Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

    I have purchased uc today on 13-09-19 through net banking of state bank of india at around 8:40-9:10am. ₹799 uc was purchased and the payment was successful but no uc was added in my account. So i want a refund or uc to be added as soon as possible.
    Payment was shown successful and amount was also deducted and the message is given below but no items haven't been purchased.

    Thx for inb txn of rs.799.0 frm a/c x5843 to times of m... Ref#igagzlcju3 on 13sep19.

      I am intimated about an unauthorized transaction of rs7900.0 on pos [protected] at itunes.com/bill from my sbi a/c on 11.09.2019 (Txn#[protected]. I have no apple id, have never purchased an apple product such as itunes. This fraudulent transaction has been happened using by debit card detail, without my permission, even no otp was asked for the same. I demand a refund from bank for they failed to keep my account details secure.

        सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मेरा amazon कि तरफ से पैसा refund हुआ था पर वो मेरे ac में आया नहीं था उसके लिए मैंने बैंक के कई चकर काटे और कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई उसके लिए मैंने charge dispute form भी भर कर देने गया पर वो भी उन्होंने नहीं जमा किया इस तरह से मुझे 1 साल से ज्यादा हो गए है पर मेरे 10000 रु नहीं वापस मिल पाएउसकी transaction id है[protected]/8/2018 का ये मामला है तो कृपया करके मेरे पैसे वापस दिलाने का कस्ट करे आपकी महान कृपा होगी

          I am savings account holder in SBI bank(Account no -20******39).I got a message on 7Sept 2019 at 5:19pm on my registered mobile number that an amount of 30, 000 has been withdrawn from my account, this shows that some unknown person has stolen money using personal data.
          I had a word with the customer support executive and also file a report in a police station Patiyali.

              I have ordered a healthgenic self defence pepper spray for women safety - 30gm/ 55ml it was prepaid and then i cancelled the order on 3rd of september.
              But till now the refund has not been credited to my account.
              The amazon has initated the refund from my end but it has not been sent to me by bank.
              I request please take this seriously and provide my refund as soon as possible.

                    Refund amount from amezon are not found in my account... The amount transfer from amezon befor 10 days but these amount are not avaleble in my account.. Online shopping grom amezon i bought 2 shirts and returned these shirt that why 2refund amount from amezon are transfer but these amount are not procced in my bank account plz do something and return money in my account

                        Sbi card had fradulently reported to cibil, resulting in abrupt reduction in my cibil score.

                        First of all the card itself has not given effect of my credits and had purposely restrained from giving its effect and now they added wrong charges in my account without giving the effects of the credits. Subsequently they had also made false report before the cibil, thereby effecting my score.

                        It is me who owe money from sbi cards and not the other way round. The banks allways have a upper hand causing terrible loss to the clients.

                        And sbi is worst among them all

                          I have cancelled an order (Order#[protected] from amazon.in for which i paid rs.118 and amazon initiated the payment process on 31st august, 2019 and said it will be credited to my accounts in 4/5 business working days.
                          But its already passed 11 days, still amount is not credited by sbi. I have contacted amazon customer care 4/5 times they told payment processed successfully so i have to contact sbi branch or contact sbi customer care only.
                          I got a transactions reference number form amazon which is #[protected]. Whenever i visit sbi home branch they didn't respond my issues just told me contact amazon.in again i called amazon customer care for solve the problem but same thing they repeating... Just contact sbi... Sir we are helpless whom i have to contact or how to claim the amount its a head ache to the customer.in my case it is a small amount, if it is big amount then what will be pressure to the consumer. Sir please do the needfull.

                            Sir this concern is regarding i want to close or settle my sbi credit card card number stating [protected] since april iam getting calls from sbi stating me to pay the amount of 44 k change till now iam getting calls to pay the same amount of 44k since last six months my family is suffering from cricis of financial issues when ever i had money i paid continously on date to sbi bank now i cannot afford more than 30 - 35 k paying to the bank and more over i cannot carry forwaord this till years please do help me to close my account till 35 k even if it effects my cibil score or even if i will not recive any penny loans from bank it would be ok but i cannot afford more than it please do consider this request thanking you

                              I santosh prasad holding a/c no - [protected] from subroto park branch, new delhi. On 02 jul at around 1545hr i received a message in my registered mobile no with bank regarding withdrawal of a sum of rs 20000 from icici atm, which was not done by me and i was in possession of sbi card at the time of transaction, immediately same day i reached at my subroto park branch and i registered online complaint to cms (Sbi) after discussion with branch staff. Thereafter i submitted all needful documents which they (Branch) required. Now almost 70 days has been passed but disposal is still awaited from their side. Hence i am feeling very harassed by branch. I visited number of times to the branch (Subroto park) but their response is very negative
                              Hence, further you are requesed to look into this and kindly help me to avoid my financial hardship.

                                  This is very sorry to write you that i have made a purchase on amazon by my sbi debit card, due to some reason i have cancelled my order and amazon back my amount in my sbi acount on 06/07/2019 with refund reference no-824598, but due unknown problem my amount is yet not credited in my bank acount.

                                  Sir, i have tried so many times to customer care and make a phone call to my concerned branch and tried to contact to branch manger on the given phone number[protected] but neither there is any proper reply so for, nor my amount is been cerdited in my bank acount.

                                  Now, lastly i mailed you to resolve the issue and credit the respective amount in my bank acount.

                                      सविनय निवेदन है कि हम प्रार्थी अनिरुद्ध चौरसिया पुत्र स्वर्गीय चौकट प्रसाद (भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (01689)के खाता संख्या-[protected]) साकिन खझवा थाना कोतवाली हाटा जनपद कुशीनगर के स्थाई निवासी हैं । तथा वर्तमान समय में वार्ड नंबर 25 एन.एच 28 कसया रोड हाटा थाना कोतवाली हाटा जनपद कुशीनगर की में निवास कर रहे हैं हम प्रार्थी के पिता स्वर्गीय चौकट प्रसाद की मृत्यु दिनांक 21/07/ 2019 को हो चुकी है । हम प्रार्थी के पिता चकबंदी कानूनगो पद से सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारी थे। पिता की मृत्यु के उपरांत उनके एटीएम व अन्य खातों का पासबुक मेरे छोटे भाई रमेश कुमार चौरसिया के पास था। हम प्रार्थी के पिता के मृत्यु के बाद मेरे छोटे भाई व उनके परिवार द्वारा एटीएम से दिनांक 23/07/2019 से लगातार भारतीय स्टेट बैंक शाखा हाटा कुशीनगर से जमा धनराशि ₹358832.75 मे से ₹356000 को बैंक स्वाइप व एटीएम मशीन द्वारा निकाल लिया गया है । उक्त धनराशि मेरे पिता के मृत्यु के बाद निकाली गई है। उक्त धनराशि को निकाल कर मेरे भाई वर्तमान समय में विदेश चले गए हैं । हम प्रार्थी ने उक्त खाता में जमा धनराशि के बावत रूपये न निकालने के लिए प्रार्थना पत्र दिया परंतु शाखा प्रबंधक द्वारा यह कहा कहा गया कि मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र लाएंगे तभी खाता बंद होगा । इसी बीच समस्त धनराशि निकाल ली गई है। हम प्रार्थी भी उक्त धनराशि के उत्तराधिकारी हैl इस मामला संबंधित शिकायत प्रार्थना पत्र हमने जनसुनवाई वेबसाइट पर डाला । जिसकी जांच करने के लिए पुलिस ब्रांच मैनेजर से मिली और पूछताछ की । फिर मैनेजर साहब ने पुलिस को गुमराह किया और बोला कि मेरे पिता श्री चौकट प्रसाद के अकाउंट में जो भी ट्रांजैक्शन हुए हैं वह वैद्य है । जबकि किसी के मरने के उस व्यक्ति के एटीएम व चेक से पैसे नहीं निकाला जा सकता परंतु बैंक मैनेजर को इससे कोई आपत्ति नहीं है । और तो और यह ट्रांजैक्शन बैंक को बिना सूचित किए किया गया । जबकि मरने के बाद नॉमिनी को भी पैसे निकालने के लिए इन्फॉर्म करना पड़ता है । और तो और बैंक मैनेजर का कहना है कि नॉमिनी का व्यक्ति विशेष के मृत्यु के बाद उसका अकाउंट पर मालिकाना हक होता है । अतः आप श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि आप निम्न बिंदुओं का उत्तर देने का कष्ट करें जिसका उत्तर बैंक मैनेजर द्वारा भ्रामक तरीके से दिया गया है -
                                      1-क्या बैंक मैनेजर को इस बात से कोई आपत्ति नहीं होनी चाहिए कि व्यक्ति विशेष के मृत्यु के बाद उसको बिना सूचित किए एटीएम से पैसे निकाल लिया जाए ।

                                      2-नॉमिनी का राइट क्या होता है क्या वह संपूर्ण एसेत का मालिक हो जाता है ।

                                      3-क्या नॉमिनी बिना बैंक को सूचित किए पैसा निकाल सकता है।

                                      4-क्या उपरोक्त सूचनाएं मैनेजर का दूसरे पक्ष के प्रति मिले होने का संकेत नही है।

                                      5- यदि बैंक मैनेजर पुलिस को गुमराह कर रहे हैं तो क्या उनके प्रति कार्यवाही किया जाना चाहिए।

                                        On 19 th of july 2019, myntra initiated worth Rs.3498 asRs.1749 and Rs.1749 worth 2 transactions with reference number:”[protected]”for both into my debitcard.but the Sbi bank has processed only Rs 1749.remainining Rs 1749 I didn’t get into my account till now.so many times i have contacted with customer supportteam.they said contact with ur home branch and when i went to sbi branch, they said jst contact with ur merchant.but the merchant shared that reference number with me.so this is how i am very disappointed.kindly please diapute my concern.
