I am santosh kumar holding a sbi credit card ([protected]). My card was hacked and debited by rs.44, 367 and rs.11, 964 on 17th august 2017. When i raised a dispute, this amount got settled by sbi.
But issue is that sbi has charged and auto debited rs. (9823+1038) for the above transaction claiming excess fee, exchange rate and other fees.
When i raised a new dispute (Dispute ref no.[protected] for the same, they replied that there were no transcations reflecting in my account and closed my card. I further sent multiple mails showing them the proof of the transcations, despite there was no communication from them.
Its been more than a year this issue remains unsloved for me. We also filed a complaint to ombudsman kolkata (Complaint number: [protected]) but there is no response from them.
I hope this is the best platform to get issue solved. Hence requesting you to settle my amount (Rs. (9823+1038) by sbi asap.
