After being repeatedly insisted by irritating SBI agents at FBB, Westend Mall, Pune, I was compelled to take the FBB SBI Styleup Card. I was using it normally and paying the bills within due date until they blocked my card on 25th June 2019. My transaction got declined by the card and I received an SMS stating that they have detected fraudulent transaction and the card was being temporarily blocked.
Trxn. of Rs.3, 385.64 on your SBI Card ending XXXX at YYYYY, done on 25-Jun-2019 has been declined and your card has been blocked due to suspected activity.
Without any valid reason they blocked my card. I tried to contact the Customer care but in vain.
Then on 19th July 2019, I received another SMS stating that my card has been permanently blocked and has to be reissued.
Dear Cardholder, your SBI Credit Card ending XXXX had been blocked temporarily due to a suspected fraudulent activity on 25JUN19 Despite multiple attempts, we have not been able to get a confirmation from you & hence we are blocking your card permanently. To reissue the card please call our helpline [protected].
The SBI credit card app that was installed in my phone along with my online login were also blocked by them soon after. I was completely locked out o[censored]sing my own credit card after that.
I visited the nearby SBI branch (Baner Br. Adam's Court, Baner) to resolve the issue, only to be told that they don’t provide any assistance for SBI Styleup Card! Such response was not expected from SBI bank for their own Credit Card!
In between I started receiving harassment calls from SBI Credit card department asking for money. Every time they called me, I told them that my card has been blocked since 25th June 2019 and I was unable to even check the transactions and due amount details. They spoke rudely and kept saying that their records show that the card is active.
To check I tried using the card at departmental stores, petrol pumps, only to be declined every time.

Till now they are harassing me every day through multiple calls daily and asking for money without even helping resolve the issue of the blocked card!
In fact after such treatment from SBI I don’t wish to be their customer any further. Only if they resolve this issue swiftly without harassing me any more I might reconsider my decision on withdrawing the card.
I want my card unblocked immediately and compensation for such poor service and repeated harassment from their side. As for any payment dues I will pay only the outstanding amount as on 25th June 2019, as from that day onwards I could not use the card any more.
Expecting speedy resolution of the matter.

Neither of my SBI card app or online account nor the credit card have been unblocked, leaving me no way to check my account and know the details or make nay payments. On the other hand they are calling me everyday say make payment!! I wwant my card withdrawn. Worst experience ever!!

At the same time, they are sending me SMS with new amount every time while still keeping my card and account login blocked. I will only pay that which was due on 25th June 2019. Not a penny more.
On the other hand, they are calling me every day saying make payment!! I want my card withdrawn. Worst experience ever!!
