Hi sbi team,
I tell you the entire incident, i tried to withdraw rs. 10000 from sbi atm (Located on kalayan marg, main road mandawali) using my icici debit card but the transaction couldn't be completed. I received the money debited message on my cell and debit slip but i never received the money from the atm.
I told the same to the security guard to which he said, don't worry sir, it happens many times and you will receive the money automatically in 24hrs.
I waited for the day and when i didn't receive the money, i raised a complain on 16th july 19 to the icici bank over the phone with the complain number# sr62303529.
They said, they need 1 week to look after it and will let me know soon, after a week when i checked with them they said, they said that they have received a message from sbi bank that the transaction was successful and couldn't refund the money.
I again raised a request on same day 25th july with service request number # sr[protected] to ask sbi bank for cctv footage of the atm for the withdrawal confirmation.
When i checked again they said, the request is closed and there is nothing they could do.
Then i checked with the sbi bank (Branch near to saraswati kunj appartment) and they said, they couldn't help me as i don't have a account with them and i am nobody to them. The atm where the transaction took place is outsourced atm and they don't have any power over it.
I raised a complain with rbi as well with the complain number # [protected]
Please find the police station complain along with the statement and transaction history in the attachment.
Kindly advise, how could i get the cctv footage for the transaction to prove it that i didn't receive my money and now i am chasing for the same.
Could someone really help me on this???
