State Bank of India [SBI] Complaints & Reviews

On une 8, 2019 morning at around 08:00 Hrs Rs 20, 000/- (Rs 10, 000/- twice) has been withdrawn from my State Bank of India, Savings Bank A/C No [protected] (IFSC 1888, SBI Belgharia, Kolkata) by some unauthorized person.
The SMS received against the transaction reflects that the amount has been withdrawn @ICIATMS1CWN095 and Transaction No. Txn#[protected] & Txn#[protected].

Dear sir

A refund of 8501 rupees was successfully processed on 26 april 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund under reference number[protected]

kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

I got statement of sbi account amd noticed that rs 7800 amd rs 15000 got deducted from my account [protected] and transaction showed by debit card OTHPG 460866 and 242974 One 97 communications Lnoida. however i did not use my dbit card at all . Date of transactiom is 19 october 2018. however i checked with my paytm but no such transaction was done by me. I got loss of 22800 due to fraudulent transaction. i never shared my card details or pin to anyone

Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

Hello,

I have been charged rs. 23.60/- as "insuf bal atm decline charge-080118" after i deposit rs. 5, 000/- to my account and that too from sbi atm and that after this charge was levied.

I'm unsure why this charge has been levied although i'm maintaining and withdrawing within minimum balance limit.

Please refund the amount!

sir, i, m having savings a/c with sbi, gopal nagar branch, majitha road, amritsar, punjab ( branch 0000748).
Abv branch refusing cash deposit thru their counter, forced us to deposit thru cmd, & we hv to pay cmd charges.
Hence, humble request to advice br. Mng to accept cash depositing thru counter.
Others nationalised banks are accepting cash deposits.

On[protected] I paid a challan in to the credit of A/C No. [protected] and I get the DTE copy and Candidates copy of challan and there is no entries in journal number and journal date it was very disappointing because it is the last date to submit the challan details online for an exam purpose. I want to refund this amount and proper remunaration for this or I will move legally..

10000 and10000 to my account respectively (acc no.[protected])by Aadhar card (Aeps)with the help shgb bank bc (Aadhar no.[protected] this amount debited to my account but not credited to bc I try to complaint on customer care no but all the time they say either server problem or your data is not showing then they say To go your hometown bank but I also visited bank many times give many handwriten application but they Dennied to take any complaint they say go to bc'sbank but they also Denied to take any complaint .I kindly request to you please take a look at this issue and solve as soon as possible

I applied credit card application number is[protected] and completed home verification and office verification and I got call again I think it's televerification and I was in meeting at that time she asked me my another mobile number that is jio and I cut the call because of my office meeting and after meeting I tried to call to that number and it's not connected and I wrote a mail to customer care and I didn't not get any reply for my issue so please do needful

Dear Sir,
I am to inform you that I made the following transaction (07-Jun-2019) TO TRANSFER INB Reliance Jio Infocom BILL_REJIOI Payments QSBI[protected]IGAGHSDQM6 for Rs. 349.00 vide SBI Net Banking but the amount was not sent to JIO company till date.
I tried to contact the BM SBI Burra Bazaar Branch, Shillong 14 times on 10th June, 2019 from 10.36 AM till 4.12 PM and again 6 times on 11th June, 2019 from 110.07 AM to 1.48 PM but to no avail.
Last year also, I faced another problem with this particular Branch of SBI and the matter was resolved only on my complaint to Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) New Delhi.
I would therefore request you to kindly take punitive action for such recalcitrant public officials and direct the concerned official to rectify the anomaly or refund back the paid amount to my Accourt.

I am Amogh Mulawekar. I had ordered sparx shoes of rs 588 from Amazon on 20 may and canceled it on 21 may bcz of some personal issue. The redund of 538 rs(50 was deducted as I got Amazon pay cashback) was processed by them on 22 may. But yet I didn't get the refund which was supposed to reflect by 29th may as I paid through amazon upi id [protected]@apl . They've given me a reference id as[protected] and told me to contact sbi care to fill charge dispute form. I didn't get any help from sbi and Amazon also. I contacted sbi for about 20 times and Amazon for about 30 times. I'm seriously tired of writing them or calling them. I want to file a charge dispute.

I had visited the SBI bank Bhatkal branch regarding the change of Debit card of my spouse. The employees of the Bhatkal branch are so arrogant in their behaviour. I really don't understand whether they are serving the customers or we the customers are beggars? First just train your employees how to treat the customers. Moreover they need to understand that they are paid to serve the customers not behave rudely. Just because you are in government sector, do the employees think they can behave as they wish. Or because they are the leading government sector? Next I will lodge the complaint to the prime minister of India if they don't correct their behaviour

Your A/C XXXXX479960 Debited INR 295.00 on 11/06/19 -Transferred to INVESTMENT INTERMEDI. Avl Balance INR 11, 479.89 kindly look into the matter and revert me that on which basis this amount is deducted. So many times my money got deducted. I found it unusual you have to sought it out, its really harassing. Solve it and reimburse my money i will go to the consumer court.

My complain is no enough staff is any time and any day and printer is not working 6 month.my passbook print sbi machine but machine not work proper.no server connectivity plz solve my complain and call me on my mobile no.[protected]

I ordered a earphone from amazon on 21 may, product was delivered on 25 may but on 26 may i got to know the product is damaged and defective so i filled a return for the order, order was returned on 28 may and received by vendor on 30 may, amazon refunded my money back on 3 June successfully but my sbi bank yet not credited on money back in my account.

And 29th April 2019 amazon initiated my the amount to my card but still I didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number ( 668715 ) and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank Of India
Doesn't have this policy. So please respond to this complaint it's urgent.
