Hi Team,

I was given the settlement amount which was higher so i have request to reduce the amount which is coated and since there is no response from the team i have escalated to Principal Nodal officer in SBI Portal.

And one person from the principal nodal officer team has called me and discussed with me that she will be sending my request for approval post which I can do that payment accordingly.

And on the same a credit card settlement team barged into my house with very harsh and foul language. And I explained them the complete scenario happening with SBI Team.

All he said is do the payment and when i shared the images with regarding to the email communication regarding the same. He didn't even bother to look at it instead he was compelling me to do the payment without any idea regarding the process.

All he know is asking for payment. Below are the agent details:

Agent Name: Bala Raju - Mob: [protected]
Agent Manger: Ravikant (Dont have the mobile number, always connected via conference)

Finally i spoke to his ravikant and we agreed to wait till I get an email from the SBI Team regarding my approval.

I was expecting the email from SBI Team today(30-Apr-19) as mentioned in the email but i haven't received any email or call till now from them but again the agent has called me without even the basic understanding he is talking to me with very harsh words and tone.

First of all it is not my mistake that the mail hasn't come and moreover the agent's behaviour and language he is using in very irritating.

All i want is my credit card to be settle without any hassle but this is making my life miserable.

    Refund from amazon for amount rs 12869.70 has been processed on 21 april 2019. Refund reference number[760844]. The refund is not credited in my account till now. Conversation with amazon regarding this from my email account is attached.

    Please see a pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund under charge dispute as 'refund not processed'.

      Sir,
      I have applied for Simply Click SBI Credit Card for online shipping from amazon, Flipkart etc. website. But we have received Etihad Guest SBI Card. Tell me, how this card give me benefit. I had complained SBI customer care and found complained number[protected]. I have also request vide reference number[protected] to Nodal Officer, SBI credit Card to solve this problem. today I got a call by Bindu Bala, Customer Service Head Team – SBI Card. She emailed me that in application form I have applied for Etihad Card. Which statement is false and baseless. Why I applied for Etihad Card. Employee, who approve my SBI card is mad and who simply understand that I am eligible for Etihad card, then he/she approved me Etihad card. He/she rejected my request and done as his/her desire. Therefore, I am very dis-appointed with this type of behavior of SBI authority. I never suggest to my friend and colleague to use SBI Credit card.

      I want to request to Simply Click SBI Card immediately. I don't want to Etihad Guest SBI credit card. If I have not get Simply Click SBI Card, you are requested to block my Etihad Guest SBI card.

        I have saving account in SBI Viman nagar, on 29 April 2019, 5 transactions of INR 799 has been done and 3 transaction of INR 1. But that got credited however transaction of all INR 799 has not been credited. I got a missed call saying "Scammer" on Truecaller and from the next minute 7-8 transactions of INR 1 and INR 799 was done. Please check and refund my my money in my saving account, this is completely fraud activity. I got the messages like this: SBIDrCard X7816 used for Rs799.00 on29Apr19 at99999999 Txn#[protected] If not done by u fwd this SMS to [protected] or call[protected] to block ur Card
        Please refund the amount in my SBI savings account.

          Date-29/4/2019 time -5:30 pm, a 588.80 R's has been deducted from my sbi account without giving me any information. Their written that sbi credit card debit 588.so please take necessary action for my complaint at the earliest.
          It is also note that in this recent time I was not done any purchase from my credit card. So this type of service is very irritating and disgusting. So my request to the state bank of India that the banking services may be upgraded so the customer should be benefitted not upset.
          Also look into my complaints at the earliest.

                  I did online transaction amount is debited but still it is on pending... I have complained many times.. Mailed them 3-4 times no replay... Called them more than 10 times no response... Already 18 days completed still not my money is credited.. They are not responding to me...

                        I have applied for a Home loan against a property in Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. SBI home loan RACPC Janak Puri refused to approve the loan saying that the Title of the property is not clear. At the time of paying the byana to the seller of the property the Seller have taken me to SBI home loan Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon as the property documents are with them because of the seller ongoing home loan with SBI Bank. SBI bank has confirmed the Loan account number : [protected] against the seller of the property and assured that there would not be any fault or discrepancy on the property documents as SBI never approves loan against forged property. Due to the trust given by SBI bank i have payed an amount of SIXTEEN LAKH rupees to seller as byana amount. Later when SBI Home Loan RACPC Janakpuri refused my home loan file then i got the documents verified by Property lawyers and came to know that the property documents are forged. According to the property documents it was purchased from M/S Ansal Properties & Industries Ltd. Vide Sale Deed Vasika No. 13781 dated 23.02.1999 registered in the office of Sub-Registrar, Gurgaon in favour Mr Manmohan Lal Malhotra where Manmohan Lal Malhotra has already expired on 22.09.1998 which justifies the Property documents are Forged. I have been continuously following up with SBI Officials to justify the FRAUD done by RACPC SBI Home Loan, Udyog Vihar Gurgaon but they are not ready to answer and give the justification for approving loan against Forged property documents. I would request you all to kindly help me in raising my voice against FRAUD done by SBI Home loan.

                            Respected sir/ madam,
                            I josna jose checked my credit report in "experian credit report" through paisa bazaar on 27/04/2019 and i shocked
                            That one "personnel loan" (Amount is 20, 000) is active from state bank of india which opened on 13/03/2017 and that loan account number is

                            "but the reality is i didnt apply or didnt get any type of loan from state bank of india till this time."

                            I checked other credit agencies also but this is showing only in experian credit report.

                            I have a sbi saving account only the ac. Number is [protected].

                            I dont know how the fake loan detail given from sbi and i am doubtful that my account details misused from the bank. I am mentally disturbed in this condition.

                            I am requesting you to kindly review this case immedietly and fix this problem otherwise it will affect my credit score also.
                            So please do the needful. I have attached the screenshot of credit report with this complaint.

                            I am not satisfied bcze sbi replied me that please go to your nearest branch where i am having savings accont .i given all the details and that fraud personal loan account also atleast the sbi team can check the details which i given or why this fault occured. The sbi team simply avoided my complant.
                            Sir how to search my sbi account number by my aadhar card number
                            Sbi never sent any sms or call to submit my RC book and they charged me 2950 continuously for 2 months.

                            i did not receive my RC book on time because they sent to a different address.

                            we get calls from bank for all unnecessary things why bank will not call/sms before charging fees.

                            i request to wave off at least 2950.
                            I am holding a saving account in collectorate branch (CG). I had recharge online from debit card the rupees Rs 399/_ on 03/April. The money was cut but the recharge was not, because the amount not been credited in my accounts, hence your are requested to seen my complient and action for refund above amount.

                              The applicant submitted as under :
                              That kuldeep singh s/o ram diya, now r/o h. No. 300, atlas road, sonipat.
                              1. Applicant had open the saving account in year, 2008 in the sbi bank main branch, g. T road panipat. The account no. Of the applicant e. I [protected].
                              2. That on 1.08.2018 it has come notice that some amounts is debeting every month without the knowledge of the applicant. After calculating a some of rs.69000/. Had been withdrawn from the account of the applicant without consent.
                              3. The applicant moved a application to the bank on 1.08.2018 for freezing the account and also request for return the amount. The copy is attached.
                              4. The applicant has sent the notice to the bank through e-mail also, but no action has been taken by me bank on any complaint according to me, as withdrawn made from my account were unauthorized and bank is liable to refund the amount with interest. Since loss caused to the applicant are made fraudulently by third party is without the knowledge of the applicant, while applicant never share any o t p with third persons that bank is liable for the same, withdrawals amount to rs.69000/ were made from my account the applicant
                              5. Kindly enquire the matter take legal action against liable person and get refund my loss amount with intrest.

                                  My name is vivek. I had ordered a product worth rs. 197.00 from amazon.in on 19th september 2018 and paid through sbi internet banking. I had returned the product back to amazon.in on 19th october 2019 due to personal reason.

                                  On 19th october 2019, amazon.in had processed a refund amount of rs. 197.00 to the original payment method. However, i still haven't received the credit in my sbi bank account. Amazon.in provided me with a refund reference number "# igaejspar0" and told me to file a charge dispute in the bank. However, my sbi home branch says that they don't have such a policy. I've already contacted my home branch several times and they are unable to help me in anyway.

                                  Hence, please look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest as it has been nearly 6 months now.

                                    My wife Pushpa J Achary attempted to withdraw Rs.200/- from her SBI SB a/c [protected] through debit card at CANATM 1333EP42fm on 26 Apr 2019 in Txn #[protected]. When she took mini statement, it also showed sorry for inconvenience as the money not received by the customer. But the payment of Rs.200/- was not received and amount was deducted from her account as per the SMS received from the SBI. the matter may please be examined and the amount may be reverted to the aforesaid sb account at the earliest.

                                        Respected sir/madam,

                                        My full name is vishal kumar. I am a permanent resident of a village called chainpur in saran district of bihar. Today when every family has a bank account in our country, i don't have any bank account in any authorised bank. Therefore, i wished to open an saving account in my nearby sbi branch adb parsa (Ifsc code 003267).in this regard, i had submitted all the documents that they asked for opening my new account. They verified it and taken my personal mobile number for further information and asked me to wait for some days. After two months, i recently visited to know the status of my account but they disappointed me with their responses and it seems to me that they have zero interest to answer me why they are taking so much time.

                                        Kindly respond me as soon as possible in this regard.
