    Dear sir

    A refund of 2321.00 rupees was successfully processed on 11 june 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.

      I have received one new ATM global debit card, I adopted all process of PIN generation but couldn't get PIN . On trial at ATM, Screen display PIN generation taken successfully but not getting OTP. While doing message it shows message not delivered. On toll free no they are not getting my complaint., After that I went to my home branch Adarsh Nagar Jaipur also and given there a application but didn't receive any reply till date. I am getting very much upset by services of SBI. Without PIN am unable to use my debit Card.
      I am requesting you to provide me PIN immediately.

        I am holding a saving account in sbi bank in past 8-9 year (2010 onward) year. I am noticed that 49000 rs deduct in my saving account froudly on 2 june 10:03am... I asked to sbi bank why my account deducted bt sbi brach manger no responed on this matter... He tell me your amount is not refunded... I also complaint to cyber crime cell.. Bt till now no help by both of... So please i rqst to you please help me.. And resove my problem in priority basis and help me to recover my money

              Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                Dear sir,
                í, deore gokul khandu, an account holder in sbi, dondaicha branch, wish to draw your attention toward to debit of amount of rs. 30000/- on 30june 2019 as per the passbook details. It can be seen that there is no transaction done by me on the date mantioned. Already been compalint to on line but there has been no positive response till now. Thereafter, again í send to gmail to the branch. í am out of town and ir id difficult for me to manage with a handful of money over here.
                Therefore, í resuest your kindly look into the matter and initiate the refund procedure as soon as posible. í am very sorry to say that in case no necessary step is taken this time, í would be compelled to take some major actions, as i cannot afford to brother my family any more to come to the bank again and again for the same purpose.
                For this, i will always be obliged to tour.

                I had ordered a product on Amazon. But, the product was missing. Then, i complained to Amazon. Amazon issued a refund initiative of Rs 480-/ to my account which was to be reflected into my account by 27th june. but, my account is not credited yet. then, neither Amazon nor SBI is solving my problem. i am helpless, hapless, and hopeless right now.

                  With respect to inform you that today on 7th july, 2019 around 10.15 am i was deposited rs.33000 in the cdm machine at raha branch (Sbin0002103) after depositing the amount the cdm machine automatically shutdown my money rs.33000 was not credited in my account ([protected]), there was a cctv record, i was given written complain to the bank.

                  So the only request to you kindly check the machine and after verify please credit the amount to my account as soon as possible.

                  SBI staff asked me show the proof ofy depositions, what kind of proof i have to show them ? I think there is CCTV footage is sufficient for proof, please kindly take immediate actions and credit Rs.33000 to my account

                    Thanks however i never expected it will take so many days i. E. Beyond 40 days since i applied on 23rd may and on enquiry with the person mr. Ranjit who collected all my documents id telling that he has left your organisation.

                    By whatsoever reason if not possible to approve and send me within next 4-5 days since i am leaving abroad with family on 15th july and return on 26th july, my application no.[protected] may be cancelled under intimation to me and i will apply once again if i need it after return.

                    This i had applied due to insistence of my sbi branch manager though i am regular user of citibank master card.

                        Desirable Solution -
                        1. SBI card will give Rs 2, 00, 000/- as penalty for family harassment, Regular threaten me, for my metal pressure from 250 days
                        2. Correct my bill.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        Two persons suddenly enter my village home without permission. At that time my family members are eating. Starts taking snaps of my home from every where. SBI card send persons to my home for family harassment without intimation to me. Where I am regularly mail to their HO and two mobile no also given in my communication. When I talk with that person he said I am Mr Arup coming from SBI card- Kolkata office. He starts harassment with my family for money. He said, we will take over all your properties if you will not pay. When I said him why SBI card send person to home without intimation to me. Please give your ID. He only shows his ID front side. Not show the I-card back side details.

                        Actually His name was Mr Pradyumna Kumar Behera from SBI card - BBSR office. Than within few minutes they returned back.

                        How SBI card can do unsocial works and harass to my family?
                        How SBI card regularly threaten me over phone for payment instead of correct the bill?

                        After above all today 07/03/2019 Mr Arshad Hasnain from SBI card nodal desk write me the below wrong statement.

                        "With reference to your concern regarding collection executive visit at your residence address, we have identified that in the absence of any payment on card account payment realization call and collection follow up were initiated, however you were not contactable. Therefore as a process a field visit was arranged at your registered address as per investigation, since you had shifted from the residence address, hence collection officer visited at your permanent address during the visit the representative met with your brother and spoken with you over the phone. Hence no unprofessional behavior has been identified. However, we apologies if any incontinence caused to you."

                        I have changed my address due to job changed.
                        What I am not connected with SBI card?
                        What I have not given any contact no?

                        1. I am using the sbi card from last 4-5 years, where Annual Charges was free. In the past years I have not paid any Annual Charges. In the Nov-2018 bill, SBI card charged me Annual fees. So Bill hold by me for bill correction. After Billing date I have communicated more than 1000 times for revival.
                        They only accept in the year 2017 it was revived, later they have also accept the annual fees revived in the year 2016.

                        When 1st bill raised to me in the month Nov-2018 the actual bill amount was Rs 36, 147.50. From that day I was communicating him for annual fee revival. But not done till date. it is already more than 250 days and bill amount raised to Rs 73000/-(approx), where my actual cart was 45000/- (approx) after adding nov onwards.

                        SBI card 1st Increased my bill Rs 28, 000/- i.e 62.22 from my actual bill than
                        Today (07/03/2019) Mr Alok Prajapati (SBI card - Collection Department) accepted that annual fee not imposed on your bill. That means SBI card revived the Annul fee.

                        Why SBI card not revived the Annual fee in the Nov-2018 bill?
                        Why SBI card revived the annual fee after increased my bill 62.22% from actual bill?
                        Why I will pay extra for SBI card mistake, even one rupee?


                        SBI card mailed me bills every month with password protected; Card no is the password of the pdf file. Now those files are not opening. May be blocked by sbi card.

                        2. SBI card has mismanagement and internal communication gap between internal departments and Officers. Cart date is 02/11/2018. It is already 250 days from the cart date. Different officers of sbi card taken time to resolve the matter last date taken 10.06.2019 i.e 220 days for resolving the matter. They take time to create huddles. If their policy is clear and intention is clear than why take 220 days for clearing the matter. At different time different officer handle the problem and take time. But no solution.

                        3. I got offer SMS from SBI card for no cost EMI. So on dated 02.11.2018, I have cart a laptop from Flipkart of Rs 32, 751 and after cart, mailed to SBI card for getting the no cost EMI offer. But SBI card not provide the same.
                        After the date another cart was done by any one from my ID and selects the option from merchant web site and availed the no cost emi. Matter is misguiding the innocent customers by sending SMS by omitting the important key works like “Where customer can avail the offer”.SBI card will give the offer or from merchant web site not clear.

                        4. I am staying out of state and always keep in touch of sbi card officers and also two mobile nos given in my communication to sbi card. The matter was also discussed with Mr Santosh (SBI card -BBSR) 6-7 times, He suggested to discuss with Mr Deepak Mishra (SBI card Regional Manager-BBSR) 2-3 times. I have sent more than 1000 mails to SBI card. SBI card send me only copy paste reply. Threaten me for payment and SIBIL. But neither accepts the mistakes and mis-management nor resolved the matter. When disclose their frauds through social media than SBI card blocked all with help of Social media network companies.

                          I have called the state bank of india customer service with my unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                I have a sbi credit card, due to some reason i unable to pay my monthly bill & now i want to close my credit card, then ask for settlement but some collection executives are denied for settlement. They argued that once the credit card is taken then should close after 10 month only. So they asking for minimum payment. I don't know why because when i was purchasing card they were not told me anything. Now they try to loot my money of course i missed to make payment on time. But now i am coming for settlement then why they are denying? May be for agent commission.

                                    I have yet not received my debit card which is returned by the post saying insufficient address. When contacted the concerned post office said that the bank did not provide the correct address. This is the 2nd instance in a month wherein the card has been returned for the same reason. This is totally unacceptable and has caused me great inconvenience. The bank's cs is useless as they can't track the card & branch said it will take another...

                                    My name is jaydeep kumar and i had ordered product of rs.264 amount product name objective general knowledge in amazon on purchase
                                    Date is 22/06/2019 and after 23/06/2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 25/06/2019 date on which refund initiated.
                                    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                                    Reference number 555448 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
                                    Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is card number. Card no is not mandatory you can enter it if you want better chances of recovery. Card holder name poonam devi.
