I am unable to pay my credit card bill every month. So I want to close the said card which is already lost. I want to settle the card on one time settlement. I call the customer care but I bored while pressing 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.every time same answer press 2 or press 3, so I am very much bored. Kindly give me settlement amount.It is my humble request to SBI authority to please give me settlement amount.
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My cheques are pending from 10 days with zero response by their irresponsible team.they keep on giving excuses.
In this era of digitization, their inefficient task in dealing with customers is killing patience.
