Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

Dear sir

A refund of 12998 rupees was successfully processed on 31/august/2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also filled dispute form of state bank of india nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund on 31/08/2019

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

My name is harsh thakur. And i had order mufubu 55litter beg of rs 1384 is on 23/09/2019 and after 29/09/2019 i return this order due to personal reason. And on 05/10/2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still disn’t get the money. Amazon sent the refernce number 666338 and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india dose’t have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint its very urgent.

Sir on dt 7.8.2019 in my sbi ac [protected] debit rs 99934.00 in five txn. I complaint in branch.. Or sbi care and submit fir. Pls conway my problem. Bank no otp send me or i no any digital txn this account to days. Bank customer care no help my to block my account i requested many time but care officers ask any questions and time pass. So in this time my many transfer third-party.

A refund of 1499 rupees was successfully processed on 11th august 2019 to my account by amazon (Ref number-417636). But i have not received the refund till now. (Account name-chanchalben p prajapati)

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

I m order a product on amazon on 2nd sep the order has been canceled but the refund rs 998 amazon says they refunded on 6sep but this amount not reflect my account still now.. Amazon also send me ref number for the refund that is[protected]. The bank cusyomer care and my branch not helping me regarding this refund... And amazon says that they refund the refund... Pls help in this matter.

My name is siyaram soni and i had ordered 1199 of rs. Amount optimum nutrition whey protein in amazon on 24-aug-2019 and after 1-sept-2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 6-sept-2019
Amazon initiated the amount to my upi id/bank account but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected]
And told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india bank doesn't have such policy. So

A refund of rupees 873 has been processed by amazon and it should be in my bank account but it haven't credited yet.
The refund got initiated from amazon.in for more than 10 days earlier

Please check the refund as it has been confirmed by the amazon

The refunded amount are of my savings

Kindly solve the issue and make my refund credited please

I had ordered prrish earpods from amazon on aug 4th from my account.. I received it on aug 9, but charging cable is missing, so i asked for refund.. Refund is accepted but money is not refunded to my account.. I contacted amazon customer for 4times but no use.. Please verify it..

Yesterday[protected] two fraud transaction on my sbi credit card occur which was not done by me... I inform to bank as well as raise transaction dispute through sbicard online portal using process as the instruct... Please help me out on this issue to get money back.
I attached a file of fraud transaction which may helpfull to you for processing..

I have purchase a mobile from amazon. But the mobile was defective and I returned the mobile to Amazon. A Refund of Rs 20999.00 was initiated by Amazon on 28 Aug 19 and Refund reference number was provided by them. But the same was not credited in my account till now. I have called so many times to SBI customer care, but no fruitful reply was received. You are requested to check the refund status and credit the amount at the earliest please.

I have orderd 2 back cases from amazon and i have cancelled one case i got 384 rupees they gave me refund reference number #[protected]
And other case issue is i have returned one pouch and i got 506 rupees they gave me refund reference number 565352 it's been 20 days and i haven't got my refund yet when i call to amazon. They are saying that i have to contact bank customer care i hvad tried that also they are saying that you have to visit branch and need to complain and i have gone to bank also they are saying we are not responsible for amazon issue

I have called the state bank of india customer care service many times withe refund reference number but noboday replied or resolved my problem. No action is being taken.

My name is aanad, 2days before i got a sbi fake call. They told me to increase my card limit and they said you will received one iv call please answer that.. I also filled the details like my card number cvv number etc.. They said you will received 2 otp then get confirmation message.. I have a saving account in state bank of india, trauwala branch, paonta sahib. On 7th sep 2019, multiple suspicious transactions has been completed against my account and debited around rs. 801+45/- with three transactions (As rs.1 first, rs.399, rs.399 about rs.45 i have no information). I have not received any otp (One time password) also to authenticate the transaction. Below is the sms which i got.

Sbidrcard x3436 used for rs399.00 on06sep19 at99999999 txn#* if not done by u fwd this sms to [protected] or call[protected] to block ur card. (Here due to security reasons i secure transaction i'd of that particular transaction)
I block my card after that.
But i need to know without sharing any otp or any important information like (Card no, cvv no, pin no) how such type of transaction is happen.
Plese tell me which type of mistake done by me so that i can prevent my self in future.
And aslo plese give me information about refund of my money.
