I buy a product from AMAZON on 14/09/2019 and 1034 rupees payed through Phone pay UPI than i cancelled this product same day. i have enquired Amazon costumer care according to them they have refunded the money and send me refund reference no.[protected] . but it was not refunded my account . i did call sbi bank costumer care but those saying we can not help regarding this issue u contact amazon . kindly help me

    Before I complain, I request / propose for Privatisation of SBI.

    These corrupt and lazy people are sitting as if they are RBI Governor or FM of India.

    I requested to transfer my account from Bhiwandi Branch (THANE District in Maharashtra) to Panvel Branch (Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra). They took one month for transfer and after I complained about it they transferred my account in some branch of Odissa State!!!

    I have attached the application copy of request for reference. Also when I called the CUSTOMER CARE executive, he/she have denied taking the complaint and made me wait for 40-50 minutes only waiting that I should get frustrated and disconnect the call. They kept saying we are not allowed to take the complain and only allowed to give written replies. Otherwise please visit your home branch for any small or big reason. I cannot visit the branch for every small thing. SBI is day by day defining itself as SABSE BADA ###!!!

      I payed through upi on amazon 14/09/2019
      my sbi account no. is [protected]
      i cancelled my order on 14/09/2019
      but refund did not received in my account . i did call amazon customer care those says this is sbi bank fault and give me refund reference no. #[protected] and says this is to confirm that refund for amount 1034. has been successfully processed on 14/09/2019 .
      i did call sbi customer care 4-5 times but those not gave me any suggestion . plz help me sir

        I cancel my amajon product so amajon refund my rupees to bank but sbi bank not credit rupees in my acount yet now
        Amazon send me refrence refund no is 207723 Amazon say that this is bank folt I initiate your rupees in 10 days before
        So please help me and say to bank for credit 2089 rupees to my Ac no [protected]

          I wanted to deposit 5000 rupees in my grandparents account, for that i filled up the slip of bank and gave it to the cashier but he refuses to deposit as he says that bank does not take less then 20000 rupees for deposit.. Bank will not deposit your rupee go to the mini branch. And at the same time when i take more then 20000 cash with me, the cashier says we do not deposit such big amount and go to the mini branch. When i complained this to the branch manager, he told me its not his issues. We are not going to deposit any money here.. You must to go to mini branch. They deny all the senior citizen and the young ones.. Please do something about it.. Bank does not deposit money in our account.

                Sir i bought a gold pack for the game clash of clans worth rs 399. The amount was deducted but didn't got the pack instead money was transferred to inb times of money limited account. I purchased the pack on[protected].

                  I ordered a shirt in an Amazon on 7-9-2019 later it was cancelled. Since the payment was made online an amount of Rs 529 was to be refunded but it never happened. So I have enquired with Amazon customer service but according to them they have refunded the money with Authorization code 793238 but it is not refunded by SBI. Kindly help me with this issue.

                      Rs. 79 deducted from sbi account and message showing in statement as "fi txn @ csp outlet". As i don't why this is deducted therefore i raised the complaint. Even i didn't get any message regarding this deduction on my mobile phone.
                      Please revert my amount because i need money this time. Hopefully i will get my money as soon as possible.
                      and sorry i don't have small account. also i am using credit card of sbi

                      complaint for deducting amount for a unsuccessful transaction

                      i was trying to pay the fees of rs 200 by Debit Card(TID:SBIPG[protected]ODISHASSCDRCARD Mumbai) on 19-Sept- 2019 timing- 6.30 PM for OSSC Jr Engineer (Civil/ Mechanical) Online Form 2019 through your gateway.After the payment was done it there was an error generated with code : Eferr021. Now the money has been deducted from the account but has not reached to OSSC. Second time I tried using NetBanking(TID:JE86019726201909191828225IGAHAYJBW8)...

                        I am Swapnil Gangadhar Thaware, SBI customer from last 10+ years recently I applied for SBI Credit card.
                        I have already two credit cards ICICI and HDFC for SBI I was getting soft approval with INR. 1, 34, 000 limit

                        I don't know who is daily applying without my permission. Today, I got call from +[protected]SBI Delhi) and told that "Swapnil, your cibil score is getting bad/lower because someone applying again and again so your application is on hold."

                        I am getting bad CIBIL score/not getting my credit card though I had a good relations with banks everywhere. Why I am getting such problems from last two months ??

                        I NEED STRICT ACTION AGAINST against such incident who started my application without OTP/Documents and my permission...??
                        I dint gave OTP to anyone after I given docs to Udaipur SBI branch. That was last QD and still no progress. I am disappointed with SBI Credit card services its hampering my CIBIL.

                        In below screenshots its clearly seen someone is playing with my profile, QD, application.
                        cross with red color is illegal and green with right mark is valid with my permission.

                        ITS REQUEST YOU ALL TO TAKE STRONG action against this. WANT MY CREDIT CARD AS SOON AS POSSIBLE or else I need to seek help from court I don't want to see bad cibil score.

                            This is to complaint against the SBI credit card authorities and the employees with highly unprofessional behaviour and screaming and talking like a swine with 0 respect towards its customers. IAt first they fall in consumers leg to take a credit card once u miss a payment se they talk like pigs and dogs.

                            The last call was from some guy in Delhi with numbers[protected] /[protected] /[protected] /[protected].

                            They torture and irritates the costumers. Such services of making fool with the credit cards offer of such banks should be at once stopped and and action should be taken against them.

                              Dear sir

                              A refund of 100 rupees was successfully processed on 07 september 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed but they always deny saying they cant do anything in this matter.
                              Please kindly check details in the emails and do it as soo as possible

                              The bank has not credited it yet and has been troubling since few months regarding refunds and payments.

                              State Bank of India — money withdrawn from ATM

                              Today I have withdrawn 100 RS from SBI bank ATM at Triveni Nagar , Jaipur . I did not get the cash , however my a/c has been debited from 100 RS.Please credited my a/c with 100 RS as soon as possible.

                                I have made a transaction on amount 20100 inr on dated
                                11/05/2019, as they reverse back the amount sucessfully to my
                                Sbi a/c debit card and give me a arn no[protected], and
                                Ask me to contact my bank, the amount is still not reflected
                                Account, i have contact multiple times to hdfc life, they gave me every
                                Time the arn number and ask me to contact customer services
                                To trace the amount, please help me out of this, credit my account
                                May be the transaction is pending please clear this
                                9000 is a big amount, i am really disappointed, help me with the concern!

                                  Sir maine sbi atm se date 7.09.2019 ko 2000 nikale but ohh nikle nhi our mere account se paise cut gaye jiski complete maine 09.09.2019 ko sbi costumer care me ki complete number [protected] hai par abhi tak koi process nhi hai our n mera paise wapas huwa bar bar sbi customer care me call karne par bhi 10 dino se bol raha tuda wait karo kab tak wait karege sir garib aadmi me liye 2000 bahut mahine rakhta hai please sir aap meri problem solved kigiye please.

                                    I have opened a account last month in my nearest sbi branch that is sbi maudaha and i demanded for internet banking. After that they provide me internet banking kit. I have successfully activated net banking and i am able to see my account no. And balance etc when i logged in yono or sbi webstite.
                                    But when i tried to apply for a new atm card then i see an error that no account mapped for this username even after 20 days of activation of internet banking.
                                    Last time whwn i tried for applying new atm card that was around 09:40 am on 19 september 2019.
                                    Please look into the problem.
