सविनय निवेदन है कि हम प्रार्थी अनिरुद्ध चौरसिया पुत्र स्वर्गीय  चौकट प्रसाद (भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (01689)के खाता संख्या-[protected]) साकिन खझवा थाना कोतवाली हाटा जनपद कुशीनगर के स्थाई निवासी हैं । तथा वर्तमान समय में वार्ड नंबर 25 एन.एच 28 कसया रोड हाटा थाना कोतवाली हाटा जनपद कुशीनगर की में निवास कर रहे हैं हम प्रार्थी के पिता स्वर्गीय चौकट प्रसाद की मृत्यु दिनांक 21/07/ 2019 को हो चुकी है । हम प्रार्थी के पिता चकबंदी कानूनगो पद से सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारी थे। पिता की मृत्यु के उपरांत उनके एटीएम व अन्य खातों का पासबुक मेरे छोटे भाई रमेश कुमार चौरसिया के पास था। हम प्रार्थी के पिता के मृत्यु के बाद मेरे छोटे भाई व उनके परिवार द्वारा एटीएम से दिनांक 23/07/2019 से लगातार भारतीय स्टेट बैंक शाखा हाटा कुशीनगर से जमा धनराशि ₹358832.75 मे से ₹356000 को बैंक स्वाइप व एटीएम मशीन द्वारा निकाल लिया गया है । उक्त धनराशि मेरे पिता के मृत्यु के बाद निकाली गई है। उक्त धनराशि को निकाल कर मेरे भाई वर्तमान समय में विदेश चले गए हैं । हम प्रार्थी ने उक्त खाता में जमा धनराशि के बावत रूपये न निकालने के लिए प्रार्थना पत्र दिया परंतु शाखा प्रबंधक द्वारा यह कहा कहा गया कि मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र लाएंगे तभी खाता बंद होगा । इसी बीच समस्त धनराशि निकाल ली गई है। हम प्रार्थी भी उक्त धनराशि के उत्तराधिकारी हैl इस मामला संबंधित शिकायत प्रार्थना पत्र हमने जनसुनवाई वेबसाइट पर डाला । जिसकी जांच करने के लिए पुलिस ब्रांच मैनेजर से मिली और पूछताछ की । फिर मैनेजर साहब ने पुलिस को गुमराह किया और बोला कि मेरे पिता श्री चौकट प्रसाद के अकाउंट में जो भी ट्रांजैक्शन हुए हैं वह वैद्य है । जबकि किसी के मरने के उस व्यक्ति के एटीएम व चेक से पैसे नहीं निकाला जा सकता परंतु बैंक मैनेजर को इससे कोई आपत्ति नहीं है । और तो और यह ट्रांजैक्शन बैंक को बिना सूचित किए किया गया । जबकि मरने के बाद नॉमिनी को भी पैसे निकालने के लिए इन्फॉर्म करना पड़ता है । और तो और बैंक मैनेजर का कहना है कि नॉमिनी का व्यक्ति विशेष के मृत्यु के बाद उसका अकाउंट पर मालिकाना हक होता है । अतः आप श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि आप निम्न बिंदुओं का उत्तर देने का कष्ट करें जिसका उत्तर बैंक मैनेजर द्वारा भ्रामक तरीके से दिया गया है -
1-क्या बैंक मैनेजर को इस बात से कोई आपत्ति नहीं होनी चाहिए कि व्यक्ति विशेष के मृत्यु के बाद उसको बिना सूचित किए एटीएम से पैसे निकाल लिया जाए ।

2-नॉमिनी का राइट क्या होता है क्या वह संपूर्ण एसेत का मालिक हो जाता है ।

3-क्या नॉमिनी बिना बैंक को सूचित किए पैसा निकाल सकता है।

4-क्या उपरोक्त सूचनाएं मैनेजर का दूसरे पक्ष के प्रति मिले होने का संकेत नही है।

5- यदि बैंक मैनेजर पुलिस को गुमराह कर रहे हैं तो क्या उनके प्रति कार्यवाही किया जाना चाहिए।

    On 19 th of july 2019, myntra initiated worth Rs.3498 asRs.1749 and Rs.1749 worth 2 transactions with reference number:”[protected]”for both into my debitcard.but the Sbi bank has processed only Rs 1749.remainining Rs 1749 I didn’t get into my account till now.so many times i have contacted with customer supportteam.they said contact with ur home branch and when i went to sbi branch, they said jst contact with ur merchant.but the merchant shared that reference number with me.so this is how i am very disappointed.kindly please diapute my concern.

      A refund 1245 rupees was successfully processed on 31/august/2019 to my account . This amount should have been credited to my Sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now .
      I have called the SBI customer service several times with unique transaction reference number but no body has resolved the problem, also they said that we are not looking this . Still no act being take .
      I have confirmed with AMAZON and they have successfully process the refund .
      Kindly go through the charge locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund .

        Sir i have made the above describe order worth rs 1929/- to amazon on 1st september 2019, i paid through upi for thi (See attachment) and due to the later date of delivery of the product i cancelled the order after 2 hours.
        Thus amazon had processed the amount on the same day and informed me by sending e-mail which consist of reference number (See attachment) but sbi has not processed the amount yet. I have called sbi customer care executive but they were arguing repeatedly that this is the task of amazon to provide you your money whereas amazon claims with proof that they have processed the amount from their side..
        It has been 10 days since and i haven't receive my amount yet.
        Kindly help!!

          I've an refund from amazon ecommerce of rupees 856.31 which they have processed on 02 september 2019 vide refund reference number #[protected]Given by amazon). I've contacted amazon customer care operator many times every of them said that we've processed your refund please contact sbi customer care regarding this one of them said that may be this is pending by them so you (I) have to file dispute form towards this to sbi but as they said i've contacted them too but they (Sbi customer care) told me that this is the direct transfer from amazon to your account and they did not know any way to file dispute form they only asked me for utr no of refund transaction done by amazon but amazon operators are not providing me utr no please see amazon letter provided to me after refund initiation and help me to encash my refund asap.

            I'm writing to inform you that i had purchased a product from amazon but due to size issue i had returned the product. Product name is peter england casual shirts. Sir my problem is that my refund is not credited to my account yet. But my refund is initiated by amazon on 3 september 2019. But i have not yet received the refund. I want to dispute the file. So that the pending refund will reflect to my account. Amazon provide me a refund reference number[protected].

                  I had taken loan of rs. 20 lac four years back @9.05% rate of interest. Till date same roi is running. After query bank manager is not responding inspite of no of calls in fact he is not interested in customers call i am sorry to say that.
                  The rate of interest actually decreased in last three years. But bank manager is not ready to even listen me
                  You are kindly requested to intervene and resolve the matter

                    my cash got stuck in sbi cdm and says time out contact manager

                    I have deposited 50000 through cardless deposit in sbi cdm machine and i entered mobile number followed by account number, and it asked only mobile and account number only once and then machine opened for depositing cash i have put the amount in it and after pressing confirm the machine counted money and then says timed out and contact near bank manager and it has no print out receipt, how can i get my cash back into my account....

                    A refund of 281.50 rupees was successfully processed on 1st September 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now. But I have not receive the refund till now. The reference no is[protected]
                    I have confirmed with Amazon & they have successfully processed the refund.
                    I called the State Bank of India customer service & also visit the branch & told all the details including the unique transition reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem no action is being taken.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I am regular customer of sbi bank, i have saving account in sbi bank .
                      Today in evening time i went to withdraw money from SBI atm machine, where guard did not allow me to withdraw money from atm, he misbehaved with me & he took support of local person (which was shop owner just near atm ) to throw me out from atm machine, the whole incident was caputured in the CCTV camera of that SBI ATM .

                      He did not allow me to withdraw money because i was weared shoes & he asked me to enter in ATM machine without Shoes which i could not becasue i was feeling not well .

                      i am feeling very harassed person & i am also thinking for legal action against SBI ATM service team, but before i thought to give a complaint in Indian consumer forum.

                      So i a requesting you take action against security guard & his supportive locan shop owner .

                          I used olymp trade app and sent money 100 dollar in the app on 1september 2019 and when I tried to sent money return into my account. Money deducted in the app and processed. But money is not arrived into my account. I m worried about payment, it is a big payment. I done all these payments through the ATM.                               This was the 3rd time when I go to bank to open a new account in SBI of Moradabad (Branch-Mandi Chowk) but every time the bank staff show no interest to deal with a customer and give irritating reason such as system is not working . When I said that I came here 3rd time they said why you don't come when the system is working ? I asked him why you are unable to sort out the problem in more than 3 days . The bank worker replied that he is not a technician & asked me to correct the system error.
                              The staff of bank is very much uncoordinating .

                                Am purchase shoes in flipkart some issues i returned that after return i got nessage from flipkart refund credit to ur bank account but i didn't get any any refund am asking to the flipkart customer service they are told ask bank services what am doing now

                                  Regards above mentioned Amazon.in refund amount of Rs. 329/-, Amazon processed my refund amount but not credited to my account.

                                  Contacted my SBI home branch (00890)
                                  But I didn't get any solution for my transaction.

                                  Please check once again and do the needful.
                                  Sir I was retirement from army AOC secunderabad dt 30 April 2019. My ppo has not generate. My ppo no[protected] & a/c no [protected]. My above mention subject do not receiven my branch. I am mantaly distracted. PL may early sand my all benefits.

                                  I am a pensioner getting pension from SBI branch. They have deducted tax at source for all the quarters, but the TDS is not reflected properly in form 26AS.
                                  Approached the bank several times, but nothing has happened. It looks like, bank has not deposited TDS with income tax dept. Advice, how to resolve the problem.

                                    While closing the account i was charged a sum of rs 8500 saying event based charges without any further details.

                                    Also the branch don't hold any further information, so they also felt helpless.

                                    Dear team, I transferred my savings account online to new branch. But the CIF number was not transferred. Why this half transfer was done? I cannot visit the old branch regarding this that is why i chose to transfer online.

                                    Even though I had posted 2 complaints on this blog on the cited subject SBI seem to turn a deaf ear to my problem, the issue is still not resolved, so kindly give some guidance for the next step of action to be taken to resolve this issue.

                                      Morning i have credited 9400 in my account from my friend by googlepay, at 1:47 pm i have debited 3807 from my account automatically. I want to know y it is debited and i want to credited it back as soon as possible

                                      I applied for SBI simply click card and application no is[protected]...it almost two weeks gone but I did not get any response from sbi..

                                      I have already registered PAN card with my SBI account previously but now if i check through netbanking it is saying not registered. So few months back i submitted my pan details through netbanking but it is saying 're-register'. I did this 3 times till now. What to do now?
