Dear Sir,
I have purchase a mobile from Amazon on debit card EMI on 06/11/2019.I cancelled my order same day but the bank has approved my loan of rs.29999/-and pay to Amazon.When I placed my order thier are no sufficient balance in my account. My order has been cancelled so Amazon refund this amount. The refund amount is not reflect in my account and bank debited Rs.2717 as 1st EMI.When I ask my home branch regarding this issue and provide him refund reference number IN[protected].they give me a letter.Copy of this letter is attached for your reference.Please do the needful .If you are not helped me I go to consumer court regarding this matter.

    My name is Bhushan Bhujade and I had ordered dress of RS.999 Jansaya women's Aline salwar suit set in Amazon on 15 oct 2019
    and after 24 oct 2019 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 30 oct 2019
    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
    [protected] and told me call to SBI, I have called the state bank of india customer service many times but nobody has replied or resolved the problem.
    please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

      My name is (Satyajit biswas) and I had ordered (mi earphone) of RS.Amount(Product name ) in Amazon on (07.12.2019) and after (11.12.2019) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (16.12.2019)
      Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

        I have subscribed pmjjby policy for me and my wife from state bank of india (Branch 12451). For long time, sbi life link - www.groupmember.sbilife.co.in is working as bank names are not getting populated in the website. I am not able to download pmjjby certificate both for me and my wife. Please help to fix the issue or share policy certificate as soon as possible.

                Hi team,

                I am trying to reach the sbi fast tag team on whatsapp continuously, my details for tag id : 34161fa[protected] has been updated wrongly.

                My mobile no : [protected].

                My vehicle number is ts07gr1826, rc has been updated wrongly as tn07gr1826 due to which the location has been updated as chennai.

                Just for one exit on orr of hyderabad which used to be 30rs/- i have been deducted of 70 rs/- from fastag. Request you to correct the same and ensure promptly update the status.

                    I went inside sbi atm at karnad, mulki in mangalore. I had 3 atm cards from different banks. I tried to withdraw cash using all the cards. But could not draw the cash. Message 072-destination not available shown on atm screen. The security guard also told the network is slow. Later the cash started coming. I was drawing cash using cards one by one.in the middle, the security guard came scolding me that within 5 minutes i should draw cash and go out. He is scolding that i am playing with the atm machine.in the middle, he came and started operating the keyboard. I was checking the balance in the account. He put rs.500/- to draw the amount. Then again i withdraw the balance cash in the account. I have received the error message on mobile also. I am surprised why this security person coming in middle and disturbing customers in the atm. Please concerned can look into this matter and set right the rude behaviour of atm security. This has happened on[protected] at 7.35 pm.

                      Sbi is charging is customers abruptly. The loan for which they are charging was closed a year ago. I'll file a case against sbi now. They have charged rs295*4 for the past 4 months. This sums to rs4720. I want my money back. There are proofs where i'll proof my case right.

                      It shows to transfer charges received mandate...

                      I have applied for car loan from SBI neural Navi Mumbai branch and was sanctioned in the month of Oct, application ID 17365687, with the EMI date of 5th of every month starting from Nov 2019. but i saw my bank account and EMI has not yet deducted from my account despite the account funded with the EMI amount, please check and resolve immediately.

                        As at present I am abroad and have received an intimation regarding deduction of Rs.496/- towards the payment of insurance via credit card which I never authenticated to any Agency for payment. Prior to such deduction my consent
                        was very much mandatory. Kindly look into it and cancel the payment made towards Personal Accident Policy. Also confirm action taken on this matter at the earliest.

                          Dear sir/madam, with due respect i am one of those victim who used your credit card and didnt made payment from last 4 months which is why your bank they have discontinued my card without informing me first instance. And second instance is in just 4 months time they have to give me some to clear with settlement or repayment whatevery it is. I am denying that i am not reachable on call then there is email is always working. Third party people they dont have heart to run there operation they go talk apart from it are they muslim does all those thing is that include in you reclaiming process to do such things. We are in mature world such thing to be discuss and improvise. I have main concern here to address about repayment if i commit suicide what will happen will you get your money. Only thing it will lost here my family lost something there are many instance happen already with such thing. Dont include such thing to get payer into hyper tension to use your thing to claim it. I already did two clearance for hdfc credit card/ hdfc loan you can check it if you want. I am not denying it to pay it but have patience. I am also one of the victim in 21st century where i work for company they havent paid salary for 6 months here i am attaching copy for the same. I have filed complaint for that but your people dont want to understand they doing there all check points i am telling them i will pay it have pateicne you charge your interest till the time i dont pay it simple. All i want to address if you want to claim you money you must give people chance to speak true thing i know people will not trust that is another case. With all due respect i belive i have address to corerct person and hopefully will here from you to have patience in my claiming process. I will pay for sure.

                                I ordered a product from amazon but it was not appropriate so i returned it then after refund mail comed that your refund is in process and will reach your account in 5 days but haven't reached yet then mail comed refund is initiated but have to reflect it by bank to your account but bank is not filing your refund file and not using our reference no.

                                      For my card ending with 7751, i am getting continuously call from the person name dharmendra and kumarjeet from contact [protected] for card dues whereas when already in conversation directly with bank to provide solution and have written mails. But these person even after clear communication called all my village people and disclosed personal details and now everyone is coming to my home to my father that they are getting call from some one who is saying that he and his wife has done fraud. Now 1st i am not married and these rumors have created so much tensed environment in my family and 2nd who gave him rights to call the people of village which even i don't know and that too when i was already very much active with them in conversation. Missing few calls while on work is not a zero response. I have records of all this. Now, this person is calling my father, sister and harassing by shouting on them and questioned that how poorly you have raised you son. This is something much for a father and sister to hear. And lying that he is calling them because he is not responding to calls where as i already talked to him. Have records of the same just after my call he called them. He is calling my female friend and threatened her and spread false romour of her marriage with me where we are not married. Now, all this is happening and this person does not fear any law. He just laughs off when reminded him that he is crossing the line. And this all when i am very much willing to pay just asked for flexible options as i was not medically fit and have documents for that too. Threatening to send people on my female freind home doesn't not justify anything. Please act on priority basis otherwise my situation is really sensitive right now. My whole family is tensed from all of this harassment. We wish to be contacted only and only from sbi team and no other third party! Calls to any other/third person from village/family and relatives should stop immedietly.

                                      I transfer money to ramdev gurjar a/c no. 917665913391 IFSC - PYTM0123456 on dated 14 december 2019 ramdev gurjar is fraud so I do FIR No 944/2019 on dated 14//12/2019. These transaction do by net banking and google pay so I want to refund my money

                                        I purchased few items from ajio but didn't like them and raised a return request for the same. After the successful return ajio refunded my money in my bank account (Refund reference number:[protected]. I checked with ajio they said the refund was initiated and payment was successful. It has been five days already and it was an imps transfer, but haven't received my refund.
                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
