My name is manjeet singh and i had ordered some grocery products of rs.2798.75 through sbi debit card in amazon.in on[protected]. But unfortunately my order got cancelled automatically and on[protected]
Amazon initiated the amount of rs.2798.75 in two parts to my card. First is rs.2257.46 and second is rs.541.29. But unfortunately i lost my debit card on[protected] that's why i blocked my card on[protected] at 02:40am.
I also called the amazon many times regarding this issue but they sent this refference number - 877724 and told me to fill charge dispute form.
I visited many times in bank and talked with bank manager (Mr. Dharam pal singh) but he did not helped me. Even he denied to accept "charge dispute form". I still did not get my money. I have mentioned some details below.

My Complaint has been resolved within 48 hours. I would like to thanks all team members of Consumer Complaints. It shows that any institution, even if it is governmental, can not be arbitrary. I hope that, in the future, any bank Will not do this with any of its customers, specially State Bank Of India. If it happens to me again, I will again come to the consumer complaints team.     Sir, i have sbi credit card which is blocked since 2016 and for outstanding payment i am paying them form last three years. Sir due to jobless i am not able to make payment in time every month, but still i am paying them more than 5 times i had spent on same credit card. But now days there representative and collection team are giving me and my family thretening call and threten lie gundas for payent demand of cash.
    Sir i have sbi credit card on name of mr. Suyog bhangale

    Which current outstanding of rs. 67000/-
    Sir i am not against payment demand but they are threatening us for same like local gundas who demand cash payment by hook or by crook.

    Pleae do needful to raise complaint against sbi

      Rs 839 has been deducted while shopping in amazon but they initiate that amount but sbi bank have not refund it in my account, i have called so many times to amazon coustomer care and sbi coutomer care always heard that your account has been initiated and sbi coustomer care says plz contact to your amazon service... What the hell is going, i am irritated last 15 days. I request kindly take responsible action

        Dear sir,
        Before last two month ago my atm was missed in traveling. So after that i blocked atm from my home branch, but still i have not received atm even after applying 5 times from branch pl. Help me to get my new atm card as earliest. At home branch executive not getting any information about my re issue atm card he is helpless no any err shows in system
        But atm getting close automatic, pl sir i am suffering this issue from last 2 month. So pl. Take the matter on priority & resolve my new atm issue

          With respect inform to you that i purchaged some items for rs. 9345.00 and paid by card swaping machine first time but not payment to shopkeeper like this i repeated four times but no payment to him but every time it deduct rs.9345.00 in my accuont on date 13.10.2018. On date 14.10.2018 i complained to manager sbi, jogipura, budaun of this matter. He told me that i complained online to sbi. I done same as. Rs.9345x3 were back but one timers. 9345 not returned. I done so as above again.
          It was deducted without any information[otp] in three steps rs. 25000, rs.27000on date 22.10.2018 andrs. 47000 on date 01.11.2018 from my account no.[protected]. I am complaining countinously but i did not find any result about this.
          Please refund my rs.99000.00 which deduct without any information[otp] in three steps from my account.

            Hi Team,

            I lost my SBI credit card like more than 5 years ago, I don't get even a single statement.

            Used the card for may be 4-5 transaction then and had paid.

            After years I got message stating annual charges and then after I complained it stopped and then after 3 yeas they put interest on it and now I am away from India they are updating intrest and affecting my civil scores. Made me willful defaulter.

            How can a govt bank be doing this. I am unable to login to system to check my card details bother know it. Not sure. How to proceed

              My name is G.naveen and I had ordered watch of RS.530skemi digital analog watch in Amazon on 15/9/2019 and after I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 15/09/2019
              Amazon initiated the amount to my accountbut I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

                  I buy a product from AMAZON on 14/09/2019 and 1034 rupees payed through Phone pay UPI than i cancelled this product same day. i have enquired Amazon costumer care according to them they have refunded the money and send me refund reference no.[protected] . but it was not refunded my account . i did call sbi bank costumer care but those saying we can not help regarding this issue u contact amazon . kindly help me

                    Before I complain, I request / propose for Privatisation of SBI.

                    These corrupt and lazy people are sitting as if they are RBI Governor or FM of India.

                    I requested to transfer my account from Bhiwandi Branch (THANE District in Maharashtra) to Panvel Branch (Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra). They took one month for transfer and after I complained about it they transferred my account in some branch of Odissa State!!!

                    I have attached the application copy of request for reference. Also when I called the CUSTOMER CARE executive, he/she have denied taking the complaint and made me wait for 40-50 minutes only waiting that I should get frustrated and disconnect the call. They kept saying we are not allowed to take the complain and only allowed to give written replies. Otherwise please visit your home branch for any small or big reason. I cannot visit the branch for every small thing. SBI is day by day defining itself as SABSE BADA ###!!!

                      i cancelled my order on 14/09/2019
                      but refund did not received in my account . i did call amazon customer care those says this is sbi bank fault and give me refund reference no. #[protected] and says this is to confirm that refund for amount 1034. has been successfully processed on 14/09/2019 .
                      i did call sbi customer care 4-5 times but those not gave me any suggestion . plz help me sir

                        Amazon send me refrence refund no is 207723 Amazon say that this is bank folt I initiate your rupees in 10 days before

                          I wanted to deposit 5000 rupees in my grandparents account, for that i filled up the slip of bank and gave it to the cashier but he refuses to deposit as he says that bank does not take less then 20000 rupees for deposit.. Bank will not deposit your rupee go to the mini branch. And at the same time when i take more then 20000 cash with me, the cashier says we do not deposit such big amount and go to the mini branch. When i complained this to the branch manager, he told me its not his issues. We are not going to deposit any money here.. You must to go to mini branch. They deny all the senior citizen and the young ones.. Please do something about it.. Bank does not deposit money in our account.

                                  I ordered a shirt in an Amazon on 7-9-2019 later it was cancelled. Since the payment was made online an amount of Rs 529 was to be refunded but it never happened. So I have enquired with Amazon customer service but according to them they have refunded the money with Authorization code 793238 but it is not refunded by SBI. Kindly help me with this issue.

                                    I ordered a shirt in Amazon on 07/9/2019 later it was cancelled.Since the payment was made online, An amount of 529 rupees was to be refunded bt it never happened. I have enquired with Amazon coustomer service according to them they have refunded the money with authorization code 793238, but it is not refunded by SBI. Kindly help me with this issue

                                      Rs. 79 deducted from sbi account and message showing in statement as "fi txn @ csp outlet". As i don't why this is deducted therefore i raised the complaint. Even i didn't get any message regarding this deduction on my mobile phone.
                                      Please revert my amount because i need money this time. Hopefully i will get my money as soon as possible.
                                      and sorry i don't have small account. also i am using credit card of sbi

                                      complaint for deducting amount for a unsuccessful transaction

                                      i was trying to pay the fees of rs 200 by Debit Card(TID:SBIPG[protected]ODISHASSCDRCARD Mumbai) on 19-Sept- 2019 timing- 6.30 PM for OSSC Jr Engineer (Civil/ Mechanical) Online Form 2019 through your gateway.After the payment was done it there was an error generated with code : Eferr021. Now the money has been deducted from the account but has not reached to OSSC. Second time I tried using NetBanking(TID:JE86019726201909191828225IGAHAYJBW8)...
