Interaction id - 1-[protected] sbi simply save credit card false billing
May bill = 240 rs

June=30569+1049 (Indigo ticket)
So, total debit =31618.
And there is refund from make my trip 4563rs.
So total need to pay on june bill=27055 rs

July=1353 (Min due of 27055)
Annual fee 499
So,[protected]Min due payment)=25702+499

I need to pay only july bill=26201rs only..

Attachments : "gmail - sbi simply save credit card false billing" this is the response email from sbi.
June and july bill.

Since i paid my min due for my june bill, i do not know why this # sbi charging penalty in the name of auto debit dishonor. This is your all time cheating setup to suck customers money. If you do dot have any min due payment facility, then for what the # you are providing this option? I really got frustrated and pissed of with sbi simply save credit card service... Its bledy hell all the time.

    Dear team,

    Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

      My sbi account statement shows lien amount of 99, 999.00 while my account balance is showing 0.00/-.

      I don't know what happened and how it happened. I transferred few amounts on the same account but it still showing that my account balance is 0.00.

      I'm unable to resolve this problem through my home branch as i'm out of station. Thus, unable to go to home branch.

      Please, help me out

        I have previously had an account in co operative society and canara bank, eventhough there i did not face any issues like customer service and online banking issues... Sbi is one of the worst banking experience i got... Staffs working (Some not all) is very irresponsible and get angry if we raise any questions regarding doubts about transactions and all... Even the manager reply answers very rudely (It is a lady).. I dont know her name... And also persons in cash counter.. Please sbi is a big concern bank... But people working there is very worst also online banking is always down... Please correct it... The branch i mentioned is sbi, edamalaipatti pudur, trichy, tamilnadu 620012...
        Please replace them... Date i face this problem on 14/08/2019...

He is not giving me education lone but i m eligible for takeing education lone.

          Bank maneger is doing bad behavior and he is not giving me lone. When he willl not give me lone. I will not able to do continue my study.

            Hello everyone
            I am just wondering how are the criminals getting information about customers of sbi without their knowledge. Yesterday (14th august 2019) from one # criminal saying that he is calling from head office of sbi gurgaon, mob no:[protected]. I remember the same guy called me around six months back, which clearly means that whatever complaints we raise to sbi customer care doesn't get attended to and the reason for the same may be that, sbi officials themselves may be passing on our important pieces of information to criminals like him. I told that guy that i am tracing your phone number and put you in jail, and he said you # off and come faster to my office and i will wait for you. The only way we can help ourselves from sbi credit card fraud is by stopping all transactions with sbi and open account in other banks.
            If sbi officials themselves are criminals who are passing on our information like this we dont have any other option other than this. If sbi is really concerned about this, they themselves would have taken up the matter with cyber cell and they can easily nab these criminals. Question here is "the biggest bank in india has # sitting in top positions?"

              13 fraud transactions using my sbi debit card (OTHPG GOOGLE *PROXIMA BETA g.co/helpp) on 5th August 2019. Total amount deducted INR 6, 637 without my knowledge and permission . It was made without any OTP and debit card pin transaction. Kindly check what has happened and please REFUND the amount at the earliest in case if any other other information is required please reach me out.

                  After being repeatedly insisted by irritating SBI agents at FBB, Westend Mall, Pune, I was compelled to take the FBB SBI Styleup Card. I was using it normally and paying the bills within due date until they blocked my card on 25th June 2019. My transaction got declined by the card and I received an SMS stating that they have detected fraudulent transaction and the card was being temporarily blocked.
                  Trxn. of Rs.3, 385.64 on your SBI Card ending XXXX at YYYYY, done on 25-Jun-2019 has been declined and your card has been blocked due to suspected activity.
                  Without any valid reason they blocked my card. I tried to contact the Customer care but in vain.
                  Then on 19th July 2019, I received another SMS stating that my card has been permanently blocked and has to be reissued.
                  Dear Cardholder, your SBI Credit Card ending XXXX had been blocked temporarily due to a suspected fraudulent activity on 25JUN19 Despite multiple attempts, we have not been able to get a confirmation from you & hence we are blocking your card permanently. To reissue the card please call our helpline [protected].
                  The SBI credit card app that was installed in my phone along with my online login were also blocked by them soon after. I was completely locked out o[censored]sing my own credit card after that.
                  I visited the nearby SBI branch (Baner Br. Adam's Court, Baner) to resolve the issue, only to be told that they don’t provide any assistance for SBI Styleup Card! Such response was not expected from SBI bank for their own Credit Card!
                  In between I started receiving harassment calls from SBI Credit card department asking for money. Every time they called me, I told them that my card has been blocked since 25th June 2019 and I was unable to even check the transactions and due amount details. They spoke rudely and kept saying that their records show that the card is active.
                  To check I tried using the card at departmental stores, petrol pumps, only to be declined every time.

                  Till now they are harassing me every day through multiple calls daily and asking for money without even helping resolve the issue of the blocked card!
                  In fact after such treatment from SBI I don’t wish to be their customer any further. Only if they resolve this issue swiftly without harassing me any more I might reconsider my decision on withdrawing the card.
                  I want my card unblocked immediately and compensation for such poor service and repeated harassment from their side. As for any payment dues I will pay only the outstanding amount as on 25th June 2019, as from that day onwards I could not use the card any more.
                  Expecting speedy resolution of the matter.

                    Dear sir,
                    With reference to the sbi sb a/c no. [protected] and loan a/c no.[protected], there was a pre-approved pl offered by yono-sbi. Concern is my last/final emi date for auto debit was on 10.08.2019 and on that day my saving account balance became zero, which the last emi amount + remaining amount in account is total debited. But it is not showing in my mini statement and also the loan outstanding amount still showing the outstanding...

                    I have been taken consumer durable loan from l first and bajaj finance.
                    I have been foreclose the both loan accounts by paying full amount as they requested for closed.
                    After that continuously amount deducting from my account by showing that charges received rs 295 since half year.
                    When i went to take the details.
                    So the finance companies are saying we are not deducting and they replies bank deducting the charges. Then i went to my home branch to talk with manager on this issue. He has taken the statement and replay me the same we are not deducting finance companies deducting.

                    Kindly let me know the detail and take necessary legal action against them for fraud. And your best to stop the deducting amount from my account and help me to get back my money.

                      I have my saving account with sbi mundhwa branch.
                      I want to open my wife’s saving account in the same branch.
                      But the bank manager refused to open the account. He is very arrogant and manners less.

                      Government is forcing people to open the bank account and sbi is refusing to open the account.

                      I have fixed deposit of rs.400000 in the save branch, still manager is not interested to talk, guess what will be his behavior with other poor people.

I did not use my card for this transiction and also i did not share my card details with any one.                               Sir, I am a customer of state bank of India, sonari branch bearing ISFC code SBIN0007998. But one of a lady officer who sits in a cash counter behaves very bad to the customer. Today I have requested her to check my available balance to make a cheque payment to a person, the lady became angry and said loudly that it is not her duty and the SBI has restricted to check customer balance though it may be bounced the check.

                              You are requested to kindly to make an enquiry and take necessary action.

                                I purchased a product from Amazon and I returned it.
                                After that, Amazon provided me a reference number for refund status.
                                By now, the amount should reflect in my bank account, but didn't.
                                I contacted my bank but they refused to give any information, and the way of dealing the customer was not good.

                                  I have a Kisan Credit card account in Sbi Govindgarh malikpur Branch, they Imposed high interest rate on loan, already discussed with them, given a written application, but yet not returned.
                                  Behavior of staff is pathetic, No one help to resolve it. Every time i Need to take leave from office to resolve the issues but staff always says come tomorrow, come tomorrow. Wasted My time every time. I will never open an account in SBI.

                                    My sbi card was blocked while making payments while abroad and it caused me sever hardship. I am unable to logon to my account with the displayed message please contact us. On their phone system stupid 39020202 number
                                    Is only for name sake telling you to call another number and if you call. After half an hour you find out that all answers are recorded and there is no option to speak to anyone. I have never seen such a stupid system where a contact with the agent is not a choice, as all problems can not be catagorised as bulleted items. I even tried to contact on twitter. Sent them a mail on their web site. All in vain.
                                    I think few heads need to role for running a rotten complaint addressing system

                                      I am using sbi credit card since 3 years for last 1 year i was jobless and was only able to make partial payments for first 6 month. After that was bankrupt for next 6 month where i made no payments.
                                      I always use to receive bank calls for recovery where i mentioned my problem (Also have all recordings)
                                      For this month recovery i received a call from mr sachin pokle and one of the lady from team. As when i answer their call they started shouting and abusing without even letting me talk. I gave them my new address and asked them to visit with the legal notice which according to him was sent from bandra or thane court. Also cleared him to go legally if he wants as he was very rude in speaking (All his recording are saved in my mobile)

                                      They even got my cousins number somehow and contacted her and told her about dues which is illegal.

                                      I am ready to make the payment in full but first i want to meet this sachin in personal. He has insulted me in personal and talked bad things about my personal life. I agree i have made delay in payments and banks are officially charging me interest on it. But this guy has no right to abuse me and talk things about my personal life.

                                      Dear sbi consumer complaint team if you are reading this i am ready to make payment in full but before that i want to meet mr. Sachin pokle +91-[protected] ninenineeightseveneightsixninefivezeroeight and teach him some decency of speaking and morals.

                                      Also recieved 3 message from some bw-tatacd :-
                                      Dear sbi cardholder, legal notice sent to you against outstanding pf rs. — on your credit card ending 3274. Please pay dues immediately or contact sachin pokle at [protected] or [protected]/39020202

                                      I will visit the bank personally in upcoming week and get this explained from my card recovery manager.
