I have opened my CSP account in SBI of branch Ramashisj Chowk, Hajipur, Bihar last year.Now, I want to open a natural saving account in SBI branch .but I cannot open my account until I close csp account. I have lost my account card and my atm . I have no data about my account details to close my CSP account.please help me so that I can close my CSP account ....

My name is sonu pradhan and i had ordered a mobile phone of rs. 9999 samsung galaxy m30 in amazon on 16.12.2019 and after 17.12.2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 22.12.2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 702258 and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint...

I had unauthorized transaction from bank end itself. My money got deducted Rupees 3000 for SWOS transaction on 31st December 2019. I am a customer of SBI, Srikakulam (IFSC No SBIN0000919).

I received a SMS on 29 December 2019 to my registered mobile number that "Please visit SBI MAIN Branch, GT Road on 30th, 31st December from 9am to 9 pm. Submit your KYC/AOF, one photo. URGENT. If already submitted kindly ignore."

I rushed to above said branch of SBI on 31 Dec 2019 and inquired about my message in enquiry...

On Dated 24 Dec I purchased fastag from Kosikalan, and the same I passed the mathura Toll from cash line with paid Rs 105.
