I have visited atm on 09th june 2019 to dispense 3000 rs from atm sbi. My money got deducted from account but till today i have not received my money. Kindly arrange to reverse my money in my account urgently as already more than 10 days passed.

    Hello,

    This is to request to please look into the matter as I owed an SBI Credit Card xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-5783. The outstanding for that card is INR 52088.18.

    I have already informed them the amount is too high for me to pay the same, and requested for settlement. But the bank sent me a text " Dear SBI Card Holder, legal notice sent to you against the outstanding for the card ending 4640. Please pay due immediately or contact Harmesh Sharma at [protected]"

    Now the issue is the CC number they have mentioned is not mine I never had that card. Now the bank is threatening me.

    Please help me get out of this.

      I have never applied for any credit card of sbi nor do i have any credit card of sbi. Every month i receive message in my email id the following text: -

      "e-statement dated 01/03/2019 has been sent on your registered email id OR Mobile Number.30/06/2019.
      As i am not availing any facility of sbi credit card, i shall not pay the above mentioned amount.

      You are requested to get this message deleted from my email id so that it should not appear again in my email id from the next month.

        On 9th June-2019 my account was looted and Rs.29, 000/- was transferred to Spice Digital Ltd. without my consent. Next day (on 10th June) i wrote an application to the bank manager, requesting him to help me get back my looted money. The bank manager shamelessly refused to do anything about it.

        I would like to educate the bank officials about a notice sent by RBI. Please go to: https://www.bankinfosecurity.asia/rbi-warns-fraud-that-leverages-anydesk-app-a-1... . In that article, it is clearly mentioned under the heading "Banks Liable for Fraud", that : "When financial fraud occurs, banks must reverse the unauthorized electronic transaction to the customer's account within 10 working days even if the fault lies with the customer, such as sharing PIN or password, RBI said in a circular last year." So how can the bank manager be so ignorant to say that the bank cannot do anything about my looted Rs. 29, 000/- ?

        Today is 21st June and nothing has been done yet. If nothing is done still, then i will have to take legal action against the bank.

          Dear sir

          A refund of 753 rupees was successfully processed on 15 june 2019. to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

          I have called the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

          I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

            Chronology of Events
            1. I wanted to upgrade the existing SBI Gold Credit Card and applied way back in Sept 2017. I am sure the SBI card must be having all the records of my application.
            2. I was told by SBI Card that defence gold card can not be upgraded and application was rejected.
            3. I wanted to issue a second card instead o[censored]pgrading and applied.
            4. After much delay, I was told that I cannot apply for a second card since I have an existing defence gold card and application was rejected. (I thought having a defence gold card is mother of all problem)
            5. So I blocked my defence gold card in Jan 2019 which I was using since 2010.
            6. I applied fresh again in Mar 2019 vide application number[protected].
            7. I was told that I have blocked my previous card and there was outstanding amount. So application can not be processed. However I have clarified to SBI Card that it was due to conversion of a purchase into EMI and I was ready to foreclose it even though I was paying the meagre EMI of 2340 every month as auto debit.
            8. Since Mar 2019 till the time I have came to know about the rejection of my application, I must have received 100 calls for verification and additional documents. I have verified my address end number of times. I have deposited Form 16, account statement for two months, pan card, AADHAR card 10 -15 times hoping that my card will be delivered. However same was rejected. Finally I have avoided receiving any calls from SBI executive since I felt everyone was fraud and useless.
            9. I again received a call on 09 May 19 from an executive and told me some story for rejection of my application. The executive forwarded her PAN details, ID (copy of which is available) everything to make me believe that she will be able to process my application and even agreed any consequence if she fails to issue the CARD.
            10. I have applied again via application No[protected] however to be rejected again after forwarding all documents and tele verification for more than ten times.
            11. This time I was told that my application was rejected because my residential address couldn't be verified by the agents on ground.
            12. I want to bring in to your notice that I do a lot of online shopping and all online stores like Amazon, Flipkart, PayTm, FirstCry, Freshtohome, Bigbasket delivered all the stores right in front of my door. I failed to understand that how an executive from SBI card have missed my house even after giving three landmarks next to my house. I even failed to understand why I have never received any call from anyone to guide him from some landmark to my house.
            13. Now after applying and depositing my documents so many times i have lost faith in the overall management system of SBI card. I have a salary account in the Branch still I am not been able to get a Credit card from the same bank which is a point to ponder.
            14. More ever the executives of SBI card call an applicant unnecessarily once they come to know that your application is rejected. The day application gets rejected, one will get 10 calls for helping you out and asks you to deposit documents.
            15. I have raised my concern through the SBI card grievance addressal forum but without any success. I have forwarded many mails however SBI card failed to give me a good reason for rejection of my application till date.
            16. Today I do not have an SBI card nor do I have any pending amount against it. My sincere request is that if SBI Card thinks my above concern is correct, than SBI card should process my application No[protected] or give a logical explanation for rejection of my application in this forum so that any other applicant like me do not waste their time and effort in applying card from SBI. I myself have undergone mental agony and was harassed by many executive whose email ID, contact number are still saved and can be produced if required.

              I am Bhawna Varshney having account in SBI branch(Thiruvananthpuram, branch code 7617, account number [protected]).
              This is regarding unauthorised transaction held from my account. This happened on 19/June/2019 between 7:50pm to 8:00pm.I received messages of cash withdrawal from my account but on the same time I was at home and my debit/ATM card with me.
              Total ammount deducted from my account is fifty thousand(50, 000), that happened through five transaction.
              I never shared my card details and OTP to anyone. And also I never received any fake calls.
              Moreover on 20th june 2019 at 11:57:36 am again I received message of transaction but it was not done because I blocked the card on 19th june after fraud transaction.
              This is my humble request to take action on this as soon as possible and I hope I will get my money back.

                    I am getting this message Continuously "Dear SBI credit cardholder, please clear outstanding of rs 5203.41 on your card ending 2178 to improve your bureau credit scores. To make immediate payment, use any of our online payment methods . Please contacts vishal on [protected] for payment assistance."

                    First of all i don't have such card. but I remember I used one of SBI credit card which i have requested to close in 2015 itself after clearing my outstanding bill.

                    Now I don't have that card or any info regarding that card as well. also i don't have card no. as well to cross check with customer care.

                    because of this unpaid amount my credit score is too low.

                    I request to resolve my this problem. because i never used this card but some one must have misused it once and over that i am getting monthly fine.

                      I got a call from [protected] claiming to be a Mr. Rahul Sharma, calling from SBI Main branch, Mumbai asking me to clarify details of my ???sol-called expired ATM card. On questioning him of his designation and other details of his bank branch (& whether he even knew my name??), he started getting angry and abusive. I had already realized that it was a fake call, and promised to report him and his number to the police
                      Please block this number and report this number and person to Cybercrime so that others (less suspecting people) are not cheated by this person (truecaller name - Amit Kumar)

                          I lost my Shares of SBI and want to know the procedure for the issue of duplicate certificates.I sent all my papers to Alankit Heights, New Delhi on 30/04/2019 and received by them 04/05/2019. I called them so many times but they replied that the papers are not uploaded in the system and as such they are not in position to reply me. So you are requested to take up the matter for the issue of duplicate share certificate at an early date.

                              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed with the RRN(Refund Reference Number[protected]

                              Kindly go through this issue, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                My account in the name of g himanshu maintaining saving bank account in sbi anandbagh branch malkajgiri hyderabad-500047 vide account no [protected] had registered a complaint with said branch manager of fraudulent withdrawal of money from my account on 09/01/18. Had a balance of rs 289764 as on 08/01/18 and suddenly my said account was debited without my knowledge and balance in my account has become rs 216069.71/- on 09/01/18. So immediately called branch manager over the phone and informed him on the issue. Subsequently written statement was also submitted to him and got the acknowledged from bank (Copy enclosed)

                                  I applied for TATA sbi card xxxxxxxxxx2827. I have not received it yet but i have been sent a statement of 1, 085.74 INR. I have not used it . I was told that charges are 500 for card joining. I have written to them regarding it and they are still asking me to pay to avoid higher charges. I received by first reply from Kumud Prabhakar (Customer Services Head Team – SBI Card) and that too many days after I wrote.

                                  I told them to cancel the card and waive the charge since i have not used it. They are still asking me to pay.I don't know where to go. It is affecting my credit score and they just keep on adding charges.

                                    I am trying to withdraw 10000/- cash from SBI ATM on 14th Jun 2019, 08:14 pm this ATM is located on bhoiwada hp petrol pump.Atm I'd is S1BB[protected] when i swiped card in ATM after that showing me on screen you transaction in process then after few seconds showing me your transaction is timed out then my transaction is end and cash was not dispensed from ATM but 10000/- amount is debited from my account.

                                    I was filled complaint also on there customer care my complaint no. is AT[protected] but still i am not get my money back in account so it's a humble request to there SBI services and related forum please do it clear as soon as possible i have urgent need of that money.

                                    I have an SBI Account at Gadachi vadla bhavnagar para branch. my account no. is [protected]. My complain against deduction from account of 50 Rs on dated 10.06.2019. why had my money deducted. if is deduct by mistake then return it back.
                                    Two ATM of SBI, Pithapur Branch, Cuttack (7049) remaining under lock&key since One & half month, putting customers in trouble.
                                    Dear sir, Today I got a message and its Rs147 has been debit from my account without any transaction how comes without doing anything my money is debit it's my first experience in this SBI account please stop this kind of Illegal work.olease do follow ASAP
                                    Yesterday 11/06/2019 morning 9.46 am I went to UBI ATM machine. Then I enter my SBI ATM card to UBI ATM machine but UBI machine was suddenly shut down and my 10000 rupees amount not received me.But my SBI account debit to 10000 rupees. I have requested to SBI bank my 10000 rupees is returned to me. This ubi atm machine number is NPUN7561fm.

                                    I have regular customer of SBI bank pusad. My name is Parag Nilakanth Nilawar. Yesterday 11/06/2019 morning time 9.46 am I went to UBI ATM machine and I enter my SBI ATM card to UBI ATM machine that time this ATM machine suddenly shut down and my 10000 amount not returned to me. This UBI ATM number is NPUN7561fm. I have requested to bank my 10000 amount returned to me. I have very hope to you. My view this is a greater amount please returned to me. So this request is accepted to you and get completed my this work.

                                      I have apply for a credit card ref no[protected] it is rejected and I don't know why and I put the complaint and and now it is reprocessing and They are calling for verification and when I was in meeting please arrange the call again and do needful I'm suffering alot from SBI credit card department this is 2nd time it is happening I need proper explanation and arrange the call they are calling just one time I'm in meeting I'm coming to out side for answering the call and I tried to call back to that number it's not connected

                                      Sir, my state bank of india acount deduct money of rs.295 at 3 times..i want my money is back..pls refund it..and pls stop the deduction money without my permission..!

                                      I have used SBI ATM card at Andhra Bank ATM Id:L1733001 on 2nd June 2019 amount not dispensed. I have filed written complaint at SBIN0020105 home branch. They told within 7 working days problem solve.My Complaint No:[protected]. Till today[protected] my problem not solved.

                                      कार्ड सं0 [protected] जिसका बार्षिक चार्ज अधिक होने के कारण निरस्त कराया और दूसरा कार्ड चार्ज र 500/- है प्राप्त हो गया पूर्व कार्ड के काटे गये र 5898 तीन माह बाद भी मेरे खाते मे वापस नहीं किये जबकि एक सप्ताह मे वापसी हेतु बताया गया था, टोलफी नं0 पर भी कई बार सम्पर्क किया, समस्या निस्तारण नही काटे गये पैसे तत्काल खाते मे वापस कराये जाये

                                        Dear sir/ madam,
                                        I am abhin varghese & i have been issued aSBI credit card recently. I have received a call form cpp protection service on 19/06/2019. Your employer told me 1699/- charges to 1 year for cpp protection service. But i am not intrested now. Kindly request you to i don't want to continue cpp card protection service & membership anymore. Please cancelled cpp protection activation today. I don’t want deducting amount in my account. If deducted kindly do the needful for refund.
