    I'm not able to use my debit card on any other banks ATM machine. This is happening since last month and is very inconvenience to use .the service is also very slow as we get our salary deposited today afternoon but I still didn't receive any msg and my account is showing insufficient balance .i tried calling customer care number but they also didn't replied even after 7 minutes the call get disconnected .kindly reply n resolve

      I have an account in state bank of India. 7 Mar 2018, i got a message stating
      "on your request signature has been changed if not requested contact your home branch, however i haven't requested for signature changing."

      What is the reason behind getting this message. Please clear the reason, in case like these my account is not secure.

      Is this a fraud ? Signature change needs person physically go and submit a form with documents and the Officer would verify the person with a valid ID proof. However, there was no such request from my end.
      Is it something like bank staff employees involved in this fraud ?
      If Yes ? How to make sure it reaches the right personnel so that there are no losses to the account.

        The government price of my property is Rs 5150000. Sbi sold my property in aution on 25.01.2019 for Rs 2025000 only to a single person/party managed by bank officers at 6.30pm instead of given official time 3.00pm. The bank has not given me the official information of sell. The bank did not entertained the interested participant present at 3.00pm for auction. Bank officers misguided people and arranged a specific person illegally at unofficial time.

          Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

              I, Khushali ratanghayara am student of Computer Engineering in Atmiya Institute of Technology and Science, Rajkot.

              I regularly receive Scholarship for MYSY by Gujarat Govt. but this time, a problem has occurred which eventually led to blockage of my scholarship.

              They state problem as,
              " Your AADHAR is not linked with NPCI " but I cross checked and found that my aadhar card is linked(mapped with NPCI) with my bank (SBI).

              For NPCI's concern,
              My bank says that They've linked my account with NPCI but when I checked on NPCI mapper on UIDAI site, it doesn't show mapping with any account.I discuss
              this problem with bank and they said your account is linked. they give on form which i filled and they put stamp and signature on it which i attached below.

              My scholarship is blocked for the same reason I stated above. So, I request you to look into this matter and map my AADHAR data with NPCI mapper.

              For that matter, I'm attaching
              1) Application for linking/seeding aadhar number and receiving DBT benifits into bank account - (NPCI MAPPING)*
              2) AADHAR details
              3) IIN Number of SBI - 459115

              Hope you'll look into this matter.

                Date of incident: 7th march 2019, 02:40 pm
                Phone number called from by employee: [protected]

                My name is puneeth holla and am an infosys employee. I got a call today from one of your employee asking for me to enroll for credit card services. And when i told i'm not interested, he started abusing me and my family and also threatened to come to my office and beat me up. He told his name is richard, im not sure if he told his original name and he was speaking in kannada.
                I dont know what is the criteria for recruiting the employees in your company.
                I had heard some good things about sbi and its employee from my family members who all have the account there. But this is something which they also never expected as i had put the phone on a speaker mode and it was really horrible thing to hear. I hope my complaint is taken seriously and action would be taken against that person.

                  On 4.3.2019 i made withdrawl of 10000 from sbi atm but no cash was dispensed and the money was debited from my account. I tried to make several complaints to the sbi toll free number but they are hopeless and not giving any response saying that there are technical problems. State bank of india is also not resolving the problem. Where should i go now? They are telling to make a call in toll free but the toll free number is never being received. Either they say there is technical problem please call after 2 hours or it never happens to receive the call. This kind of low grade service is provided by sbi. Help me out in this matter as it is a matter of rs.10000 and suggest any other way to complain against state bank of india.

Now i completed my education and i want to transfer the branch account from rec campus, rourkela branch to hyderabad, doordarshan road branch. The account has been transferred but the cif no has not been changed. Due to this i cannot change the address in the doordarshan branch. So please transfer my cif number as early as possible.

                      I had a sbi credit card which was lost 2 year ago now status of my card is showing not active but still they are charging me in the name of outstanding bill amount and i have never done a single transaction by this card after that i paid rs 2583 on 20 feb 2019 and i did complaint on customer care and they said that they will waived of my rest of amount till 27 feb 2019 but they did. So i am not going to pay and single amount for this card which i have never even used. So its my humble request to you that take some action against them.

                        This is to inform your bank about an unauthorized transaction that took place on 26th feb 2019 from my account number 36xxxxxx820. The amount deducted was rs.551. I haven't made any transaction of the same amount on that day or earlier. This is a clear case of fraud.

It is bring to your kind notice that on dtd. 03.03.2019 i have made withdrawal transaction through hdfc atm at jalgaon (Maharashtra) of rs.10000/- but transaction not made due to time delay but rs 10000/- deducted from my account and till date it was not refunded to my account.
