I refund of rs 499 was successfully transferred to my account on 21 april. The reference code for the transaction is 375952 given by amazon. It should be reflected to my account within 5 days but till now i have not received any refund. I already confirmed with my bank about this but they are saying they don't have any pending refund. Please help soon regarding this.

    On 1st may 2019 someone used my sbi credit card details to load money in his/her mobikwik wallet. The fraudster did two transactions of 9999 rs each so total 19998 rs. On the same day i checked my email for these transactions and informed the credit card company which is state bank of india. But they are not giving me any refund and are saying that i have to pay this amount in my bill.

    Please investigate this and help me to get refund in my card back.

      I have tried to recharge jio of 349 rs but it was failed but money was debited from my account. Since 2 days passed but no money was refunded to me. I have complaint in the jio care but they are telling that no money was gone towards them. Contact with your bank.
      So please refund my money because recharge was failed. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible

        I used my debit card at amazon india on may 21, 2019 for purchasing goods worth inr 46, 930. Due to some delivery reasons order got cancelled, refund initiated by amazon on same day, but refund not credited by in my bank account. My saving a/c [protected]. I also called bank customer care and visited branch also.
        Amazon saying please file "charge dispute form".

          Dear sir,
          I, baldev singhi, an account holder in sbi, palwal branch code 002437, wish to draw your attention toward the debit of an amount of rs. 3000/- on 30 apr 2019 at 05:45pm as per transaction id p1904301745294891517037. It can be seen that transaction done by me on the date mentioned but the amount has not been credit in recipient account. Thereafter, i submitted the application to the branch. Besides, i asked to fill up and submit a complaint form, but the form was avoided to accept by the same banker. I am out of town and it is very difficult for me to manage with a handful of money over here.
          Therefore, i request you to kindly look into the matter and initiate the refund procedure as soon as possible. I am very sorry to say that in case no necessary step is taken this time, i would be compelled to take some major actions, as i cannot afford to bother my family any more to come to the bank again and again for the same purpose.

          I have a savings deposit account in State Bank of India. SBI has debited Rs 147 from my account. I need to know the reason of debit. Therefore I request the respective bank to kindly address the issue and resolve it.
          My friend mad transition in phone pe on that day the transition was failed but amount was debited and next day the transition was successful but i did'tget that amount plz check that and reply me fast as soon as possible

            Yesterday, my sister got a call for me, she thinks the call related to a job interview but that one wants to talk to me so my sister handover the phone to me. Callers said that he was calling from sbi bank pitampura, delhi regarding loan recovery of 1 lac. I was surprised because i m a student. How is possible a person can call & said i took 1 lac rupee from sbi bank.

            I inform him i didn't take any amount from any bank etc.

            Further, he said he has document & signature, etc... While i ask him about the confirmation calls or document & address verification, etc he did not clarify anything else.

            He just said one of my neighbors takes a loan on the behalf of me. I told him please go to his home & take the action against him is he does such type of stupid activity.

            I lodge this complaint because he threat me my life will suffer if i will not pay the amount. I did not take any loan by anyone.

            On 29/04/2019 time 22:24:20 when I went to deposit 30000 one 500 note has been taken for verification and not deposited in my account .please return my Money As soon as possible.

            Sir i have used my atm card to buy a tyre for my scooter on 17/04/2019. The transaction was failed. But the amount Rs.1150/- deducted from my account. The vendor told the amount will return to your account. Still not yet credited.
            I have sbi simply ...credit card but they r continuesely doing wrong billing
            After so many conversation to their customer care executive they are not able to understand my problem & charge so may charger even i had pay my amount

              It's been an month i am. Talking with sbi costumer care. They are just giving me silly reasons that they have assclated my email to backend team. But still my case has not been resolved. Being an reputed bank if they behave like small bank they there is not use of having an account with such bank. Request you people to resolve my case asap

                I have made two transction from sbi atm situated in mount abu on dt 18.4.19 & 19.4.19 respectively but both time cash havent dispensed. I have registered my complaints (Case id 745432 & 745590) and received assurance that my money will be credited in 7 working days but still amount is pending at bank's part. Further no status updation has bee nreceived so far

                I buyed one product from online site (Amazon} bcoz my personal reasons I cancelled it .. Bt my refund is not showing by my bank..i talked to Amazon customer service they said u r amount is initiated on that day it will be reflected in u r account in 4 5 minimum days... Bt 15 days are completed i didn't showing my amount till

                  Sir i have suffering 295/ charge in 6 month three times bank say that this is a service but i am sure that i don't know this type any service pls sir i can't effort this unnecessary charge please closed this service soon. Sir many times i called to customer care but they say that meet to your home branch. But sir i am a employer and i live 700 km away from to home branch. I believe that sir you also give relief to me.

                      I dont know why i have been charged 25 (Twice) charges mentioning "fi txn @ csp outlet" even i dont use any customer service point and why do i, since i have account in every third bank i use to credit and then transfer to other maintaining every account.

I had tried to know about the unauthorized transaction of Rs. 295 on 28/4/19 by SBI Customer Executive on 1/5/19 but they scared me that if you try to submit your complain against that's transaction then your ATM card is going to blocked.                               Myself ravi javia and i have sbi saving account in ssi jamnagar branch, my account number : [protected]
                              I was deposited cheque (30682) but cheque was bounce and reason was differ signature, i was already changed my signature with bank and i was already cheque deposited 2 times with same signature at this time cheque was clear without any issue but this time cheque was bounce with nonce reason, i was very dissatisfied and time west behind this issue please creadit amount as per mention on cheque without any delay otherwise i will visit counsumer court.

                                I have a recurring fixed deposit at sbi iit delhi branch, which i want to close.

                                I have already submitted an application at the branch.

                                However, the fd is not yet closed. I got a message that it will be auto-renewed on 4th may.

                                I cannot visit the branch (I live in mumbai) and unable to get through the contact numbers.

                                Calling customer care is a waste of time as i am asked to contact the branch only.

                                    Sir, i am a central psu employee. I have applied for sbi express credit personal loan for amount rs 1 lakh in sbi bongaigaon branch (1684) where i have salary account but they deny me saying that i have already loan in another bank.in real case i have not any loan in another bank. I was just a guarantor of loan amount rs 4 lakh which was drawn from canara bank.

                                      Sir,
                                      I have bought a smartphone from amazon on[protected] in the morning. But later for some undeniable reasons, i had to cancel the order. It was a debit card payment. Its been 9 days. But still i have not my refund. I am very disappointed sir.
                                      Amazon said that that have initiated the refund process on the very same day and provided me the refund reference number. I called my bank's customer care, but they refused to help me. I am feeling very disappointed sir with my bank's services now. Today amazon executive adviced me to file a charge distute against sbi.
                                      In this pityful condition, i am seeking your help. I am providing all details i have with this complaint. Hope you will handle this case very carefully.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I hold a credit card of TATA. I have done a request for BT to my AXIS bank credit card, in the first week of April 2019. I got an SMS that my cheque has been dispatched. No body called me to deliver the cheque. Again I got a message that "it was returned as the customer refused to accept it and sent to drop box".

                                        I really donno where my cheque is.
                                        I e-mailed to the TATA customer care. I called the toll free number, , , but no body helped me. I paid the rest of the amount on my card deducting the BT EMI.

                                        I need help on this, to roll back the EMI and the taxes applied in the April statement. I would accept this only if I receive my cheque.

                                        Please help me out.
