I got the below message on my registered mobile number [protected].
Transaction of rs.199.00 made on sbi credit card xx1054 without effecting add'nl factor of authentication mandated by rbi, at icl*amazon standing in on 23 mar 19.

I see in my sbi card app that the transaction is in 'in process' state.

Please investigate this and cancel the transaction.

Let me know if you feel my card's security is compromised and if that's the case what are necessary steps i should take.

    I did the transaction on 14th march at around 5:22 in the evening. The amount 5000 inr got deducted from my bank account but i did not get the cash or the receipt. I registered a complaint at the online complaint centre of sbi on the same day i. E. 14th march.
    As per their terms i should have got the amount back in my account under a week. But it has been 10 days so far.
    The ticket number for the complaint was [protected].
    The atm machine was canara bank, a. M. U. Post office branch, aligarh.
    The bank account is sbi, topsia, kolkata.

      sbi fund transfer issue: cif not scrutinized by lcpc

      I am a customer from mumbai india. One month ago, i have opened a saving account in sbi bhandup (West) mumbai branch (Ifsc= sbin0000562), by completing all the account opening formalities and i got welcome kit and also i activated online banking too. Now, i used to transfer some money urgently and i am performing imps fund transfer facility through online banking. Problem is that everytime when i am doing this, it displays an error message...

      My name is zeeshan haider, credit card number: ([protected]) and i had taken a credit card from sbi and the same was settled by emi on emi (Have settlement letter) * 6 months.

      The emis never came to my bank on time but however came and got cleared till 4 emi and last 2 emi got bounced.

      Later rep from the recovery team came and asked for the two cheque bounced payment saying only if these two payments are made the settlement will hold good if not void.

      So i made payment by cash.

      Now the total settlement amount i may had to pay is cleared from my side.

      Requesting you to kindly look in to this matter and help me to get noc letter from sbi credit card.

          Kindly help me to refund my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi. So many times i bear this issue n already share this customer care by toll free calls but never get resolution. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. And i never invest in mutual funds. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

            Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

            Dear sir

            A refund of 1047 rupees was successfully processed on 20th feb 2019 to my account no: [protected]. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and transaction no: is 478667

            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

              SBI Credit card charges more charges than purchases.

              for the month of February i have received 4029 Minimum due and my current outstanding showing 48058.00
              but as per statement my usage was 2315/- and they have added charges of Rs 2498/-incl
              Fin charges on retail - 1033.03
              P&L charge on Loan 87.57
              late payment charges 950.00
              IGST 18% - 426.00

              i am having only 1 purchases which converted in to EMI that amount is 15737/- but they are showing 48058.00
              they are charging late payment charges without sending credit card statement.

              i have called many times related with statement issue but still they are not sending any statement.
              i am mentally get harassed with SBI card call center because they don`t have proper information about charges added on my account

              as per my knowledge outstanding amount to be shown 15737/- which is converted in EMI.

              i dont know why they are showing that much 49179.05 outstanding.
              when i asked for full n final payment call centre guys said pay 48058.00.

              but why should i pay that much charges.if my usage is 15737/-
              this problem i am facing every month

                This is totally unfair with the customer without using the card how can i pay annual fee charge. I have not even generate pin of the card.

                Kindly revert my annual fee charge and make it as zero so that i can use this card.

                  This is totally unfair with the customer and it took away the faith from sbi credit card. Without using the card how can i pay annual fee charge. I have not even generate pin of the card.

                  When i got call from customer care representative they mentioned about card details and it was also not discussed that annual fee charge will be applicable at the beginning of the card issue.

                  When i raised any complaint customer executive told me that we are under process. And it took around 25 days for further processing. Within that also processing fee got increased.

                  After long time customer executive was saying that we have already informed you, i did not even get any call regarding my complaint.

                  It's a humble request please clear the annual charge from my card.

                    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. After i contact amazon he said amount is not process after again amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

                          I have tried to deposited Rs.36, 500.00 in my own account through my debit card at around 3.25 pm on 22/03/2019 at CDM machine of Kalol(N.G) Gandhinagar Gujarat. But after going through the procedure of the cash deposit in the CDM machine I have entered cash of Rs.36, 500.00 (500 Note currency X 73 Nos.) in the machine after confirming it has showed hardware error occurred and no slip has been came out.

                          I immediately lodged a written complain to the branch manager/ cashier of State Bank of India Kalol (N.G) Branch, under which the used CDM Machine comes.

                          But Branch has not said anything regarding the refund of money. They have said that after 20 days they can say anything.

                            Sir On 14.03.19, 53 transactions of Rs 65 and 6 transactions of Rs 310 happened on my SBI card without my authorisation at Google *MeMe. Immediately I reported the matter to SBI card team. They bolcked my credit card and issued me a new card. To my surprise I was charged this entire amount on my new card totalling Rs 5305.I have reported the matter twice to the SBI credit card team but still I have been charged in my new credit card and no refund has been given to me. Request you to please look into the matter.

                              I am still facing the same problem. I visited on 24th Jan 2019 at SBI netaji subhash place as per call by the SBI executive but neither he met nor his boss available at that time, , He allow to met with other third person Mr. Sunil Saini I told him all the queries and he said dont worry we will resolve it with in 20-30 days and will provide you the NOC, But still I have not received any doc. Now Mr. Mahender the boss of the executive who called me, said to come and meet Mr. Manoj Barik for the issue, after regular messages, mail and calls after 2 months he said that the issue is not concern with him.

                              I request to you please expedite the problem pending from one year.

                                Hi,
                                I am writing this complaint now after so much of suffering from SBI collection goons. Everyday I have been receiving calls for the disputed amount and no body is ready to resolve my long time due complain.
                                I have been threatened on calls and the language used is extremely offensive and derogatory.
                                I hold a credit card with SBI for a very long time and has cherished the association. I have been making timely payments everytime without any failure till now.
                                However, in the month of Dec18, there was a fraudulent transaction of[protected] + 2000) happened on my credit card. I reported this transaction on the very same day and informed them that the card was in possession throughout but I received 3 payment deduction messages (somewhere in Mahipalpur). Advisor suggested me to block the card and asked to report the same after 48 Hrs. I did the same and raised a compliant SR[protected] and also shared my dispute form.
                                I didn't get any communication/resolution despite of my several calls to customer service.
                                Now in the month of Feb, due to no response from the team I stopped paying for my Credit Card pending amount as I was charged for the disputed amount regularly.
                                I had requested collection agents repeatedly to check and help me get a closer for my compliant.
                                I received a call in the month of Mar'19 saying that temporary credit has been credited in my account against the dispute...I was ready to pay the amount but soon I received another email saying that the temporary amount has been reversed. The RCA mentioned in the mail was not in concurrence to the nature of my complaint. I reverted on the email however still no response from your teams.

                                Now, I have been receiving threatening calls from your collection agencies and no body is able to understand the problem.
                                This is really unfortunate as you have created a mess here and exploited your customer.
                                I want to get this account closed forever and get over it, can someone help me now????

                                    I have applied and got my first home loan for my first house in sbi under max gain house loan and got sanctioned on 02-nov-2019. My loan account number is :[protected] from sbi branch number 071235. During applying the home loan i have applied for prathan manthri awas yojana (Pmay scheme for first home from prime minister). But the bank didn't process the pmay application. They were promising its been applied and shall be provided the subsidy. After following up continuously 6 months now they are denying to apply and said that "in sbi particular branch no one has applied on that scheme, so they can't process the pmay application"

                                    I would like to complaint this and want to take to closure. Please suggest sbi branch number 071235 to process my pmay application and provide the applicable subsidy against my loan.

                                    I have read through all the rules of the pmay scheme and i am eligible to apply in the scheme. I am coming under mig-ii group. The bank address and phone numbers i have given bellow.
