Thanks for your below mail and with all due respect i want to inform you that i have already paid my all dues against my card no.[protected] on 27/11/2019 as per your letter of settlement (Sbi/del/2019/320667) received from you and as i have already cleared at the very beginning of settlement that i will pay my all dues as per settlement letter but it will take some more days than your given time as i do not have any source of income from last 1 year and there is some of my family problem also and i still have paid my all dues in full by 27/11. But still i am receiving mails form you regarding my dues which have already been paid. Further i have never been informed that i will have to pay fine also if i fails to pay the dues with in due time.

Now i request you again please issue a final no dues letter to me as i have paid all my dues.

Looks like sbi does not care for its customers in timely clearance of cheque.

My cheques are pending from 10 days with zero response by their irresponsible team.they keep on giving excuses.

In this era of digitization, their inefficient task in dealing with customers is killing patience.

Kindly Urgently look into this

    Today 16th january, 2020 when trying to make a cash deposit at sbi e-corner nagercoil vadasery branch, i got a slip stating that one of my rs 500 note has been retained for verification which did not reflect in the my account balance.

    Kindly help as i'm unaware my that rs 500 was retained and why it did not reflect in my account balance. I request you to provide me a detailed explanation of why rs 500 was retained and what was the verification for?

    The same happened a few days back with another deposit machine in kattayanvilai, nagercoil. I didnt read the slip as i didnt understand the issue then and i gave a complaint to the branch manager but no response till now.

    Take immediate action.

        I have a cancelled order on amazon.in and the payment method was BHIM UPI. Amazon is saying that they have issued refund and asked me to contact the bank for further information. But on contacting bank they said that they cannot do anything as it to be done from the Amazon's site. I have given a written complaint to the bank manager stating all these details along with the Refund Reference #[protected] given by amazon. It's been 2 months after the complaint and no action is still taken. Amazon is saying that they have processed the refund for amount 250.00 on[protected]. I hope you guys may find a solution for my problem. It's been more than a year I have been going to get this refund credited to my account.

          I am not satisfied with this Card, this card is not for me i am not using it for last one year.I had already filed a complaint for further stop. whre as complaint numbe is SR[protected] dated on 31/jan/2019 regarding annual fees charge and even your representative had assured that the card will be canceled before 31/dec/2019. so as i am not using this card how can you send me the statement of Rs.3579/-

            Dear sir

            A refund of 1500 rupees was successfully processed on 04 December 2019to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

            kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

              Dear Sir or Madam,
              We had raised a grievance # 1367358 to which SBI Credit Card has finally accepted their mistake and emailed us about reversal of finance charges to be reflected in the next month statement.

              To this concern, Saurabh Joshi (Assistant Vice President of SBI Cards) is threatening us on email and forcing us to apologise. Pushpa Soni has used abusive and unparliamentary language on the call records we have, and she needs to apologise to us. Pushpa Soni has done manipulation with our account and now SBI has accepted the reversal and the matter is RESOLVED after I get the Reversal in my account.

              But Saurabh Joshi is emailing us and forcing us to tender apologies, but why should we apologise when it is not our mistake. It is SBI Mistake for giving wrong information and misleading information about Balance Transfer and charging me Finance Charges and Pushpa Soni mistake for giving commitment, Pushpa Soni should tender apologies to us for not fulfilling her commitments and shouting with aggression on the call. We stand on our words that we have never used any unparliamentary language for anyone.

              Sir, We need your support. The matter is already COMPLETED but Saurabh Joshi (Assistant Vice President SBI Cards) is threatening us (as per the proof attached on email). Kindly look into this matter. The Chairman Desk is really Kind to help us every way but we cannot reach them directly. We have all the proof against them to prove everything. WE WILL FIGHT BACK WITH HELP FROM RBI & RULING GOVERNMENT BUT WE WILL NOT TOLERATE.

              LET US KNOW IF THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED! THANK YOU!

                Hi,

                My name is rajvirsingh and my wife lalita rani, our sbi credit card number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxx7124 and. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxx7132
                Oscom odisa.
                I request sbi manager to deactivate my sbi credit card as soon as possible, because i'm unable to pay amount on time. And i really need not to use this card. I already canceled my both credit cards by phone call.

                  I ordered a book on amazon. After paying through bhim upi on cod order, bank shows the money deducted, but the money is not received by amazon, as the customer service says. Then, i received the order by paying cash money. Can you please look into the matter about when will the upi money refund occur to the bank account?

                    An unauthorized transaction of rs.13400 was done on 15/03/2019 from my sbi acccount [protected]. I complained online & in my home branch sbi bank siwani road tosham, bhiwani, haryana-127040. According to rbi guidelines amount has been credit to my account on 03/07/2019 but amount is still on hold. Kindly write to them for unholding the amount.

                      My father in law had opened an account in the name of my wife when she was a minor and he was a father and natural guardian. This was opened with bank of Hyderabad. However last year when it was amalgamated with SBI, the bank employees during transfer of accounts entered Father name as primary and my wife's name as nominee. I went to bank many times and they finally said it cannot be corrected by them. Kindly guide me how can I regularize this account since my father in law now has two accounts, one the original one in his name and the other one is this case which was banks mistake.

                          I am Kalyan kumar I have an issue with my bank account . On 7 th Jan 2020 from my account 500 rs was deducted by the name (OTHPG) goggle say games with out my knowledge . So please help me with this issue .

                            Firstly i got a message from paytm that - paytm kyc has been expired please
                            Contact to paytm customer care otherwise paytm account will be block and in
                            Evening i got a call on 17:04hrs from no. [protected] as paytm care for
                            Kyc validation. The person told me that this call is for paytm kyc and he
                            Asked for otp validation. After get the otp he done the approx. 13076 (
                            4999+3999+4078) transaction in my sbi card and sudden i got a call from
                            Sbi cad care to
                            Confirm that this transaction done by me or not. After my reply sbi blocked
                            My card because i didn't done the transaction.
                            Kindly i request to refund my money as report is done by suddenly and card
                            Blocked. *because as per rbi guideline if any fake transaction reported
                            With in 24 hours the amount will be refunded.*
                            So please do the needful.

ATM இருந்தால் தான் பணம் என்றார்கள் சகித்தோம். அங்கு பணிபுரியும் இருவர் இப்போது பெண்கள் பின்னால் பொறுக்கும் வேலையை செய்து கொண்டிருக்கி�... காவலர் பார்க்கும் போதெல்லாம் வங்கிக்கு வரும் பெண்களை வக்கிரமாக பார்ப்பது, அப்பாவி கல்லூரி மாணவிகளுக்கு உதவி செய்கிறேன் என்ற பெயரில் அவர்களிடம் தேவை இல்லாத செயலில் ஈடுபடுவது, பெண்களுக்கு தேவை இல்லாமல் வங்கியில் இருந்து பேசுவதாக சொல்லி call செய்து தொந்தரவு கொடுப்பது போன்ற செயல் செய்வதை அவரின் பணியாக கொண்டுள்ளார். நகை கடன் கொடுக்கும் இடத்தில் இருப்பவர் ஆண்கள் என்றாலும் சுடிதார், சேலை அணிந்து வந்தால் மணி கணக்கில் தேவை இல்லாத அரட்டை அடிக்கிறார். வரும் பெண்களிடம் முதலாளி போல நடந்து கொள்கிறார். ஒருமையில் அவர்களை அழைக்கிறார். வங்கிக்கு வரும் பெண்களை காவலரிடம் இருந்து காக்க ஒரு காவலர் போட நடவடிக்கை எடுங்கள்.

                                    It is about one of your branch in your district under your control. Is your bank safe to lady customers? Don't your organization feel ashamed of at behaviour towards women? Not the first time, not with one customer. So many times. We have been monitoring your staffs. Under the name of helping, they keep doing non sense chit-chats, raising irrelavant questions about their personal life. They target lonely coming, innocent, soft-spoken ladies, after getting their numbers they keep calling at untime and speaking very indecently.                                       I have made a transaction on amount 1500 inr on dated
                                      16.12.2019, as they reverse back the amount sucessfully to my
                                      Sbi a/c debit card and give me a arn no 74762089350114839278604, and
                                      Ask me to contact my bank, the amount is stil not reflected
                                      Account, i have contact multiple times to atm, they gave me every
                                      Time the arn number and ask me to contact customer srvices
                                      To trace the amount, please help me out of this, credit my account
                                      May be the transaction is pendin please clear this
                                      1500 is a big amount, i am really dissappointed, help me with the concern!
