On 02/03/2019 i made transaction to withdraw amount rs. 400 from vijaya bank atm, tadepalli, guntur, andhra pradesh. At the time of withdraw it shows some technical error and money did not received but showing deduction from account. I contineously calling customer number sbi but they said due to technical error can not see my details. I request please go through the matter and refund money as possible as you can

    Recently on feb 24 i have paid to flipkart rs 10190 for purchase of mobile through phone pe app. But for some reason the transaction is cancelled and they processed refund. When contacted with phone pe they replied by saying refund is processed and gave arn no 85215229057908492929834. But amount still not got refund/credited back to my account. When requested with phone pe customer care they told to contact with bank but bank ppl are not responding for call. Kindly request you to tell me a process to follow up or get my refund

      Sub: incomplete transfer of the account.
      Dear sir/madam,
      I have an account in sbi, i want to transfer the branch account from hussaini alam branch to ddcolony. The account has been transferred but the cif no has not been changed. My online transaction amount has been blocked as my account credit limit is rs10, 000. So i want to change extend my credit limit. But here i got a problem that my cif no has not been changed. So i cannot travel these many times here and there. This shows the irresponsibility of the people working over there. My work is getting disturbed because of this matter. Plz acknowledge this matter. I request you transfer my cif no as well as change my savings account to sgsp account so that i can get my stuck money back in my account and complete my work...

        I have purchased items of amount rs. 1616.50 from reliance fresh, bistupur, jamshedpur through sbi atm cum debit card on 02/03/2019 around 1.30 p. M. To 2.0 p. M. But the transaction was unsuccessful as per the instant resolution slip. So i paid the amount through cash. On enquiry, i found that the said amount was deducted through atm card from my savings account vide reference no. Othpos809143 reliance, jamshedpur. After four days over, but the amount has not been returned till date. It is requested to the concerned authority to return back the paid amount to my sbi bank account from where it is debited.

          Dear sir,
          My father's account is in sbi jawahar bhawan branch. Branch had issued a credit card to my father (By request not on demand). Now they called my father for depositing due amount which is about to 6000/. My father paid min. Due amount 2583/- on 20.02.2019/-. Customer care said that rest amt will be waived as card's status is inactive but now they are denying to do this. Card' s status is inactive as it is not used for single time. Card is lost and we are unable to block that due to outstanding amount. These outstanding amounts are for annual fee rs. 400+monthly late fee 600 rs. (Applied every month)

              About cash d. D less than 1000 rupees for fee purpose but no sbi bank branch in miyapur, hydernagar in hyderabad are not allowing to cash d. D without having sbi bank account,

              They are giving silly reasons
              "like printer not working, it may not resolve"

              Even i told them no problem with cancellation also.
              And some sbi bank branches are saying they don't have or not allowing cash d. D

              But i read rbi guidelines for cash d. D less than 50, 000,
              Need not have any account..
              Plese kindly consider this issue and i hope resolve by today

                  Respected sir.

                  This is to inform you that i made a payment through my sbi debit card to jabong.com on 03.02.2019. But i didn't like the product so i returned it and asked for my refund. Refund was processed by them on 14.02.2019 and it was expected to reflect in my account by 24.02.2019 but i didn't get it. When i e-mailed and called jabong.com customer care service they gave me refund reference number and asked me to contact sbi customer care to claim refund not processed.

                  I have already complained at https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/, but didnot get ant result. Message via e-mail received :

                  Your complaint with ticket no. [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as under.

                  No such remittance received at the branch. Please inquire with the remitting bank and provide further details to the branch.

                  Please help me in this regards. Details :

                  Rs -1958.88

                    I m trying from 4th march 2019 to change my atm pin online whoes last pin no is not send on my registered mobile no. I have to access my atm card anyhow to clear my various dues which is not yet possible.
                    Than why does sbi is taking internet handling fees or charges for online banking if it is not ale to perform any operations with that. No hope for customers for to get benefit from online sector which our prime minister is calling for. Why my account is not working or it is a website or server issue whatever is that i want it to be resolved and
                    Just simply want sbi to resolve issue by making my atm accessible for me.

                      Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because rs2223 & rs 2824 has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly. T. So kindly look in this matter at the earliest. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                      My name is Piyali Mazumder, my s/b a/c is debited by rs 2223 & rs 2824 on 03/03/2019 and transfered to Investment Intermedi without my knowledge. refund my money please.ihave not made any such contract.
                      I had submitted all the relevant documents to SBI home branch (03444) to start pension five months ago. SBI home branch officer told that they forwarded to SBI CPPC PATNA . Till date pension not started having ppo no.[protected]

I was waiting before the counter 7 for 15 minutes, the staff on duty Tr Karthikeyan did not care to attend me and he told me that he would not receive my petition and I could report to anybody.
                      Please investigate the matter. sbi rewa city is my account holding office. on 01 dec 2018 at jabalpu atm cloner have stolen my money 115000/- from my account and i have complain to sbi rewa city and police station thana omti jabalpur and sp jbp and ig jabalpur. safe of account may please kept by sbi but my money have stolen. phtograph attach

                            I have received a msg for purchase worth by using your sbi debit card 542xx9222 rs 1698.00 on pos [protected] at itunes.com/bill txn#793404 on 26 feb 2019 & similar kind of msg for rs 1598 txn#413361 on 05 mar 2019. Both the transactions have not carried out by me and not reflected in my subscription/ purchase history also. Kindly check and refund my money at the earliest please.

I have already informed my concerned sbi branch at salboni note press and also informed your customer care service but no response. My mobile is unchanged. Please provide service.                                   Hi team, on 27th february i used my atm card at aur atm machine in sbi tatarpur bhagalpur bihar branch. I pressed for rs 5000 but rcvd only rs 3000.                                       Respected sir.
                                      This is to inform you that i made a payment through my SBI debit card to Amazon. Com but i didn't like the product so i returned it and asked for my refund. Refund was processed by them on 11th February 2019 and it was expected to reflect in my account by 18th February 2019 but i didn't get it. When i called amazon customer care service they gave me Refund Reference number and asked me to call SBI customer care to claim refund not processed. I am calling everyday to your customer service but i couldn't connect with any of your representatives even when i waited for almost half an hour on call. I visited my home branch but they asked me to call customer care.
                                      I am facing alot of problems because of this. Please help me in resolving my issue otherwise i will have to take legal actions against you. It's not about the money it's about customer services.

                                        When i tried to withdraw cash from the atm it was declined but the money was deducted from my account.

                                        Which later on was reversed and the money was returned.

                                        The second time i tried to withdraw 3000/- money from the atm it was declined and the money was again deducted from the account, but this time it has not been reversed back.

                                        I also tried to swipe my card at a shop, the money was deducted from my account, but it showed as declined at the shop.
                                        I did not receive any message pertaining to money being 1800/- deducted but when i checked my account balance, it clearly shows it was deducted.

                                        I have not being able to get through to customer care service as they always complain about server issues.

                                        Request you to look into this immediately as i have lost money without my fault what so ever.
