    I am Swapnil Gangadhar Thaware, SBI customer from last 10+ years recently I applied for SBI Credit card.
    I have already two credit cards ICICI and HDFC for SBI I was getting soft approval with INR. 1, 34, 000 limit

    I don't know who is daily applying without my permission. Today, I got call from +[protected]SBI Delhi) and told that "Swapnil, your cibil score is getting bad/lower because someone applying again and again so your application is on hold."

    I am getting bad CIBIL score/not getting my credit card though I had a good relations with banks everywhere. Why I am getting such problems from last two months ??

    I NEED STRICT ACTION AGAINST against such incident who started my application without OTP/Documents and my permission...??
    I dint gave OTP to anyone after I given docs to Udaipur SBI branch. That was last QD and still no progress. I am disappointed with SBI Credit card services its hampering my CIBIL.

    In below screenshots its clearly seen someone is playing with my profile, QD, application.
    cross with red color is illegal and green with right mark is valid with my permission.

    ITS REQUEST YOU ALL TO TAKE STRONG action against this. WANT MY CREDIT CARD AS SOON AS POSSIBLE or else I need to seek help from court I don't want to see bad cibil score.

      I have ordered a product from amazon whose value is rs 1624 but it cancelled and my balance was deducted of Rs 1624 from my account. Then I called to amazon customer care and they told me that your amount has been processed from our site. Now still my balance not received in my bank account so please help me to reverse back

        This is to complaint against the SBI credit card authorities and the employees with highly unprofessional behaviour and screaming and talking like a swine with 0 respect towards its customers. IAt first they fall in consumers leg to take a credit card once u miss a payment se they talk like pigs and dogs.

        The last call was from some guy in Delhi with numbers[protected] /[protected] /[protected] /[protected].

        They torture and irritates the costumers. Such services of making fool with the credit cards offer of such banks should be at once stopped and and action should be taken against them.

          Subject: charge dispu "refund not processed"

          Dear sir

          A refund of 100 rupees was successfully processed on 07 september 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed but they always deny saying they cant do anything in this matter.
          Please kindly check details in the emails and do it as soo as possible

          The bank has not credited it yet and has been troubling since few months regarding refunds and payments.

          State Bank of India — money withdrawn from ATM

          Today I have withdrawn 100 RS from SBI bank ATM at Triveni Nagar , Jaipur . I did not get the cash , however my a/c has been debited from 100 RS.Please credited my a/c with 100 RS as soon as possible.

            I have made a transaction on amount 20100 inr on dated
            11/05/2019, as they reverse back the amount sucessfully to my
            Sbi a/c debit card and give me a arn no[protected], and
            Ask me to contact my bank, the amount is still not reflected
            Account, i have contact multiple times to hdfc life, they gave me every
            Time the arn number and ask me to contact customer services
            To trace the amount, please help me out of this, credit my account
            May be the transaction is pending please clear this
            9000 is a big amount, i am really disappointed, help me with the concern!

                I have opened a account last month in my nearest sbi branch that is sbi maudaha and i demanded for internet banking. After that they provide me internet banking kit. I have successfully activated net banking and i am able to see my account no. And balance etc when i logged in yono or sbi webstite.
                But when i tried to apply for a new atm card then i see an error that no account mapped for this username even after 20 days of activation of internet banking.
                Last time whwn i tried for applying new atm card that was around 09:40 am on 19 september 2019.
                Please look into the problem.

                  My name is krishnpal singh and i had ordered helmet of rs. 895 (Studds chrome economy sus_cebfh_blkl full face helmet (Black, l) in amazon on 05-sep-2019 and after sep 7, 2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on sep 7, 2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number - 195897 and told me to fill charge dispute form but sbi bank doesn't have such policy. So

                          I onder a product from amazon.I paid cash on delivery to amazon.For some reason i ask amazon for refund.Amazon inisiate my refund at 29/07/2019.But not receive in my accound.Amazon provide me refund refrence number of transaction is[protected].Amazon ask me to contact bank. I contact bank customer care of sbi but no solution. I contact branch but no solution.My account number is [protected]and account holder name is ankit kumar patel.where is my money i do not know or amazon do not know as well as bank not know.what i do?please locate my money.

                            I did not use my SBI Credit card for more than a year. But they had charged me interest without even spending the amount.

                            And it has reached upto 5000 rupees, I have paid the balance amount now but still my cibil score is very low due to which I am unable to get any loan from banks.

                            Kindly help me in correcting my CIBIL score ASAP.

                              I have opened my account in SBI last year. rs 500 deducted as SBIGEN PAI . after one year they asked for renewal but i didn't perform it. But still they have deducted 500 Rs. for SBIGEN policy . And they have deducted this for new policy without my permission. I have never opted again after expiry of old one. I want that refund.

                                Few months ago I used my credit card ([protected]) amount of 56000 and I paid total amount and then after few months I am getting bill 5000+ WITHOUT ANY USAGE.
                                And every week it's increasing and finally the bill is 7000+ AND sbi agents are making calls and forcing me to make that amount. And many times I am trying to contact sbi credit card customer care but call is forwarding to debit card deportment.
                                Please do needful for me.

From last 3days I am continuously visiting to branch manager for opening account of my girly child under Sukanya samrudhi yojna. But he refused to open account without girl child addhar card Which is not required in SBI documents list. He is unnecessarily demanding girl child addhar card to open account under SSY. He doesn't have knowledge about the documents required for opening any account in his branch. Therefore I Request you to send him for training & send him circulars of documents required for opening any account.

                                      I made purchase of rs.360 ([protected]igahafhzc9 transfer) on 16th september, september 2019 and rs.190 ([protected]igahapaok1 transfer) on 18th september, september 2019 through sbi internet banking in "rise of kingdom" mobile game. After payment balance was deducted from the account, but failed in having that game product.
                                      My account was debited with the amount of rs.360 and rs.190 towards inb times of money limited but i didn't receive the in game product.
                                      Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

                                      Amazon initiated the amount, but I am still not received the refund. Amazon given time was expire. The date is 16th Sep. 2019. And Amazon says to me that, Amazon prosses the refund amount but the bank is deley the reflecting amount on my card.
                                      Please help me!

                                        Dear sir / madam,

                                        I am sbi credit card user from last few years, i made all the payments on time but due to some medical issues in my family i am suffering from financial crises and this situation i already informed to the bank. But from few days your collection agents are misbehaving with my wife & relatives, they are threatning them, and doing abusive & irritatiing messaging to my wife's mobile. I am not able to sleep now, i am feeling very much regret now, why i have opt sbi card. I request for action against that person.
