I haven taken loan for purchase of new car from sbi from february 2017. Since march 2017, i have been paying my monthly installment of 7979 without any delay till date. But now i am planning to close my car loan. When i checked my loan account summary details, i saw that sbi had charged me an amount of 5900 on 5th june 2018 towards non submission of rc copy. I was never informed by my bank executive during the time of loan approval that i had to submit the rc copy. Neither i received any mail/ sms alert from the bank for the submission of rc copy. Since an amount of 7979 is regularly debited from my account, i was not informed about the same.

Now it seems to be that even after regularly paying the emis without any delay, they have imposed such a huge fine of 5900 on me without any proper intimation. Hence you are requested to reverse the charges towards the non submission of rc copy.

    I have made 2 no. Transaction of rs. 1300/- each for diesel filling in my car on 02/09/2019. But these transactions failed and i paid rs. 1300/- by cash on that time. But surprisingly, rs. 1300/- deducted 2 times from my account. One time the reversal of rs. 1300/- credited in my account on same day. But 2nd payment of rs1300 /- is still pending. Kindly reverse my payment of rs 1300/- in my account.

      In our branch HAMILTONGANJ delay issue passbook.The service manager of this bank is not active this matter.He also told the customer after 10 or 15 days you come for passbook issuance.He also excuse this matter in branch have not available passbook .Sir I requested you please do something this matter this is your service related issue.and please maintenance passbook update machine properly because many time passbook update machine not work properly.

        I am struggling for receive banker cheque against disease case of my father since last 2 years. It seems BM intentionally delaying the case.

        They gave me 2 banker cheque dated 20 & 21 Aug 19 which are of no use for me as Authority seal and signature is missing.

        Since I am resident of Bhopal, it is very hard to rigrously follow for the same.

        Hope I shall get justice from this end.

          Hello,
          My name is kailash khemani, i am credit card holder with sbi bank. I was suppose to pay around 800 rs but due to my overseas travel, i was couldnt make direct payment however i tried to use their app but the app won't allow me to pay as they only accept certain bank cards unlike other bank have better system.. Their saving bank ac and credit card ap are two seperate which creates lots of hassel for smooth transaction. Now when i came to india i visited the branch in my city they told m i owe 5400 to them.. I was expecting late payment fees but this unbeliable and they dont have explanation for that.. All the ask me is to pay.. I have very well maintained scores and i have several credit cards all well maintained.. I understand that some charges should occour but 5500 for 800 is not fair please help me to resolved this matter as i dont want to keep this card any more due to worst experience i looking for resolution

            I shopped a mixen weight scale machine from amazon on 15th august 2019 worth rs 625 but as i didn't received my order till 25th august 2019 i initiated a refund from the company on 25th august nd they provided me with the reference no643594.. It's more then 10 days but it is still not reflecting in my account. When i contacted the amazon customer service number they asked me to fill in this form... Kindly this thing sorted asap

              Csp outlet mini sbi bank deducted 100rs.
              Because send money through mini bank.

              Go to main bank sbi for send money bank staff says not enough bank staff so you send money outside mini bank.

              Mportant news this csp mini bank and main sbi bank distance 20meter.
              Why provided mini bank in just 20meter distance

              I have send 15000 and 100 deducted.

                My name is prasad bhoir and i had ordered vga cable of rs 198. (Orc 15 pin male to male vga cable) in amazon on 31 july 2019
                And after aug 3 2019. I returned this order due to wrong product delivery reason. And on aug 4 2019.
                Amazon initiated the amount to my bank but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (#[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but sbi doesn't have such policy. So
                Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                        My self manvendra upadhyay i have sbi credit card. I was not pay last 6 month payment (Period nov to april) after that i will payment done by sbi executive may 7500, june 7500, july 9000 and august 20000. One person harassment me for payment even he had call on my office in metropolis healthcare limited. So my senior is given one month notice period for left the job. So kindly do the needfull help.
                        Sir i am ready to pay your full amount on next 30 days but one condition is there pls send that perticuler person his name is a k goyal his contact no. Is [protected]. So i will clear your outstanding. If you are not send that person so pls provide proper details of this person.

                          I have taken a small locker for my ac no: [protected] from nidamanuru sbi branch. From my account they deducted 2950 rupees for locker rent on 9th april 2019. But let me know why they charged that much for the small locker rent in a rural area. Please do the heedful to refund the excess amount.

                            First of all when mr bijay mallya take a loan of few thousand cor. Then bank don't hv protocal to stop or get back money from him.

                            When we have fd which we hv earned after working day and night then bank is play on it w/o taking any permission from customer.

                            I hv a credit card where i hv asked bank to let me know if there are any outstanding from my purchase which i will pay but inspite of 100 mails they not able to tell me the amount and added late fee everymonth. Now they debited from my fd which is completely illegal when they don't have answer about my original spent on credit card. They can pull my email transcription to verify that. I want to raise voice because like to know in which direction we are going. We should stop using bank transaction

                              Hi sbi team,

                              I tell you the entire incident, i tried to withdraw rs. 10000 from sbi atm (Located on kalayan marg, main road mandawali) using my icici debit card but the transaction couldn't be completed. I received the money debited message on my cell and debit slip but i never received the money from the atm.

                              I told the same to the security guard to which he said, don't worry sir, it happens many times and you will receive the money automatically in 24hrs.

                              I waited for the day and when i didn't receive the money, i raised a complain on 16th july 19 to the icici bank over the phone with the complain number# sr62303529.

                              They said, they need 1 week to look after it and will let me know soon, after a week when i checked with them they said, they said that they have received a message from sbi bank that the transaction was successful and couldn't refund the money.

                              I again raised a request on same day 25th july with service request number # sr[protected] to ask sbi bank for cctv footage of the atm for the withdrawal confirmation.

                              When i checked again they said, the request is closed and there is nothing they could do.

                              Then i checked with the sbi bank (Branch near to saraswati kunj appartment) and they said, they couldn't help me as i don't have a account with them and i am nobody to them. The atm where the transaction took place is outsourced atm and they don't have any power over it.

                              I raised a complain with rbi as well with the complain number # [protected]

                              Please find the police station complain along with the statement and transaction history in the attachment.

                              Kindly advise, how could i get the cctv footage for the transaction to prove it that i didn't receive my money and now i am chasing for the same.

                              Could someone really help me on this???

                                  I ordered a product from Amazon and due to some issues I returned it back on 19 of August 2019 and didn't get the refund amount yet. I called the customer care and they told me that the problem is from the bank side an they also gave me the reference number which is received by them from the bank side . So kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible .

                                    I do not hold any credit card with SBI currently. It got expired long back may be, but I don't have anything currently. But they suddenly started sending me statements and asking me to pay some amount since last 4 months. I don't even have the credit card with me and why should I pay the expenses on it?
                                    However the old credit card number that I possessed whose number I could get from CIBIL was [protected].

                                        I transferred money from western union uk on 08/08/2019 to my sbi account india.

                                        By mistake i gave the wrong account number but correct name and ifsc code.

                                        i believe the money is lying in the suspense account.

                                        Western union has confirmed that money has been accepted by the receiving bank.

                                        Amount transferred rs.38357.

                                        Beneficiary name: mansi jatinder singh

                                        i request to reject the money or transfer into my bank account.

                                        the payment was proceesed on 13th august 07.31pm
