An online transaction was done to my account from another bank account. The money has been debited from that account but it has not yet been credited to my account.

The transaction was done on 23rd april 2019 at 10.03am

    I have faced incomplete transaction due to power off in the atm s1na[protected] arsikere branch — sbi atm hassan dist, karnataka. The transaction number is 6797 on 19 april 2019 at 7.13 pm of rs 9000/-.
    The sum of amount 9000 (Nine thousands only) deducted in the account but the amount remains in the machine due to power cutoff as the machine stops during the process of transaction.
    The old complaint number is and transaction details enclosed below.

      Dear sir/madam,

      Home loan account number [protected] (Pun dev shah), we had taken it in 2004 for 15 years tenure, bank decided the emi of rs.2950 and emi of rs.2950 is being deducting since november 2004, all emi's are on time but bank (Manager, mr. Shekhar and chief manager mr. I. P singh) called us on 06/04/19 in their ndri branch (Branch code 50326), karnal, haryana. They both rudely told us that, our 04 emi's are pending for completing the 15 years tenure but outstanding is rs 1, 41, 715 which is need to be paid immediately in 3-4days,

      Against the outstanding we asked them, how is it possible that such huge outstanding is pending where we are paying all emi’s on time and only 04 emi’s are pending from our side and according to emi’s amount how such an outstanding will be recovered. They just telling us pay full amount of outstanding immediately otherwise we will mark it npa account and you will face the bank action.

      Again, on 23/04/2019 we visited the branch and met the branch chief manager mr. I. P singh for clarification of outstanding, he told us the emi was calculated by bank was wrong. And you have to bear it or else we don’t know,

      Our saving account no - * from which emi's are being deducted is puted on hold on 19/04/2019 without any intimation by branch address: the mall, karnal. This account is also our salary account. Bank made us helpless and no proper justification is given by home branch managers.

      We request you to resolve our issue on higher end because our 4 pending emi’s is also to be deducted from this account and we also have car loan which emi is also to be deducted from this account.

          I have booked a ticket on paytym IRCTC app but tiket money was deduct .after 20. Days my money was not received and I will daily contact to SBI customer care and paytym ..pattym send to me reference number and transaction I'd send but SBI customer care not respond

            Subject: charge dispute "refund not processed"

            Dear sir

            A refund of 387 rupees was successfully processed on 13 apr 2019 to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of india customer service but not get any help.

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and reference number is 113718.

            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

              Axis bank credit card payment done through yono sbi application and id is yonobd[protected] and amount was transfer rs .9842 on dated 21/01/2019 . Amount is deducted from my sbi account no [protected] but still not transfer rs 9842 to axis bank credit card and my payment due date is 25/04/2019
              it is very strange that wherever online process says transfer done intimidate amount and after 03 days my transfer is not complete .Due to your service if i fine sbi will responsible.

                I only wanted the first page of my pass book printed again so i can submit the same at another place for transfer of funds 7 days ago. The officials sitting at the desk asked me to come after 5 days since there were holidays like mahaveer jayanthi, election, good friday, unofficial sat leave and sunday. I visited the branch yesterday and they said the print server is not working and cannot help. I went today and again they said the problem has not been solved and asked me to go to another branch and take the print. The official at the other branch refused to print and sent me back to home branch.

                All it takes is to enter my a/c number and print . This shows the callous attitude of the bank and their employees cheap and sick mentality, which is absolutely not fit for being employed in the service sector. Isn't there any service quality standards in these banks . I guess they dont care because they get their salaries on time and do not have the pink slip system which is essential now in these banks to improve performance standards.

                Where can we get the contact number or email of the head of customer service quality.

                        Fraud transaction by google *proxima beta on sbi bank account.
                        I, sandeep johri, account holder in sbi bank, stated on dated 22/04/2019 my account has been debited by total amount of inr 7994 through my bank account by six transactions

                        This was an un-authorised transaction in the name of "google*proxima beta". The bank account, debit card and mobile is in my custody and i have never share my credentials to anyone.

                        Request you take immediate action on the above fraud transaction to get back the refund urgently.

                        Please take this up on priority.

                        I was paid chalana 150 rupees for aptransco but when i am entering that jounral number it shows incorrect please type correct journal number .
                        I have applied for apon ghar house loan 11 months ago. But till today that is 18th april 2019 it has not been sanctioned.                         SBi issues card without applying for it, surrender is not easy.
                        no method has been provided in online banking and customer care services do not care.
                        Sir/Madam, I purchase a online mobile phone .but I just convert my flexipay not to be processed...pls solve that..
                        There has been a fraudulent transaction in my SBI credit card account on 27th of March 2019. A sum of Rs 8371 was debited in multiple of Rs 310. Kindly look into the matter urgently.

                          my form for account opening got rejected cause( unknown ) and i havent get any refund money yet. also they dont even provide money receipt of payment or deposits by sipmly saying its not our policy so i dont had any receipt for proof also their charges are too high exceeding banks real chargesheet. i visit my nearest branch about this but they refused to do anything .and said deal it by yourself . worst bank worst service really hate govt works and sectors
                          On 08mar19 I have done payment of rs18500/- which is further converted into 6 months emi of RS 3210.45/month. But the bank directly cut the whole amount n didn't convert into emi. Due to this my card is block n interest generated on my card bill. Why this all happening

                            I would like to get your attention regarding the interaction id - 1-[protected]] (Transaction dispute).
                            This is regarding the credit card no - [protected]. There had been a total 6 fraudulent transaction happened on 31st march with the amount of rs 20236 of 5 transaction and rs 10000 cash withdrawal.

                            Regarding the same, i had already blocked my card and raise a dispute form. Till now the issues have not yet solved.

                            Please look into this and solve the issue at your best.

                            I have been using SBI credit card since long time. On 31st March around 2.00 P.M. on receiving of 5 SMSs with SBI credit card’s transaction details I understood some fraud transaction were happened. I tried to find my credit card and could not find. Instantly around 2:10 P.M. I called SBI customer care and blocked my card. After couple of hours my son Mr Atanu Kundu rushed to local police station (Shyampukur) and lodge a Credit card missing complaints along with fraudulent transaction which happened in my Credit card. GDE Number – 8090 on Dt 31/03/19 .

                            As per SBI bank’s process I filled up dispute form and send a signed filled up copy of form to [protected]@sbicard.com and raised a complain. Interaction ID –[protected]. I followed up with customer help desk many times, however I got assurance that they are looking into this matter but still I did got get any solution.

                            On 9th May 2019 I reached Nodal Officer Team of State bank as well, Interaction ID – 1-[protected]. But no positive response from them.

                            After 1 months of that incident I reached out to Reserve bank Ombudsmen dept. I went to RBI office, Netaji Subhash Bose road, Kolkata. They did not entertain as gave excuses that it will take time.

                            As per last discussion with STATE BANK customer helpline on 5th June 2019, they suggested to reach out to police station as all transactions happened using physical Credit card using PIN. As discussed with Bank manager of State bank, Baguiati they can show the video footage if police ask.
                            I tried to reach the merchant from where all 5 transactions happened but could not reach to the merchant mentioned in statement as “ENGINEERS AUTOMOBILE S KOLKATA”. Need your help on the same.


                            I have already knocked all possible ways but did not get any positive solution. I have my last hope to police, that I will get resolution from you. Therefore requesting you to look into this matter and try to give me back my money as the amount is huge INR 1, 11, 625/-

                              I would like to know the genuineness of this message and also if that is fake, strict action against those involve din such fraud.

                                I have called yesterday for few numbers and they want to know my personal information related to redeem points and then when refused they speak in abusive way, after that some girls want to know my number and they speak for that please put the back number of your card for verification, then i got a doubt again and i refused but as they know my personal information my card number and date of birth where they got this and also know that how much amount i have deposited and how much remain.. Why this cyber crime for sbi card happened i have other card also like hdfc, icici but these kind of things happen in sbi card, i have blocked the card now and share the numbers they called me [protected], [protected], [protected]

                                I recharged my mobile through SBI application but I didn't get balance to my number but from my account I paid 100 Rs and I got message that "Invalid Amount Payment of Rs.100.00 if debited would be reversed soon.. TID :UH71415713" but I didn't get my money back yet
                                I added my credit card in Paytm payment options. But as soon as I added, I got the message that my card is blocked. How is it possible to block the card just because I added the card details in my Paytm account? Please suggest me how can I unblock my credit card as I have to make some urgent payments.

                                    I have made a pos transaction at AP Treasury website on 10th apr 2019 using my sbi debit card. The transaction was failed saying server was busy. But money is debited from my account. I have made a complaint through toll free number and received a complaint no: 516578. when i approached the bank, staff is not aware of the complaint and suggested that to make another complaint through online only. Till date, i did not receive that money to my sbi account. I even initiated a complaint with sbi, number #[protected]. But till date, there is no response for that.

                                    Please suggest me how to proceed on this and receive my money.

                                      there is an unauthorized deduction of 117 from my SBI account-# [protected] on 20-Apr-2019 with below description -

                                      Note that I don't owe anything to Bajaj Auto - No Loan or anything. This is some kind of fraud and the similar amount has been deducted in past as well. request you to please reverse this amount and make sure that this does not happen in future.
