I have made a transaction on irctc which got failed due to network issue.
The refund amount didn’t credited to my account till now. while i contact irctc they gave me the Refund Reference Number and said to contact to bank for refund status.
The bank denies to check as they said if money is sent it will definitely reflect in the account and said to get on contact with the merchant.
The merchant said sbi has to check the status as we are providing ARN no as the transaction is successful from our end.
But SBI didnt help
I mailed to CMS, goes to branch, contacted care but no one helps. The transaction details sent by irctc is enclosed with this complaint. Pls help for refund.

    Yesterday (30/03/2019) I have made payment 80000.00 rupees towards SBI card [protected] through SBI mobile banking, same amount will be debited in my canara bank account but so far it is not reflected in my SBI credit card account so please enquire and confirm the payment.

      Hello sir/ma'am,
      My name is arghwan rabbhi (Pan: ajmpr8706m). I received a call on my phone [protected] on 7th of march about offer regarding sbi credit card. He had offered me bpcl sbi platinum visa card. I received a text after that which said, "thank you for your interest in bpcl sbi platinum visa card. Our representative will contact you shortly."

      I received a call from [protected] on 9th of march regarding documents. He came to my residence and took the documents required. After that i got a call from another number on the very same day, the number was [protected]. He asked me to send my bank statements of last six months as it would increase my credit card limit. I send the documents to him at [protected]@gmail.com.

      On 23rd of march, i received a call from [protected]. He claimed that he is a banking official and want to verify something. He asked me about my debit card details, as i am new to credit card system i had no idea what the procedure is. He asked me my debit card number and then he asked me to share my cvv. I declined to share the cvv but he was trying to tell me that it will connect my credit card with debit card.

      I shared my 16 digit credit card number. For the sake of security, i called sbi customer care number to close my debit card.

      Now, i have no idea where my application is. When i first applied to sbi credit card, i received the message from sbi system. And how is it possible that my information got leaked through sbi.

        I have an account in state bank of india. Today i got a message stating on your request signature has been changed if not requested contact your home branch, however i haven't requested for signature changing. Without my permission how they can change signature and what is the reason behind getting this message. Please clear the reason, in case like these my account is not secure

          Yesterday i went to sbi naval base vizag for enquiry about loan... Some of the staff was sitting idle but when i enquired about loan section they refused to tell and sent me to wrong person where thr was long quoue... When turn came he told me to go to other person... When i went to that person he left his chair and went inside managers cabin and came after 30 minutes i dont know what they were discussing in working hours and customrs waiting outside for their turn... After he came back he told me that the person who deals with loans has gone to some other staff to clear some issues... I dont know what these people are doing whole day... Not sitting on their chair and doing chit chatting with other staff membrers... Sbi naval base vizag is hell... I left that bank and thought that i will never come to this branch again..# on these people

            Dear,

            I am being harassed by sbi credit card team from last 40 days where i swapped my card and amount being debited to me but declined from merchant side and i have the receipt as well where its clearly mentioned sale reverse and no authorisation code. At the same time i called sbi customer care where they assured me that if its declined then it will be credited back to me my account in 7- 10 days but after 3 days its reflected in my account statement and from that day i have been calling and asking and explaining the sbi credit card customer care. I have the call recording where they explained that they will temporarily credit the dispute amount till the time its not resolved. But so far there is no sign for that and they are asking me to pay the 50, 000 which is a dispute amount if i will not pay they will charge a interest. Am feeling helpless now and when i ask them that i will contact consumer court they saying if you wish you can do that.

              Received two messages for rs.36, 172 & rs37, 028 & 95, 626 kept on hold on our request and transaction is removed
              I am not aware of any such intimation or instruction and neither aware about this
              So look into and rectify accordingly under intimation to me.
              I don't know why these messages are directed or sent to me on my cell no
              Look into quickly as it is unnecessary getting theses messages and need to get them set right

                It is very terrible that sbi team are not able to resolve my issue. After trying six months to solve my issue, i have close my account and open a new account on same cif but the problem is not solved and still otp receiving on phone number ending with 3059 for atm e-commerce transection. It show the standard of technical team working in a well knowm bank sbi. Shame on you sbi..

                The issue is not solved by sbi team still i have receiving otp on mobile number ending with ****3059 for e-commerce transections using atm card. My account is registered with mobile number ending with ***4025 but still otp received on mobile number ending with *****3059. I have attached a recent e-commerce transection using debit card.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I have one SBI a/c [protected], one ATM-***1088 debit card was issued, my mobile number successfully registered for the a/c by home branch, I got all SMS alert while withdrawing money from ATMs and making online transaction using net banking (I got OTP for netbanking also). But I was not getting OTP on my registered mobile number for online ecommerce transaction using DEBIT CARD, otp is receiving on another mobile number ending with [protected]. I Tried at branch and SBI helplines also but NO help.

                I have already visited more than 10 times to branch regarding this issue and they tried many times to sort out my problem but they were not able to resolve at their end. My branch team also report this issue to service desk mumbai but mumbai head office team were not able to solve my issue. So request you to please sort my problem at your end.

                      Yesterday night they updated that RS 89.87 also ATM OR SMS CHARGES.

                      29-Mar-2019 ATM OR SMS CHARGES RS-89.87.

                      I think SBI tally they year end accounts, with normal people.

                          This is to inform you that today i had received a call from delhi from sbi call centre and the said that my outstanding is 1lakhs 15 thousand but from the kolkata sbi collection department i had made a settlement already with 60000 out of which i had already given 27 thousand rupees and my remaining balance is 33 thousand, this case went to delhi and the used slang languages in my store, office as well as regional office and they had threaten me that they will mail my company ceo. Kindly give this case to kolkata collection department and extend my time for atleast six months for the pending 27 thousand and please tell them not to call in my office again... So please look into this matter on high priority

                              I preeti assudani have registered my self online on rrb, my registration number is [protected] and paid the form fees through merchant. Onlinesbi and again there i needed to pay modification amount of rs. 100 through the same onlinesbi, i have done this but i am not getting the page where i can modify my mistake for which i have made the second time payment through this merchant. Onlinesbi. Kindly do the needful as soon as earliest as possible.

                                I have a savings account in state bank of india, kalimpong branch, kalimpong. On 29th march 2019, around 2 pm, multiple suspicious transactions have been completed against my account with multiple transactions (As rs. 79, rs.799). I have not received any otp (One time password) also to authenticate the transaction. Below is the sms which i got.

                                'thank you for using your sbi debit card 4021 for a purchase worth rs.799 on pos 99999999. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]'

                                So, i request sbi bank to refund the same amount and credit back to my savings account.

                                  I booked tatkal ticket from irctc but my transaction is failed... Money deducted from my account.. Did not received money
                                  When i contacted irctc they told me to contact the razorpay... Then i check my refund status on razorpay... It is showing money is transferred to the bank account but the money has not been refunded to my bank account.. Plz solve my problem

                                    Hi, half of my money has been deducted from sbi account of mine. Unnecessary deduction of more than 150 rs. Every 15-30 days in name of othpg. Its ridiculous. I feel like i have been robbed real slow. I am a student so working part time is my only option and half of my money sbi has stolen and have been doing since a long time. And also i dont get any sms when money has been deduced, but they cut sms charges from my account every month.
                                    I am ready to go to any length possible cause actually they have deduced more than they should, that too every 15 days. Till now i guess sbi has taken more than enough money as various useless charges where i didnt even do any transaction.

                                      I'm working in VSSC Thumba. Today for making a new PPF account I went to SBI Thumba branch. When I reached there I was happy as there were no queue at the counter. I approached an employee named Athulya Mohan who was sitting in the counter. She was over phone. I thought that I would wait for sometime till the call was over.I also knocked subtley on the glass pane so she could notice me. Instead she took no notice of me but went on talking over the phone.I waited for almost 15 minutes .still she didn't notice me . Then finally her talking over the phone was over. I handed over the online form to her and my Id copies. I then asked her whether u could process it fast. Instead of keeping waited me over 20 minutes she told me to come tomorrow. I don't know why SBI appoint such employees .

                                        I, Nazrin Khatoon account holder in sbi bank, stated on dated 25 march my account has been debited by total amount of inr 8069 without otp through my bank account.

                                        This was an un-authorised transaction in the name of "google*proxima beta". The bank account is in my custody and i have never share my credentials to anyone.

                                        Request you take immediate action on the above fraud transaction to get back the refund urgently.

                                        Please take this up on priority.

                                        Kindly revert if further details are required.
