Dear Sir,
Iam Girish K.P., An SB account holder of SBI, My Ac No. is [protected], and I made a payment of Rs.250 through PhonePe Application on 9th of April 2019, and the amount of that payment has been transferred to a wrong account number
So I request you to kindly cancel that transaction and take the transfered amount back to my account and oblige.

The details and the copy of the same has been attached with this mail for your reference.

    othpg deduction

    This is regarding an unauthorized transaction made with my debit card of inr 1000/-
    My account is debited with the name of othpg with rs 1000/- without any message
    I never use card online and never share card details to anybody
    Please give me a solutions. I want my money bank at any cost. Without any intimation how bank will do like this. Banking customer care service not responding properly to resolve this issue....

    Hi team,

    I have been rising so many requests to clear my cibil issue on my credit card no (5600) and your team had given me the amount to clear that. I had done payment for the same amount in the month of mar'19 and rised requests to clear my cibil issue with ref[protected] they have given eta as 27/5/2019. But till now i have not received any update on this issue status. Kindly help me on this issue.

And giving facilities to customer for cashless. we have been trying since last 3 days to give complain but not getting any number. we are facing problem to swipe customer bill. as it is a tourist season, lot costomers are facing problem. so kindly send some one to check the machine.

        I had purchased a product with amazon which i later returned.
        As per amazon the refund request was accepted and refund reference number is[protected]. I did not get any refund in my account even after 20 days. On contacting amazon they say its the bank problem and on contacting the bank they say its "gateway problem"with amazon. Please help me out with this.

          On 19th may 2019, from my sbi savings bank ac no-[protected] (Sbi, kalna branch, branch code-106, ifsc-sbin0000106), rupees 295 was deducted due to some si failure but my account have enough sufficient balance to pay the si (Only si active on my said account number is 120/- against a rd of rupees 120/-), after complaning branch they dont help me about that matter, they told give a writing complaint, after give them a writing complaint on very next day, till today i have no positive response from them, pls help me about that case, i attached the statement in favour of my complain

            On 09 April 2019 Rs 19, 999.00 got debited from my SBI Account without my knowledge and without OTP. I lodged a complaint immediately with the SBI Customer Care, Complaint No. [protected]. They told to resolve this issue within 45 days. After 45 days they informed me that my complaint is resolved but it is yet to be resolved. The exact position is yet to be communicated to me.

              On[protected] tatacliq initiated refund on my account in sbi. However I have not received a refund on account. The amount is Rs 7191. And the sender is tatacliq.

                I have been using SBI credit card since 2015. I was charged annual fee in April 2019. I called up the bank to cancel the card as I didn't want to pay the fees. The agent Amruta promised me that once I make the annual fees & late fees, they will reverse all the fees on the card. My reference number is[protected]. But in the May'19 statement generated on 14th May, I was again charged with a interest of INR 7463. I called on 27th May'19 & the agent, Sarenya informed me that Amruta didn't make any late fees / interest fees reversal & she just made a false promise. Because of that I have been charged a late fees.
                I will not make this payment as I have not used this card & I will never use this card again due to the unethical measures adopted by SBI card company. My credit card number ends in 2641.

                  I abhishek sinha taken a car loan from hdfc bank and ecs get deduct from my sbi bank account on 5th of every month.

                  Now from january 2019 ecs not get deduct from my sbi account on day 5th again hdfc bank re-present it on day 14th but again its not deducted, but in 3rd time day 22nd when hdfc bank again re-present ecs 3rd time amount get deduct from my sbi account. This is happening from last 5 months and when i have inquire...

                  I had some outstanding due on SBI credit card which I have cleared and seek NOC on same. I can provide my payment statement and I have also mailed same to SBI customer care service but yet hear anything from them. This is very urgent as it's needed by my current employer.

                    While using my sbi atm card to withdraw an amount of rs.10, 000/ from the canara atm machine (Canatm0878w032fm) at krishna nagar, yousuf guda, hyderabad, the transaction failed on 5th may’2019 and i got the message, the amount of rs.10, 000/- has been debited from my account. I informed the matter immediately to sbi customer. But so far the amount has not been credited to my account till date.

                    Almost 16 working days & 23 days was gone till date the amount is not credited to my account.

                    We request you to please look into this issue and resolve at the earliest due to amount is require urgent basis for hospital purpose.

                        My husband's amount had been debited today for two times and the customer care is not even responding properly. 1st time 24k and next it was 20k that too consecutively. Please anyone kindly help us here. This money we had is something for an emergency. Very worst and poor service i have ever seen. Who will be responsible for this theft now. Anyone here let me know what could be done. Also i had registered complaints but it seems they need 90 days. Atleast let me know whether we will get that stolen amount or not. We are very much irritated because of this and how it is possible to someone withdraw amount from atm if we are having atm card with us. What kind of security that you are providing to people.

                            R/sir, i having pmsp account in sbi seohara ifsc code - sbin0003196. I tried to withdrwal rs. 4000/- from viajya bank atm on 22/05/2017, but due to electric cut amount not withdrawal and deducted from my account. I have submitted/ hand over 03 application with all related document to sbi seohara since aug. 2017 to refund of rs. 4000/- o[censored]n withdrawal atm amount, but till date no action is taken by the bank for refund of my amount. Request take action to refund of my amount immediately.

                            My order for samsung galaxy m20 was returned automatically at 6 may 2019 but i didn't get my refund. I already called Amazon india costumer service and they told me thay if you don't get refund in 10 to 15 day than you can complain.

                              Sub complaint against sbi.

                              Sir, i am a above 70 years age. I have complaint for services given by sbi. I have my account no [protected] in sbi branch phadnis colony, code 30144, indore.
                              I have issued a cheque no [protected] of an amount of rs 3275/- for national insurance company for my car insurance on 5th may 2019. This cheque has been dishonoured by sbi on 10 may 2019 and deducted an amount of rs177/- stating that this has been dishonoured without indicating any reason.

                              I made complaint to sbi and my complaint no is [protected] and they send me massage as under:-

                              "your complaint [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as:thankyou for the feedback. Necessary action has been taken to improve customer service and employees suitably counseled to provide suitable responses to customer queries.."

                              I have request that once sbi has taken action then my deducted amount of rs 177/- may be refunded. So far no action has been done by sbi.

                              My complaint is still there that "cheque book issued by bank, i have issued my cheque to national insurance company for car insurance, my bank balance is sufficient, you have taken action against staff then why not to refund my amount of rs 177/-"
                              Since i am above age 70 years and i am troubled by bank. Please solve my problem.

                                  I have recharged my bsnl mobile via amazon on 16-5-19 and the amount was deducted from my bank account but the transaction failed. They (Amazon) have processed my refund and issued me a refund reference no. 968656 on 17-5-19 and asked me to contact the customer care of my bank ie state bank of india. I made several calls and all the customer executives said that they are unable to help me and no dispute charge option is available to them, then i talked to amazon again and they said that they have already processed the refund from their side. Now whatever is to be done is by the bank. Nothing has been done by the bank till date.

                                    Got a call asking for bank details and atm. He said he is from sbi, atm got blocked. I said don't have account in sbi, he asked in which bank you have account.
                                    Received a call from [protected]. Then he started abusing and disconnect the call.
                                    I visited police choki, they said don't share any details with them. They are using fake sim card so would not be able to take any action against them. Dont entertain such calls
