I invested rs 5.00 lacs in icici prudential equity and debt fund through sbicap securities limited on 7-aug-19 with a request for monthly dividend payout.
When i did not receive the dividend for september-2019 i contacted sbicap and was informed that the dividend has been sent to my icici bank account. This was strange as the investment was done from my sbi account and as per the normal procedure the dividend should have been credited to my sbi account. A perusal of my icici bank account showed that no amount had been credited to my icici bank account either. When i again contacted sbicap they informed me that the dividend will be sent by cheque as the icici bank account particulars were incorrect. Please note that the icici bank particulars were not given by me nor was my deposit made from icici bank.
On 25th september, i received a pay order for rs 4854.55 with incorrect payee particulars. Since the cheque would have definitely bounced if i had deposited it, i returned the same to the senior executive of sbi cap along with a letter asking them to cancel the pay order and credit the proceeds to my sbi account. I received the amount only on 14-oct -2019 when it should have ben credited to my account on 5/6 sep 2019.
Sbicap securities has not compensated me for the loss of interest and mental agony i suffered for 39 days at the age of 89 years

    My name is nabam punna and i had ordered gigabyte radeon rx570 gaming 4gb gddr5 pci-e, with windforce 2x with 90mm blade fan graphics card (Gv-rx570gaming-4gd)
    Of amount rs 12, 047.00 in amazon on 20th december
    Returned this order due to personal reason refund initiated on 27th december
    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number #617290 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
    Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected] and my sbi bank account number is [protected]

      I had applied for simply click credit card but i got sbi prime card. I had requested for simply click card but how can you send me prime card with out any confirmation.in the ivr calls from customer care also i confirmed simply click card. I dont need the card and i am unable to contact customer card. Please cancel the issued card. Is this way you cheat people by sending false cards.

        I opened my new current account 10 days back. I have also activated my atm by changing the pin. I have enough cash deposited in my account.

        But when i tried to withdraw cash from atm, it won't withdraw cash but an error is being displayed "078-inoperative account". When i tried my atm on a pos machine, another error appears there being "cif not scrutinized by lcpc".

        I contacted the branch manager, he said it will take time to open your account. He merely said this but did not provide any satisfactory information.

        Please help

            Myself srinivasrao rayudu from solapur.
            Amount deducting from my account by showing that charges received rs 295 from past 4 months.
            So to check i went to bank to talk with manager on this issue. He has taken the statement and replay me we are not deducting, finance companies deducting.

              Dear sir/mam,

              This is pradeep kumar gv, i have an sbi credit card & using it since 2018, but now i have a personal family problem where i have lost my father and also had very huge medical bills to pay & now i have lost my job and been unemployed for the last few months but i will find a new job and things will go well within the next 2-3 months as it was yearend there was no much recruitment happing. By which i was unable to pay the outstanding amount of rs.58749.45, the actual credit card limit is 50, 000/-, for last few months due to personal conditions of being unemployed, i'm unable to bear the expenses nor maintain my card. But still, i paid what i could, but the collection field person buy name “ shiva kumar “ visits my home and harasses my widow mother who is 67-year-old lady saying he will call the police and he also says that he is from the civil court. And he demands me to pay more which i cannot and he also calls me repeatedly on the phone and whatsapp which very humiliating i am not a fraud or thief i know the police cannot really do anything but using those words is absolutely threatening me.

              At times i really feel like suicide myself self but just looking at my mother i am quite. Because of the way he behaves is not really good. You please tell me who would not prefer to pay their debits ones they have used the bank's money, but if things go so worse in one’s life what i can i do. But still, i am planning to pay only ones i get a job so i had raised a request for a settlement request on my credit card with the customer care team in reference to[protected] on 3rd jan 2020 to see if i can pay the settlement amount offered by your bank. But i really wanted to take legal action on this recovery agent who is giving me mental stress and torching me which i cannot ignore.

              Please the attached image in this email how the collection agency threatens me saying he is from a civil court.

                  I have done money transfer using amazon pay upi to other amazon pay upi of rs 250 two times in 26th dec 2019. The amount has been debited from the account and status is showing failed and had not been credited to other beneficiary amazon upi account. The amount has been not refunded back to account as it has been for more than 4-5 working day. I have contacted to amazon customer service they tell that the amount has been refunded by their sides. Please revert the payment. Please refund as soon as possible.

But after few days i got sms that ach mandate rejected due to signature mismatch. So i went to hdfc, they told me i need to verify signature from home branch (Sbi). I did same and verified my signature from sbi and given them, they said it will work and you dont need to...

                        I have take credit card from sbi. They have took wrong charges after that i have discuss with his manager and take the settlement of the card in 48000 in 6 installment i have given post dated cheque the bank and they have cleared 5 cheque on the time and last cheque of 14300 they didnt submit in the bank and after that they were calling and saying your settlement is cancelled. And one advocate vinod dubey they are calling given saying wrong and threatening things to me and my family.
                        Its very disappointing please look and again they are asking 40000 rs more. They are doing wrong activities. Please call me

                          Dear sir

                          A refund 2799/ — rupees was successfully processed on 27/12/2019 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund

                          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india my branch sbi bakery junction trivandrum kerala, with all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                            I am a pmsp account holder. My loan account is no. [protected]. I took a loan from my home branch which was outstanding for rs. 2, 54, 360/-. On which i got a loan of rs 4, 00, 000/-. So my loan amount owed by my branch is rs.2, 54, 360/-. The prepayment penalty rs.9, 008 has been imposed on what i deposited.
                            I had made a top-up on one of my loans earlier also, but no prepayment penalty was imposed on my outstanding balance in that matter.
                            Please inform me if there is a prepayment penalty on the express credit loan of pumps account.

                              I have transferred rs.9000 from sbi to axis bank through phonepe app. Showings transaction successful in phonepe, deducted amount from my sbi account, but not credited to axis bank account. I have talked to phonepe app, sbi and axis bank. Both banks told to contact phone pe, phonepe customer care executive told to contact bank. Then what to do?                                 This is udhayashankar, my vehicle (Car) number is tn 10 aw 2965 & my sbi fastag id is 34161fa[protected]f080. Please find the attachment of my sbi fastag toll transactions as on today from the tag installed. From 1st jan 2019 to 19th dec 2019 ₹ 2150 looted by the bank from my fastag as debit adjustment which is not at all acceptable. Kindly look in to this and revert back the money.

[protected]@nic.in on 19th dec 2019, & reminder mail has been sent on 24th dec 2019 but there's no response from their end around 15 days. Also my tag is showing as lcv vehicle which is notified by one of the toll yesterday. From when it was changed as lcv i don't know... So i'm assuming, this is how the fastag is looting from the consumers as debit adjustment and also instead of car charge they're taking lcv charges etc.,

                                I'm wondering that, from my end (One customer) per year around ₹2000 looted last year itself, the same way how much amount looted from the overall fastag customers in india. Approx amount in some crores if my assumption is not wrong.

                                Thanks in advance for sorting the issue and to get my money back. If not received any response surely i'll file a case against the above issue on consumer court.

                                  From my credit card there was a fraud withdraw happen on 11-12-19!
                                  The moment when i received this message about withdraw i called customer care, fire a lodge and block my card!

                                  Now sbi send me atm log which shown about my credit card no in withdraw amount and then sbi took back my 10000 again and said we are closing it.

                                  After again complain they said to make police complain, and i did it however police is saying fir will take 10 to 12 as bank surveillance team first verify and then revert.! I convey same to sbi but they keep sending me atm log

                                  I did a complain in rbi too here is id [protected]

                                  Now may you please help in this fraud transaction!
                                  I am open for any investigation

                                    I returned a order in amazon, they refunded my amount into account but my amount I.e. 4799 rs is not reflected into my account. Amazon even gave me a reference no. Which is proof that they had refunded the amount but state bank not accepting their mistake. They are not providing a better suggestion that where is my refunded amount ??
                                    Customer care of sbi is not accepting their fault.
                                    Plz provide a better resolution so that I can get my money back .

                                      I am clothing merchant, one of my customer came at my shop and purchased clothes worth Rs 6700 on 06/11/2019 and a made a payment using is card by entering is pin, bank verified the pin and approved the transaction, after approval from bank i had delivered the product to the customer.
                                      now on[protected] my bank account was debited with Rs 6700, after asking the bank for such debit, bank employee said that customer has raised a complaint that transaction was not done by him.
                                      i would like to inform you that being a person i have made a fair transaction and delivered the product to the customer in good condition and after being approved by the bank.
                                      and now bank has debited Rs 6700 from my account without my consent,
                                      I have submitted transaction slip to the bank in which approval code is also mentioned but still no action has taken place till date.

                                      i would request the bank to please refund my amount as soon as possible.
