I am not able to understand why interest on EMI is charging in account if I closed the all EMI at a time with spoke your customer care people and they said after close all EMI at a time no outstanding will be due. Why it is showing. I am sending a email in simple english language but your Nodel officer is not able to understand. Without check response given by Nodel officer you have to pay. Please check properly. Do not harras people without check. If I purchase any thing I have to pay with GST. But with GST interest on EMI is also showing. I have cleared all EMI at a time. When I called to customer care why you are not confirm that after payment we will charge interest on EMI in every month. Please confirm your customer to everything. I have no problem to pay whatever amount I use. This is my last mail. Until and unless I will not get resolution from you I am happy to go consumer court. I have closed loan in lots of time in HDFC bank. They will not charged intrest on EMI for closed loan. If I paid all amount at a time outstanding should be zero in my account. After all payment it is showing in my account. One month showing cr amount.

    Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

      Sir.. A lady called me today.. She asked for my credit card last 8 digits number.. I provided her.. She was mentoining she was from sbi.. As i was insisting her again n again.. Later she asked to type my cvv number.. And then asked to type the otp.. My account has been deducted a amount of 8000 rupees.. Now what to do.. Please help.. I have insisted that lady many times.. And she said that she was from sbi.. The card belongs to my mom.. She is 55 years of age.. So many transaction is only done by me.. That lady have called me from many numbers.. I have saved all her numbers.. Her number was even showing name of sbi on truecaller.. Please help sir. I want my money back.. Please help.. When i asked her dat money has been deducted.. She said dis is blocked.. And the money will only be deducted as emi of 330 for 24 months.. And it is compulsory for every bank customer to use dis.. From dis i will be given discount card.. Through which i will get 25% off on every transaction.. One body check up..3 days 2 nights domestic travel..2 movie tickets.. And 1 gift voucher worth 4000 rupees.. Please help sir

        But my order is not placed on amazon
        I am so freaking out now..
        Please help me out.
        I have called everywhere whether it's amazon or bhim or sbi call centre
        Nobody is accepting their mistake
        I just want my money back which is deducted by sbi without noticing anything in detail.

          A refund of 1699 rupees was successfully processed on 03 may 2019 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my account by now but i have not received the refund till now. I have called sbi customer service but nobody has replied. I have confermed with amazon and they have successfully proccessed the refund. The reference number for this transaction was provided : 647572

            Here i want solution for unauthorized transactions performed in my account on 15th may 2019. I got notification of this transactions regarding deduction amount only on my register mobile no. After that i block my card and by checking passbook found that these transactions perform are online net banking transaction. I am not using net banking and also the service (Itune) where the deduction done. The total amount of deduction is rs. 3400-/, that are in different part. The deduction amount goes to "itunes.com/bill" as i got from passbook entry. So for this fraud transaction check in system and make prevention for it and provide refund to me for there transactions amount.

            Hope i got earlier response from sbi.

              I had purchased property from sbi under public auction sarfaesi act 2002 as on 11.12.2013. After auction sbi told the building plan approval copy and survey map is missing. Sbi delivered only 3254sq. Ft. Only balance 507.75sq. Ft is missing sbi said this auction conducted by as is where is basis so we do not give any reply from this matter. I had already complaint to you in the month of 2015 but still sbi still do not any auction. Still ihad paid basnk emi 23500 and other loan interest rs. 1, 7000.00 recently i had received old mother documents (1935) from sub registrar office, karur. This document said four boundaries are correctly mentioned. But the area is 25x250 6250 sq. Ft. How it possible. Please help me recover of land with compensation. Expecting your auctions.

                  Dear sbi,

                  Multiple times amount inr 7900 has been deducted from my sbi debit card with pos 00212955 [txn#752663 and txn#695305] by itunes.com/bill.

                  I have not done these two transactions, hence called customer representative immediately and reported these fraud transactions and blocked the card.

                  Kindly help me to get my amount back into my account immediately. Please help quickly as this is my savings salary account.

                    I have purchased laptop (Hp) from sargam electronics pitam pura on 05.11.2018 on emi (06 months) with sbi credit card, my all emi has been paid still cash back is not received (Which is 10% of the amount). After having various communication with sbi customer care & sargam no conclusion has been given.

                    Were its written on charge slip that cash back will we received within 90 days, but note received till 17.05.2019.
                    Please give conclusion of this.

                    When will we receive cash back.

                    In case if BANK is not giving any resolution then ask customer to share the reference number which will be given by SBI BANK along with mobile number (which is registered in BANK) so that we can escalate the same from our end.

                      Your sbi card collection agency (Unify infra services) nagpur promoting illegally appointed the agents & should not pay there salary properly. Agency take only 7000/- of salary & 1% of incentive on collection amount. But also total salary get in 2months late also. However per month new appoinments per months.
                      So please i request you to pay regular salary properly & increment the incentives properly.

                          Fraud transaction by google *proxima beta on sbi bank account.
                          I, ashish vishwakarma, account holder in sbi bank, stated on dated 15/05/2019 my account has been debited by total amount of inr 14, 003, (66 transaction of inr 79, and 11 transaction of inr 799) all in the span of 30 minutes through my bank account.

                          This was an un-authorised transaction in the name of "google*proxima beta". The bank account is in my custody and i have never share my credentials to anyone, neither i have opted any paid google services and subscription.

                          Request you take immediate action on the above fraud transaction to get back the refund urgently.

                          Please take this up on priority.

                          Kindly revert if further details are required.

                            It is very unfortunate to reveal that even after 1 1/2 years,
                            I have not been able to receive my revised pension. Sbi fbd saysthey have not recd. Revised order from chandni chowk branch. Please look into the matter & do the needful asap. Thanx.

                            Refer my letter dated 17/5/2019 & reminder of 20/6/2019 regarding 7th CPC revised pension of vijay Laxmi Bhatt, I am sorry to say that even after 2 years of its declaration, my case still remains unresolved . C P C has already done it's part only SBI has to send a final letter to its Faridabad SBI (branch 0000734) for payment .Should it take 2 years ? Pl. resolve my case immediately lest I may have to sit on Dharna in your chandani chowk office .

                              The money was deducted from my bank account but the uc was not added to my game. The statement of my bank account shows that the money was transferred to times of money limited. Please resolve the issue, i want my cash back to my bank account.                                 The age of banking service with SBI is more than 12 years old. I have send more than 6-7 mails to branch manager but did not received any reply from her/his. If branch manager are bound to reply customer mail it would great to stop the marketing that "48-hour deadline works for ‘unhappy’ customers" I was in London from 1st-Feb-2019 to 28th-Feb-2019. in that I authorized (i.e Hard copy application with my signature and Identity proof and also conveyed over mail marking Branch manager and sis in cc.) my sister to act on my behalf regarding this account during the said time. I have received a debit card ending with 0063 but still unlocked. I have sent many reminder with request to unblock my card. but did not hear anything from Branch manager. when I asked my sis please visit at the branch and ask branch manager to unlock my card, she denied that account holder has to visit the branch. it would be great, if you look at the matter to provide the reason for such unprofessional attitude of the Manager.

                                  A cheque was bounced even thought I had sufficient balance in my account. Got no reason on asking bank. No support was given by sbi customer care, tried to open ticket online but those options were not working. Eventually when I registered complaint online, it was fejected both the times with reason as "it was deduced for valid reason" And I still don't know that valid reason because it was not mentioned anywhere. On asking the person who submitted cheque to the bank, he got a message of insufficient balance. I checked my transactions online and I had sufficient balance at that time. Tried to complaint about many times but no assistance from SBI.

                                    Unauthorized transaction made 18 times today from my account for ₹79 (Total ₹1422 deducted) and showing pos transaction but i have not done any transaction and card is with me.                                         Ordered an item from myntra of amount 1231 due to some issue i returned it.
                                        Myntra has initiated my refund on 5may with reference numberrefund transferred - 110835733650469780203 [incident: in[protected]]
                                        But sbi says their is no refund initiated
                                        Sbi help team says no refund has been initiated by myntra and the reference number will not work
                                        It's been more than 12 days i haven't received my refund.
                                        Resolve my problem as soon as possible
