With due respect, i want to inform you that whenever i tried to generate my atm pin on onlinesbi.com it's showed account not mapping. I also unhide my current account and i upgraded to full transactions righs but the issue not solved so tell me what should i do?? Or
Please update my account details in internet banking and rectify mapping issues. Please kindly response and fix it as soon as possible.

    I'm a student and I'm going to this bank from last 5-6 years.A month ago, i went to the bank to get a new passbook.At the first place the service manager argued for the photograph. Now today when i went again he rudely said that "jaa vahan se karake laa" and threw my new as well as my old passbook on the floor. I told him that last time he said he'll do it and today he said "maine jhaadu lagane ke liye bola hoga to mai kya vo karunga". I was talking politely but then he started shouting. Government employee's duty is to serve the public and doing his/her job at his best but how will the public cooperate if this will be the employee's behavior?

        got error e605 and could not submit my sbi po application form

        I submited po application form in sbi and on reaching final step it showed error. I tryed to submit the application form online. But i am unable to submit it because it is always giving error that "there are one or more forms marked in red that are yet to be completed.         Dear all,

        I mr milind v kamat from mumbai has been recieving an harassment calls from sbi credit card collection department for collection of dues of a colleague.

        I have not given any refrence of mr gyanesh yadhav whose dues are pending with sbi.

        Mr anurag chavan an sbi collection department are unnecessary harassing me and the lady has abused me.

        I would like to file a complaint agaisnt the same and nos from which i am recieving calls are [protected] and[protected]

        Kindly block this nos and would like to file case of harassment

          Hi,
          I have applied for the sbi credit card on april 18 and got sms on april 19th stating that it has been send through speed post consignment number ev[protected] stating that i will be receiving the card within 5 working days. But when i tried to track the status through india post it throws message the number entered was invalid.

          I got call from sbi customer care and got the exact consignment number eh[protected]in. When checking for the same status it shows that addressed can't be located/identified and went back to gurgaon.
          Again 5days back i got the call from sbi customer care the card has been sent through blue dart courier and will reach me within 3 days. But yet to receive the card.

          I lost my patience and got frustration that without receiving the card they send sms to pay the annual fee for an amount of 567/-.

          Please provide a solution to this as i have tried sending complaints to sbi. But there was no proper response so far.
          Kindly take appropriate action.

            Sir i am nishana n, my sbiac number is-[protected]. I deposited the check in sbi thrissur paramekkavu branch on 12apr19 but not cleared the check till now and also levies check bounced charge of 177rs. Today when i visited the branch and ask for the check, the staffs told me your check returned without any reason. They didn't ask for any amendments and correction in check or form. So kindly request you to back my 177rs for check bounce and my check must be clear without delay. The behavior of the staff is very rude in paramekkavu branch.

              It is requested that a total amount of rupees 3256 is deducted from my account under multiple entries on 7march 2019 under heading by debit card othpg. Most of transactions are of rs 420 and rs 249. The status of my atm card was shown blocked on 6march 2019. But i neither do such transation nor block my card. Please look into the matter and refund my amount.

                Today 24th april 2019 at around 6pm i tried to purchase prime plus membership in pubg mobile. After completing payment process it showed transaction error and purchase failed but after 10mins i got a sms that rs390 was deducted. Now when i open play storeorder history i cant find any subscription of prime plus, in the game too i didn't get the membership. Now i request a refund asap. All the proofs are attached below.

                  Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                  I had withdrawl cash from atm and the transaction was declined but money was debited from my atm. After that transaction i have checked my balance in mobile. At that time i have money. But after some time the money was debited. How is this possible. Please send my money back to account.

                      Sbi bank should act on this asap.

                      Beware some of the gangs are using sbi bank name and sending otps from
                      Ad - sbi card
                      Ax - sbi card

                      So that people can find it real and provide the card details and otp details and i have lost around 12, 000 from sbi credit card and icici bank by receiving otp from sbi card.

                      My scenario:

                      For example:

                      I got a call today "24th april 2019" from sbi bank stating that, you have received 4900 rupees as a bonus points can tell you tell your card details, so that we can transfer the amount to your bank account.

                      Message/ otp received to mobile: ax-sbicard

                      My mistake: provided the card details.

                      As a result concerned amount has been deducted from my bank account and credited to defaulter paytm account.

                      Transaction details:

                      Iin/paytm /[protected]/[protected] : 1, 410

                      Mobile number used: +91 [protected]

                      Asking you help to track the culprit as they are using the paytm account to deduct the amount from concerned bank beneficary account.

                          I have faced incomplete transaction due to power off in the atm s1na[protected] arsikere branch — sbi atm hassan dist, karnataka. The transaction number is 6797 on 19 april 2019 at 7.13 pm of rs 9000/-.
                          The sum of amount 9000 (Nine thousands only) deducted in the account but the amount remains in the machine due to power cutoff as the machine stops during the process of transaction.

                            Home loan account number [protected] (Pun dev shah), we had taken it in 2004 for 15 years tenure, bank decided the emi of rs.2950 and emi of rs.2950 is being deducting since november 2004, all emi's are on time but bank (Manager, mr. Shekhar and chief manager mr. I. P singh) called us on 06/04/19 in their ndri branch (Branch code 50326), karnal, haryana. They both rudely told us that, our 04 emi's are pending for completing the 15 years tenure but outstanding is rs 1, 41, 715 which is need to be paid immediately in 3-4days,

                            Against the outstanding we asked them, how is it possible that such huge outstanding is pending where we are paying all emi’s on time and only 04 emi’s are pending from our side and according to emi’s amount how such an outstanding will be recovered. They just telling us pay full amount of outstanding immediately otherwise we will mark it npa account and you will face the bank action.

                            Again, on 23/04/2019 we visited the branch and met the branch chief manager mr. I. P singh for clarification of outstanding, he told us the emi was calculated by bank was wrong. And you have to bear it or else we don’t know,

                            Our saving account no - * from which emi's are being deducted is puted on hold on 19/04/2019 without any intimation by branch address: the mall, karnal. This account is also our salary account. Bank made us helpless and no proper justification is given by home branch managers.

                            We request you to resolve our issue on higher end because our 4 pending emi’s is also to be deducted from this account and we also have car loan which emi is also to be deducted from this account.

                                  Dear sir

                                  A refund of 387 rupees was successfully processed on 13 apr 2019 to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                  I have called the state bank of india customer service but not get any help.

                                  I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and reference number is 113718.

                                  Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                    it is very strange that wherever online process says transfer done intimidate amount and after 03 days my transfer is not complete .Due to your service if i fine sbi will responsible.

                                      I only wanted the first page of my pass book printed again so i can submit the same at another place for transfer of funds 7 days ago. The officials sitting at the desk asked me to come after 5 days since there were holidays like mahaveer jayanthi, election, good friday, unofficial sat leave and sunday. I visited the branch yesterday and they said the print server is not working and cannot help. I went today and again they said the problem has not been solved and asked me to go to another branch and take the print. The official at the other branch refused to print and sent me back to home branch.

                                      All it takes is to enter my a/c number and print . This shows the callous attitude of the bank and their employees cheap and sick mentality, which is absolutely not fit for being employed in the service sector. Isn't there any service quality standards in these banks . I guess they dont care because they get their salaries on time and do not have the pink slip system which is essential now in these banks to improve performance standards.
