A refund of 444 rupee was successfully processed on 27 april 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not recieved the refund till now. I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction number[protected] but nobady has replied. refund of 444 rupee was successfully peocessed on 27april 2019 to my account by amazon but refund is nit reflecting in my accout . i have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund with refrence number[protected]. please solve this problem as soon as posible.
I opened my a/c in sbi 2 year ago at that time bank has no miximum limit was not .but now they are talking to put 3000 rs minimum in my a/c if i don't do this some charge will be taken from bank.
Sir amount of 1500 has been deducted from my account on 24 may.This transaction is not done by me.reference no of this transaction is OTHPG[protected] PAYTM NOIDA.I Want to get my money return.[protected] is my phone no linked to my account.please help me.

    Respected sir, i pravanjan mahapatra having sb joint account no-[protected] with sbi branch chandan pur, i have requested for cheque book and i got it but the problem is as it is a joint account both me and my wifes name to be appear in the cheque book but they send me the one with only my name printed. After continuous request i didn't get any reply from my branch, why only my name written on cheque book.

      Dear sir/madam
      Respected sir
      I have an a/c in sbi bank at j-20 saket branch ifsc sbin0008442 named bansal electricals. There is a problem i want share that your employee amit and branch manager misbehaves with me and his way of talking is so rudely. My transaction of cheques in my bank a/c is in bulk quantity daily whenever i deposit my cheques in my a/c yourstaff refuses to take cheques for the reason that it's in high quantity. He creates problems everytime unnessessory to disappoint me. Please take immediate action on that matter for your valuable customers otherwise i have no option other than to close that a/c. Unfortunately, manager of saket sbi branch made an intolerable behaviour with me. He was rude, aggressive and on top of that he used an abbusive language with me.
      As i want to ask that we deal banking with sbi to hurt ourselves. Sir i feel very hurt with his behaviour.
      You are requested to please look into the matter with your keen interest as i am having banking with sbi from the last ten years.
      An early action in this regard shall be highly appreciated.

      Many time sbi custumer care complaint but without resolve my complaint closed. What is this sbi

        Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

          Dear sbi,

          I have never seen worst banking like you.. First of all i could not understand why don't you show the full reference before debiting any amount neither your customer care number responded properly.. Today i got a msg that your account is debited 295/- transferred to investment intermediate.. Is this a joke you guys are transferring amount without customer consent and prior intimation.. You guys sent me 4 debit card in a single account without my request and debiting annual charges of the cards how can you issue multiple cards in a sb account that to without customer request.. Please reverse all this amount or else i will escalate this to higher authority

            One kunal sharma, called me that since my credit card points were expired, sbi, credit card dept., nariman point, mumbai has converted my points into cash of rs.4852/- and wants to verify my identity to credit the above amount to my cc. He asked my name/ dob which i gave him. Then he asked my cc no. Which i refused to give him, after long argument and convinced me by telling me my first 6 digits of my cc, i gave him my cc no. Further he asked me whether my card is visa or master, i told him that also. Now he started convincing me to tell him the cv number and also asked me whether they are 3 digits or 4 digits. I refused to give him further information & he kept on trying to convince me. Then he put me to manager and same question he kept asking. I told them i am not interested in the credit of rs.4852/- and in no circumstances i will give you any further details of my card. He started abusing me and used very bad words. I just disconnected the phone.

I did not received and cancel my order, but my payment will be done by bank account on 4th may 2019 (749 rupees). But my refund will paid by amazon on 8th may (749 rupees).                 I made a account transfer request on past 03 months from BR market sbi branch (SBIN0040015) to my home branch HMT layout sbi bank (SBIN0041152) my account was transferred however my CIF customer information (aadhar and pan) details are not transferred I talk with BR market sbi manger he did not responded correctly and gave a written request also
                And gave a complaint in customer care service also their is no use still they not transferred to my home branch HMT layout sbi branch
                Without CIF transfer I can't get net banking facilities and facilities from my home branch

                    This is regarding an unauthorized transaction made with my debit card of inr 1000/-
                    My account is debited with the name of othpg with rs 1000/- without any message
                    I never use card online and never share card details to anybody
                    Please give me a solutions. I want my money bank at any cost. Without any intimation how bank will do like this. Banking customer care service not responding properly to resolve this issue....

                    Hi team,

                    I have been rising so many requests to clear my cibil issue on my credit card no (5600) and your team had given me the amount to clear that. I had done payment for the same amount in the month of mar'19 and rised requests to clear my cibil issue with ref[protected] they have given eta as 27/5/2019. But till now i have not received any update on this issue status. Kindly help me on this issue.

                    Sir, this is hotel doma residency, gangtok. we have POS machine. And giving facilities to customer for cashless. we have been trying since last 3 days to give complain but not getting any number. we are facing problem to swipe customer bill. as it is a tourist season, lot costomers are facing problem. so kindly send some one to check the machine.

                      My name is shrikant manohar ingle and i had transfer money of rs. 200 in two transactions rs 100 in each transaction on amazon pay on date of 27/05/2019 but money is not credited to my friend account so i call to amazon and told about this matter and amazon sent this reference numbers[protected] and[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india bank doesn't have such policy. So

                        I had purchased a product with amazon which i later returned.
                        As per amazon the refund request was accepted and refund reference number is[protected]. I did not get any refund in my account even after 20 days. On contacting amazon they say its the bank problem and on contacting the bank they say its "gateway problem"with amazon. Please help me out with this.

                          On 19th may 2019, from my sbi savings bank ac no-[protected] (Sbi, kalna branch, branch code-106, ifsc-sbin0000106), rupees 295 was deducted due to some si failure but my account have enough sufficient balance to pay the si (Only si active on my said account number is 120/- against a rd of rupees 120/-), after complaning branch they dont help me about that matter, they told give a writing complaint, after give them a writing complaint on very next day, till today i have no positive response from them, pls help me about that case, i attached the statement in favour of my complain

                            On 09 April 2019 Rs 19, 999.00 got debited from my SBI Account without my knowledge and without OTP. I lodged a complaint immediately with the SBI Customer Care, Complaint No. [protected]. They told to resolve this issue within 45 days. After 45 days they informed me that my complaint is resolved but it is yet to be resolved. The exact position is yet to be communicated to me.

                                I have been using SBI credit card since 2015. I was charged annual fee in April 2019. I called up the bank to cancel the card as I didn't want to pay the fees. The agent Amruta promised me that once I make the annual fees & late fees, they will reverse all the fees on the card. My reference number is[protected]. But in the May'19 statement generated on 14th May, I was again charged with a interest of INR 7463. I called on 27th May'19 & the agent, Sarenya informed me that Amruta didn't make any late fees / interest fees reversal & she just made a false promise. Because of that I have been charged a late fees.
                                I will not make this payment as I have not used this card & I will never use this card again due to the unethical measures adopted by SBI card company. My credit card number ends in 2641.

                                  I abhishek sinha taken a car loan from hdfc bank and ecs get deduct from my sbi bank account on 5th of every month.

                                  Now from january 2019 ecs not get deduct from my sbi account on day 5th again hdfc bank re-present it on day 14th but again its not deducted, but in 3rd time day 22nd when hdfc bank again re-present ecs 3rd time amount get deduct from my sbi account. This is happening from last 5 months and when i have inquire...

                                  Hi,

                                  I had some outstanding due on SBI credit card which I have cleared and seek NOC on same. I can provide my payment statement and I have also mailed same to SBI customer care service but yet hear anything from them. This is very urgent as it's needed by my current employer.

                                  Seeking urgent resolution of same.

                                    While using my sbi atm card to withdraw an amount of rs.10, 000/ from the canara atm machine (Canatm0878w032fm) at krishna nagar, yousuf guda, hyderabad, the transaction failed on 5th may’2019 and i got the message, the amount of rs.10, 000/- has been debited from my account. I informed the matter immediately to sbi customer. But so far the amount has not been credited to my account till date.

                                    Almost 16 working days & 23 days was gone till date the amount is not credited to my account.

                                    We request you to please look into this issue and resolve at the earliest due to amount is require urgent basis for hospital purpose.
