    Why is being cutted my money from my account a sum of rupees 2336? Last few months my emi is not failed so why my money is being debited??? Transfer to [protected] your investment intermediar-p[protected] tr for ddr hcifpl. Please resolve it quickly and check it and refund my money if not i will take a action against you. I called sbi helpline number but they said that please log in to your department and tail them so i request to you solve it as soon as possible. Thank you

    I hold an sb account with NR circle branch at Hassan, my account number is [protected] On 19.12.2019 i found that my account was debited with rs.2000/- (Debit-swoo ). I had not done any transactions on that day and i do not know what swoo is about. Request you to kindly look into this matter and help refund the debited amount.
    I am a account holder in SBI Doddachinnahalli branch, KGF with branch code 9918. the bankers today debited by transfer Rs.5000/- to SWOS to their bank code. This deduction is without any transaction. This unauthorized debit need to be credit back to the bank asap
    PLEASE CANCEL THE MY CARD YEARLY CARD CHARGES please close the charges

      A refund of 2298 rupees was successfully processed on 24/11/2019 to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

        In one week almost more than 50 rs got deducted from my account.in last transaction i just paid 44 rs for zomato and 18 got deducted for online transaction that too only one transaction money got deducted and for every single transaction money was deducted i stopped using this account then. What was the use of this account if that much money is deducting for one transaction

        I recharged my fasttag using upi I'd for 2000 funds has been deducted from my account but in fasttag account it shows confirmation awaited. No proper response from customer care. Absolutely pathetic service I need refund or credit immediately. I have attached screenshot with transaction I'd showing kindly revert me at [protected]
        I have been charged finance charges even after making payments on time and before due date my whole balance amout was paid i have been trying to contact customee care no response. And have not been peovided any response.
        I have regular transactor on the card if my problem isnt solved i might have to think of shifting to some other companies card

          I did a transfer of rs.4000 yesterday (22nd dec) around 8:30pm through imps (Sbi a/c). App notified me that the transaction was unsuccessful. But on opening my e-passbook the amt. Has already been debited. Now, i' m in a pickle as the beneficiary hasn't recieved the amt. And it still hasn't been reversed. And that money is for buying medicine. It's an emergency. So please do fix the situation as soon as possible because like i said, we need the money to buy the medicine.
          State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I Pooja Anil Gudigar of SBI account holder. I transferred Rs 1500 to my friends account through phonepe app through UPI and money was stuck in phonepe and my money was deducted on 10th December 2019 the transaction was failed but the amount debited from my account, please chargeback refund my money.
          Amount of Rs. 1649.00/- for a returned item refunded by Amazon to my SBI account on 04/12/2019 as per mail sent by Amazon.in but not reflected in my SBI account so far. The Refund Reference Number of the transaction is[protected]
          Amount deducted by SBI BHIM during mobile recharge. Transaction failed on 5th December but still now it is not credited. I have raised a Ticket no 1168651 on BHIM App, no response. Tried to contact SBI Upi Support but no reply from them. Transaction Number :[protected].

            My name is aakashdeep sohal and i had ordered pressure cooker of rs 1230 in amazon on 1st december 2019 and after 3rd december 2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 4th december 2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So
            Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
            I have already posted a same complaint but still now nothing happened.

                  Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                          I had requested state bank of india, valsad to provide me account statement since 2017 to 2019 to file case against people who had borrowed money from me, the person at the first floor inform ed me that it will be charged rs.118, i agreed, he gave me 3 pages, on one side, used paper and incomplete, the manager was not available for 20 minutes at 14.00 as he went for some work, i had sent the first page to the area manager at mumbai but no response.
                          Can a bank charge rs, 37.00 for a - 4 size account statement?
                          Please reply in written as i had worked as lecturer in english for 12 years and know law little bit.

                            I am paying emi's for my education loan but the bank is charging some amount extra apart from interest as "fine arr adjstmnt" every month. This is not acceptable from a customer perspective. Please stop and refund all the deductions happened till date. I am paying the emi's out of my limit and then also bank is charging such amounts. I am frustrated with this and want instant action to be taken.

                            I also called a bank executive few hours back and explained the details about the invalid debits, he asked me to call back after sometime as he was going for lunch. I called him but he didn't pick up twice and third time he switched off his phone. Unexpected behavior by the bank personal.

                              On 10th dec my money 300rs is put on hold without any reason.. I have no loan, i have zero share purchase, i don't know why my money is on hold before too it happens to me i don't know why this is happening to me without reason.. I wish this won't happen again... I had a word with customers service but they are of no use just telling me to go home branch..

                                    I had used my sbi debit card number * * * 9316 (Sb no. *7437) to purchase 5 daikin split acs from m/s khosla electronics pvt. Ltd., selimpur, kolkata as per following details : rs 40000 on 16/06/2019, rs 32000 on 16/06/2019, rs 40000 on 17/06/2019, rs 40000 on 18/06/2019 and rs 40000 on 19/06/2019. Till date i have not received the 5% cashback by sbi as was advertised by sbi.

                                      Hello,

                                      I have taken loan from sbi racpc, baner. While at the time of disbursement i raised the request about an 3-4 weeks ago and yet disbursement not yet done. This is 2nd time happening with me.
                                      Seems i called to the landline number given by the bank but nobody answers the calls, nor even responds to the mail.

                                      This is really a frustrating experience with sbi.
