I dont know why i have been charged 25 (Twice) charges mentioning "fi txn @ csp outlet" even i dont use any customer service point and why do i, since i have account in every third bank i use to credit and then transfer to other maintaining every account.

But now a days sbi have become a charge seeker as it charges anytime for anything unknown to most of the peoples

    I m complaint that on[protected] i have ordered a product through amazon and paid using google upi of sbi but i cancelled that product due to some reason but till now my amount is not refunded in my account and amazon said that they have issued the amount from there side and also given the references number and said to contact sbi to complete the transaction but sbi is not doing it

      Sir, amazon.in had processed a refund to my account. The details are:

      Date processed:[protected]
      Amount: ₹3809.00

      But, the refund has not been credited to my account. I have talked to customer care executive of my bank regarding this issue several times, but they are of no help. They denied to track the status. I have also got the mail from amazon.in regarding the processing of refund from their side.

        Sir, I, Pankaj Kr Bora is cooperated my PMSP a/c No [protected] with Nagaon SBI (Code: 0146). I had tried to know about the unauthorized transaction of Rs. 295 on 28/4/19 by SBI Customer Executive on 1/5/19 but they scared me that if you try to submit your complain against that's transaction then your ATM card is going to blocked. Sir, Is it right?

          Dear sir
          Myself ravi javia and i have sbi saving account in ssi jamnagar branch, my account number : [protected]
          I was deposited cheque (30682) but cheque was bounce and reason was differ signature, i was already changed my signature with bank and i was already cheque deposited 2 times with same signature at this time cheque was clear without any issue but this time cheque was bounce with nonce reason, i was very dissatisfied and time west behind this issue please creadit amount as per mention on cheque without any delay otherwise i will visit counsumer court.

            I have a recurring fixed deposit at sbi iit delhi branch, which i want to close.

            I have already submitted an application at the branch.

            However, the fd is not yet closed. I got a message that it will be auto-renewed on 4th may.

            I cannot visit the branch (I live in mumbai) and unable to get through the contact numbers.

            Calling customer care is a waste of time as i am asked to contact the branch only.

              With reference to the above subject i submitted my application with documents to your lower parel office (Alankit). On 18th january 2019 but it has still not received by me till today. It appears that this will deny me the opportunity to demat the same. This is very unprofessional approach as you have not even bothered to contact me. I have made numerous calls but till date have not received the certificateand email without any response.

                Sir, i am a central psu employee. I have applied for sbi express credit personal loan for amount rs 1 lakh in sbi bongaigaon branch (1684) where i have salary account but they deny me saying that i have already loan in another bank.in real case i have not any loan in another bank. I was just a guarantor of loan amount rs 4 lakh which was drawn from canara bank.

                  Sir,
                  I have bought a smartphone from amazon on[protected] in the morning. But later for some undeniable reasons, i had to cancel the order. It was a debit card payment. Its been 9 days. But still i have not my refund. I am very disappointed sir.
                  Amazon said that that have initiated the refund process on the very same day and provided me the refund reference number. I called my bank's customer care, but they refused to help me. I am feeling very disappointed sir with my bank's services now. Today amazon executive adviced me to file a charge distute against sbi.
                  In this pityful condition, i am seeking your help. I am providing all details i have with this complaint. Hope you will handle this case very carefully.

                    Hi Team,

                    I hold a credit card of TATA. I have done a request for BT to my AXIS bank credit card, in the first week of April 2019. I got an SMS that my cheque has been dispatched. No body called me to deliver the cheque. Again I got a message that "it was returned as the customer refused to accept it and sent to drop box".

                    I really donno where my cheque is.
                    I e-mailed to the TATA customer care. I called the toll free number, , , but no body helped me. I paid the rest of the amount on my card deducting the BT EMI.

                    I need help on this, to roll back the EMI and the taxes applied in the April statement. I would accept this only if I receive my cheque.

                    Please help me out.

                      Hi Team,

                      I was given the settlement amount which was higher so i have request to reduce the amount which is coated and since there is no response from the team i have escalated to Principal Nodal officer in SBI Portal.

                      And one person from the principal nodal officer team has called me and discussed with me that she will be sending my request for approval post which I can do that payment accordingly.

                      And on the same a credit card settlement team barged into my house with very harsh and foul language. And I explained them the complete scenario happening with SBI Team.

                      All he said is do the payment and when i shared the images with regarding to the email communication regarding the same. He didn't even bother to look at it instead he was compelling me to do the payment without any idea regarding the process.

                      All he know is asking for payment. Below are the agent details:

                      Agent Manger: Ravikant (Dont have the mobile number, always connected via conference)

                      Finally i spoke to his ravikant and we agreed to wait till I get an email from the SBI Team regarding my approval.

                      I was expecting the email from SBI Team today(30-Apr-19) as mentioned in the email but i haven't received any email or call till now from them but again the agent has called me without even the basic understanding he is talking to me with very harsh words and tone.

                      First of all it is not my mistake that the mail hasn't come and moreover the agent's behaviour and language he is using in very irritating.

                      All i want is my credit card to be settle without any hassle but this is making my life miserable.

                        Dear sir / madam

                        Refund from amazon for amount rs 12869.70 has been processed on 21 april 2019. Refund reference number[760844]. The refund is not credited in my account till now. Conversation with amazon regarding this from my email account is attached.

                        Please see a pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund under charge dispute as 'refund not processed'.

                          I have applied for Simply Click SBI Credit Card for online shipping from amazon, Flipkart etc. website. But we have received Etihad Guest SBI Card. Tell me, how this card give me benefit. I had complained SBI customer care and found complained number[protected]. I have also request vide reference number[protected] to Nodal Officer, SBI credit Card to solve this problem. today I got a call by Bindu Bala, Customer Service Head Team – SBI Card. She emailed me that in application form I have applied for Etihad Card. Which statement is false and baseless. Why I applied for Etihad Card. Employee, who approve my SBI card is mad and who simply understand that I am eligible for Etihad card, then he/she approved me Etihad card. He/she rejected my request and done as his/her desire. Therefore, I am very dis-appointed with this type of behavior of SBI authority. I never suggest to my friend and colleague to use SBI Credit card.

                          I want to request to Simply Click SBI Card immediately. I don't want to Etihad Guest SBI credit card. If I have not get Simply Click SBI Card, you are requested to block my Etihad Guest SBI card.

                            I have saving account in SBI Viman nagar, on 29 April 2019, 5 transactions of INR 799 has been done and 3 transaction of INR 1. But that got credited however transaction of all INR 799 has not been credited. I got a missed call saying "Scammer" on Truecaller and from the next minute 7-8 transactions of INR 1 and INR 799 was done. Please check and refund my my money in my saving account, this is completely fraud activity. I got the messages like this: SBIDrCard X7816 used for Rs799.00 on29Apr19 at99999999 Txn#[protected] If not done by u fwd this SMS to [protected] or call[protected] to block ur Card
                            Please refund the amount in my SBI savings account.

                              Date-29/4/2019 time -5:30 pm, a 588.80 R's has been deducted from my sbi account without giving me any information. Their written that sbi credit card debit 588.so please take necessary action for my complaint at the earliest.
                              It is also note that in this recent time I was not done any purchase from my credit card. So this type of service is very irritating and disgusting. So my request to the state bank of India that the banking services may be upgraded so the customer should be benefitted not upset.
                              Also look into my complaints at the earliest.

                                      Dear sbi upi user, your account is debited inr 1000.0 on date[protected]:50:22 am by upi ref no[protected]...
                                      I did online transaction amount is debited but still it is on pending... I have complained many times.. Mailed them 3-4 times no replay... Called them more than 10 times no response... Already 18 days completed still not my money is credited.. They are not responding to me...
