    Dear team,
    My account is debited by rs 28, 026.00 by [protected] investment intermedia in sbi bank with out any information. I have not requested for it nor approved. Why the amount is deducted not able to understand. There is no clue on it. Please resolve this and credit back my amount to my account. The following are my account details.

    875 debited my account plz help me
    I am ishan singh as a manger in kohinoor industry .your deputy branch manager of branch gurdev nagar. He don't know how to talk with person or customer.he talk with me very rudely many times like uneducated person .
    We have minimum 10 saving accounts and 2 current accounts in this branch.
    So plz dont do that with anybody
    I am facing transaction issues through upi and Withdrawal from ATM also not working from last 20 days. I had called, mailed, did everything that can I do with sbi customer service but still problem is not solved by them.
    It is worst customer service by any bank.
    And we all know how calm and helpful are SBI employees so no need to tell this.
    I had paid payment via SBI Bhimapp through my SBI payment to ICIC bank on Saturday 22/6/2019 but till date payment have not received to receiver and also not refund to my account

      As i have only "view" right and i want full transaction rights but i am not able to process the fund transfer activities e-services — upgrade access level... But system is showing some error as "sorry' we are unable to process your request. Please try again later"..., kindly provide solution on same. Please resolve this complaint for make transactions to improve the transactions in my account, so we cannot do any transactions in viewing rights. Please resolve this complaint

        Dear sir i had applied for sbi credit card on 23rd may through one mr. Ranjit who was present during my visit to my bank branch at btm 2nd stage, bengaluru-560076. Application no. Allotted is[protected].

        However till today (More than 40 days) i have not received whereas other organisation credit cards will be processed and delivered within 5-7 days. I would not have applied but for insistence of branch manager and also never thought it will be such a delayed process. Further i will be out of country from 15th july to 26th july.

        Please look into the matter and finalise either to approve and send the card immediately or reject it and inform. Either way is ok for me but it very strange that unnecessarily getting such a large delay

        Dear Sir,
        my application No.[protected]
        Thanks however I never expected it will take so many days i.e.beyond 40 days since I applied on 23rd May and on enquiry with the person Mr. Ranjit who collected all my documents id telling that he has left your organisation.

        By whatsoever reason if not possible to approve and send me within next 4-5 days since I am leaving abroad with family on 15th July and return on 26th July, my application No.[protected] may be cancelled under intimation to me and I will apply once again if I need it after return.

        This I had applied due to insistence of my SBI branch Manager though I am regular user of Citibank Master Card.

        Early reply will be highly appreciated

        But i haven't requested for signature change.

          Credit card has been surrendered and all the payments were cleared. But my CIBIL report says i have outstanding amount which need to be cleared for loan process. Unable to get NOC for surrendered credit card.
          is there any other way to get NOC other than toll free numbers. its hard to reach customer support with IRV calls
          Can i change my SBI po & clerk mains examination centers...???Because my exam centre is far from my present location...and I am not able to go there...so I want to change my examination center... please give me solution for this problem as soon as possible...

            I got a call today (i.e., 25/06/2-19) at 9:50 AM from the no. +91 [protected], claiming that he was a bank manager he would assist in changing the ATM pin over the phone. He said if don't change the pin all the money from the account would be debited. I warned him for trying to cheat and threatened to lodge a complaint against this no.
            I have deposited my all due before time, but credit card debit so may unwanted charge from my card last Jan 2018. I thought that was my fault but this month department started debiting charges again this is disgusting and rush of the credit card.

                The said complaint pertains to erroneous transfer of Rs.40, 000/- from my account by the bank on 16 February 2019 to the account of one Mr.Dinendra Mishra, instead of my father Mr. Suryakant Pandurang Sane, to whom it was intended to be transferred. It’s been more than four months since the said erroneous transfer. Since then I’ve been running from pillar to post to recover the said monies which have been lost due to error of the bank. I am getting feeling as though my complaint and constant follow-up on this critical issue is going to deaf ears.

                The. Relevant facts pertaining to erroneous transfer by the bank are briefly set out below

                I intended to transfer a sum of Rs.40, 000/- to my father‘s account on 16 February 2019. In this regard I had requested for adding my father Mr. Suryakant Pandurang Sane account number [protected] asa beneficiary. Pursuant to the said request, Mr. Suryakant Pandurang Sane was added as a beneficiary. The screenshot showing the said account number and name of the account holder Mr. Suryakant Pandurang Sane is again attached for ease of reference.

                Therefore, under belief that Mr. Sane is added as a beneficiary, I requested for transfer of Rs.40, 000/- to the said account of Mr. Suryakant Pandurang Sane. I am currently in Spain and at the time of the said transfer also I was in Spain. After few days I enquired with my father whether the monies were received by him. When I realised that though my account had been debited with the sum of Rs.40, 000/- the said money never reached the bank account of my father Mr. Suryakant Pandurang Sane. On further enquiries I realised that the said money was wrongly transferred to the account of one Mr.Dinendra Mishra located in a town of Madya Pradesh. It is clear that there has been a gross error on the part of the bank either in creating the beneficiary or whilst transferring the said monies. It appears that both Mr. Suryakant Pandurang Sane and the said Mr.Dinendra Mishra have the same account number but with different banks.

                Thereafter,

                I made several online complaints requesting resolution of the issue which are briefly discussed below :

                1. Complaint Reference:[protected] (2nd March 2019) - This was closed without clear investigation, wrongly concluding that the transfer was completed correctly.

                2. Complaint Reference:[protected] (19th March 2019) – Again this complaint was not successfully closed. Resolution/response by bank support was: "We request you to kindly contact the branch regarding this issue. We regret for the inconvenience caused". In view of the said response and the fact that the complaint was not yet resolved,

                I was not left with any option but to submit a written complaint to the bank as required. Accordingly, I through my sister submitted the complaint letter dated 1st April 2019 along with transaction information screen snapshot on 3rd April 2019 to the branch manager.

                The branch manager then reviewed the letter and the transaction information and agreed prima facie of suspected online transaction error. My sister who handed over the letter was assured of prompt action. The manager candidly also gave an impression that such erroneous transactions were occurring after SBI merger with the state banks. After the submission of the said written complaint, more particularly in view of the fact that such erroneous transactions/transfers were not new and was known within the system, I felt assured that the said transaction will be reversed, and/or the necessary remedial steps will be taken by the bank so as to replenish my Rs.40, 000. However, to my surprise, After submission of my complaint there was no communication on the progress of banks analysis or any basic response towards it.

                My sister has since then visited twice again to the branch office.
                During the visit on 25th April 2019, Branch Manager was not available on the said day in the office but my sister was helped by a Sr. bank officer Mrs. Shobha Yadav, with the status and progress of the complaint.
                The Sr. bank officer mentioned,
                1. A notice has been sent to Mr. Dinendra Mishra (SBI client to whose account the system wrongly transferred my money), asking to refund the amount.
                2. She also mentioned, there have been multiple such cases where online transfer happened to wrong accounts after the SBI merger with other State Banks due to duplicate account numbers.
                3. She had called Mr. Dinendra Mishra in presence of my sister and explained him the ramification o[censored]sing the money that was wrongly transferred to one’s account. He was warned of Cibil report impact and challenges that will be faced by him in case of loan management through financial institution. It is understood from her that Mr. Dinendra Mishra has agreed to deposit the money in 1st week of May.

                Since no progress was made in relation to the complaint, on 12 June 2019 my sister once again visited the branch

                On the said date my sister met branch manager Ms. Aditi Dubey. I was able to speak with the bank manager on a WhatsApp call coordinated by my sister.
                As discussed with Ms. Aditi Dubey, she confirmed to provide a detailed response on how the bank will help unwind the erroneous transfer and refund my money.

                Again almost 10 days have passed since the said visit, but I have not heard back from the bank officers nor have I received my monies. I have been loyal bank customer for almost 20 years. I have been using net banking since several years and have transferred using the NEFT facility to various beneficiaries on number of occasions. Hence, I reliably chose to transfer my hard-earned money to my father through your bank system. However, I am deeply disheartened and anguished due to the gross error committed by the bank and the loss caused to me. What is more astonishing is the fact that many more such erroneous transactions/transfers are occurring within the system. However, there is no real desire on the banks part to address the situation.

                  Hi my name is RG SURESH KUMAR, I have used credit card of SBI bank from last 2 years I made my payment regularly but suddenly my financial condition has gone down I lost my job. I can't pay dues right now because i am out of money. I requested hdfc recovery agents to give me sum time if I get extra money then i will pay dues but hdfc agent calling my family & friends for payment now I am no more in social standing also all my friends family know my condition I requested not to call. My family friends and other but then to they called again again now I am no where bcoz of SBI agents. They are calling me continuosly & torturing me.
                  No one is not giving me loans & no social respect, my family & friends are not talking with me. pls Stop doing harrsment nothing left in my Life now bcoz of SBI bank my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Expecting positive reply from you.

                    It is to submit that, i murarkar jahangeer my s. B. A/c. No.[protected], i have taken personal loan in s. B. I., yousufguda branch, hyderabad for an amount of rs.5, 00, 000/- (Rupees five lakhs only) based on that amount actual emi is rs.11, 125/- but every month emi is deducting more than actual emi amount i. E. Rs.12, 500/- from my account.

                    In this regard, it is requested to check my emi amount and deduct actual emi amount in every month and also requested to recover excess deducting emi amount immediatly and transfer recovery amount in my account.

                      Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

                      Dear sir

                      A refund of 655 rupees was successfully processed on 30 november 2016 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                        My name is daljeet kaur bhatia.
                        My husband's name is sudesh kumar bhatia.
                        My husband is holder of your credit card number [protected].
                        I had no knowledge of my husband having any credit card. He never told me anything about it.
                        My husband is not staying with me currently.
                        Now your recovery person mr. Raj kishore mobile no. [protected] is harrassing us.
                        He is a hardcore criminal / street goon in the garb of a recovery agent.
                        He has no ettiquite how to talk to ladies.
                        He openly uses filthy language, derogatory words and threatens us of dire consequences.
                        I wonder how could sbi deploy such goons?
                        Is this the style of working of india's largest bank works?
                        How can the bank deploy criminals and goondas to harrass families of the payment defaulters?
                        My husband is a payment defaulter not me and my family.
                        The bank can take any legal action against my husband but please stop this goondaism against us.
                        I myself was under treatment in the cmc hospital, ludhiana and sant garibdass hospital, kathar for the past three months.
                        My mother-in-law is a psychiatric patient. Your goon mr. Raj kishore mobile no. [protected] directly threatens her of dire consequences. She gets frightened and has been getting panic attacks frequently. If anything happens to our family then your recovery staff including mr. Raj kishore mobile no. [protected] would be responsible.

                        Once again, i repeat, you are free to take any legal course of action against my husband but please don't harrass us. Please let us live. Our life is in danger. Your recovery agents are making our life hell. They even visit our neighbours and inform them that we have committed fraud with sbi. They are shaming and mocking us in our locality.

                        Please stop your recovery agents.

                        Today I have got the message that your account has a debit by transfer of Rs 12.00 on 26/06/19. But I don't know about this transaction as they are deducted unnecessary. Day by day the services of SBI are useless. Money hunting is going on in SBI. Hamara paisa aur Hamse hi deduction.

                          Sir,
                          This has reference to my earlier complain against fraud dated[protected] in which it was stated that from my sbi savings a/c (No.[protected]) which is at andua branch, farakka, rs. 39, 500/- (20000+19500) was stolen through atm. I informed you in details regarding this fraudulency and as well as to the branch manager, andua branch. I submitted all data as asked by branch manager, andua branch. The branch manager of sbi, andua assured me that my stolen money will be send back to my account within three months. But this three months’ time span is over now and the branch manager has been transferred from andua.
                          I visited my branch yesterday and the new branch manager failed to give positive response.
                          Now pl. Tell me what should i do? Is there any chance to get my money back? If so, how many days i should wait?
                          For your ready reference given the documents no given from sbi bank (With reference to your grievance, we would like to inform you that we have registered the complaints against the same on 25/03/2019 under the ticket numbers ua[protected] and ua[protected]. The complaints will be resolved within 90 days from the date of complaints registered.)

                            Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number # igafshevf3
                                (# igafshevf3) and told me to fill charge dispute form but sbi bank doesn't have such policy. So
                                Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. I already complaint sbi costumer care no - but no response costumer agent and superior i am already 2 moths wait. Mandatory you can enter it if you want better chances of recovery}

                                    I am extremely disappointed by the services provided by sbi credit card.
                                    Its been more than 6 months now since i reported a fraudulent transaction and have not got any proper response/closure.
                                    I am extremely annoyed and frustrated now as neither i am able to contact your customer service through call nor got any support from your collection teams.

                                    I couldn't clear my credit card dues since feb'19 as didnt get any resolution from your customer service.
                                    I escalated my concern through emails as well but again no resolution.
                                    Since then i have been requesting collection teams to resolve my concern... However it seems nobody really care about providing resolution.
                                    I was asked to make a payment of 10000 in the last month by one of your managers - abdul ([protected]) to avoid deactivation of my credit card account.
                                    He also promised me that he would escalate my concern and would help me to waive of[censored]nreasonable charges and taxes later.
                                    I made the payment out of my good intentions, however didnt get any call from him or any of support from your customer service/collection teams.
                                    I am unable to connect your customer care number through call, as the ivr denies my cc number identification.

                                    Repeatedly, i've been getting threatening calls from sbi collection team and goons.

                                    Being a genuine & loyal customer, i have full intentions to clear all my dues and need support from the bank to resolve my disputes.
                                    Writing this with high hopes and expecting that your organization still cares for your customers.

                                      On 10th june-19, my account debited for rs. 295/-. Debit is for ecs return. It is surprise to know that my ecs was succesfully cleared from bank (Sbi-gk-ii, new delhi) and balance was adequate.

                                      Visited bank 3 times, but waste of time, petrol, energy. Sbi manager and dy. Manager not ready to listen my complaint. I was said "sari sari chess leke ajate hain mare pas". What a behave by sbi - manager.

                                      Without any valid reason amount is debited to my account.

                                      My question is - to whom customer like me should approach?

                                        Dear sir

                                        Amazon refund of 1601.00 and 2150.00 rupees was successfully processed on 18 june 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.
                                        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken.

                                        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                        kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.
