A refund of 210 rupees was successfully processed on 07 november 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

    Dear sir

    A refund of 999 rupees was successfully processed on 03/09/2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

    kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

      Amount has been deducted from my bank account and transaction got failed. And I've not received the deducted amount yet. The transaction was done on 14th September 2019.
      I've faced such type of issue twice. And I've also not got my deducted amount on previous transaction.
      Kindly help me regarding the aforementioned problem.

        On this day 16/September/2019 I put 4 ₹500 notes and 10 ₹200 notes into CDM slot in SBI Oachira Branch ATM, Alappuzha, Kerala, India @ 6.35pm with phone number [protected] entered for debiting into Sabu S A/No [protected] SBI Althara Br Trivandrum.

        But after putting the notes in, "Thank You for depositing in SBI ATM" was shown and whole money lost. I had lost ₹1000 few months back and I submitted complainted the responsible branch. BUT THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. MY MONEY IS "AGAIN" LOST. Worst bank ever!

          Today i was purchasing pass royale from the game clash royale and my amount 399 got deducted. I was using sbi net banking and my account is xx9794 to purchase that but the purchase couldn't happen i also try to contact inb times of money but the numbers are invalid. Kindly solve this issue. My transaction id is IGAFJMXSE6. Kindly help me. Please help sir and initiative the refund as soon as possible sir.

            Sir,
            i was trying to pay the fees of rs 200 Transaction no[protected] on 16-Sept- 2019 timing- 7.30 PM for OSSC Jr Engineer (Civil/ Mechanical) Online Form 2019 through your gateway.After the payment was done it there was an error generated with code : Eferr021. Now the money has been deducted from the account but has not reached to OSSC. On their page the status is shown as payment failed retry payment. But when i try to retry the payment it says -"payment has been made for the same reference number". Kindly resolve this issue as by this i am not been able to proceed with my form whose last date is 29/09/2019. At least let me try to repay the fee as i am not concerned about the money but more about the form.

              On 9th september 2019, rs. 189500/- are fraudulent has withdrawn from my sb account no.[protected]. I have given written complaint on same day in panvel branch as wel as made fir in local police station and given complaint in cyber cell, belapur. I also made complaint on cms system of sbi but they told me that details are not available so contact home br.

              Till today I don't receive any reply about my complaint
              I have played gas amount 26-08-19 in640.5rs but I don't received gas. I called the gas agency ur amount is not delivered.
              I suddenly got 2 debit messages wherein my SBI account has debited some money against surcharge/tips.
              This will again lead to citizens doing away with plastic money, suggest if it has to happen why not introduce transaction tax?
              Amount is credited but not debits beneficiary account.

                Bank is deducting 295/- in name of SI FAILURE CHARGES 38976288 from last two Months on 12th Aug and 12 Sept 2019, i dont have any Standing Instructions, one consumer loan is running for which EMI is getting deducted without fail on every 2nd of the Month

                    A/c no. Xxxxxxx1092 of mr. Amrita sarkar, the above person is not known to me. May be due to a mistake in attaching my no. With the above accounts.

                      I had given cheque of 1000 rs to kotak mahindra and sbi bank debited 2000 rs from my account.
                      I told to bank and visited many times but nothing happens and passing out days months and years even three manager of banks also changed.

                        Sir on 26 august 2019 bank has deducted 118 rs
                        And has given reason that atm undilivered charges.
                        Sir i have been going branch from january when i got message that my atm card is in branch and searched many times but i did not get my atm.
                        And sbi staff said that by chance you got this message
                        At present we did not get your card
                        Every month i visoted bank.
                        But they did the same.
                        And nkw they deducted unnecessary my money.
                        Sir get my every courier at home
                        But only sbi creates such issues.
                        Kindly ask them to refund my money and also give my card for which i am asking from january 2019.

                        Sir I got reply from Bank
                        "Sir Atm deliver to customer address through speed post and it was undeliver to customer address and return to branch. As per Bank service charge term and condition, atm undeliver charge is deducted and customer is advise accordingly."

                        SIR have visited home branch they said debit card has not been issued. And also No courier service came my home. And the reason given by bank Means they deduct any number of times my money by saying that ATM UNDELIVERED. Sir if courier service doesnt come to me or bank cheats then how can i come to know If no body calls me or message me. Its totally robary by BANK and customers are cheated. They just want to manage amount stolen by Vijay malaya n all. Sim i going branch for my debit card from january. In this way i have wasted my time and fuel Who will give me losses. Bank has our money so they can deduct any time But we people are helpless Neither government nor bank help us.

                            Getting attached error after payment of 200 every time and money is deducted from my account and i am not able to apply for the post. Please resolve this issue as the end date of application submission is approaching and no one is listening my complaint.

                              On 25th of august otp fraud happened for my credit card which i received some weeks back. After multiple. Mail threads and asking for help from helpline the end result was zero. The money was transfered to paytm and mobikwik. Three transactions happened in total of 31000 rupees. Ending mail stated that i have to check with merchant and merchant is saying that i should check with bank. My question here is that, is this the condition of a major nationalist bank? If you are telling me that this is my fault because otp was shared then i would ask you from where did they get my hdfc card details and sbi card cvv from? Fraud is happening from inside and data about customers are being provided internally. I wont let this end so easy and i want a chargeback of this.

                                  I have ordered a product from amazon n 16 or 17 july and because of some reason i returned the product but i did not get my payment back so i contacted with amazon customer care service they said they initiated my refund then i replied i have not received my payment back then they urge me to contact with sbi and they gave me an reference no. Which is 998474 then i contacted with the sbi they told me because of some reason the amount has not transferred into my account and they told me to file charge dispute then told me that he filed the charge dispute and i will receive my refund back within 45 days but i have not received my amount yet

                                    My name is barjinder singh and i opened a salary savings regular account at state bank of india branch baghapurana, ifsc code: sbin0001634.

                                    I have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that i am unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.

                                    I have raised multiple online complaints and all of them were closed without resolving the problem. I have contacted the branch manager & sent several emails to branch manager & nodal officer but the issue has not been resolved.

Same time, i informed sbi customer care, informed about the incident, blocked my card & complained for unauthorized access ([protected] & [protected]). Next day reached bank & informed the bank manager. Bank manager asked for police complain & other documents. I handed over all document. I inquired about my case on very 15 days.in the month of may, it was told to me my case has been approved & will get back my money in just 1 to 2 weeks. But suddenly, in the month of june or july, manager changed & new manager came into the role. I asked her about the progress of my case. Firstly she was not aware about the same. When i told her incident, she looked into the case & asked for 2 more weeks. Every time, i asked her about the progress, her response was "it will take one more week". But 3 more months happened. But still i did not get any resolution.
                                      I want to raise a complain against sbi for delaying my case & not providing my money back.
                                      Please look into the case & help me out. I took 3-4 leaves from my office to visit the bank but getting nothing except delay. Bank personnel have made me mentally disturbed.

                                        Date. And after return date is 31/08/19 i returned this order. And on 31/08/19date on which refund initiated
                                        Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                                        (Reference number is[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
