Dear sir /mam,

I had a card of sbi and i used that card around 72000 but due to some personal reason could have not paid that for a years and was paying minimum amount, but in march 2019 few of recovery agent come to. My office and shout on me and fight with me in front of my staff i told them then i am paying few amount as per my condition and in next few months i will pay full amount as well but they fought with me in front of my office that time i manage 38000 thousand and paid in similar month and told them rest i will pay in next 2 month so i paid 8500 in april as well but they are harresing me regular calling me threnting me that they will again come to my office and will beat me in front of my staff, there regional manager surender and another guy sumit regularly shouting me and forcing me to pay as already i have already paid 46500 and rest i am telling them to pay in may as well but still they are saying they will come to my home and beat me, i am very much depressed and wanna to suicide.

Its my humble to request to all of you plz help me in this case as rest i am ready to pay in next month

    Sir,

    I got a text message as request for credit card application is processed vide application no.[protected], dated 1.1.2019, but not delivered to me. And within few days, i got a message as outstanding amount of rs.589/- and min amount due: rs.290/- was due on my card. On 25.2.2019, the sbi card department has unfarily auto debited rs.588.82/- from my account. For the above issue, i contacted the sbi card customer care and also dropped mail to vide interaction
    Id: 1-[protected] sbi card, they promised me, that they will refund the amount and cancel the card for which unfair transaction was occured, but still now i dint got any refund from them and also getting otp messages for the sbi card.

    Kindly look into this matter.

    After submitting a complaint to You, within the next day i received a mail regarding the monthly statement with an attachment from email id: [protected]@sbicard.com was enclosed. whereas the attachment which was password protected was not opened even after providing first four letters of name and four letters of date of birth. i did not get whats going on in SBI Card department, without holding any SBI credit card with me, how they deduct amount from my account and after two months o[censored]nfair transaction they fraudulently generated monthly statement for which the card was not in use and holding no card with me.

    My complaint is i do not receive sbi card till date but an amount of rs. 588.82 towards annual charge has already been deducted from my savings account.
    Kindly provide firm solution for this issue because it has been happened twice from last one year.

      Dear sir, i am [removed] i have applied home loan from kolkata ultadanga branch for rs 1600000 to buy flat in kolkata, agarpara with co applicant mrs [removed]. I have submitted all the necessary documents on 19th march 2019 and also all types of verification done by the bank within 10 days of submission. After this till my loan not sanctioned yet. Now my builders charging me for delayed and when i reached the officer mr. Gopal mondal (Ph:[protected], email: gopal. [protected]@sbi.co.in) who processed my loan keep telling me for last 20 days that all verification result is positive no problem getting loan but your file is on sanction table with mr pattanayek, who is sanctioning officer is on leave thus your file is not processed. Now why i have to take this burden of extra charge because of a employee is on leave and is there no other person who can do this?

        Hi,

        I am struggling to follow up on the service from jp nagar sbi branch, hyderabad to process the home loan since 22nd december 2018. Finally, it got disbursed on 19th march after so many follow ups.

        If i raise the grievance ticket no.[protected], no one is answer for the same and redirecting to bank manager who never respond.

        Sbi home loan account no [protected]
        Date of incident : 26th march 2019
        Cheque amount (Number : 426236) : inr 3361000.00 is not cleared by bank but got debited in my home loan account.

        Due to this delay, sbi emi has started on 10th april 2019 and now i am paying the two emis for same principal amount to sbi and dhfl loan account (My previous loan account).

        Finally, i am paying interest to both banks which is a loss for me.

                  Dear sir/ma'am
                  This is regarding payment done on 05.03.2019. I was doing payment of 10 thousand rupees (Rs. 10000/-) to a person who is having a/c on sbi. I had used sbi anywhere app through upi for the transaction of 10000. It is found that transaction has been failed then after 5 minutes i again tried to make a transaction again it is found that the transaction had failed. Then i have transferred the same amount to my other icici a/c and it is successful. So i have made a transaction through icici bank in that sbi a/c.
                  After a week i have checked my bank statement then i have found that inspite of 10000, amount had been debited 30000 on 05.03.2019. And then i have raised dispute through sbi anywhere app. Status has been closed in that but till now no refund has come to my account.
                  Sir this is my request please do needful for resolving my issue and amount refunded in my account.

                    Sir, your main branch has been launched sbi quick mobile sms services for customer. But in till date sbi quick services are not active. Many times i call your missed call banking mobile phone number but the number has been switched off. I requested you please solved the issue because this is a customer delivered best services complaint. Please solv this necessary.

                      My nre/nro account debit card is active for physical transactions and all other sms alerts coming but while doing any online transaction otp is not coming. I requested multiple times in indore main gpo branch but no avail. They are always giving some pan india issue story but not resolving the problem. Sbi service is pathetic even for nre customers as my major transactions are done overseas through online payments which is impossible now for past 3 months and now i am considering my other bank options. To last resort i m trying here last time before switching. Plz consider my request on priority and resolve immediately. For further details plz mail at [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

                        I had applied SBI Fbb credit card by agent, it was processed then I have application no[protected].
                        I didn't receive card since 24th OCT 2018 .I have spoken to customer care & SBI branch card agent. He also spoke to customer.I was sent mail so many times After spoke cutomer care he told me that credit card was expaired so it will not used next time.
                        so please stop & cancel my card because I didn't get credit card still yet.

                            My above account has become Due for final payment wef 1 April 2019. Since I am overseas with my children/ grand children, I sent 2 responsible persons viz Mr Ramkumar Sharma Ex Fire Officer Ludhiana and Mr Sudesh Kumar an official of KVM School Ludhiana with all required documents ie Formal application on prescribed form duly signed with revenue stamp, PPF Pass Book original, Blank Cheque cancelled with my printed name of Kotak Mahindra Bank with formal application on my letter Head with printed name with a request to close my account and transfer the amount to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account. But Bank official insisted that I should come personally with all documents. Later on I have sent 2 Emails for kind attention of Chief branch manager explain the reason why I can come personally to bank. But no response has come from the bank so for.
                            2 I am a senior citizen in late seventies and not keeping good health as such the bank kindly be advised to accept my request and transfer the amount to my account as per the details given on the cancelled cheque of Kotak Mahindra Bank, FG Market Ludhiana 141012 for which I will be highly obliged. On hearing from you I will ask Mr Ram Kumar Sharma ( Mob[protected] & Mr Sudesh Kumar ( Mob[protected] to hand over the documents to bank dealing official or they can be contacted directly by the bank to bring the documents.                               My wife is an existing customer of SBI. She had 7000INR in her account and tried to withdraw 5000 INR today from Syndicate Bank Atm. But while withdrawing, atm machine showed ‘Insufficient amount’ and got the transaction cancelled. After few minutes, she received a message on her number that 5000INR has been deducted from her account, which she didn’t receive at all. Once this message came, she again checked the balance amount in her account and found that 5000INR has been deducted from her account. Kindly advise how the deduction happened and where has the money gone.

                                I am holding a savings account in SBI Hunsur branch from past 11 years. I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of Rs. 5108/- has been debited from my account on 12/APRIL/2019 which has not been executed by me. The transaction came to light on 13/APR/2019, Morning when i check the balance in a yono SBI app. On the 12/April/2019 i have not logged into my any internet banking or mobile banking, but on 12/APR/2019 the P2A(Phone to Account) transaction has be carried out at 3:47 PM.

                                I am enclosing a copy of the bank statement which reflects the transaction number and other details of 12/apr/2019 fraudulent transaction and also the same has be said to SBI bank with the written letter and received a acknowledgement from the Bank Branch Manager. I request you to take up this issue/matter urgently to help me recover my money and also suggest me how to protect the unauthorized transaction in future.

                                    Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedia, because i could see there is a transaction of rs. 4, 779.00.00 charged with a heading on 26th of sept2018. And charged interest on that amount which is rs. 230 till now.

                                        On 9th of April 2019, a sum of Rs.1, 600 got debited from my account and there is no transaction ID. The bank statement shows UPI Revesal. I tried contacting bank but they are unable to resolve my complaint due to unavailability of Transaction ID.

                                        They told me to visit bank branch but my branch is in other city from my current address.

I am facing 1st time this reason .so please solve the problem while I hold the transaction.
