My name is inderjeet sehgal and i had ordered midi keyboard of rs.5599 (M-audio keystation 32 mini keys keyboard black) in amazon on 21 january and after 29 january i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 2 feb.
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. After i contact amazon he said amount is not process after again amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but sbi (State bank of india) bank doesn't have such policy. So
Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is ([protected])

    This is my wife’s account which is non operating from last one year. We just reactivate it on jan-19 and we don’t have atm or net banking. We don’t know about this investment intermedi company.
    Please help me to get refund.

        I have tried to deposited Rs.36, 500.00 in my own account through my debit card at around 3.25 pm on 22/03/2019 at CDM machine of Kalol(N.G) Gandhinagar Gujarat. But after going through the procedure of the cash deposit in the CDM machine I have entered cash of Rs.36, 500.00 (500 Note currency X 73 Nos.) in the machine after confirming it has showed hardware error occurred and no slip has been came out.

        I immediately lodged a written complain to the branch manager/ cashier of State Bank of India Kalol (N.G) Branch, under which the used CDM Machine comes.

        But Branch has not said anything regarding the refund of money. They have said that after 20 days they can say anything.

          Sir On 14.03.19, 53 transactions of Rs 65 and 6 transactions of Rs 310 happened on my SBI card without my authorisation at Google *MeMe. Immediately I reported the matter to SBI card team. They bolcked my credit card and issued me a new card. To my surprise I was charged this entire amount on my new card totalling Rs 5305.I have reported the matter twice to the SBI credit card team but still I have been charged in my new credit card and no refund has been given to me. Request you to please look into the matter.

            I am still facing the same problem. I visited on 24th Jan 2019 at SBI netaji subhash place as per call by the SBI executive but neither he met nor his boss available at that time, , He allow to met with other third person Mr. Sunil Saini I told him all the queries and he said dont worry we will resolve it with in 20-30 days and will provide you the NOC, But still I have not received any doc. Now Mr. Mahender the boss of the executive who called me, said to come and meet Mr. Manoj Barik for the issue, after regular messages, mail and calls after 2 months he said that the issue is not concern with him.

            I request to you please expedite the problem pending from one year.

              Hi,
              I am writing this complaint now after so much of suffering from SBI collection goons. Everyday I have been receiving calls for the disputed amount and no body is ready to resolve my long time due complain.
              I have been threatened on calls and the language used is extremely offensive and derogatory.
              I hold a credit card with SBI for a very long time and has cherished the association. I have been making timely payments everytime without any failure till now.
              However, in the month of Dec18, there was a fraudulent transaction of[protected] + 2000) happened on my credit card. I reported this transaction on the very same day and informed them that the card was in possession throughout but I received 3 payment deduction messages (somewhere in Mahipalpur). Advisor suggested me to block the card and asked to report the same after 48 Hrs. I did the same and raised a compliant SR[protected] and also shared my dispute form.
              I didn't get any communication/resolution despite of my several calls to customer service.
              Now in the month of Feb, due to no response from the team I stopped paying for my Credit Card pending amount as I was charged for the disputed amount regularly.
              I had requested collection agents repeatedly to check and help me get a closer for my compliant.
              I received a call in the month of Mar'19 saying that temporary credit has been credited in my account against the dispute...I was ready to pay the amount but soon I received another email saying that the temporary amount has been reversed. The RCA mentioned in the mail was not in concurrence to the nature of my complaint. I reverted on the email however still no response from your teams.

              Now, I have been receiving threatening calls from your collection agencies and no body is able to understand the problem.
              This is really unfortunate as you have created a mess here and exploited your customer.
              I want to get this account closed forever and get over it, can someone help me now????

                  Hi,
                  I have applied and got my first home loan for my first house in sbi under max gain house loan and got sanctioned on 02-nov-2019. My loan account number is :[protected] from sbi branch number 071235. During applying the home loan i have applied for prathan manthri awas yojana (Pmay scheme for first home from prime minister). But the bank didn't process the pmay application. They were promising its been applied and shall be provided the subsidy. After following up continuously 6 months now they are denying to apply and said that "in sbi particular branch no one has applied on that scheme, so they can't process the pmay application"

                  I would like to complaint this and want to take to closure. Please suggest sbi branch number 071235 to process my pmay application and provide the applicable subsidy against my loan.

                  I have read through all the rules of the pmay scheme and i am eligible to apply in the scheme. I am coming under mig-ii group. The bank address and phone numbers i have given bellow.

                    Dear sir

                    A refund of 569 and 399 rupees was successfully processed on february 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                    I have called the state bank of india customer service. But nothing happens.

                    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                    Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                      Sir on dt. 07 jan 2019 a have a hdfc bank card & swiped at sbi atm for 10, 000/- withdrawl, atm hanged & i neither got money nor any slip or message.
                      After 2-3 minutes i left the atm, after some time i got sms of withdrawal. I rushed to atm again & enquired with guard. He said no money dispensed.
                      Now since 76 days i'm wandering between both the banks & sbi is befooling me saying
                      1. Transaction was successful.
                      2. Video clip is not available.
                      Please help what to do.

                        I transferred money to my father's sbi account in january successfully via phone banking. But now in february and march i can't transfer amount because of absence the option generate otp during phone banking. Against this i talked to more than five sbi customer care executives but all are helpless they really don't know anything about state bank of india that's why i am really frustrating with state bank of india and also with sbi's customer care services & i really know this problem is existing with with all state bank of india's customers. I really want to know when this problem would be resolved? Sbi is really frustrating to each and every customer.

                          I have got new debit card in jan 2019 in replacement of old one as per rbi requirement. I have activated the new card and blocked the old card immediately. The amc charges of rs.147.50 for the year 2017-18 for the old card debited in my account on 22-2-18 itself. But on[protected] the amc charges are debited twice in account i. E for old and new card. This is duplicate charge debited in my account and requires refund

                            Hi this is k. Vinay kumar
                            I am an sbi account holder, i see that 295 rupees being debited to investment intermedi not one or twice but nearly 8times in 2days. This is not the 1st time. It happened a lot of times before. This is so bad that, once almost for 6 to 7 days everyday they used to debit 295 rs.
                            U cannot take our money like this. This fraud. Atleast without our permission or an intimation. What kind of charges are these i don't understand. And please help me get my money back. Don't fool us with such non-sensible charges. I want my money

                              I have availed home loan from sbi on 31st dec 2017 and emi started from 24th jan 2018.
                              On scrutiny of my salary account it is noticed that emi amt debited through ecs credited to my sbi loan account after 2days (Sometimes after 4 days also)
                              My query is why it not credited immediately on the same day.
                              Also interest rates revised not intimated to me as earlier wrongly into [protected]@ 10% instead of9% which was refunded by sbi after follow up.
                              Pl help as we can transfer emi through online trf and amt will be credited on same day.

                                      Myself mohammed sajeed from hyderabad.
                                      I have been taken consumer durable loan from capital first and bajaj finance.
                                      I have been foreclose the both loan accounts by paying full amount as they requested for closed.
                                      After that continuously amount deducting from my account by showing that charges received rs 295 since 1 and half year.
                                      When i went to take the details.
                                      So the finance companies are saying we are not deducting and they replaies bank deducting the charges. Then i went to my home branch to talk with manager on this issue. He has taken the statement and replay me the same we are not deducting finance companies deducting.

                                        My father shri baldev chandna had expired on 10 august 2018. Information was given to state bank of india, shakur basti branch, delhi 110034 on 23 september 2018 alongwith death certificate. His account number with sbi branch is [protected] where he was receiving his pension also. Nomination form with supporting documents have already been given to the bank. Till date the bank has not transferred the amount to the nominee account. I have visited branch several times and they tell me that confirmation of pension recovery amount is awaited. The bank statement of my father reflects pension recovery amount debited on 21 feb 2019. Please help for early settlement.

                                        My money has been deducted from my Account in SBI ATM but on the computer screen it showed me Transaction has been timed out.
