unauthorized transaction from bank end itself

I had unauthorized transaction from bank end itself. My money got deducted Rupees 3000 for SWOS transaction on 31st December 2019. After had a conversation with sbi customer care executive i came to understand that, this SWOS is the technical issue from bank end which means, if you paid some where in previous date and that time money paid but from account it was not got deducted then on other date money will get deduct in different date as...

    Respected Sir,

    I am a customer of SBI, Srikakulam (IFSC No SBIN0000919).

    I received a SMS on 29 December 2019 to my registered mobile number that "Please visit SBI MAIN Branch, GT Road on 30th, 31st December from 9am to 9 pm. Submit your KYC/AOF, one photo. URGENT. If already submitted kindly ignore."

    I rushed to above said branch of SBI on 31 Dec 2019 and inquired about my message in enquiry counter. The person at the enquiry counter asked me to visit counter No 9. There was a big queue of persons who got the same message were stood to submit their KYC details. When I got the chance to talk to SBI official, she asked my account number. I gave my account number to her. She checked and told me that there is no need to submit KYC documents in the branch. This is actually a waste of time and harrasment to customers who have already submitted their documents.

    I would like to inform you that this is not the procedure to update the KYC data. The bank has complete data of customers with it. The message should have been passed to those who have not submitted their KYC documents in the branch. Why should all other suffer for a simple bank mistake.

    You are humbly requested pass the order to all branches to follow proper rules and not to disturb those customers who have submitted all required documents.

      As refund from swiggy of 146 done on 18dec 2019 but didn’t received till now as of 2 jan 2020 the bank is not providing any info regarding this, swiggy has provided me with utr number also[protected] but still bank is not providing any appropriate answer.Bank customer care was very useless.They only use to say that contact swiggy but swiggy has already done their work why would I contact them now, the bank customer care didn’t knew anything they even can’t tell me the status of a refund when I am providing them with the number also.They day visit home branch, do everybody in the world visits home branch for this sort of work why is the customer care is present? So unhelpful.

        On 5th December 2017, 2 fraud transactions amounting to Rs. 10000/- and Rs. 9999/- happened on my credit card and as and when I saw the transactions alert I called customer care and informed them about the fraud and get the card blocked and did all the formalities as required, but till now no satisfactory result has come out. Whatever amount was used by me in the card I have paid all the money for EMI's also till May 2018. Currently bank persons are calling me and my family members and are harassing us. Request you to kindly look into the matter as me and my family is getting harassed a lot and my civil score is getting deteriorated without any fraud done by me because of which mine and my family life has got stuck at a place.

          I had an outstanding amount in SBI credit card used for business purpose. Few months back the collection agency from sbi credit card visited my office and created nuisance by using slang language and abusive manner while speaking to my husband. I had lodged a complaint against the same.But no action or apology done from them. Again today their agent visited my residence and argued for 20 minutes. Inspite of my husband suffering from dengu they did not stop and kept on arguing to make payment immediately. At last my husband had to intervene and asked them to show what rule allows them to harass us in such a state when he is already in such pain and under medical treatment. I would like to file a defamation against the bank and agency.

            My name is PAWAN BISHTand i recently opened a savings regular account on 25th November 2019, at Tilak nagar branch situated at address: 5-B/4, main najafgarh road, tilak nagar, 110018, new delhi, ifsc code: SBIN0001551.

            I have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that i am unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.

            I have raised multiple online complaints and all of them were closed without resolving the problem. I have contacted the branch manager & sent several emails to branch manager & nodal officer but the issue has not been resolved.

              Sir, I had applied to the Coal India Limited MT Recruitment. As the payment was through SBI MOPS gateway, I made the payment by UPI for Rs.1000. The same was deducted from my account but my payment status is failed. Please refund the amount so that I could make the payment again. Please help resolve this as the last date is approaching. I selected the option "Add more cash" as soon as the money went inside the machine a few seconds after...there is no display shown and after 2 minutes got displayed on the screen that...

                Subject: Money not received while using ATM but balance deducted
                Respected Sir/ Madam,
                I am current/ saving account holder in Central Bank of India([protected]). Yesterday I was using SBI bank's ATM located at Moirang INA[protected] at around 10 am to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 from my account. But suddenly the machine switched off and I could not receive any money or receipt, but I received a message on my mobile that Rs. 10, 000 has been withdrawn. In reality, I had not received any cash in my hand. I checked my account summary online also. It is also showing a debit of Rs. 10, 000.

                Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                    On Dated 24 Dec I purchased fastag from Kosikalan, and the same I passed the mathura Toll from cash line with paid Rs 105. That Time fastag was not activated but at evening on the same day when fastag is activated then toll charges also deducted from fastag account for your reference I am attaching the Toll cash receipt and screenshot of Fastag.
                    Request you to please refund the amount in fastag wallet.

                      I tried to make recharge of my mobile on 31/12/2019 from sbi rewardz
                      The rewards was 1195 and another amount consumed by my saving bank account of rs 265.25
                      But now recharge not successful rewards are 0 and also deducted 265.25 from my saving bank account
                      Kindly make successful my recharge or revert my account balance and rewards also

                        I have a home loan account with SBI koramangala 3rd block branch, and recently the manager changes there and he is literally giving us the tough time. While across the banks the home loans rates have reduces we are still paying whoping 9.1 percent of interest rate. when we asked the branch manager that we want to shift to other bank as SBI is charging so high rates, he is not giving us the papers for transfers. its almost 2.5 months now for this.
                        And wow where competition is so high in this sector sbi complaints doesn't work online.
                        So we are left with no option apart with paying high rate.

                        And then we say that private banks loot us...
                        see the condition of govt banks its loot with mental torture.

                            I also have another savings account in sbi branch link road bearing a/c no. – [protected] with the cif number : [protected]. When i login using my inb credentials, my joint account is not showing because of duplicate cif.

                            In view of above, may i request you to please cancel...

                            I came to know earlier this week that my Cibil score has a bad score and upon further checks I see that a previous SBI card that I had is causing me unnecessary trouble. I moved overseas in 2013 and so closed all my accounts including this credit card before departing. My last and final payment was on 29/01/2013 as per the records. Upon further investigation I see that SBI has not closed this account and I have been getting charged for no fault of mine. The car loan that I had with SBI was also closed around the same time and it has no issues. I am very disappointed with the way SBI has dealt with my case as I did not receive any help from the branch. I would like to get someone to investigate this issue and clear my bad records as I have been very diligent in the past with my payments and I really cannot have a bad score for no reason.

                              I called in SBI customer care also but they told me to talk to merchant and merchant is saying talk to your bank.
                              I made three consecutive recharge if rs75 in BHIM SBI pay
                              i.e 225 and those recharges are failed but my account is debited..I had received a message that i will be refunded ...still I didn't receive any refund..

                                Mera 2470 ka refund epaylater se nhi mila wahan se ARN no-30004693619330130602955 mila jab bank me call kiye to bolte hai mujhe kuchh nhi pta ARN number ke baare me epaylater wale bolte hai bank me contact kro hmare side se 16 ko hi processing ho gya hai aaj 14 din ho gya hai but mera refund mere account me abhi tak nhi aya hai bank me kuchh bhi nhi btate

                                  On 11/12/2019 booked train ticket through irctc app payment mood phonepe.
                                  Due to technical issue from bank side my amount deducted but ticket not booked,
                                  So bank should return money but after 10 days they are telling contact phonepe. They will return
                                  I inform phonepe is just intermediater, money is debited from my account not phonepe.
                                  Both phonepe and sbi bank blaming each other till date, every i call and getting same reply from both side.
                                  Now 20 days gone and still i didn't receive any amount, now tell me whose fault
