i am process my credit card payment on 7 june by Sbi bill payment option but till date amount not credited in my cc account.
my due date was 12 june & today 13 june who bear the late fee and my cbil score also affected due to this who is responsible for that.
Today 5 working day complete but still smount not credited.

    Myself Anurupa D/o Naagaratnamma. My mother has SBI account and it’s her pension account and her bank details are as follows below.

    Kindly note that my mother has SBI salary pension account and it’s fradulently there were almost 13 withdrawals has happened for the amount 63, 000 INR from last month 05 May to 27th May 2019 and with the description as belows:

    We would like to bring to your notice that my mother didn’t share PIN or OTP no with any and also note that my mother didn’t receive any withdrawal messages to her phone number which is currently number in used. However my mother is not knowing how to use ATM card. Hence, monthly once myself were withdrawing the cash on behalf of her. Like that I have been to ATM to withdraw the cash of 10000 INR on 25th May 2019 and I was unable to withdrawn 10000k it showed in ATM machine as insufficient balance to withdraw of 10000 INR and only 3000/- cash balance was shown out of 63000/- and I took mini statement through ATM machine. However, we visited home branch to check this issue on 28th May 2019 again we have found 3000/- also withdrawn on 27th May 2019 and only 300 RS left in my mother account and also I called to customer care and I asked them to block the card immediately. Please find the attached passbook statement and passbook details for your kind perusal.

    Since, My mother is aged and she was not well. So she couldn’t visit home branch on Monday I, e on 27th day to check about this issue. So myself and my mother visted home branch Tuesday i, e on 28th May 2019. We met branch manager and we explained the above issue with him however he denied our words and he started scolding in singular word to me and my mother and he’s not helped us to resolve this issue and lastly he told us to give complaint to cyber police station and he denied to give acknowledgement about this issue so that if he has provided we could have submit the same and give compliant to the police station. However, we had been to cyber police station to give complaint about this issue there also police officer didn’t help us and they behaved weird and talked so rude with my mother then they told it will not come under their judiciary so again they asked us to visit City police station again I visited city police station along with my mother even they didn’t help us and same issue with them too they talk n behave so rude and they told they are not able to find the frauds and they can’t take compliant against this issue. On serious not my mother is single parent and she’s diabetic patient and also that it is her hard amount more than that her health condition is very worse for that she saved some amount in bank only because of her health issue and she wants to buy medicine about 7000 INR every month. Now we are not getting any justice towards this issue happened to us though we have met Bank manager and Police inspectors. But no use they are not solved our issues. If we don’t have secure and safe towards our money in bank then where we will get secure and safety for our amount.

    Finally we don’t have any other option. Hence, we are writing this email to you. I request you to look this issue on high priority and beg your pardon to give justice to my mother and her hard amount. I hope you accommodate my request and looking forward for your reply at the earliest.

      Dear Sir/Madam
      Greeting of the day.
      I am Jitendra Bahadur a Ph.D scholar at Centre of Nanotechnology, IIT Roorkee. I had issued SBI Card (Card no.: [protected]). But, unfortunately two times fraud with my card. Then, I had cleared all the bills through online of SBI card. I blocked my SBI card and also did FIR in civil lines police station, Kotwali, Roorkee.
      But, i do not know, why i am receiving one message from SBI card for payment of Rs. 4887.19, while i already had paid all the bills before blocking my card.
      I did many times complaints regarding this issue to Mr. Manish Arora SBI Card in-charge, in IIT Roorkee Campus. He is also not picking my phone.
      I am in troubling from long time. This is my humble request please take necessary action regarding this issue.
      If you need all documents like FIR Copy, Bank complaint copy, online payment transactions copy and etc., please let me know.

        I m getting harassed by these no the person said his name is Nikhil calling from SBI pritampura he is calling from these no [protected], [protected], [protected]since last few days he said my brother Sudeep Adhikary who lives in Delhi has not been able to pay the dues of SBI, I told him we are not aware of these things as he is not in talking terms from last six months, My brotherSudeep Adhikary Is going through serious financial issues .This Nikhil is harrasing me my husband my parents.Both my parents are heart patients.Yesterday he abused my father asked him to die, then he said he knows where I am currently n my husband so can harm us too .
        He used abusing language with me and my family member .

        Despite of being polite with him he is continually poking us.Today he even said that is my husband just sitting on my salary, Nobody can abuse my any family member or me for the things which we are not liable .

        You have to take serious action against this person or whoever is calling form this no and saying is calling in behalf of your SBI bank, only salaries people like us are being harassed .

        The person doesn’t have any right to abuse anyone from my family or me . I m attaching all the screen shots of his call .

          Sir, I have applied for SBI Credit Card vide Application No.[protected] on 03 May 19. Already 40 days passed.But sorry, I have not received your Credit Card till date. But I found my A/c is forcefully deducted with Rs.887.44 yesterday. Sir, what type of joke is it? Why you want to play with innocent customer's hard earned money? Once i have not received anything from you, and hence your bank has not given me anything, then why the
          funny joking of deducting Rs.887.44 from my A/c? Please stop this rubbish practice. I want my deducted amount to be refunded immediately. I don't trust on this type of system and practice. I want my amount back as early as possible. Please do not compel me to knock at high authorities door.

            Dear Sir/ Mam,
            I've got an SMS regarding legal notice against outstanding of Rs.59, 934.73 on credit card ending 7835 and ask me to pay dues immediately or contact Abhinandan Singh at [protected].

            I called on that mention number to Abhinandan Singh. I talked to him regarding the received SMS. He said that "you have a credit card, which starts at 2 months before and you have used it up to Rs59, 934 and pay it as soon as possible."
            The problem is I have only one credit card of SBI with the credit limit of Rs 60, 000/-. Which is 1year old.
            That person has my personal information like my address, my contact information. I don't know how he got that information. I am afraid that he has my account information.
            I don't know what to do next.

              Dear sir

              A refund of 1649 rupees was successfully processed on 1st june 2019 to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

              I have called the state bank of india customer service but not get any help.

              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and reference number is[protected]

              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                Recently i opened my new savings account in sbi, dalitonganj kutchery branch in palamu, jharkhand. I completeed all the procedures and finally went to the pass book printing desk, where the lady sitting said, the machine is not working for more than 15 days now and asked me to come later, and have a check once a day, if machine was corrected or not.
                I said ok and left .

                I went that bank for 5-6 days daily, in these summer days when the temperature is always around-40-48℃ here.But everyday the same answer, machine is not working. The employees don't care even a bit for customers. When I said, I have been coming here daily in this heat.the employee said, you are not only one, everyone who is having some work here, has to come...

                That was a bit rude as, the person having some work needs to come
                But I had no work there except the work they had left .

                Because of which I had to run everyday

                  I am a canarabank customer i paid fees from my internet banking through sbi collect on 07/05/2019 to jain university bangalore.The dub no is 2707644 and the amount is 81506.22..Since it was not successful.Again i paid from canarabank neft in counter.It was succesful.But i got message after 5 days that my dub 2707644 transaction is success.But till now it is not recd neither by jain university nor my a/c.

                        A refund of 8501 rupees was successfully processed on 26 april 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund under reference number[protected]

                        kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                            I got statement of sbi account amd noticed that rs 7800 amd rs 15000 got deducted from my account [protected] and transaction showed by debit card OTHPG 460866 and 242974 One 97 communications Lnoida. however i did not use my dbit card at all . Date of transactiom is 19 october 2018. however i checked with my paytm but no such transaction was done by me. I got loss of 22800 due to fraudulent transaction. i never shared my card details or pin to anyone

                              Dear team,

                              Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                Hello,

                                I have been charged rs. 23.60/- as "insuf bal atm decline charge-080118" after i deposit rs. 5, 000/- to my account and that too from sbi atm and that after this charge was levied.

                                I'm unsure why this charge has been levied although i'm maintaining and withdrawing within minimum balance limit.

                                Please refund the amount!

                                  sir, i, m having savings a/c with sbi, gopal nagar branch, majitha road, amritsar, punjab ( branch 0000748).
                                  Abv branch refusing cash deposit thru their counter, forced us to deposit thru cmd, & we hv to pay cmd charges.
                                  Hence, humble request to advice br. Mng to accept cash depositing thru counter.
                                  Others nationalised banks are accepting cash deposits.

                                    On[protected] I paid a challan in to the credit of A/C No. [protected] and I get the DTE copy and Candidates copy of challan and there is no entries in journal number and journal date it was very disappointing because it is the last date to submit the challan details online for an exam purpose. I want to refund this amount and proper remunaration for this or I will move legally..

                                      My name is Sagar Suresh Jagtap and am a consumer durable loan customer in bajaj finance. i have purchased product for whcich EMI's are all cleared. but they deducted Rupees 295 for 4 times as charged received mandate fail.                                       10000 and10000 to my account respectively (acc no.[protected])by Aadhar card (Aeps)with the help shgb bank bc (Aadhar no.[protected] this amount debited to my account but not credited to bc I try to complaint on customer care no but all the time they say either server problem or your data is not showing then they say To go your hometown bank but I also visited bank many times give many handwriten application but they Dennied to take any complaint they say go to bc'sbank but they also Denied to take any complaint .I kindly request to you please take a look at this issue and solve as soon as possible
