried class person and had been customer of sbi for my salary account for past 21 years and my hard earned money has been fraudulently taken out from my account, so please do the needful to hasten the process on my complaint to please return back the money of rs 45, 000/- at the earliest along with rs 100/- per day penalty till receipt of my complete money back due to inconvenience that i have to face due to non – availability of money for my time bound payments like school fees of children, payment of bills etc due to fraudulent withdrawal of my salary in sbi account.

      I have sbi jhandhan acct. And i charged 17.70 rupees per transaction after 5transaction in a month this is radicls sbi fool the people and charge 17.70 rupee after every transaction after 5transaction in a month but no one in sbi giving me this information about this frustrating charges they charged me 150 rupees in 10 days and modi making india cashless by fooling people like this by hunting their money..

      Hello, I am Sangappa Waghmode residing in Vishrambag. Charges of Rs 11800 has been deducted for the reason of Non submission of RC book by State Bank Of India, Miraj branch.

      I have asked the branch manager for reversal of charges. However the same was not entertained by him. Request you to please take the needful action.
      Mera ATM card not delivered till time Your SBI Debit Card ending with 3312 dispatched on 26122019 thru Speed Post No. JA[protected]IN. Please follow instructions on welcome letter to generate your PIN
      I am raisin this complaint as I am getting continuous fake calls. I am very much worried that my personal details are shared with the outsiders. Kindly provide a solution by stopping the scammers in making call to the public and getting their money. Many had lost their huge sum of money due to few frauds.

        Dear sir,
        My name is raj shekhar, i am residing in mumbai maharasthra i have taken a credit card from sbi cards salesman/girl in big bazaar mall.

        After recieving my sbi credit card i used that for first time for flight ticket booking on 12 months emi mode from paytm (One97 communication) on 05/01/2020.

        After entering all the details of my sbi credit card when i hit the pay button instantly i recieved sms on my sbi cards registered number that 7846/-rs is debited from my sbi credit card and then paytm goes in a buffering mode due to slow net connectivity or sbi cards server issue so i let it buffer for arround a hour because i did not want to press back button or refresh button so i leave that in buffering mode after 1 hour i got a message on paytm app that transaction failed and booking was unsucessfull.

        I immidiately informed sbi cards customer care executive and i also raised a dispute transaction in my sbi cards app and i also shared the screenshot of failed transaction with them.

        And then i informed the paytm as well and they said don't worry your money will returned in the card by which i make the payment of rs. 7846/- in 7 working days.

        So i have to book the flight ticket because i have to travel so i again contact sbi cards customer care and asked them wheather i can use my card again to book flight ticket in 12 months emi mode and the executive of sbi cards said yes you can then i asked him what about the 1st failed transaction then he said that don't worry it will come back in my card and the emi of failed transaction will not billed in the monthly statement.

        After talking to him i agian booked a flight ticket from paytm on the same day 05/01/2020 after few hours of the same amount of rs. 7846/- in the 12 months emi mode and this time my transaction was sucessfull and my ticket has been booked sucessfully and again 7846/-rs debited from my sbi credit card.

        On the next day 06/01/2020 of failed and sucessfull transaction which is 05/01/2020 the paytm (One97 communication) returned the whole amount of rs. 7846/- in my sbi card back after that i am very relaxed and waiting for my sbi credit card monthly statement for paying the emi of my sucessfull transaction which i have done 2nd time from the same card from which my 1st transaction is failed as i said earlier above.

        But when my monthly statement generated on 10/01/2020 and recieved in mail at 9:00pm at night so i opened it and i saw that there are two emi's billed in the statement one for the failed transaction and second for the sucessfull transaction.

        I immidiately contacted the sbi cards customer care executive on 11/01/2020 and informed him the whole scenario and he said don't worry sir i will cancel your emi and logged my emi cancelation request and the executive said that it will take few days.

        On 15/01/2020 i got a sms from sbi cards that emi cancelation request is not sucessfull i again immidiately called sbi cards customer care executive and again told him the whole scenario and told him to log a request again for emi cancelation request.

        After that i again called sbi cards customer care executive on 17/01/2020 because i want to know the status of emi cancelation request and agian told the executive the whole scenario and asked him what is the status then executive said that still it is not canceled i asked why it is so then he told me it was not properly created the request by the previous executive and he told me that he is going to create new log for the emi cancelation request and promised me that this time emi will cancel 100% don't worry sir and said wait for 15 days and then i said ok and hang up the call.

        On 09/02/2020 i think lets check wheather my emi cancelation request is sucessfully done or not because on the next day means today on 10/02/2020 second statement will generate so i called sbi cards customer care executive and told him again the whole scenario from i went to and asked him what is the status and the sbi cards exexcutive told me it is still not canceled i asked him frustatly why it is so then he said he dont know and said he cannot help me with this regard and told me to mail the sbi cards on thier official mail and hanged up the call without informing me.

        And today 10/02/2020 at approx 9:00pm i got my second statement of my sbi credit card and when i opened it i saw again two emi's billed one for the failed transaction and second for the sucessfull transaction.

        I requesr you to please help me they are harrashing me mentaly kindly please help me to resolve this matter...

          I have credit card with sbi with number [protected]. And am using for 8 years promptly praying. I could pay for 2 months. Now the sbi collection team is threatening to destroy me my family and friends by abusing with filthy languages and threatening my life. They are visiting my office my home my friends home. On 9th they called and harrassed with life threats to my friend. Today at 1.30 pm 3 person claiming to be from sbi came to my home and shouted with filthy langauges. We have registered a complaint today at local police station for the criminal offences. The sbi persons are premkumar[protected] lokesh kumar[protected] unknown person[protected].

          Kindly help us in this regard

            I am customer of sbi. my account branch is in kariyavattom technopark.
            On 21st january i have returned one product in amazon.
            After that i will get one message that your refund money was initiated. And they intimated me your refund money will be in your account before 27th january. But i did not get my refund money till now. Then i called to amazon customer care number. Then they told me that we have already refunded your money.contact your branch and ask for refund. They gave the reference number of that transaction.

              Sir i have been informing branch from last one year that kindly avail me debit card the existing debit card is not working i got a call from bank and they asked me to send mail and i did that but still no response i work out side so can't gi branch every time. Only sbi creates issues and other banks always do their job on time kindly send my card with tracking id so that i may check as well my contact no. [protected] i have tried to complain on cms but every time site gives regret message sir i am paying debit card charges annually but my debit card is not working still sbi is taking charges

                The delivery man gave my credit card to my neighbour without checking her documents or without calling me i was at my home when he delivered the sbi courrier but the delivery man was a big # he didn't asked the neighbour about her relation with me just gave it to her, she was only 15 years old this was such a worst service how careless anyone could be now my neighbour gave me the courier after 27 days of the delivery and the courier was teared it was shocking for me how it happened and when i called the post man he argued to me saying that it was nothing wrong if he delivered it to someone without checking their documents or relation with me neither called me. I even don't know my neighbour's name neither she knows and now my card is blocked because i didn't generated it please take some action against the delivery man sujo chakroborty

                    Dear sir

                    This is regarding credit card sbi number [protected] of year 2000. The card was never used and no outstanding. Actualy it never reached us so i never used it and were about to know the outstanding on this card and it's number when i approach sbi due to my poor cibil score. As promotion their sales person they also say that there is no fee involved so we were neither apprehensive. Please settle this amount to help me bail out of this difficult situation of poor cibil score.
                    I have approached them number of times but instead to close this card of 20 years old they are demanding huge money.in liew certain touts also start approaching to extort money. Sbi never delivered any single letter or email to me although they had full details of my office as well as home and e address. They kept accumulation of joining fee and never delivered me card. Please sattel.

                      I have account with state bank of india, on 3rd jan 2020 when was i trying to withdraw money from another banks atm (Axis bank kalamboli branch) i entered amount of rs 10000/- but i got only rs 2500/- from that atm, but whole amount got debited from account. After that immediately i got message that u have withdrawn rs 10000/- from your account.
                      After that i wait there for some time but still got no money.

                      For first complaint i haven't got my money back.
                      This is the second time i'm raising complaint, please take a look into this matter as soon as possible.

                        Sir, why my money 2lakh is put on hold i can't understand this and SBI is Wasting my time on holding my money please unhold it on this monday because we wanted to use that money for ou training and purchase of motor bike for my brother we are not happy for this hold amount... we are in a hurry so please kindly unhold it fast so that we may proceed it faster

                          I had purchased a sbifastag for my car no hr30f0036 in 2017. After 2018 and balance of rs 488 tag is blacklisted fron last 1 year. After so many requests, emails. And calling on toll free numbers they are falling to resolve my issue. So i finally decide to surrender but they are not enable to process. Kindly furnish me any computer authority or person to whom i filled a complaint for negligence in providing service. Otherwise. I have to made party to chairmen of state bank of india. I am so much harresed due to standing in long ques of toll and paying double dues of tax. This company dnt have office their pos agents had left the companies. Only way to convey your message or complaint is e-mail and for that they are not replying positively. Toll free no. Are just fake they are just take your request but do nothing. There should be a time bound for resolving issues. Some regulatory commision should be appointed for punish neglegecies of these type of company. Plz clear my sbifastag so i can buy new one

                            Hii my name is umang. My account is in sbi. When i go to deposit coins the caisher said we are not accepting coins. I have also talk to branch manager. He also said we are not accepting the coins. They are not follow the rules of rbi. As the rbi clearly said to take the 100 coins in package as per the weight. But then also they are not accepting the coins. When i said him give me in a return statement they refused to give.
                            Please solve my problem

                              I was trying to book a ticket in air india on 30th january 2020. Amount of rs 13894 has been deducted from my sbi account [protected] using atm card on 30th january, 2020 but payment was unsuccessful to air india.

                              The transaction details are txn#[protected] on 30th january to pos aisitadcc at air india limited for rs 13894. I complained to air india they confirmed that payment was unsuccessful.

                              I have complained to sbi, but yet to get my money refunded. Kindly help me in this regard to get my money back. My complaint no is [protected].

                                  I am getting fake message from bw-scisms that from a/c no. Xxxxxxxxx1961 money is being debited / credited very frequently on my mobile no. [protected]. I don't have any sbi account anywhere. Kindly resolve this issue. This is my request to the sbi authority that, whether anybody is using my pan or aadhar card, if so kindly block the said sbi account with immediate effect.

                                    But at last notification camed that hardware error

                                      Dear team,

                                      Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                        I noticed today when i checked my passbook entry that my sbi bank account [protected] has numerous number of fraudulent money cut at separate dates from 30th september 2019 to 17th november 2019 under the name of othpg. The total amount cut thus far is amounting to around rs. 4000/-.
                                        Please look into the matter. These are my hard earned money. Even a single penny counts.

                                        I want refund of my money.
