Some one have sold this IRCTC card to my father around December 2018.. He has never dealt with credit cards. By mistakenly he has taken it.

We have spoken to customer care executives number of times to stop this card with immediate effect. But it is still active & almost every day we are receiving calls from customer care to pay rs-6000 to stop the card though we have not done any single transaction through this card.Why should we pay if we have not used it.

I am requesting you to please stop it at earliest.or help me out with concern officer's email ID to send card details.

    I am registering in spot Round of IIT roorkee. But while paying through SBI collect it shows "verify data and try again".
    I checked on my behalf.
    Everything is ok from my side.
    Some candidates have already completed the payment process. It is not proceeding in my case. I tried contact numbers but none is responding.
    Please repair this problem as tomorrow is thelast date.

      My account does not have a cheque book till now. im stationed in bangalore and my home branch is in vijayanagaram district of andhra pradesh. for this cheque i cant travel to my home branch now. by any other means i couldnt apply my cheque book. it is saying error number 070 if i apply through ATM. it states this ac has no cheque book. pls try to resolve this issue and tell me a way where i can get cheque leaf without visiting my home branch.
      please look into this issue as it is urgent.

        Hi,

        I have made a payment for my Credit Card dues on 16/07/2019 with ref no : QSBI[protected] and the status is successful. However the payment is not credited to my card. Moreover transaction is done from a SBI SB Account. It's strange to see SBI self accounts taking time to reflect payments. Would you kindly resolve it asap.

        Would Paynet be responsible for late payments and CBIL Scores brought down ? Kindly have the payments reflected asap

          K sidheswari age 84 years is a widow living alone and bedridden. She is holder of an a/c at sbi gopinath marg (31452) jaipur.
          I (Her nephew) on two occasions have visited the branch requesting that someone accompany me to visit her to verify and give her life certificate so that she can continue to receive her pension. The bank manager keeps putting off - saying come tomorrow or come later. The life certificate must reach her pension office in shimla before the month end. Last year due to similar delay she did not receive pension for 4 months. I request you to kindly send a representative to verify and give her life certificate. I am given to understand that it is mandatory for bank to check on senior citizens. This has never been done by this bank for her.

          Today 17th July 2019 I visited the bank for the 3rd time and was informed by Mr. Ojha that no bank personal will visit the invalid senior citizen. I would need to get a medical report certifying her as invalid - and also a court order directing the bank to visit her and only then will they consider certifying her as alive.
          Swiggy had initiated a refund of Rs 100 on 7/7/19 with the RRN number[protected] and it is still not credited to my account . It's been 8 days.

            35000 ka merhent ne emi hand to hand kar di or mujhe slip ki copy de di fir mera bill bana 17 ko or mera emi update kiya 18 ko or mujhe kuch bhi nahi inform kiya or emi bounse charges almost 2000 ka kar diya jo ki alat hai isme meri koi galti nahi hai aapka system update nahi hua plz isko refund kiya jaye as soon as possible

            I have transfer 100 rupees from my sbi bank account to Paytm account. But it is not credited, kindly credit as soon as possible and let me know when you will credit. If transaction is not possible then refund my amount to my sbi account.

            Transfer was done on 7th July 2019. Still i am waiting for your positive response
            Mr. Akhilesh Agrawal an officer in bank told me to submit police verification letter due to lost my passbook, whereas I personally went to bank twice with adhar and pan card and application for issuing passbook, but still i didn't get it.
            I did not got an refund money which is paid under the SBI card since two weeks .it is very sad with your crediting money to account

            I have ordered a product from Amazon on 26 may and returned it.and they have initiated refund of RS 4080/- on 13 June .still it's not credited to my account.they have given me the refund reference number as 779348 . They have asked me to charge dispute. Please go through the problem and resolve it as soon as possible

              Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

              Dear sir

              A refund of rs.2250/- on 11 june 2019 was successfully processed by amzone. But for some reason i cancelled my product on 12/june/2019. This amount should have been credited to my bhim app which was linked by sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference is[protected] number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund on 13/june/2109 but yet not refunded.

              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                  Purchased a product from amazon on sbi debit card on emi basis for amount of rs 13, 675/- on 15.05.19. As per above, the auto loan account has been created in my savings accounts. My savings accounts is with the branch makarpura, vadodara. The product has been return and refund is issued on 24.05.19 from amazon. The reference refund id no. Is in[protected]. The all the details is as under:

Book of rs. 160 in amazon on[protected] and after[protected] i submitted a complaint to amazon that the book mhd-9 is not received by me, while all other books were received. And on[protected] amazon initiate the amount of rs. 160 to my card but i still didn't get the money.                       Rs.295/ has been debited twice from my sav.Bank acc.[protected] sbi grain market karnal -132001 on july 15, 2019 without my consent in favour of investment intermedi. I am shoked to see the massage on my mobile i did not made any such investment you are therefore requested to get me my payment back in my acc. And do not allow such transaction in my acc. It is unfair and illegal act.Pl.Make a prompt action and get the guilty punished kindly get me my rs.295x2=590 refunded to my said bank acc.

                      rs.295/ has been deducted thrice again on 20/7/2019 from my same saving bank acc. of sbi grain market karnal 132001 [haryana], thusatotal sum of rs.295x5=1475.has been deducted so far .what is this going on . we did not made any such transactions and even do not know any such company or so should we report to police or cbi pl. get restored our deducted amount and do not allow such deduction without our consent. iam a retired sn. citizen and feeling highly harrased by such actions on your part. get me back my money pl.the earliest.

[protected] SBI, GRAIN MARKET KARNAL -132001 INSPITE OF OUR EARLIER COMPLAINTS . You are requested to interrogate the matter seriously and get restored our money at the earliest . we never made any such investments and transaction .we do not know even what is this.we are feeling cheated and harrassed by such unwanted services. hoping an early action.

                        I had sbi credit cards no: #[protected].

                        And when my outstanding balance was 61000/- which I was not able to pay due to my job loss, so I requested for the settlement.

                        I legal team called me and told me to pay the settlement amount of 39000/-.
                        and I have the settlement letter and payment receipts but I wonder that they have not updated my payments as a settlement amount. it shows a normal payment.

                        I am receiving calls for outstanding payment every time.

                        Request you to please do the needful.

                        See how they stealing the money from the customer. I have attached screenshot of one of the employee from the bank asking for payment. see how she asked? as per bank record, the exact amount is 9000/- and they put 24000 but she asked to pay around 35K. this is how SBI dealing with the customer?

                            I have opened my sbi account around 2010 and till 2015 no premium was deducted towards any insurance policy. From 2015 onward my account was getting deducted 200/- every year for sbi general insurance policy and each time i used to visit the branch and talk to manger to revert the amount and request him to terminate the policy which was opened with out my concern. A month back i received a sms stating 200/- will be deducted towards sbi general insurance policy on 12th july 2019, immediately i have raised a request to terminate the insurance policy and i received a call from branch manager and he confirmed that the policy was terminated.

                            But on 12th july 2019 my account got debited with 200/- for sbi personal accident policy : (

                            I tried calling customer care but of no use.

                            Request you to take the strict and stringent action on the concerned person (Branch manager should be responsible) who is making to deduct money from customer account just to accomplish his yearly targets.

                              I was told below points while issuing this credit card form mobile Number: [protected] (She might be from sales team)

                              1. This card will be life time free card
                              2. Air port lounge access is available in this Card
                              3. No annual and joining fee.

                              But all are false, Today I have received my statement where I can see there is a Annual Fee charge.

                              Some days back I visit Domestic Air port for Lounge access, they said this card does not have such provision.

                              I think I will not be the first one who got trap in this, there might be number of people who might be told the same story while issuing card.

                              Why SBI is not taking action against those non-sense and stupid people who is giving false into while issuing credit Card.

                              Recommended not to go for SBI Credit card as they have such non-sense

                                    Refund of rs 4614 has been issued by amazon on 25 th july `but yet not processed and credited by sbi into my account no. [protected].
                                    sbi and amazon are just playing blame game and refuse to resolve my issue.
                                    I have made a written complaint to the SBI YASHODA NAGAR branch manager which I've attached it but he denies helping me saying it is a third party dispute.
                                    I have also made an online complaint with the rbi (complaint no [protected]) on 10th july but no reply has been received yet.
                                    The invoice of the product nokia 2.2 has also been attached by me .

                                      Hello team,

                                      I have been using sbi gold card and my yearly cycle is from 11th jul'18 to 10th jul'19. My sbi gold card was expired on mar'19 and a new card sbi simply save was issued from mar'19. But in the jul'19 month statement, annual charges of rs 588 (Including taxes) was levied.

                                      If you consider my yearly cycle from 11th jul'18 to 10th jul'19, i have already spent more than 2 lakhs which is more than rs 1 lakh for which the the surcharges are reversed.

                                      Also, if you consider only my current card, the yearly cycle should be from 11th mar'19 to 10th mar'20.

                                      It seems that i have been cheated and when i called the customer care, they were not ready to help.

                                      Can you take this up and do the needful.

                                      Reference number 518006.They said me to Called sbi customer care.

                                      Your refund of rs.1, 099 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by 7/8/2019.

                                        Yesterday night i have deposited amount of rs. 4, 700/- at sbi musrambagh branch around 8:30 pm. The system has accepted the amount however, i did not receive the receipt stating that the amount has been deposited into my account. I am attaching my mini statement balance taken at the atm centre after the amount has been deposited.

                                        Amazon refund of amount rs 1, 099 not received in my sbi account.
                                        Reference number 518006.They said me to Called sbi customer care.
