I do not possess any sbi credit card, inspite of that sbi, dumdum road branch, kolkata debited rs 588.82 from my account [protected] on its own though i have not registered any autopay facility in favour of sbi credit card. I went to branch (Code no. 12373) to lodge complaint, but the officials refused to talk in this matter and advised me to talk with some other officials meant for sbi credit card who sit separately in a table in the branch. I do not know how get back the amount, how to close autopay facility, how to block the card if any issued as i do not the credit card number. Please help me.

    Dear concern,
    Here i share my complaint against sbi, beacuse only sbi charging today annual atm card service provid charges + sms charges quatarly from customer account without prior information. Other banks not changing for this. When i spick about this matter with sbi customer care service desk they are not provide me stisfactry ansur and not taking complaints all so.

    So just i need your help in this matter why they deduct this unnecessary charges from customer account.

      On 13/02/19 at 11.40 pm to 11.55 pm mid night, all of a sudden i received three sms to my mobile indicating that amount of rs.10, 000, rs.2, 000 and rs.10, 000 with a total of rs.22, 000 has been debited from my saving bank account [protected] by using the old debit card bearing the no. [protected] the transaction of money has transfered to pos [protected] at m i traders txn #[protected],[protected] &[protected] at that time i filed the complaint about the theft of money from my account using old debit card and they have blocked the old debit card [protected] immediately.

      Iam bearing a saving bank account No [protected] in your bank, for salary credit and transaction I was using Debit card no [protected] from past 9 years. As per the new directions of State bank of India new IC based chip based debit card no [protected] was issued for me and I am using the same debit card for my day to day transactions. On 13/02/19 at 11.40 pm to 11.55 pm mid night, all of a sudden I received three SMS to my mobile indicating that amount of Rs.10, 000, Rs.2, 000 and Rs.10, 000 with a total of Rs.22, 000 has been debited from my Saving bank account [protected] by using the old Debit card bearing the No. [protected] the transaction of money has transfered to POS [protected] at M I TRADERS txn #[protected],[protected] &[protected] at that time I filed the complaint about the theft of money from my account using old debit card and they have blocked the old Debit card [protected] immediately.
      So I kindly request you to consider my complaint and take the necessary action on those people who has theft my money from my account without my knowledge and return back my amount at the earliest.

          Hello.

          I have taken educational loan on (2008) in sbi bank perambalur branch, and i have closed my educational loan at (Mar-2017) for my closed loan acknowledgement has been received from reliance.

          Now i am trying to apply new (Home loan) but cibil status reflects for my educational loan as written off due to this i am not able to apply further loans. I have contacted to cibil through email ([protected]@cibil.com) they advised me to contact sbi branch.

          Regarding this i have reach sbi branch for clarification branch manager said don’t know exact reasons for written off.

          Requesting you to please validate and do the needful.

            Regarding this, I raised 18 complaints in customer service and got this response - Your complaint with [protected] is under process for resolution & status is given as:'Amount paid to other bank. Please resolve the complaint as per SOP.'.
            They have closed the ticket without a proper resolution. Please update me when the amount will be refunded. This is only one of the replies. I need immediate and quick reaolution for this. Please look into this as soon as possible.
            This is a fraudulent POS and need my amount to be refunded. Please let me know i[censored] need more details.

                I opened my account from sbi eco counter at badarpur branch. I provided him my telephone number but unfortunately my mobile no [protected] is not registered with bank account. So i can not be able to generate my debit card pin. I have a debit card but pin is not generated due to mobile number is not registered with my account.
                I want to register my mobile number [protected] with my saving account so i have many times visit with mobile registration application to my home branch in a long queue but every time my mobile number is not registered with my account. I don’t know why my mobile number is not registered after giving 4 times application to the bank
                Then i decide to i will be close my account after withdraw my all money, but the bank teller told, my money will not be withdraw until my kyc is not updated with bank
                I also applied my kyc to my bank account but there staff is misbehaving and shouting me, and told me that the kyc and mobile number will be registered by going to the same where i have opened my account.
                I have visit the eco counter where i have opened my account, then he told to visit the sbi branch for kyc and mobile number registration.
                I have been dying around the bank’s affair. I don’t understand where i have to go for withdraw my money
                I think, i have mistaken to deposit my money in sbi bank.
                I will never give advice to other people for using sbi bank. The sbi bank knows only disturb to the customer.
                I am frustrated with sbi bank & sbi bank staff, they all are misbehaving and shouting on me.
                Please do the needful help
                I will never use my sbi account please give my money back to me.

                    2nd february on i ordered one ladies dress and some payment problem o[censored]pi transection system i cancelled that order but my 524.00/-r. S. Debited from my account but not received to amazon, so i complained sbi bank it say contact upi so i contact upi it give me e-mail i complained on e-mail but not any reply.
                    Last 14days i wait for my money but not any solution of my problem.

                        Hi team,

                        I would like to take this platform to raise a complain against sbi credit card department.
                        I was provided with an sbi credit card whose maximum balance limit was 15000 inr and i never had an opportunity to even use the credit card as the credit card representative had an health insurance for myself covered for the issues card, where i had to pay 17000 inr. I was completely ignorant about this and now sbi credit card department had reached me asking me to pay 20000 minimum payment and 30000 inr is the total amount which i am supposed to pay. I am working in an health firm where my whole family is covered under the firm's roof, why should i have an additional health insurance? I have been cheated and i need justice.
                        People should be sent to jail for cheating ignorant people and playing with their hard earned money.

                            On 14th feb 2019 at 9.30pm i was making online payment of tatasky d2h recharge and on completion i received message from the sbi stating your transaction was successfull but tatasky d2h got deactivated saying that they have not received any payment. On scrutiny, it came to understand that the payment had gone to naukriaim info tech pvt. Ltd. Of a transaction of rs, 220/- vide reference no. Igafknpzv8. I have not visited your site for payment. How come the payment went to your account i don't know. I hereby request you to revert back the payment to my bank (Sbi). The said payment is wrongly credited to your account, which you please revert. Plz revert at [protected]@gmail.com

                              Today i got a message"dz-scisms:your a/c xxxxxxx843 has a debit of rs 147on 15/2/2019. I dont know previously in the month of jan 2019 same thing happended. I want to know why the deduction happening al the time.
                              I have trust in state bank of india but if this unethical things start to happen what shall we do. We must be careful always. The bank authority should be careful dealing with the customers details otherwise we will lose trust from the banks.
                              I would like to draw the attention of the sbi authority to be more careful so that no such things happen near future.

                                A refund of 895 rupees was successfully processed on 8 feb 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                        SBI Card ending with XX66. DOB - 05 Sep 1984, I am the credit card customer of SBI bank sincr last many years. There is some amount pending since last 1 years and I am paying only minimum amount due on every month. Last momth I paid 2, 800.

                                        Now the issue is, I didnt get any call or message in February month from SBI that this is the amount I need to pay from any executive or bank. Dated 8th Feb. In the morning I got a call from one of my friend in Genpact and he was very irritated that some lady called him and talking very rudely that your colleagues Rajesh has some amount due from Govt bank.
                                        And she asked that Rajesh gave his reference for the loan. He called me aggressively that why I gave his number as reference without his confirmation in the bank I said bro I dont know as I didnt give any reference of yours to my any bank when I asked from which bank you got a call he said dont know from which bank she was talking but that lady was behaving in very bad manner with abusive language.
                                        Then sudden I got a call from a female friend and literally she was crying that some lady called her for the loan amount and she was using again abusive language and asked her "tera yaar kaha hai Rajesh usko bol ki bank k paise dega tum dono chor ho." And the same thing happened with the many female friends since 8th February 2019. Also most of the female friends from outstation and she was telling to my female friend that you are living in this location and your hometown pin code is this. From where SBI bank got these details.

                                        When I dialed the same number her name was "Riya" may be this name is wrong coz she was not tellimg exact details and she was not ready to share the bank name but she is also talking with me in abusive language.

                                        The same thing happened whole day and I was getting complaint from my Genpact colleagues means she was calling everywhere in Genpact.

                                        I am surprised from where she got the details of my friends is there my phone got hacked or someone from Genpact helping them to provide the my personal details.

                                        It is very sensitive matter if the details are getting hacked from my phone or someone providing the data to SBI bank.

                                        Now, due to this incident my reputation is very down and everyone asking the what are you doing Rajesh why their references given to bank without asking them, but in credit card there is no reference required then why she was calling in Genpact with the false statement that I gave the reference of them.

                                        I got to know that some banks hired some small scale companies to threatening and harrassing to customers which are running illegally as they dont have rights for threaten and harrasing to customers. Most of the female friends are very afraid from this issue and the words the abusive language which were using by your calls from Riya.

                                        This is harrassing and threatening from SBI bank which should not be happend as per guidelines from RBI if I am defaulter then SBI bank can take the action legally not this way which is illegal.

                                        On monday 12th Feb, I got a call from Reetika, she was talking that she is calling from SBI bank and I am sure she was not from bank she was from 3rd party coz she texted me that "Hii mr rajesh... I m reetika from bank.. as u knw about your pendency of credit card... Pls call me on this number.. bcz bank forwarded this case in third party and calls r going in whole genpact to ur colleagues... Pls clear ur intention?"

                                        2nd message was "
                                        Aapke sb colleagues se dubara bat ho rhi hai or vo genpact ke HR me aapke against mail mark kar rhe hai... So pls rajesh ji call kr lo iss number pr... Better rhega".

                                        I[censored] pick up our call... So i dont call anywhere

                                        So, may I know is there any policy with bank that they can use this technique to recover the money from customer

                                        Also I have a audio where your 3rd party recovery agent talking the same term will attached the audio for your reference.

                                        I am attaching this conversation as an attachment. Where we discussed about this.

                                        Now I just want to know, is there any policy with bank where its stated that bank can use the same technique to recover the money from customer. If yes then I am okay to pay the pending amount to bank or the same guidelines not with you then I will lodge a case in consumer court for harrasing and threatening with police FIR.

                                        Also I am sending this email to RBI to lodge issue. If banks have the same rights to hire the gundas for threatening and harrasing for recoverthe money from customer against the RBI guidelines.
