Dear sir

A refund of 944 rupees was successfully processed on 13 oct 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

    My account was debited cash 8000.
    I tried to atm withdraw 8000. The rupees could not get but debited my account. Then reverse atm withdrawal credited my account 8000. But then csh wdl debited 8000 rupees. Please tell me where is csh wdl and please help my to get mt 8000 rupees back.

      My name is sunita and i had ordered in amazonof rs.390 in amazon on 5 october and after 10 october i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 11 october amazon initiated the amount to my account but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
      (Refund reference #[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but sbi bank doesn't have such policy. So
      Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
      Mandatory you can enter it if you want better chances of recovery

        Transaction was declined but amount was debited while paying at a restaurant. My transaction id is[protected]. No refund has been made in the last two days. The transaction was made on 17th october at a restaurant and the payment machine showed that transaction was declined and the payment was made twice. The amount was also debited two times inspite of transaction being declined at the first attempt.

          My name is rajkumari ranawat and i had ordered kurta of rs. Amount 988 in amazon on 29 september 2019 and after 8 september 2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 10 september 2019
          Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 318820 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
          Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card last 4 digit number is 8253

                My name is madhima i ordered a whirlpool 7 kg, semi automatic top loading washing machine from amazon on 29/sep/2019. But it due to some reason they rejected my order and issued a refund of rs 7899.10 but it should have been credited to my father's sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now. I called amazon customer care number and they told me that they have already processed the refund and gave me a refund reference number #209760 and they told me to give this number to the sbi customer care, but nothing was resolved. I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.
                So kindly refund my money.

                    I ordered helmet from amazon on 9/10/2019. I received it by 11/10/2019. I returned it on 12/10/2019. My refund from amazon is issued on 12/10/2019. My refund is still not in my account. Payment was done by bhim upi with rs 890 (Eight hundred and ninety rupees) on 9/10/2019. My refund reference number is #[protected]. Kindly help me with that. Usually refund should be reflected in my account within 3-5 businessday but it didn't, that's why i m complaining.

                          I have order an item on amazon. I have paid it through online upi payment using sbi using phone pay ap. The told me that i will get the refund by 18th october atmost. I have ordered the item on september 30. I cancelled it on october 2. Amazon told that they have credited the refund on october11 and would reflect in my bank by 18th october. But i did get the refund, it is not yet credited into my account. I called sbi customer care and they told me to contact the bank. But still they didn't help me.                               Dish TV team have declared from own side "We unable to track this transaction account(INB Avenues India Private Lim) and reference number[protected]IGAHBQCME3) that's why your dish tv account is showing switch off". We are upset for this kind of response. I would request you, Kindly resolve merchant transaction and help to complete process of dishtv recharge service.

                                    I, kajal ghosh, a regular customer of sbi. My account number is [protected]. On 01/08/2019 the amazon has issued a refund of rs 364 (Three hundred sixty four only) via the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 783585. But still today the the amount is not added to my accont. I placed the matter under their nose for several times. But no measures have been taken yet. I further request you to adjust my ledger balance as early as possible by taking for the refunded amount of rs 364.

                                      Ranebennur sbi bank branch manager is not accepting new savings account application without stating any proper reason. And telling to apply for salary account which i don't need anyways.

                                      As i am in need of an absolute account from bank which has good atm network.

                                        This email is regarding the sbi (Fbb) credit card which was issued to me at xperia mall, palava arround 4months back.

                                        Further to this i was not here and had been out of india for office work. The got delivered but since i was not present here it was not used till date. Currently i am getting sms for some charges which i m not aware since i never used the card.

                                        Please be informed that i am not willing to use any services of this sbi credit (Fbb) card.

                                        Request you to terminate this card permanently at the earliest as i will not be using this anymore.

                                        Further to this I was not here and had been out of india for office work. The got delivered but since i was not present here it was not used till date. Today 18/10/2019 I had received sms to pay some charges Rs.1835/- which i m not aware since i never used the card.

                                        Please be informed that i am not willing to use any services of this sbi credit (Fbb) card.

                                        I had called also the sbi customer care now and spoke to aparna wherein she informed me that the card has been blocked and cannot be used. When i visited the sbi dombivli west branch, there they told me to contact the same person form where i have taken the card and they will provide the waiver code post which the card will get closed/terminated.

                                        Request you to terminate this card permanently at the earliest as i will not be using this anymore.
