I did one transaction (No cost emi) with sbi credit card on flipkart the same day i cancelled the product money refunded on the same day, but still emi generated. Fraud cheaters employee of sbi card generated emi on refunded money when i complained they said we have taken request to cancel emi after that they have again debit the same amount and credited same amount.
Summary money spent is refunded balance should be 0 but fraud and cheater sbi card playing unethical unprofessional cheating game giving credit and debit on the money which is already refunded and charged emi with interest in statement.
Biggest cheater and fraud company looting customers if they are not checking their statement and tracking the transaction history.

    After filling all the details and getting the SARN number i was unable to download the PDF to print it. whenever I try to download it "PDF GENERATION IS IN PROGESS PLEASE TRY AFTER SOMETIME" the same error is coming from 3 days. Please fix this problem ASAP and help me to open the account in your bank.

I visit may time in my branch and intimated my problems to dealing as well as to branch manager. But they not attend properly and not solve the my problems. Hence, i request your to kindly solve my problems and excess amount in my account may please be transferred to mod balance.

        I want my refund, i got a mail from amazon with complete information about refund, i called amazon customer they told me refund of rs.13990.00 has been processed successfully on 8/4/2019. The amount should reflect in your account by 8/12/2019.
        They provided the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 331978.
        I asked many times for help to bank, they are not helping regarding my refund. I completely fed up this, please look this matter personally and provide my refund

          15.09.2019, as they reverse back the amount sucessfully to my

          Ask me to contact my bank, the amount is stil not reflected
          Account, i have contact multiple times to iq option; they gave me every
          Time the arn number and ask me to contact customer srvices
          To trace the amount, please help me out of this, credit my account

            Dear sir,

            I would really appreciate the landmark decision which our finance minister has announced on 23.08.2019 in which the finance minister has announced that banks will pass on rbi rate cut benefits to borrowers thru mclr reduction. This will benefit crores of home loan customers across the country. But unfortunately the reality is that the biggest psu bank in the country, state bank of india is not yet implemented this till date though sbi has advertised it about the repo linked lending rate (Rlrl) in many news papers. A copy of the advertisement of sbi is attached herewith. When enquired with sbi, they infomrmed me in their letter dated 24/09/2019 that "the new scheme announced by the finance minister regarding the switch over of loans to interest rate linked to repo rate is not so far implemented in our bank for existing accounts" the copy of the letter received from sbi is attached for reference..

            In my case, i have remitted my emi promptly @ rs 6000/- for last 10 years without fail (Since july 2009) for my home loan amount of rs. 675000/- (Loan a/c no.[protected], sanctioned date 10.07.2009, from sbi, cheroor branch, thrissur, kerala) @ 7.5. Though i have remitted rs 725000/- till date the currently outstanding principal is more than the loan amount taken which is rs 789277/- (From cibil report, august 2019). I understand sbi has increased the interest rate in different intervals based on the prevailing mclr rate. When i took the loan in 2009 the interest rate was only 7.5. Ideally whenever any hike is there in the rate, banker has the obligation to intimate the same to customer which is not done in this case. Sbi has never mentioned the interest rates in the annual provision interest certificates, which i used to take yearly. Normally all home loan institutions do so like gic, hdfc etc. (Otherwise, how customer will come to know about the interest rate hike). This is totally unfair. Hence i requested bank to waive off the excess rate charged so far.
            In banks reply, from [protected]@sbi.co.in dated 23.01.2018, they had mentioned that as per the resolution, we would like to inform you that disputed interest rate is being examined for redressal, we request you to kindly wait. But bank has not ready to waive off the excess interest rate charged.
            If sbi had intimated about the interest rate hike as per mclr rates in different intervals, i would have happy to pay the emi conversion charges (@ 0.25 on remaining balance of loan which is very negligable i. E. Approximately rs 1700/- only) and reduce my emi liability. How a genuine customer should be penalised for banks lapse as bank has never intimated about the interest hike. It is a great a paradox that a bank will charge the excess interest rate on home loans when ever rbi declare the hike in mclr rates. Whereas the banks will not pass on the benefit to the customers when ever the mclr rates are decreased.

            Unfortunately they are not ready to waive off the excess interest charged.

              Hi i am c. Ravinder. I am raising a complaint related to educational loan acc no:[protected] in sbi thorrur branch (Sbin0020246). The thorrur branch manager and concerned staff of above branch taking biased actions without issuing even a single notice or information to me (Guarantor) and freezing accounts of guarantor (Mine).
              1) they have left the actual educational loan borrower even though the borrower is presently an employee and earning money.
              2) they have sanctioned a home loan for borrower's father (Ch. Krishnamurthy) even though he is an first guarantor. They have let him go away even though they have the defaulter address and their properties.
              3) they have not even done preliminary check before sanctioning him loan. 4) they are not responding properly when contacted through phone as the branch location is far from my working location. They are ranting again and again that they will do things at their own will and whatever they think without following due procedures. They have frozen my salary account. It is only source of income for me.
              5) the loan amount was for rs.88, 000 but they have hold my account for rs.1 lakh.
              6) they have hold my 2 accounts including salary account. I had to borrow money from other people even though i have money in my account.
              7) i have been humiliated as i could not use my card for any daily essentials or small transactions.
              8) they had made me go through mental trauma by having to spend for days without any money in hand or being able to use my money and also by not responding and deliberately dodging my phone calls even when i am trying to contact them for information and any possible assistance.
              9) i have been a loyal customer to the sbi bank. I am using their account since many years and they check my track record of re-payment of loans and even my credit score to # my regularity of payment. Even for customers like me they are showing biased nature and taking unlawful actions to make us suffer.
              10) if the borrower does not pay money they can give notice or information to me (Guarantor) or borrower and they can follow the legal procedure like filing a complaint in court of law or they can make attachment for payment to my salary. But they have not followed any banking regulations or rules and took the extreme step of freezing my accounts as if i am the defaulter of loan and leaving the original borrower.

                            I have purchased a speaker from amazon using SBI card on EMI but later on(22 August) cancelled the EMI but the statement of the august month got generated on 21 August. So, the amount of the first instalment of the speaker also added in my statement of August month. I have paid that amount and called customer care for the amount and help in this matter so, the customer care from your side told me that the amount will automatically get deducted from your next month's statement(Means statement of September month). But when the statement of September month got generated the amount was not deducted so, I called the customer care for the help in this matter I was completely shocked when I spoke to them on this matter what he was telling me is that there is nothing like this in our system about the amount deduction and then when I told him to help he was like kk sir I am registering a complaint on this matter same like the last month when am firstly spoke to the customer care about the deduction. Just tell me how can I trust that the amount will be adjusted in the next month's statement. The customer care execute was also like I can't do anything on this matter and also behaving very rudely and not even given a proper solution on this matter and hung up on me. Can anyone help me out on this matter

                                Hi,

                                I have generated SCRN and SARN number for opening a savings account but now I am not being able to download the form. It says that PDF generation is in process, please visit the site after some time.

                                This error message is being displayed for more than 4 days now.
                                Because of this, I am not being able to open the account.

                                When I visited the branch with my SCRN and SARN number, they said that they will need a print-out of the form. And they have asked me to wait till my PDF gets generated. This is going nowhere.

                                Any help?

                                  Sir/maam,

                                  I have been contacted by rajeev choudhury (Legal department) on 21st september 2019 at 19:12. I have been told that they are issuing an arrest warrant in my name for failure to pay and for breach of summons issued to me by the howrah civil court. I was also told that a stay order can be placed if i can pay rs25, 000 within 24hours. I do not have money at this point to pay for monthly emis, i cannot make a one shot payment of rs 25, 000. I have not been given the case number logded against me in court which renders me defenseless if i am to be arrested.

                                  I want to go on record to state that i have not recieved first the legal notice sent to me at my previous address. I was contacted by an agent in february who informed me of the notice and i informed the agent of the new address that i had moved into, and also paid a sum of rs 6000. I had also informed him of my financial instability and my inability to pay the bank monthly installments. He came to a verbal settlement with me that i could pay rs6000 per month to clear my dues of.

                                  I continued with my payment until july after which i was unable to pay the installments. I have however been in contact with the nodal officer (Shivam sharma) since 9th august 2019 to figure out the best way to settle my debt. I have also escalated this to the principal nodal officer (Anshul sharma) on 3rd september 2019 as the terms of settlement (Rs 56, 000 in one shot payment for a total due of rs 77, 650) given to me were financially not possible.
                                  I have asked them to give me a settlement amount with an emi as i cannot pay the whole amount in one shot payment, but i have not heard anything favourable from their end. I have also asked if they can accept one time payment of rs 30, 000 to clear my dues, they refused.

                                  I have been paying my dues for the past 3 and a half years which totals at rs1, 62, 428. The payment dates ranging from 23rd november 2017- 10th july 2019. This also includes a bulk payment of rs28, 000 made on the 17th of july 2018. I have no more money left to give, no savings, no extra income. The increments i get at work are all deducted for pf and taxes and health insurances which leave me with a meagre amount to survive in a city where i dont have a house of my own.

                                  I have been staying with my friends here and there for the past 6 months as i cannot afford rent which is why i do not have a fixed address. I am an out of station candidate, who needs to send money home and i hardly have any money left for my monthly expenditure of food and clothing.

                                  I know that it i am at fault, since i have been inconsistent with my payment but i intend to pay back the money i owe. I am taken by surprise when i got to learn that i missed a court summons on the 26th of august. I have recieved no intimation of that verbally or written before yesterday.

                                  Kindly help me as i do not have any money at my disposal to pay for one shot settlements. Please inform me if you can help me with an emi settlement, or i'll have no option but to hire a lawyer as i am unable to plead my case further.

                                    Respected sir
                                    Had applied for a sbi irctc card through a representative at bandra railway station. I have given all the documents to him. For remaining documents i had a call from [protected] and i gave all my information to this no. And mailed it to [protected]@gmail.com.
                                    After that i received message like you have successfully submitted your sbi card application no.[protected]. To track the status of your application visit - sbicard.com/track-app/y/222xxxxxxxxxx.
                                    A lady executive called me up and promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to ur residence.
                                    One man came to my home also to check whether i have given correct detail (Like address) or not.

                                    Under online status of sbi credit card they mentioned

                                    "we regret to inform you that your sbi card application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."

                                    . Please tell me what are the reasons for rejecting my application.

                                      I ordered irsoe cassiey latest collection footwear and shofiee red block ankle strap heels from amazon but due to wrong size i returned they refunded me on 3rd of sept but the bank shows no transaction. I have the refund reference #[protected]. The refund amount should be 1047. It has already been so late for the refund so do it as early as possible.
