I had applied for FBB SBI STYLEUP CREDIT CARD Application No.[protected] on the 17th August 2019. on the next day when i received the confirmation call I came to know of the following facts:

1) Annual Fees of Rs. 499 are applicable every year (It was mentioned at time of application that annual Fees will be wived off)

2) I will receive voucher of Rs. 500 in addition to wive off charges which can be used in all FBB stores only for Fashion Purchases (it was mentioned for all Purchases including Big Bazar Groceries also)

3) I will receive 10% Discount on All Purchases from FBB stores only for Fashion Purchases (it was mentioned for all Purchases including Big Bazar Groceries also).

Since the Last 10 days i have replied to around 14 phone calls giving the details of My issues for cancellation of my SBI Credit card application But they are again and again convincing me on the same points to confirm the application.

It is been a Harassment for me to answer the call for the same issue twice each day.

Kindly Cancel my Credit card application and stop calling me for the same thing.

I have had a word with a Lawer friend of mine related to complaining to this phone call Harassment and he is of a view to inform the company first. Thus, Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

    I've deposited rs. 25, 000/- (Rs.500 x 10 notes and rs:2000x10) in cash deposit machine (Cdm) at tuni, andhra pradesh on 18th august 2019 at around 8:20pm. However the amount was not deposited in my account. I've given a written complaint to the manager (Pbd) and the atm in-charge is also concern about the matter. However, still after 9 days. The problem was not solved; as the amount not deposited into my account.

      Dear concern person,

      I am handicapped held your SBI credit card and suddenly met with accident due to handicapped and accident not able to earn and pay as well. However I have made the payments of 12000 once and[protected] times. And now I am going to settle with 20000 amount (principle amount 60000) as discussed with a employee of legal Deptt named with Ankit. So please suggest how can I suggest that settlement letter is legal or not so that there will no further calls and dues because I am already under pressure and handicapped also.

        Hi,
        I got a call from a so called SBI agent(as he described himself) named Ratan Mallik, today (27th aug, 2019) evening, from Mob No:[[protected]], Kolkata-71. He asked me to give all my card details (Card No as well as CVV no) and OTP generated in my mobile. Unfortunately I gave him my Card no only. Therefore, I request you to put a proper action against that Mobile holder ASAP. Awaiting for your reply.

          illegal messages and deductions from account of blocked SBI simply save card

          An illegal and fraudulent message and E-mail are being sent and asking to pay the due amount of Rupees 589/-(Rupees five hundred eighty-nine), min. amount due is RS. 290/-(Rupees two hundred and ninety only) and to be paid for SBI Credit Card Bill.             I subhankar dash, was using sbi credit card from last 2- 3 years, before 6 month there was one unauthorised transaction done in my credit card with out otp, when i complain to sbi then they reversed the transactions. After that i ask them to close the card and followup 2- 3 times then they ask me to trnasfer a final amount of 3 rupees so they will issue me a closure letter. Then i did the same.             I have complained many times to sbi about the unapproved and unauthorized transactions by different vendors however sbi is not stopping the payments to those unauthorized people and revert me with the sentence that they can't do anything in it. It's my bank account and i should have right to choose that whom to give money. Please ask sbi to coordinate with me and stop the ecs payment for vendors whom i dont want to pay.

            please look into the matter and credit the amount to goapddb
            I paid a fee amount of 10000 on 06 May 2019 to Lovely Professional University through HDFC Gateway by State bank debit Card and it was failed but the amount was deducted from the account and haven't been refunded.
            Kindly look into the matter and solve this issue of mine.

              I am existing customer of sbi. From my sb account the amount of rs.295/- were debited for 5 times.in the debit information it displaying to transfer
              Chrg recvd-mandate fail txn dt.30/09/16sbi life i.

              How could bank can deduct before 3 to 4 years transaction charges now and without informing to the respective customer?

              Total amount of rs.1475/- debited from my bank account. The same scenario happened during the last year (2018) and 2017. It makes me to afraid much of keeping account in sbi. Please help in this regards to solve this.in future this kind o[censored]nwanted charges should not be happened in my account.

              Inspite of my repeated request, Rs.10/- is again deducted from my SBI Account on 21.08.2019 whereas I have not performed any transaction with INB Times of Money Ltd. Earlier, also Rs.10/- was deducted three times for which formal complain was made.

              Kindly look into the matter or else further initiative will be taken in future.

                I have purchase a mobile during apr 2019 through emi on credit card. The total amount has been debited from my account on 11 may 2019 but emi at the rate of 1500/- per month from apr 2019 has also again debited from my account till date which is incorrect. I have also approach by telephonically but suitable/positive response has not been recd by the team member. You are requested to resolve my problem at the earliest

                  I made a purchase from amazon.in on 11 august 2019 and because of some reason cancelled my order the very day. I had made my payment via atm card.

                  The refund was initiated by the merchant. The amount was supposed to reflect in my account by 20 august 2019. But today is 27 august and i have not yet received the refund. I called the bank's customer care but they failed to be of any help.
                  The refund reference code (Authorization code) is 784126
                  I want my refund of rs.538.00 to be made as soon as possible.

                    I ordered two items in amazon. Due to flood issue i cancelled the amazon product. The money is deducted from my account. After 3-5 business days there is no response then i contact them they said they have initiated all the measures from them but money is not refunded in the account. I visited the bank branch but there is no response from there. Amazon send a refund reference number. So i am requesting kindly take necessary action. Please reflect the amount in my account.

                      I bought a product from Amazon on 1 March 2019. SBI made me an installment of Rs 18040 monthly emi Rs.1622 each month. After sometime I returned the product to the company. I received a mail from the company in which I returned Rs.18040. I have come, but the money is not showing in my account, the company has also given me a reference number. I have not received any support from SBI What's happening please tell me what do i do

                              For 8- 10 months I was sending money to my friend's loan account through my account as he was unable to pay the EMI from his account due to some technical error in his internet banking facility.on 9th of August 2019 bank did an unauthorized transaction of rupees 12622 from my account.I also complained on toll free number of SBI but they didn't help.kindly help ASAP otherwise they will again do transaction without my authorization.

                                Respected mam,
                                My SBI credit card number is [protected]. My contact number is [protected]. Valid upto 6/23. My name is Ipsita Roy Barman. I took the card 1year 6months back and since then every month near about 1000 rs is being deducted as a credit card bill. I went to my branch bank but they said it can't be taken back in the bank., I called the customer care helpline but they said I will have to pay an outstanding of rs 7041 . I never used the card even once in my life. I never knew it was this fraud.pls refund my money as soon as possible. I have called the customer care toll free number several times and lodged the complain, they assured me that by 19th August 2019 I will get the refund of these unauthorized deductions, but still no sign of it, how can you guys debit unnecessary amount of money without the consent of the card holder? Mam please this money is not easy to earn, please dont come up with any excuse like your customer service and immediately check through my account and refund me all my money, please solve it immediately because again in next month they will deduct 1000 when I will get the next salary. Pls pls return my money as soon as possible and stop my card.

                                  I Ms. Maria Benjamin would request for the settlement of sbi credit card as I am unable to make the rest of the payment as there is a lot happening which has made it miserable for me to pay the amount. I want a settlement and kindly keeping in mind my state I could apply for the same. Awaiting for a favourable reply at the earliest.

                                    Hello Sir,
                                    Myself Nadheem khan, took educational loan around 4.50 lakh, unfortunately before repaying the loan, my father got liver failure and had to undergo Liver Transplant Surgery and i donated my 70% of liver to save my father. The Surgery was very expensive and took all our earnings and put under vast debt.
                                    Again within 2 years, there were 2 more surgeries operated for various reasons on my dad. In this situation, these SBI People torture everyday to my father telling that we will send our guys to your son's work place.we have power to spoil your son's future, do you want that and like such harsh words. I couldn't tolerate anymore. Please help us.
