Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

Dear sir

A refund of 739.00 rupees was successfully processed on11/10/2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service but not get any help.

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund reference #[protected]

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

      I have order an item on amazon. I have paid it through online upi payment using sbi using phone pay ap. The told me that i will get the refund by 18th october atmost. I have ordered the item on september 30. I cancelled it on october 2. Amazon told that they have credited the refund on october11 and would reflect in my bank by 18th october. But i did get the refund, it is not yet credited into my account. I called sbi customer care and they told me to contact the bank. But still they didn't help me. Amazon gave me the refund reference number[protected]. My sbi account number is [protected]

        A refund of 1749 rupees was successfully processed on 11/10/ 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

        I have called the state bank of india customer service but not get any help.

        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and they give me reference I'd=[protected]

          I have recharged Rs 153 of dishtv VC NO.: [protected]) on 23 Sep 2019. I have recharged on web portal of Dish TV (https://www.rechargedishtv.in). There reference number of transaction is[protected]IGAHBQCME3.

          Dish TV team have declared from own side "We unable to track this transaction account(INB Avenues India Private Lim) and reference number[protected]IGAHBQCME3) that's why your dish tv account is showing switch off". We are upset for this kind of response. I would request you, Kindly resolve merchant transaction and help to complete process of dishtv recharge service.

          Please share transfer amount account contact information(INB Avenues India Private Lim).I have try to contact https://www.rechargedishtv.in, unfortunately it's not working.I would request you to kindly contact and share my dish TV account recharge issue as well as share me complete details, then i will contact their address.

            My name is K.Sai krishna and I had ordered of Rs.1091(Smart shelter heavy duty ) in Amazon on[protected] and after[protected] I returned this order due to personal reason. And on[protected] on which refund initiated)
            Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
            (349599) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Bank doesn't have such policy. So
            please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent

                I, kajal ghosh, a regular customer of sbi. My account number is [protected]. On 01/08/2019 the amazon has issued a refund of rs 364 (Three hundred sixty four only) via the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 783585. But still today the the amount is not added to my accont. I placed the matter under their nose for several times. But no measures have been taken yet. I further request you to adjust my ledger balance as early as possible by taking for the refunded amount of rs 364.

                  Ranebennur sbi bank branch manager is not accepting new savings account application without stating any proper reason. And telling to apply for salary account which i don't need anyways.

                  As i am in need of an absolute account from bank which has good atm network.

                  Please suggest me how i can get it resolved.

                    This email is regarding the sbi (Fbb) credit card which was issued to me at xperia mall, palava arround 4months back.

                    Further to this i was not here and had been out of india for office work. The got delivered but since i was not present here it was not used till date. Currently i am getting sms for some charges which i m not aware since i never used the card.

                    Please be informed that i am not willing to use any services of this sbi credit (Fbb) card.

                    Request you to terminate this card permanently at the earliest as i will not be using this anymore.

                    Further to this I was not here and had been out of india for office work. The got delivered but since i was not present here it was not used till date. Today 18/10/2019 I had received sms to pay some charges Rs.1835/- which i m not aware since i never used the card.

                    Please be informed that i am not willing to use any services of this sbi credit (Fbb) card.

                    I had called also the sbi customer care now and spoke to aparna wherein she informed me that the card has been blocked and cannot be used. When i visited the sbi dombivli west branch, there they told me to contact the same person form where i have taken the card and they will provide the waiver code post which the card will get closed/terminated.

                    Request you to terminate this card permanently at the earliest as i will not be using this anymore.

                      I want to cancel my credit card account ending with 4118 due to bad customer service. My last payment done in sepl 2019 without any delay. And raised a cancellation request. Till now, account not cancelled. Then i had conversation with the customer care agent and raised a request to cancel my account. And i need waive off the amount. I also received verbal confirmation from accounts along with reference no but no official communication received so far.

                          Sir/mam,
                          This is regarding my father (Jagnnath singh) pension and the ppo no. Is[protected].
                          My father reiters on 31st oct 2018 and after then he get his nov pension after then he didn't knew about the life certificate rule so his pension was stop and actually he didn't care about that he thought that his pension was not still started.
                          So after 4 months on 25th feb 2019 he passes away after then i submit death certificate in bank and also submmit application regarding due pension but i get only pension after 25 th feb and they didn't give us dec, jan and feb pension amount. From today i submit lots of application and etc etc papers to sbi branch jharoda kalan.

                            This is regarding the payment i did via. Phonepe by scanning qr code. Payment of 1500/- inr was done on 30th september, 2019. The recipient has not received the payment till date. I called phonepe customer service to confirm, there’s no issue from their end. Also the receivers bank confirm there was no amount credited for above mentioned date.

                            Upon calling the sbi customer service, i was asked to reach out to branch. I tried calling branch but there was no response!

                            I would humbly request you to please release/ refund the payment amount of 1500/- inr. As i see the amount is debited from my account and not reached the recipient.

                                A refund of3792.60 rupees was successfully processed on 5 october2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                    I had talk with sbi customer executive regarding refund which was successfully processed by Amazon on 13/10/2019.
                                    I provided them reference number also but they are not helping me.
                                    I doubled confirm to Amazon, they successfully refunded the transaction but in my bank account it is not showing.

                                    The payment was of 258.74rs
                                    So help me out regarding this.

                                      Refund of 6 online transactions made on Amazon has not been received in my account.
                                      Amazon has confirmed that they have refunded the amount to the bank.
                                      There were 2 main transactions amounting to rs 3080.66 made on 2 -10-19 and rs 2896.20 made on 3-10-19.
