ATM இருந்தால் தான் பணம் என்றார்கள் சகித்தோம். அங்கு பணிபுரியும் இருவர் இப்போது பெண்கள் பின்னால் பொறுக்கும் வேலையை செய்து கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள். காவலர் பார்க்கும் போதெல்லாம் வங்கிக்கு வரும் பெண்களை வக்கிரமாக பார்ப்பது, அப்பாவி கல்லூரி மாணவிகளுக்கு உதவி செய்கிறேன் என்ற பெயரில் அவர்களிடம் தேவை இல்லாத செயலில் ஈடுபடுவது, பெண்களுக்கு தேவை இல்லாமல் வங்கியில் இருந்து பேசுவதாக சொல்லி call செய்து தொந்தரவு கொடுப்பது போன்ற செயல் செய்வதை அவரின் பணியாக கொண்டுள்ளார். நகை கடன் கொடுக்கும் இடத்தில் இருப்பவர் ஆண்கள் என்றாலும் சுடிதார், சேலை அணிந்து வந்தால் மணி கணக்கில் தேவை இல்லாத அரட்டை அடிக்கிறார். வரும் பெண்களிடம் முதலாளி போல நடந்து கொள்கிறார். ஒருமையில் அவர்களை அழைக்கிறார். வங்கிக்கு வரும் பெண்களை காவலரிடம் இருந்து காக்க ஒரு காவலர் போட நடவடிக்கை எடுங்கள்.

    பெரம்பலூர் மாவட்ட லப்பைக்குடிக்காடு வங்கியில் passbook entry போட்டு கொடுப்பதில்லை, ATM வைத்திருந்தால் தான் பணம் எடுக்க முடியும் என ஏகப்பட்ட rules. இதுவெல்லாம் கூட சகித்து கொள்ளலாம். ஆனால் வங்கிக்கு வரும் அப்பாவி கல்லூரி மாணவிகள், தனியாக வரும் பெண்களை குறி வைத்து உதவி செய்யும் சாக்கில் தேவையற்ற உரையாடல்கள் நடத்துவது, வக்கிரமாக பெண்களை காவலர் பார்ப்பது, அவர்களின் அறியாமையை புரிந்து கொண்டு உதவுவது போல போன் நம்பர் பெற்று கொண்டு தேவையற்ற ஒழுக்க கேடான பேச்சுக்கள் பேசுவது, நகை வைக்க வரும் பெண்களிடம் முதலாளி போல நடந்து கொள்வது, தேவை இல்லாத அரட்டை அடித்து காதலர் பூங்கா போல வங்கியை மாற்றுவது, சுடிதார், சேலை கட்டி வந்தால் ஆண்கள் என்றாலும் உடனே வேலை முடித்து கொடுப்பது, குடும்ப விஷயங்களை அதிகம் விசாரிப்பது, வங்கிக்கு வரும் பெண்களை வங்கி காவலரிடம் இருந்து பாதுகாக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டுகிறோம்

      Dear sir / madam
      It is about one of your branch in your district under your control. Is your bank safe to lady customers? Don't your organization feel ashamed of at behaviour towards women? Not the first time, not with one customer. So many times. We have been monitoring your staffs. Under the name of helping, they keep doing non sense chit-chats, raising irrelavant questions about their personal life. They target lonely coming, innocent, soft-spoken ladies, after getting their numbers they keep calling at untime and speaking very indecently. Moreover they behave as if they are boss and superior to customers by calling them disrespectfully ne, va, po, like that. Take necessary action as soon as possible.

        I have made a transaction on amount 1500 inr on dated
        16.12.2019, as they reverse back the amount sucessfully to my
        Sbi a/c debit card and give me a arn no 74762089350114839278604, and
        Ask me to contact my bank, the amount is stil not reflected
        Account, i have contact multiple times to atm, they gave me every
        Time the arn number and ask me to contact customer srvices
        To trace the amount, please help me out of this, credit my account
        May be the transaction is pendin please clear this
        1500 is a big amount, i am really dissappointed, help me with the concern!

              In our state bank of india hamiltonganj branch (01554) green channel pos machine not working properly. Many time machine not work 3 machine not maintain by branch.in our branch one other most common problem is sbi automatic passbook update machine not maintain by branch for that customer have so many problems for updating. I also suggested you please pasbook updating facility alltime activate because customer know about his /her passbook balance. Please solv this issue for better customer service.

                I am using sbi fastag
                I want to put my complaint for bann toll plaza jammu for debit of double and excess toll on dated 26-12-19

                As per rule if i came back within 24 hour why toll is collected twice with full amount

                Ie 135 twice inr 270 charged instead of inr 200

                Kindly see to it and get reversed my extra money deducted..

                I had also put complaint for charge back plz provide status.

                Even talking to customer care executive i feel cheated as he is denied to provide any complaint status and number.

                  On 2 december i have ordered in flipkart using my sbi atm card for rs.559. Few days later flipkart cancelled my order and initiated a refund amount of rs.559 through phonepay on 11 december which is not reflecting in my sbi account.
                  But when i contacted to phonepay customer care regarding this they said raise a chargeback request or formal complain using sbi bank branch bhankrota jaipur but they have denied to help me for the same.

                    My name is Sharmila.K and i am a customer at your bank. On 11.01.20 i went to your atm located at Puthiyamputhur

                    I have a checking account and the account number is [protected]. I used my atm card, and the number is [protected].

                    I successfully inserted my card and requested a withdrawal of rs. 5000. However, something went wrong during the transaction and i received neither my money nor my card. I was also not given a receipt of any kind. The machine is clearly malfunctioning.

                    When i went home and checked my account, i found that the full amount of requested funds had been debited from my account.

                    Please refund the full amount of rs. 5000 to my account and return or replace my atm card as soon as possible. Thank you.

After that i have been wrote a letter to the manager, customer service, sbi cards for close or cancel my card and also attached cutted card on.. 30 june 19.. After that i had got massage regarding due on me continuously from july - 2019 to till (Jan-2020).. Now it's rs.- 3454...
                            Sir i have been already clear all my due than i sent a letter with cutted card to authority.. Than why these massages came to me.. Sir plz resolve this problem...

                              We have start a new saving account with sbi then they say they made a accidental insurance for customer (Premium 1000/-rs) deduct my account
                              They say its necessary for new.
                              Where our accidental insurance already made by govt by 12/- rs

                              We approach to bank open the bank account not purchases insurance policy.

                                I'm sbi customer and want to enroll my debit card to verified by visa service. When clicked on the link, i see 404 message and address bar shows following link. https://acs.onlinesbi.com/sbi/enrollment/enroll_welcome.jsp please help to have this link/applicaiton up and running to enable successful verified by visa registration. My sbi atm debit card rupay is not for international transaction, so, i want to get my atm debit rupay card to verified by visa, 3d secure code master card, so that i can transact internationally because the sbi web link verified by visa is broken and not working, please correct this web link.

                                  Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                    Sub. Complaint against bank of india dibiyapur atm transaction error.

                                    I am saving account holder in state bank of india pata uttar pradesh -206241 from last 11 yrs.
                                    On 25.11.2019 i was using boi atm located at dibiyapur two transactions txn #[protected] amount 10000 rs & second txn#[protected] ammount of 10000 rs. But i got only 10000 rs. From the machine instead of 20000 rs. Money deducted from the account. I checked my account summary online also. It is also showing a debit of rs. 20, 000. I had registered a complaint in sbi cms portal (Ticket number: [protected] & [protected]) my complaint no closed but not solved
                                    I have submitted an application to the bank manager regarding this matter, but bank manager told me that the atm reports are ok and didn’t showing any error, and the transaction was happened. Nothing can be done,
                                    I would request to go through the cctv footage, that the only proof i have now. Please check cctv footage.
                                    Request you to look into the matter urgently.
                                    Kindly advice me how can i get back my 10000 rs. I am attaching screenshot of complaints & transaction

                                      My hold account is unhold but my Rs.2000 deducted from my account and I don't know any reason why this happened to me..I have already a balance and I continue done the transaction but this Rs.2000 I can't done this and my account debited from the Bank...

But i am unable to submit it because it is always giving error that "there are one or more forms marked in red that are yet to be completed.
