In my father bank account which is in (state bank of india)when they want to debit money they do.
They deduct the money again and Again. Nd when i try to talk customer care, they don't tell the reason properly.
They are not provide any information about the deduction so please take a action for the same and help us.
Please help me asap.

Wrost service from your side.
In my father bank account when yoy want to debit money you do.

Now I'm going to raise a complaint in consumer court.

    Sir,
    I hold an sbi account in Mydukur at AP. my account number is [protected]. On 19.12.2019 i found that my account was debited with rs.300/- (Debit-swoo on 19-Dec. I had not done any transactions on that day and i do not know what swoo is about. Request you to kindly look into this matter and help refund the debited amount.

      I had used my sbi debit card number * * * 9316 (Sb no. *7437) to purchase 5 daikin split acs from m/s khosla electronics pvt. Ltd., selimpur, kolkata as per following details : rs 40000 on 16/06/2019, rs 32000 on 16/06/2019, rs 40000 on 17/06/2019, rs 40000 on 18/06/2019 and rs 40000 on 19/06/2019. Till date i have not received the 5% cashback by sbi as was advertised by sbi.

        Hello,

        I have taken loan from sbi racpc, baner. While at the time of disbursement i raised the request about an 3-4 weeks ago and yet disbursement not yet done. This is 2nd time happening with me.
        Seems i called to the landline number given by the bank but nobody answers the calls, nor even responds to the mail.

        This is really a frustrating experience with sbi.

          Sir, i would like to draw your kind attention towards the problem which i faced just now, i booked air tkt the airlines air vistara from chandigarh to guwahati and travel date 25 dec 2019. My account has been deducted rs.11206.50 but ticket has not been booked and my left over rewards points near about 342 points also used. You are requested to do the needful for me at the earliest.           I spoke to SBI reward representatives also regarding my issues but not yet resolved. Neither my air tkt booked nor my money credited back to my account. Kindly do the needful sir at the earliest bcz I have to book another flight for 25th Dec 19. Regards jai Hind

              Inspite of me talking to customer care and finalised on settlement. The recovery agents are harrasing me to pay them money. Calling my mother, wife and family member and using slang words.

              [protected] named girish. And many more from that team .

                My name is Rubina Sultana and I had ordered Titan Neo Analog Silver Dial Men's Watch- 1766SM02 of Rs 3, 571.00 in Amazon on 17th oct, 2019 and returned on 22nd oct, 2019. I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 24th of oct, 2019 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number #018924 and told me to fill charge dispute form but SBI bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint, it's very urgent.                   Dear Sir,
                  I have purchase a mobile from Amazon on debit card EMI on 06/11/2019.I cancelled my order same day but the bank has approved my loan of rs.29999/-and pay to Amazon.When I placed my order thier are no sufficient balance in my account. My order has been cancelled so Amazon refund this amount. The refund amount is not reflect in my account and bank debited Rs.2717 as 1st EMI.When I ask my home branch regarding this issue and provide him refund reference number IN[protected].they give me a letter.Copy of this letter is attached for your reference.Please do the needful .If you are not helped me I go to consumer court regarding this matter.

For long time, sbi life link - www.groupmember.sbilife.co.in is working as bank names are not getting populated in the website. I am not able to download pmjjby certificate both for me and my wife. Please help to fix the issue or share policy certificate as soon as possible.

So I can not complete your k y c.in bhagwanpur branch muzaffarpur my savings account is closed and application letter for transfer to bhabua branch about 5 year ago.please transfer my c I f from bhagwanpur branch muzaffarpur to bhabua branch Bihar. Hold placed for 200000.so I can not transfer my money.study badly effected of my daughter and son.                                 I am trying to reach the sbi fast tag team on whatsapp continuously, my details for tag id : 34161fa[protected] has been updated wrongly.

                                My mobile no : [protected].

                                My vehicle number is ts07gr1826, rc has been updated wrongly as tn07gr1826 due to which the location has been updated as chennai.

                                Just for one exit on orr of hyderabad which used to be 30rs/- i have been deducted of 70 rs/- from fastag. Request you to correct the same and ensure promptly update the status.

                                  Refund of RS 189 has been processed by Amazon pay to my acc [protected] IFSC code SBIN0003152 since 4-dec but the amount is not reflecting in my account.                                     I went inside sbi atm at karnad, mulki in mangalore. I had 3 atm cards from different banks. I tried to withdraw cash using all the cards. But could not draw the cash. Message 072-destination not available shown on atm screen. The security guard also told the network is slow. Later the cash started coming. I was drawing cash using cards one by one.in the middle, the security guard came scolding me that within 5 minutes i should draw cash and go out. He is scolding that i am playing with the atm machine.in the middle, he came and started operating the keyboard. I was checking the balance in the account. He put rs.500/- to draw the amount. Then again i withdraw the balance cash in the account. I have received the error message on mobile also. I am surprised why this security person coming in middle and disturbing customers in the atm. Please concerned can look into this matter and set right the rude behaviour of atm security. This has happened on[protected] at 7.35 pm.

                                      Sbi is charging is customers abruptly. The loan for which they are charging was closed a year ago. I'll file a case against sbi now. They have charged rs295*4 for the past 4 months. This sums to rs4720. I want my money back. There are proofs where i'll proof my case right.

                                      It shows to transfer charges received mandate...

                                      Pathetic service.

                                      I have applied for car loan from SBI neural Navi Mumbai branch and was sanctioned in the month of Oct, application ID 17365687, with the EMI date of 5th of every month starting from Nov 2019. but i saw my bank account and EMI has not yet deducted from my account despite the account funded with the EMI amount, please check and resolve immediately.

                                        As at present I am abroad and have received an intimation regarding deduction of Rs.496/- towards the payment of insurance via credit card which I never authenticated to any Agency for payment. Prior to such deduction my consent
                                        was very much mandatory. Kindly look into it and cancel the payment made towards Personal Accident Policy. Also confirm action taken on this matter at the earliest.
