I am priyanka and this complaint is regarding my sbi cc payment not cleared by agent who is shiva mobile number: 91 [protected]. And my card is gone for settlement and i payed 1st installment 20000, and second installment 12000, and third 11800, i have all the proofs, though i cleared the amount agent said he cleared with the bank, but still the cc department is calling me and asking for payment, when i check with the shiva and he said it is not updated on the system, again he took the chequ (Icici) and send it for resettlement, here i feel shiva and his boss is playing game with me, i have all the profs once he came into your contact list, i can surrend all the proofs, requesting you to take the action. Sbi is sending fraud agents to the customer and taking all the money and not answering the calls.

Yesterday (Sunday) i.e. on 21.07.2019 my savings a/c has been debited Rs. 295/- for 4 times immediately within some seconds with a msg that "TRANSFERRED TO INVESTMENT INTERMEDI.Though I have not made any investment in any company. Kindly look into the matter seriously and refund the debited amounts.
