I took a withdrawal of 130 dollers on 10th july from iqoption.com.in my master debit card but the amount is not credited till now. I asked iqoption.com for my refund but they told that they have sent money to me on same day. And they provided me arn reference number to take it to bank but the sbi bank manager didn't hleped me in this matter. They told me that they can't track the payment through arn codes. Their system told have this arn tracking.

They don't even know about arn number. They didn't even know about arn number. They didn't helped me for this. I told them about arn number but they didn't understand and told me that to tell iqoption to send the amount they didn't received any amount. Please help me sir i am in trouble. No one is helping me to get my money back. Hope you will help more for this i am attaching a document which is sent to me by iqoption support team. Have a look on it. It is having all the required information.

    Hello,

    My credit card get blocked on 25th july 2019, i am continuously following customer care they repeatedly saying will arrange a call for confirmation of last transaction. But i am not receiving the call. Please look into this matter urgently. I informed them that i am ready for the call of confirmation. But still there is no response from there end.

    The sbi representative on the very first day told me that your card will be unblocked in 24-48 hours. But still it won't happen. What will i do now, how do i unblock my card even my internet was also blocked.

    Please help me out in this.

      My friend send me money through amazon pay upi rs 300 but i am not received any money the transaction is successful from my friend side
      When i call to amazon pay they say contact to your bank from our side transaction is successful but when i call to bank they say contact to amazon pay

      Amazon pay also provide the reference id of transaction but sbi do not do anything

      And dont reflect the money in my account

        Hello sir,

        This is alka gautam, i wish to bring to your notice, a fraudulent transaction which took place form last few months, using me and my mother’s [ rajni gautam] sbi account. Every day a small amount of 300 - 4000 rs got debit from the account on the name of paytm and one97 communication, also we are not getting transaction notification sms. We came to know this when i visited the bank and print me and my mother’s passbook.

        When i saw the passbook entries and noticed that, each transaction has mentioned othpg with some different serial no. When i search for othpg then i come to know that this is fraud transaction and others also complained about this.

        The total debited amount from my account is around 13000 rs and from my mother’s account is 6000 rs. I request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible and do the needful. I also attached the passbook entries.

        I sent a money to another person (unknown person) with using phonpe APP, so, i request to sbi branch, but they will not taken request.. but all apps i.e. Paytm, phone pe etc., Are linked with sbi bank...

        i am given a one request to sbi brach... they are not taken request...
        Amount RS 295 ( two times) deducted from my SBI saving account without my knowledge. It's a crime.

          There is an unauthorized transaction in my loan account [protected] on 25th july 2019 for amount rs. 27420.00, which i have not performed or authorized. I never ever got any email or message regering this transaction. Nullify and revert the transaction.

              Dear sir/ma'am,

              I am hemlata devi, sbi credit cards holder, i wont be able to pay the outstanding amount of rs. 69954.00 against of 39510.00 as this amount was of my 3 cheque bounce at the time of settlement and i informed to sbi team to give the full amount at time but same time i got the outstanding msg of 45654.00 rs. And that was increased up to day is 69954.00. I talk about this to team and they told me to update and provide me a letter again but that was not done up today. I am ready to pay 3 cheque payment at a time request you to provide me a final letter for 39510.00 instead of 69954.00.

              Kindly help me out with the final settlement on my credit card debt.

                  A refund of 14960 rupees was successfully processed on 21/06/2019 to my account by FREECHARGE. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but I have not received the refund till now.

                  I have called the state bank of India customer service so many times including all details but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No
                  action is being taken.

                  I have confirmed with FREECHARGE and they
                  have successfully processed the refund.

                  Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, located the pending refund and follow the path back to Freecharge payment processor to locate the refund.

                    Sir, I am a customer of SBI Melarmath, Agartala Tripura (west).
                    I have faced a fraud transaction of 500 on s 29/07/2019 and time was 2.43 pm.

                    In Account statement it is appearing as below:-
                    "TO TRANSFER P[protected]Banayan Tree SerTr For DDR INSTALMENT"

                    In sms it is appearing as below:-

                    "Your A/C XXXXX17XXXX Debited INR 500.00 on 29/07/19 -Transferred to INVESTMENT INTERMEDI."

                    When I searched in internet banking, it is reflecting as Banayan tree in the account statement, ["Banayan Tree SerTr For DDR INSTALMENT"] also when I googled about INVESTMENT INTERMEDI, I found that it is a total fraud company and it targets only SBI Customers.

                    I want to tell you again that this transaction is not authorized by me and I want my money back in my account. I also called SBI customer care but they didn't register any complaint about this.
                    I have also attached the account statement scan copy please look into it.

                      I am an existing customer of SBI bank holding a credit card from last 3 years last week i have applied for a new IRCTC card and i have received a call from one executive from SBI named Kunal having employee ID: 271773 from the no.[protected] and [protected]on 22.07.19 saying that he will merge my existing card with the new card which will be issuing and informed about all my relevant details and thereafter done 3 transactions amounting to Rs. 10, 207.29, 10210.36 & 10207.29 has been done from my card around 11:15 to 11:30 AM. I request you to cancel the unauthorised transactions which were not done by me and are the fradulent transactions. I had also launched a complaint in sbi customer care credit card department and blocked my card. Apart from this i had already sent a mail to RBI regarding the same on the same day.

                      Your kind co-operation in this matter will be highly obliged.

                        I am trying to complete online payment for bpsc exam with due date for fee payment being next day (30 jul). However on sbi bank collect website, i keep getting the error "please verify the data entered and try again". I have tried different browsers.in the name of data, only registration no. Is required which is also correct. Sbi should promptly do something about it. I have also informed bihar public service commision about this error.

                        Sir my account has debited by rs. 1475/- towards sbi charges towards failed transaction techprocess.I visited the Bank but they said that I should contact Techprocess. when I contacted Techprocess, I was informed that Bank should sent Email to them regarding this issue.

                        It is requested to resolve this issue and credit my money back.
                        I have an account since last few months in SBI; received an SMS today saying "my signature has been changed in my account"; I have not done an update from my end. Not sure how the signature was updated without my consent. Very insecure thing to happen.

                          Amazon refund of rs.600.00 has been processed on 15/05/2019. The amount should reflect in my account by 25/05/2019. But i didn't get my in my account. I had paid the amount using my phonepe app.
                          Authorization code (Refund reference number[protected].
                          I have tried enough to get help from amazon customer care as well as sbi customer care. I had filed a complaint also to sbi customer care. But they have closed the issue even without dealing with the it.
                          As per the amazon, after initiating the refund, it's the bank's responsibility to complete the transaction.
                          I can clearly see that sbi is trying to avoid the issue.
                          Please help to get my money back on my account.
                          I will complain to rbi if required.

                            On 28th july, my account was debited a total of rs. 16030/- through my sbi debit card. These transactions were not authorized by me and i did not receive any otp from the bank. These were fraudulent transactions, done by the following:
                            Itunes.com/bill itunes.com and google *services.
                            I got my debit card blocked in response to the messages i got on my phone from the bank to report the transaction if not authorized by me. All these transactions are dated 29th july whereas they actually took place on late evening of the 28th july, 2019, after 9:30pm and took place within 20mins.

                            I request a refund of the amount debited as the bank can crosscheck and verify the amount on their end.

                            The transaction of rupees 5800 on date 12/04/2019 not made by me please verify and make me continue to trust on you
                            RBI cut the interest rate for home loan from last 6 month but why it is not reflecting in our loan account
                            I made two online transactions amounting to Rs.299/- each for recharging my JIO phone on 09/11/2018 but both the transactions were failed followed by message" transactions failed due to problem at Jio, but more tan 8 months have passed, refund has not been credited back to my account.                                 I have order a product from www.netmeds.com. before it delivered this order get cancelled and amount of rs 418.79 has been refunded in my sbi account. When i contacted to netmeds.com they said amount is refunded and share a transaction id. Kindly consider my request. So that i can get my refund.

Then what i do.

                                      On 20 july 19 and 21 july 19 two debit transaction happened in my account which was done by bank itself for "atm card/kiit returned by courier due to wrong address" and transferd to[protected].                                         I am sanjaykumar p. Zala, lives at chhipadi gujarat india. I have bank account with state bank of india. I would like to complain about the fraudulent transactions of rs.60, 000 from my account.

                                        On may 5 2019, i received text massages that rs.60, 000 was withdrawn from my account. Didn’t share any otp or bank debit card detail, however, someone made fraudulent transactions from my account. I have spoken to local branch manager and reported fir (First investigation report) with all proof to local police crime branch. I can share a fir report number if you wish too.
                                        I would like to take advise that how can we resolve this issue? It’s been more than 2 months, but i haven’t heard anything from police or bank.
