This is noticed that rupees 212 (23.60 * 9 = 212.4) is being deducted from my sbi account on 07-02-19 in a row means in a day. It did show as "to transfer insufficient balance atm decline. And the payment did transfer to the same number as [protected] for 8 times and only one time the payment did transfer to this number [protected].

I would like to know why these kinds of decline charges are debited from the account.

    Hi,
    Today on 18/2/2019 I got call from number [protected] that he is sbi bank manager from indiranagar, bangalore branch requesting to link my aadhar card to atm else it would get block immediately. Further when i asked him so he told he will send an otp number to my mobile number to follow the procedure. As then i told him that will report policy complaint about it he disconnected call.

      Hi, i have registered for sbi life - shubh nivesh endowment plan in 2016. My policy due date for this year was on 9th january 2019. On 7th january 2019 i have paid my premium amount of rs.49734/- from my hsbc credit card no ending 1308 and the same details are showing in my insurance account. On january 27th 2019 again the premium amount of rs.49734 /- is debited from my hdfc credit card no ending 2217 without my notice. when i raise a complaint The executives from sbi are saying the amount is already refunded. but whereas i didnt get single rupee. Please find below my details.

      Please return back my money of rs.49734/- immediately. I am sending reminders and calls every day to customer care. The worst ever response from them.         Dear sir

        A refund of 511 rupees was successfully processed on 2 December 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by 12 January, but i have not received the refund till 18 february 2019 .

        I have called the state bank of india customer service and they told fill the charge back form to nearest branch but this is not possible.I have confirmed with flipkart and phonepe also and they have successfully processed the refund.
        The Unique transaction reference no is :P1812021430472562586174 and the ARN no :[protected].

        kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to phonepe's payment processor to locate the refund.

              Good evening. This Vijayaraja A. I'm living in vembattur. I have SBI bank account in vembattur branch past 4 years. Now I don't use my SBI bank account. Because I lost lot of amount from my account. When I went to ask the reason for this detection, branch manager did not give proper reason. And one time i have raised the complain mail. After one week the branch manager called me and asked me why did you complain me. I said I want the reason for debited amount that's why I raised the complain like that. After this incident when I go to bank he hated me. Now a days my mother bank also faced same problem. Yesterday she take a passbook and went to ask the reason but the manager don't give correct reason & respect. Recently I went to see the bank. There lot of people's complaints bank manager and officers. I asked them to complain but they don't know how to complaint. That's why i writing this mail for that peoples.

              So, kindly take the sevior action to branch manager and officers. I hope you will understand our problems and take the correct actions for this query. I'm waiting for your valuable response.

                Sir,
                I have visited so many banks. But this bank is worst among all of them. My saving account is in your sbi munshi puliya branch lucknow your branch code is 11213. Their staff is so rude. I just asked the lady about the token machine polietly. She just ignored me and when i asked her again she started shouting on me. This is how they talk when a customer ask for help.

                Very inconvenient service and not cooperating with customers
                My account number is [protected] and IFSC - SBIN0005428. No action was taken against my account by the Branch Manager of the unauthorised transaction SBI BRANCH ARAON of Rs.1000 on 07/02/2016.
                There has been an unauthorized transaction on my sbi account by ddr Bajaj Auto of rs 800/ without my knowledge. This seems like a fraud case to me. Please reverse the transaction as soon as possible.

                  Issue: every month 1 st he is getting pension amount from aps rtc (1946/-rs).

                  Last month i have checked balance amount, it was 13000 above.
                  This month i have checked almost 5 to 6 times and it showing wrong available valence like 2740 /-rs

                    money deducted in the name of othpg with airtel money

                    This is regarding an unauthorized transaction made with my debit card of inr 4999
                    My account is debited with the name of othpg airtel money with rs 4999 without any message.
                    I never share card details to anybody.
                    Please give me a solution.
                    I have compliant to my bank but they have not gave my any satisfaction answer so i request please provide me a solution...

                    My pension accounts SBI dehri Branch code. 2859 my loan application cancelled without permission I asked for reason but they do not tell me any reason about it . they threaded me
                    I opened my account in sbi skmch branch muzffarpur Bihar for taking passbook I went in branch many times but I didn't get passbook staff says today link fail, staff is on leave when I went to talk with branch manager he doesn't talk in proper way it is very irritating behavior such a bad service by SBI I never thought about this.

                          Sir, i am indranil bhattacharyya from new green park. Po - narendrapur. Kolkata - 700103 west bengal. I am an employee under govt of west bengal. I have a savings account bearing no. [protected] cif no. [protected] at teghoria kamalgazi branch (Branch code - 18129). We have also ppf accounts of my wife and son and two fixed deposit accounts in my name at that branch.

                          I applied for a locker on 07/10/2016 to the then branch manager at that branch when the locker facility was not available with that branch . Recently locker facility made available and i contacted the recent branch manager and handed over a copy of that prayer to her. A contact was made from the branch and today i. E. On 18/11/17, i went to the branch.

                          The branch manager insisted me to invest rs. 1 lac on sbi life or any other sbi mutual funds for allotment of locker.

                          My grievance / query — wherther investment in sbi life or in any other sbi mutual funds is a rule / prerequisite to get a locker at sbi.

                              Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort.                                 A refund of 1099 rupees was successfully processed on 06 feb 2019 to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                  I made a upi transaction of ₹10, 000 using sbi anyware app to my another personal account on 15th feb 2019. The transaction was successful but the payment didn’t credited to my other account. I raised a dispute on the sbi app itself but even after 2 days, it is still in the same status “awaiting bank response”. I called the sbi customer support but they are not helping at all. I contacted sbi support via email but they didn’t even send a simple automated email confirming they got my complaint. Sbi is the worst bank to have an account. It’s been 3 days since the issue occurred, still no response from sbi by email nor sms.

                                    This is to inform you that myself harlinkaur avtarsingh bagga having an account in sbi bank with
                                    Account no-[protected] have been cheated on 12th of february 2019 with series of transactions of rs 310
                                    And 65 via my sbi debit card 478xx4232. Total amount lost is 4440. Please note that the below mention
                                    Messages in series came on my registered mobile number as:-

                                    'thank you for using your sbi debit card 478xx4232 for a purchase worth rs65.0 on pos [protected]
                                    At google *meme txn#[protected]. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered
                                    With sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]'

                                    Pls find attached all the transactions in series in pdf.

                                    It is very surprising that i have not got any otp to approve the above transactions and still these
                                    Transactions have been done.

                                    This is my hard earned money and pls do the needful so that i get my money back.

                                    I have written to sbi also, but no action has been taken.
