On 28th july, my account was debited a total of rs. 16030/- through my sbi debit card. These transactions were not authorized by me and i did not receive any otp from the bank. These were fraudulent transactions, done by the following:
Itunes.com/bill itunes.com and google *services.
I got my debit card blocked in response to the messages i got on my phone from the bank to report the transaction if not authorized by me. All these transactions are dated 29th july whereas they actually took place on late evening of the 28th july, 2019, after 9:30pm and took place within 20mins.

I request a refund of the amount debited as the bank can crosscheck and verify the amount on their end.

RBI cut the interest rate for home loan from last 6 month but why it is not reflecting in our loan account
I made two online transactions amounting to Rs.299/- each for recharging my JIO phone on 09/11/2018 but both the transactions were failed followed by message" transactions failed due to problem at Jio, but more tan 8 months have passed, refund has not been credited back to my account. Account details.

    My name is hrittik bania i had ordered women's banglory silk embroidered gown
    Of rs. 299 in amazon on 10/07/19and after i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 17/07/19
    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
    [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
    Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

      I have order a product from www.netmeds.com. before it delivered this order get cancelled and amount of rs 418.79 has been refunded in my sbi account. When i contacted to netmeds.com they said amount is refunded and share a transaction id. Kindly consider my request. So that i can get my refund.

        Hello sir, iam shubham yadav my account in state bank of india and iam transferred money form my account to another account by google pay but beneficiary not credit amount due to another area ifsc code and when i visit my bank branch and present my problem they said you send through private app and i don't help you and blaming on me and said go banficiary bank. Then what i do.

          My name is chandrajit sahoo and i had ordered product of amount 17999 and 499 on flipkart on 18thjuly and after i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 19thjuly flipkart initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Flipkart sent this bank transaction id and authorization code for this refund is [protected] and 136594 and arn numbers 75503729200031470309791 and 75503729200031470997702 told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So

            On 20 july 19 and 21 july 19 two debit transaction happened in my account which was done by bank itself for "atm card/kiit returned by courier due to wrong address" and transferd to[protected]. I never requested for a atm from my side then how it was issued from bank. If it was then why i was not informed by sms or a call before happening this transaction. Even i didn't get a sms after this transaction also. Today i was just checking it and it was a blunder in front of me. Plz resolve it. Thnx

              I am sanjaykumar p. Zala, lives at chhipadi gujarat india. I have bank account with state bank of india. I would like to complain about the fraudulent transactions of rs.60, 000 from my account.

              On may 5 2019, i received text massages that rs.60, 000 was withdrawn from my account. Didn’t share any otp or bank debit card detail, however, someone made fraudulent transactions from my account. I have spoken to local branch manager and reported fir (First investigation report) with all proof to local police crime branch. I can share a fir report number if you wish too.
              I would like to take advise that how can we resolve this issue? It’s been more than 2 months, but i haven’t heard anything from police or bank.

                Hi sir i ordered a zinq mobile charger from amazon. But i am not satisfied with product so i decided to return the product. Return has been successfully done & amazon confirm refund too in 10july 2019. I got email where mentioned that my account balance should reflect within 18th july. They also mention there if i don't get refund within 5days call bank customer care they also give refund reference code which is "160878" but when i call sbi customer care they said amazon reference number doesn't working for them.15 days passed still didn't recived refund please help me to get back my money.

                  I have called the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                    A refund of 655 rupees was successfully processed on 30 november 2016 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                    Same thing happen with me. But this time it is central bank of india no reply and amazon. Only amazon is defaulter. Please no one shopping with amazon. If shopping? Then only cash on delivery. Amazon is a big cheater. When bank book update this deduct not show amazon name, it show only pro... Bank has no reply. I want to action against bank and amazon? But how?
                    Amazon cheating this type 500 rs deduct from 500000 person then amazon will be rich. Amazon is very cheating.

                    I am suraj singh rawat & i am forced to take legal action on sbbj & sbi. A refund of rupees 18000 was successfully processed on 19th august 2017 by amazon order[protected] product j7max, to my account bank account no.-[protected] ifsc code-sbbj0010898 sbbj vaishali nagar ajmer. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                    I have called the state bank of india & sbbj both customer service and also emailed the state bank of india & sbbj main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number-hsbcn[protected] but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund, also they provided me transaction slip & thier debit of rs18000 details. I am filing a complain to rbi for sbbj & sbi becuase its been more then a month, you stucked customers hard earned money and not giving a reply also. Rbi will cahrge heavy penalty becuase you refused consumer right - right to be heard & will provide me refund with one month intrest

                    My last warning, i want resolution in 24 hours else bear heavy penalty by rbi. Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund

                        My sbi account was credited with 1300/- on 26 june from where, you can see in the same day 284/- & 281.67/- rupees deducted for atm or sms charge and monthly ave bal no respectively. Whereas no sms service is provided till now. Again on 30 june there was an another deduction of 14.16/- for the same monthly ave bal no as per my ministatement. Now only 720.17/- in my account.579.83/-
                        Rupees has been deducted from 1300/-. Sir can you justify this incident or is it reasonable??? I can imagine how sbi is earning so much income like this frauds. Please consider my request and give jurisdiction.

                          Please check my previous complaint id: 2321375.

                          A like last time,
                          Sbi still continuing their cheating process.

                          For my statement

                          Even after i paid minimum due amount before due date, they put a total charge of rs. 2806.89 in the name of dishonor/insufficient fund.

                          Customer is not expecting these kind of cheat from a nationalized banks.

                          I would like to highlight one thing at this moment,
                          Since i am aware about this kind of complaint provision, i got amount adjustment for sbi unwanted charges.
                          But how about other poor's/uneducated fellows who does not know about this option?? They used got cheated by sbi for unfair charges???

                          And its impossible to reach sbi customer service for whom working across india.

                          Sbi credit card service is the worst service...!!!

                          Kindly review the case and immediate action.
                          Please advise.

                          MAY bill = 240 RS

                          June=30569+1049(Indigo ticket)
                          So, total debit =31618.
                          And there is refund from make my trip 4563rs.
                          So total need to pay on June Bill=27055 RS

                          July=1353(min due of 27055)
                          Annual fee 499
                          So,[protected]Min Due Payment)=25702+499

                          I need to pay only July Bill=26201Rs only..

                          Attachments : "Gmail - SBI Simply Save Credit Card False Billing" This is the response email from SBI.
                          June and July Bill.

                          Since I paid my min due for my June bill, I do not know why this [censored] SBI charging penalty in the name of auto debit dishonor. This is your all time cheating setup to suck customers money. If you do dot have any min due payment facility, then for what the [censored] you are providing this option? I really got frustrated and pissed of with SBI Simply save Credit card service... Its bledy hell all the time.

                            Dear sir

                            I had credit a card ending wirh 6721 which was used but could not paid due to loss of job.

                            Bank recovery agents are visiting my home, calling relatives sending legal notice.

                            I requested them for settlenent this time will pay balance later but they offer me for settlement @90k which is not affordable for me

                            In mediation centre they offer the same amount.

                            Now from mobile no [protected] many time threatening calls are coming i am requesting them either settle around 30 k at present or give me some time

                            They are harrasing me and also calling to my relatives.

                            Request your favor intervention to get it settle as i am under too much pressure from their threating calls and visits at home

And on 23/07/2019 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money.                                   My name is saurabh babaji nehe and i had ordered amazon echo dot 3 + syska 9w smart bulb combo of rs.2449 on amazon on 15/07/2019 and on the same day i cancelled this order due to some reasons. I paid rs.600 from amazon pay and remaining rs.1849 from my bank account and on 15/07/2019 amazon initiated the amount rs.1849 to my card but i still didn't get the money.                                     I am purchase book from amazon, but i return their book and they also refund my money in my bank account. But your sbi bank doesn't refund my money yet. Amazon send me e-mail of refund amount from there but sbi bank not deposit money. Amazon refund amount reference number #[protected]. Your bank yet not deposit money in my account.. So, i kindly request to you as possible as deposit my money in my bank account...

                                        My account is put on hold due to kyc
                                        But there after i done my kyc and i have got a sms from sbi that our kyc is update, but we also face a problem of banking our account doesnot activate after the kyc is done i contact the bank and helpline number also but we do'nt get any solution from the bank. We cantact too many times to the bank and also its helpline number but they do'nt resolve our problen, so i want that you take it seroiusly and solve my problem. I am in trouble please help me
