I paid entry dated 11.10.2019 of Rs.2461.64 twice as under
have
1. The above entry included at the time of flexi of transactions amounted Rs.33378.82 on 25.10.2019 ( Entry of Rs 2561.64 datef 11.10.2019 is also included in above flexi amount).
2 2ndly bank create the demand of this entry and due on 07.11.2019, which i have paid on 05.11.2019.
Hence bank recieved payment of this entry twice.
Please refund the amount of Rs.2461.64 as early as possible
